I had a free service for my 1.5 split ac that was purchased on march of 2012, When I contacted the customer care 39889000 and they gave me the confirmation of 24 hrs of the engineering visiting to my place after 72 hrs I contacted there was no response, when I contacted the local customer care that is at Hyderabad. I spoke to a lady Madhavi at 11:00 am she told me that to call after one hour and again I contacted Madhavi she was very rude to me and the second time I contacted I spoke to Nivedita who was the front office reception who do not know to speak to a customer. when I contacted Mr. Anjenyulu who is the General Manager of the company [protected] on his mobile no I made around 5 calls regarding the complaint He was at least bother to call me and update me the status at last I came to the Zonal Manager of the company MR. Reddy I contacted on his mobile no [protected] after listing to my complaint he started using abusive language and told me to not to disturb him (HE WAS MORE CHEAP THAN A CHAPRASI) he told me that he will sent the technician but I have to pay the charge of 500/- for servicing. I request the concerned authorities to take proper care of such day light robbery from such mindless fools.

        I had purchased 14" Oxygen Color Tv on 11th Dec-2011. This had in warranty Period, I had complaint the supplier with Customer Service in Aurangabad City. Daily follow-up by mobile phone to customer care & supplier but not service provide on urgent basis. So Pls. get the result of your service station asap.TV display enter a lock key. I had daily operate the tv remote on / off switch, but this cannot proper action & display after two-three minute enter a lock key. My Customer Complaint no :- [protected] already service provide but not a proper repair TV , So Pls. Send ur Customer Care Service Provider on urgent basis .

              I had a very poor service experience with Onida - Service Centre (Adonics - Tambaram - Chennai). W.r.to that, please find the mail chain which i sent to onida & adonics and find their response & no actions.

              My suggestion is, don't buy ONIDA product in future, because of their poor service and customer support. Especially service centres are cheaters.

              After paying Rs. 4150 (for New circuit board(PCB), Remote, Panel change) . Today - Morning i have received my TV from adonics Tambaram.

              The modified TV set worked for 10 - 15 Minutes @ my home. After that it went out and i cannot able to switch on the TV, a beep sound is being heard from the rear end of the TV set. so i switched off and reported the issue to Mr. Kaliraj and he assured me that he will make a visit to my home around 3:00 PM today.

              Based on the experience, I am quite sure, it will not happen today or tomorrow or even a week.

              Good customer support - keep it up the moment growing.

              As per our discussion, i was suppose to get my TV on 07-July-2012. But till now not and i don't know the exact & confirmed delivery date for my TV from adonics - Tambaram. i.e., Even after i said ok to replace my LOT (or) 2 Circuit boards cost of around Rs. 3500 or Rs.4000.

              Here are conversation updates between Engineer Mr.Kaliraj and me.

              06/Jul/12: After regress diagnosis, suggested to replace the either one or 2 circuit boards of the TV. But this won't get covered under EWC. Initially i said not to proceed with change, then after 15 Minutes i accepted and intimated the Engineer to proceed with Circuit board change and try to place the order in Saturday itself. These are all agreed.

              10/Jul/12: Received the circuit board and but this won't fit into my model, so he is doing some alterations in the TV body. And most probably i get the TV on 12/July/2012.

              12/July/12: Controversial updates from the Engineer. Again the same updates of 10/July/12. i.e., today only received the 2 - circuit boards.

              Revathi or Venkatesh,

              Please try to get the confirmed delivery date for my TV. And if you get a feedback like, my TV problem cannot be resolved. Then also let me know the exact delivery date of my TV to get back in the original condition in which i handed over to Adonics - Tambaram on 23-June-2012.

              Even if i call their reception, the response will be engineer is checking it and he will get back. Till today i didn't get any feedback from him or from his office.
              So last Tuesday (03-July-2012) i went in-person to office to check the status of my TV. The response i received is, Engineer fix the issue with few
              Component change, but during test phase he came to know that his fix didn't resolved my issue. And one more update like there is an "Inventory Audit"
              going on their warehouse, so there will be an delay in getting components.

              This sort of excuse/real issue , they have to intimate us prior. So that i can plan accordingly.

              FYI. Now it's 12 days over and i am really feed up with this ONIDA service centre.

              Definitely, i will get back my TV tomorrow without my problem fix by Adonis Engineers.

              This is the 2nd consecutive TV service issue with Adonis. My personal opinion to you would be try to preserve the existing valuable ONIDA customers.

                On 30th June, my TV did not switch ON and I raised a complaint with ONIDA Cust Service. After multiple followups the technician came to check the same on Monday 02nd July and said a part has got damaged and said he will place the order and the same can be rectified in 3-4 days as he is going to place an order for a new one and will be received in 3-47 days max.. Now it is more than 10 days however when checked with Onida Service Center in Vizag they are still saying it'll take 4-5 days more and no assurance is been given.
                This is one of the pathetic customer service that one could have received... Shame on ONIDA.

                    I have purchased an Onida G133 mobile before two months back, after one month use set found in a dead condition, 15th of June 2012 to 30th June 2012 the service centre hold my mobile set and get back in the same condition. The are charged service charge alone with part cost Rs.900/-.
                    But when I found my set in a damp condition because of swet, the service centre refused to service. Job no-[protected].

