I Smitirupa Mishra purchased an Onida Microwave from Bigbazzar,near Forum,Bangalore 3 months back.Now it is not working.After purchasing the microwave, the service person came in the name of giving Demo but just insisted me to purchase 1 more year guarantee for the product which I did not accept at first place.

Now it is defective.After several request one service man came and told to replace the Magnetron and told that it will cost RS 1450 and service charge Es450 extra and vanished and did not return back.

Yesterday another serviceman called and telling it will cost RS 1750 and service charge RS 450 extra I have to pay ?

This is unethical because Why I need to pay them when the product is in Guarantee period which I purchased just 3 months back ? Their service is totally crap.

I need justice please.Kindly help me.

    ONIDA 32" LCD DIAMOND has really become an box. Within 2 and half years no display.. the techicians checked the TV and they told will come back with spare after 4 weeks still nobody has come. While contacting service centre has no idea when the problem will be solved. Please it is a foolish thing to buy the LCD or LED TV .. nothing will work more than 3 years and you are lucky if if stays for 5 years. Any complain they will have to replace panel board it cost 50% of the cost of TV that too will damage within 6 months again that much amount and hence it is my advise to you people never ever go for LCD or LED TV it is better to have the old types . may not be beautiful but it is everlasting.. I used such a TV for 18 years without any complaint... this will not bring profit to TV manufacturers that is why such a product of stupid LCD and LED's

      Within 2 and half years of purchase the ONIDA LCD TV got many problems... its remote failed two time ... had to be replaced... now no display only sound. It is three weeks after technician checked the TV but so far nothing is done... even the technician not sure about the problem..... from their talking I understand they will be experimenting on my TV with all the various panel boaf of the TV and if found working they can charge me the whole amount which would be higher than a brand new tv. If the company cannot impart an accurate training to its after sales team they should not produce such product.. Now I prefer the old time TV as they can be repaired by the local TV mechanic not by the corporates.

        PLZ DONT BUY ONIDA RELATED PRODUCTS... 10 MONTHS BEFORE WE BUY A TWO ONIDA SPLIT AC'S 1.5 Lts. 50 DAYS BEFORE OUR ONE OF THE AC SHOW'S E6 ERROR COMPLAINT. WE CALLED LOCAL ONIDA AUTHOURIZED SERVICE CENTER. HE CAME AFTER WE MADE CALL ONE WEEK AFTER, HE CHECKED IT AND TOLD ITS INDOOR HAVING COMPLAINTS SO NOW I DO TEMPORALIY SERVICE, IF ANY PROBLEM MAY BE COME THEN WE CHANGE INDOOR UNIT. WE TESTED 2 DAYS BUT THEREAFTER THE SAME COMPLAINTS ARISED. AGAIN WE CALLED LOCAL SERVICE PERSON, THEY TOOK SERVICE AND GIVE THE COMPLAINT NUMBER. BUT STILL NOW I CALLED THEY TOLD ONLY, THAT PARTS ARE IN SHIPMENT WAIT, WAIT JUST 2 DAYS ITS COME . BUT STILL NOW THERE WAS NO RESOLUTION PASSED FROM HIS SIDE... EVEN I CALLED BRANCH MANAGER. HE ALSO REPLY SAME THING.. PLEASE FRIENDS DONT WASTE OUR AMOUNT TO SPENDING IN ONIDA AC.

          I have Onida company's semi automatic washing machine from last 1.5 year in between this time my machine is not working properly from the first day . My machine was repaired by this company almost 7 to 8 Time and every time they are tacking almost 8 to 10 Day to repair machine . This time we are face lots of problem by this machine we have told them pls give me the replacement of this machine after that one company person come to my home and tack my bill and told me that we will change this machine in 4 to 5 days but almost 10 days are gone no one come to my home for change this machine. we have done a lots of call to that company person but he did not pick our call so help me for that thing my mother is so old she is facing lots of problem because of this machine .

            Onida's customer service is the worst. They close the calls even without resolving the issue & when asked to reopen the complaint, they say they can't do it.
            I have a one month old complaint (#[protected]) that is still unresolved. I had logged a call on 27th August for window AC's swing motor not working. The engineer who came to diagnose it said the Control PCB has gone bad & needs to be replaced. After 2 weeks another engineer came to replace the PCB & even that did not resolve the swing motor's issue. Instead the PCB that he brought was faulty & now the room temperature was showing as 60 & thus the compressor would not cut off leading to ice formation. On repeated compaints to the center incharge Sandeer (Ph: [protected]) he kept giving false assurances for two weeks that the engineer will visit tomorrow/day after tomorrow, but nobody has visited to rectify this issue till now. Call Center says the call has been closed & I need to contact service center & the service center incharge is not turning a deaf ear to my complaints. We have had to bear the hot & humid weather for one full month & if I cant use the AC when needed, I dont see a point in buying their products in future.

