I bought an AC on 04/05/2013 from Shree Jain Traders, Thane. The model no is S12SPD-M3. The same was installed at 10.00 PM on 06/05/213 and i was charged 1200 rs which i paid. While giving demo, the technician told that the AC is not working properly and asked me to lodge a complaint. The display unit of the ac always shows the fan speed low or average. It never shows High or Turbo or i-Cool. The AC fails to operate in any other mode than normal mode . I made a complaint on 07/05/2013 and the contact no registered was [protected]. A technician who identified himself as "Vivek Sinha" called me on my mobile no [protected] from his no [protected] at 01.00 PM on 07/05/2013. I requested him to come after 6.00 but he refused to do so. As i work in Thane and my house is situated in kalyan and no one is available before 6.00, i requested him to come after 6.00 or at least inform me 1 hour prior to visit my home so that i'll be available there but he refused to do so. When i inquired from my society, it came to my notice the technician had never arrived on 08/05/2013. As i had to get the ac repaired, i took a leave from the office and requested the technician to come on 09/05/2013. After much persuasion, the almighty technician obliged to come and inspected the AC. However, as expected from such a consumer friendly company's technician, problem was not solved as he had no spare parts with him. I just failed to understand that why company sends technician to solve a problem when there are no spare parts available with them. He informed me that he will come again with spare parts but still like monsoon in Maharashtra, i'm waiting the almighty technician's arrival. Hence i request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action. It is also requested that though legally you should replace the ac as the same is faulty since installation which clearly means that you have sold a defective item to a customer, still i'm requesting you to rectify the same. However, still if your technician has no time to make a faulty ac which has been sold by you, then please take your ac back and give me a new AC with all the damage charge and compensate me for the mental agony you gave me by selling a defective item.

Onida — air conditioner not working properly
onida airconditioner the worst service centre.i bought an onida split a/c on 22/5/07 from the day one it has not been working properly and i have made a complaint for more than 20 times and no proper response from them kindly let me know what i shall do further
