Nokia X6 — No replacement during warranty | |||
This is to inform you that this is my 1st worst experience ever with a world brand. I have purchased nokia X6 on 10/08/10. after purchasing that set within a period of 5 dayz , a problem occured in one of the ringer, and i had also not got the reedem pin for ovi music . so for both these problems i went to nokia care and waited for 1 hr.and told them about the problem in the cell.They told me that your mobile is having some problem in the IC.and they have to send it to delhi for 10days,without examinig the mobile even once.i left my mobile for the whole day ,and when i took it back in the evening there were hell lot of scratches on the screen and on the back side of my new brand cell. And when i requested them and asked to replace my cell,they used very pathetic and abusive language and their attitude was like a customer care of some local company and not professional...they are untrained too,they dont know how to satisfy a customer. It was not only me over there,there were many customers who returned back dissatisfied and on behalf of all o[censored]s ,i am taking the initiative to file a complaint. The employees over there are sitting not to solve the problems but to enhance the same. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is regarding the Music unlimited pin no.
I was also baffled by not receiving the sms.
Then I had to reset my phone due to some malfunction. I used the restore factory setting menu item in the settings menu.
After restart I received an sms to agree to the my nokia terms and conditions and when I pressed yes another message with the pin was received, using which I created a Music Unlimited account.

I agree with the above complaints.. I bought X6 16GB on Sep 2 in Kerala, within two days a problem occurred on sound system and when i went to Nokia care they asked me to come after ten days because they want to send ma mobile to Delhi or else they asked me to come after ten days, so that they will change the speaker and give.I was waiting for that.As they told, they changed speaker and panel, but the next day i got the same problem again in ma mobile.Please suggest me what to do after this.