The compliant of this issue seen by onida customer aielation center,indore but no response and solution of this problem made by them....

              I bought a microwave model no 21GTP13 srlno m021gmd05101612 in 2009. Microwave have touch key panel which were not function properly. I have took it to ONIDA service center to get repair at Kukatpally , Hyderabad on 7/7/2012. Person received Praveen (mobile no:[protected]) with a job number: [protected].
              I have been struggle lot after giving the microwave for servicing. It was already more than 100 times I made call to service center or to the person who received or to ONIDA Sales in charge for AP Mr. Anjaneilu (mobile no: [protected]). Every time they told me a story whether they are going to repair that or they will replace it with new product (i.e, sale solution). It became more than two months still the problem not solved. ONIDA people don't bother about this. My concern is if ONIDA is not capable of giving the service then why they produce, market and sale those products to Indian consumers.
              Can you please take necessary action and help me to get back my product in working condition.

                I have serious concerns on the services provided by your service centre team in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, service centre.

                I have lodged a complaint on 10th Aug for my ONIDA 1.5 TON SPLIT AC - not working properly. Serial Number - S18SPD[protected].

                On 12th Aug, it was repaired for Gas Refilling and collected Rs.4200/-. Even then cooling was not there. Again technicians came and checked for 'board replacement'. Took away the board on 17th Aug and till now the board is not replaced.

                The service centre in Thiruvanmiyur - In-charge - Mr.Vinodh is not caring for completing this activity and keeps on giving FALSE PROMISES every time - like - Technician on the way, Technician will bring the board by evening, Board not received from the factory etc. All these are told just like that, without verifying the actual status.

                Please note this complaint is more than 35 days old and if not resolved in the next 1-2 days, I am taking up the matter with your India Head Operations / Consumer Forum for filing 'Consumer Redressal case'.

                Onida — 1.5 Ton Split AC

                I bought 1.5Ton AC in April2009. This is the second time my compressor gone. Service response is very poor this time. As I have logged a complaint on Tuesday 2.03.2010 my A.C is still not repaired.
                I informed him to changed the outdoor unit. But they are refusing the same.

                ONIDA AC PURCHASE FROM SNEHANJALI ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCE PVT. LTD. S.V.RD,MALAD WEST MUM-64 NOT GIVING COOLING.. ON MY REPEATED COMPLAINT LAST ONE WEEK TO SHOPKEEPER AND SERVICE PROVIDER MY COMPLAINT NOT ATTENDED. I HAVE BEEN JUST PROMISE THAT ENGINEER WILL BE COMING TOMORROW BUT NO ONE TURN UP TO MY HOUSE TILL DATE.

                      I bought Onida flat TV (UltraSlim 300) in month of March2012 from Radhika Electronics, Kalewadi Phata, Near pimple saudagar Pune, But when I was watching new on some of the channel observed that lower strips of news getting cut so confirm whether it's problem with TV or the broadcasting I verified same issue for many other channels like sports channels where score card of cricket match in lower left bottom is also getting cut.
                      So, I did complain for the same. Onida service person came and he tried some troubleshooting but couldn't fixed it.
                      He, then told me that picture tube of TV should be calibrated to resolve the issue. After, this I speak to Onida service manger named "Bhasker" for Pimpri area Pune and asked himt to replace the TV but he denied and told me that he can only repair not replace.
                      Please , suggest me how should i tackle this situation as Product purchased it self malfunctining from 1st day, I want replacement for the product.

                        From the day the AC has been installed the compressor has been giving problems , the AC has been changed for over 4 time, twice under warranty and 2 we paid for it ans then there was also payment taken from us to fill the gas all the 4 times, service charges all the 4 times and now for the 5th time our AC is not working AGAIN, this time the person who came service (By the way all the time ONIDA PERSONNEL had come to repair the AC) said the Compressor that was fitted is of the wrong configuration . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help this is absolutely pathetic. The AC is just 3yrs old.

