[Resolved] Not Receive Rto Book — Non Delivery of Speed Post Article | |||
Dear Sir, This is regarding docket number ED[protected]IN , in which My Graduation Marksheet and other certificates was dispatched in the year 2011. But I have not received the article till now at my home. I had also lodged the complaint on website of INDIA Post. Complaint number is[protected], but it was closed my mentioning as "the case is time barred". I had also sent escalations on mails but they need the exact date of booking which is not avl with Me. A packet has been dispatched under vide EMS Docket No. EM[protected]IN on dtd. 6.7.2009, which contains my admission letter and I-card. As per the status, presenetly packet in lying in the Speed post office Palam, New Delhi. Pls advise, when will it be delivered to me. It is very improtant for me.
