[Resolved]  NSDL — PAN Card not received yet

I had applied for PAN card approx. one year before. But i have not received it yet as it returned undelivered 2 times to the NSDL. And i am not getting any proper guideline from customer care for redispatching the PAN card.

NSDL — PAN NOT RECEIVED SINCE 1 YEAR

I had applied for a PAN card last year in the month of Oct 2007 I was alloted the PAN number AMPPG1357D but I never received a PAN card. After that I shifted to a new address. After repeated calls to the TIN call center[protected] they told to apply again making the required payment of Rs. 67/- which I did online Acknowledgement No.: [protected] and sent the form again with the proof of new address(copy of monthly statement from my Citi Bank Salary Account sent on my home address) but my application has been rejected. When contacted the TIN call centre they gave the following 3 reasons for rejecting my application :
1. There should be a stamp on this statement
2. A proof of the other address specified in the online application.
3. My signature is outside the box in the form.

I informed them that the monthly statement sent by the bank is a computer generated statement it doesnt bear any signature.
When the application was not getting processed without mentioning other address I had to fill my office address in that column.
Now they are saying to get a signature on the bank statement, proof of Office address and to make a box on a blank paper and to sign in that box. When they are not authenticating the sign on their form how will they acknowledge the sign on a plain paper.
Why do they need proof of office address when I cant receive any mails on the office address.

I have been facing this harassment for the past 1 year without any respite. I called up TIN call center twice today and the reps disconnected the call both times when asked about the details of my application form. Second reps name was Sushil who refused to provide his ID after repeated requests and when asked to talk to a manager or a supervisor the reps refused and said I have to talk to them only and I have to do what they are saying. They have provided me an email address [protected]@nsdl.com to send a mail regarding this issue. I have sent mails to this address earlier but I am sure this email account is not monitored as I never received any reply from them.

I have applied for two pan card in the name of:

1-Chaman Ara
acknowledge number-[protected]

2-Huma Kausar Siddiqui
acknowledge number-[protected].

I have checked many times my application but in web site it is showing pending and pending since last 15 days.

So i therefore request you to look into this matter on high priority.

Dear Sir,
Recently i got my PAN card, details on card is:

NO: BZPPS6809E,
NAME:SIMHADRI VENKATA RAMANA
FATHER NAME: NAGABUSHANA RAO SIMHADRI

My problem is: As per my SSC, DIPLOM & B-TECH certificates my father name is NAGABHUSHANAM SIMHADRI.

As per my RATION card : NAGABUSHANA RAO SIMHADRI.

While applying to PAN card I have submitted both my SSC certificate & RATION card.

Conclusion:Please suggest me whether i have to continue or need to change the card ...? what I have to do for further process ?

Iam planning to take DEMAT card...

I applied pan card two months before. I got acknowledgement no [protected] & pan no. AQHPG6007E through internet but I did not recieve pan card till now. So kindly take necessary action on this & give me email to my address for further information.

my problem i have received my pan card no ADTTHO794A. Ofer cheaking i found my father no is wrongh .then i send to a new correction form with full docoment now i call but she said thatu chang your father name but u not tick on from you know this is not a solution plz advise my mob-[protected]