                          It Is Very Annoying That Due To Repeated Reminders The Official Company Workmen Didn't Repaired Our Washing Machine But When We Forced Them To Repair Our Washing Machine They Took It As A Joke And They Replaced The Defected Parts With The Cheaper And Lower Quality Ones. Till Now They Have Not Repaired Our Washing Machine Nor They Have Replaced With The Original Parts. We Have Also Paid The Amount Rs.2000/- (To Mr.Jasbir Kumar) Please See To It. Thanks In Advance.

                          I had purchased Washing Mahine Hydrimatic 60 Fully automatic one in 2008, The machine is having problem in functioning which was reported 5 months back, Company Engg has visited & confirmed that The same need to be replaced & will be done in 10 days but it takes about 6 months but still the problem is not solved Till date and he has taken the amount of servicing , Local services centre is dogging and not entertaining us properly .I am mentally harrased due to this attitude of co towards cutomer, & the future of the co seems DARK,
                          Please take some strict action towards the service centre.

                          Really frustrating.

                              Hello! It's me Zuber Ahmad (Director of Media institute of information technology), I have buyed an ONIDA AIR CONDITION (A.C.) dated 24-March-2012 and that time it was in well condition but after 4 months it's licking water from inside and after that I complained for first time on 27 July 2012 and got a complaint number [protected] but after all any one could not came for repair it after 1 month of this complaint, the water leakage is continue and I complained again on 21-August 2012 at 12:25 p.m. and i got a complaint number again that is [protected]. So I think I have to made a diary of complaint or complaints but i damn sure that any serviceman will not come from ONIDA to repair this A.C. So I can say that the service of ONIDA is very bad because after 1 month of 1st complaint any could not come and I hope no one will come after this complaint also.

                                I had purchased Onida Sparkle 65B washing Machine fully Automatic on 21.10.11 from M/s Pai International, Vijaynagar, Bangalore for Rs.12,300/-. It has 2 years warranty and one year additional warranty. Within a span of 04 months while spinning, the inside tub started to rotate violently . After that I complained to Onida, and they sent a mechanic to repair the machine. After the repair also the problem was not fixed.

                                Again within a span of one month, another problem started in this particular unit. The machine was not responding after it shows the remaining time as 27 min. This time also I complained to Onida. The complaint No is [protected]. This time also they sent the same mechanic and this time also the problem is not solved.

                                This unit is under Warranty Period. I Request the authories to Refund my Amount paid by me and to take back my Unit. Please do the Needful.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am very sorry to declare that Company like ONIDA manufacturing defective TV pieces and also very poor services and responses.

                                  I purchase the TV in june / july 2009 from METRO.(model no CO29SL400BL,serial no CO29SL400BL 9D4011761)
                                  During my warranty period i repaired 3 times: ONIDA service person charged Rs 500 each time he came as service charges.
                                  After warranty i repaired once: ONIDA service man telling transformer has gone out and it took 10 days to repaired and charged Rs 1800.
                                  July 2012 again tv went off and i called ONIDA service person : now ONIDA service person told YOKE(COIL) has gone bad. then i asked that how much it will cost he told around Rs 2k but stock is not there and told will take 4-5days.after 5 days ONIDA service person called me and told that there is no separate YOKE is available and you have to buy picture tube along with yoke and it cost me Rs 10k.i got surprised.

                                  Now i will take action on ONIDA TV brand.
                                  Either to replacing my defective TV with New piece immediately or i will put the case on CONSUMER court.

                                  data cable defective of model f-830. I purchased the mobile on 08 july 2008. but within two month the data cable get faulty. I can not transfer data from computer.

                                    I have purchased ONIDA WASHING machine at Mysore on 27/06/2008. the machine is not working since ONE year. I had requested several times to onida service center to get it repair. They have expressed their inabilty to repair the washing machine because of the reason the mother board of the washing machine MODEL TUMBLE50N is not available. In the circumstances I request you to kindly make necessary arrangements to send me the motherboard of the said machine by V.P.P directly to me and obligue.

                                      I have raised complaint for doing my Onida AC service for couple of times from the month of May.( 4th June 2012 - [protected]). But till now no one have attended the request. When ever I call Customer care they are saying my complaint not found and they are registering new request.

                                      Today (08/Aug/2012) I have raised a new complaint for doing AC service (Not getting cool & to check the gas). My complaint # is [protected]. I have 2 years AMC for my AC.

                                      From day 1 of purchase we are facing issue with the AC. They gave me fault peace on installation day itself we had problems and they not agreed to change. We bought it on 2010.

                                      Any Action will be taken against ONIDA??