                      We have purchased Onida Washingmachine HYDROSHAKTI HYDRO SMART 70 on[protected] from Tirumala Music Centre, Hyderabad. Now washing machine is not working due to drain pipe problem. I have complained so many times since one month. Our complaint No: [protected] dt:[protected]. One technician came and told that some problem is in the drain line so it should changed. We had taken AMC from Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd., 5-9-77, Bala, Chappel Road, Hyderabad. Telephone No:[protected], Call Centre No:[protected]. Since one month they are telling we have placed an order for drain pipe, we will be replaced when we received the same. The technician Mr.Mahesh is telling it will take 10 or 15 days time to repair it and speak to our incharge. When we called to the incharge Mr.Anjaneyulu he tells every time I will check up in the stores and inform to you. Some times somebody who received our call tells Stores Audit is going on it will take some time. Please note that ONIDA Company service is very bad. Also note that Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd., services are very bad. If you can not change the service organization you will loss your goodwill in the market. Kindly do the needful for customer satisfaction.

                        I Had purchased an LCD Tv from ONIDA in Jan 2012 , After six month the Television started giving us problems. When we would switch it on we could only hear the sound however no picture would come. I registered a complaint with the Onida Customer Service Department on 14th June 2012, Complaint no: [protected]. They said the a technician would visit my place to check the television. After 2 days a technician came to see the problem but he asked me that the parts is not available and he took some screenshots and asked me to mail his mail id. I mailed him the screen shots in the same day but after that i did not received any reply from his side. So I called the service center again and got to know that finding that one part for the television was difficult as they do not make the said model anymore. He said to call in a weeks time. Did that and again got the same answer with a new addition "THE SPECIFIC PART FOR THE TELEVISION IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE PLEASE CALL IN A WEEK". I called them again after a week and got the same answer and this has been going. Every week I call them I get the same answer.
                        Now it is close to 1 months and I don't see any solution to this issue.

                        Please help me regarding this issue.

                          I have purchased ONIDA 1.5 tom split Ac from Rathna Fan House Chennai on 28 May 2011 they have installed after 2 to 3 days later.This year the cooling is very poor.I Called the Customer care and registered a complaint (Comp No:1206-[protected]) and technician came and he said they need to refile the Gas and it will cost 3800Rs. Now its going to be 1 month after I made the complaint.Still there is no response to the complaint and I keep on calling the customer care and no response for the same. Very poor service and customer care for such a company like Onida.
                          Please help me on this.

                            we bought the AC on 03 Mar-12 at Sekar stores, kodambakkam, chennai.
                            From the day we start using the AC, there is a noise coming once I switched on the AC and it is keep on continuing in between. We informed the dealers on the same day and they said, they will change the new AC within a day. Now it has been 3.5 months over and everyday we are calling and discussing the issues with them. So many times the customer care persons came and noted all the points but no rectification measures taken. They are telling us that the same model is not available with them and they will give new AC once they get the one.
                            These are the persons so far we contacted but no body has taken any action. Their talking is like CHEATERS and we are not getting any response. They are also cheating other customers from SEKAR STORES chennai, Kodambakkam with useless machine selling.
                            Detials:

                            Date of buying: 03 Mar-2012
                            Cheated person at SEKAR Stores: Mr. ARUN, mobile no: [protected] & Rajesh ONIDA care, no: [protected].
                            These 2 gentle men are not even picking the call and responding but telling directly that the ONIDA COMPANY is cheating the customers and they already received so many complaints like this.
                            SEKAR STORES and ONIDA both are cheating customers by selling unused products to the customers and making the people unhappy and trouble. Take necessary action immediately and help me out to solve my problem. I want to get back the original machine before my warranty expires.

                              Onida — delay in service

                              I have purchased Onida Microwave (Model no- M028CJSI6B) on 28.9.09.
                              It had some heating problem on 28.7.10. It is still under the warranty period.
                              I have complained three times and the complain numbers are: [protected], [protected], [protected]. On my first complaint, a technician came and told that a part named "magnetron" had been destroyed. Afterwards he didn't gave a proper response. So we made two more complaints. But no technician has reported till date. We have been calling the customer care everyday but we are not getting proper response. So please do something urgently.

                                Today i got call from Mr Ajay and he told me that my AC is fine reason of noise is room size and same for cooling.I told him that my brother also has same make and model AC but he refuse to listen. and said do what you want to do.But at the evening My AC stops working and now only fan is working . Now Compressor is not working so noise. Waiting for response team call as i tried to call but he didnt pick. Also i request consumer complaint team to post my complaint as this is height o[censored]nproffessionalism.

                                  I oblige you to please go through the entire email Conversation with the company service centre representative, as i Had Purchased New Product and they delivered Faulty Product and i had refused to accept the delivery and they left the machine at my place and gave me false commitment , It is a Humble request please give me a Quick Resolution, i had called then on 11/06/2012 and spoke to Nikita she promised they will come and repair it by the end of this week no one came so i called again today and they rudely spoke to me. Please help me

                                  I haven't received any revert back since last week when i had called you on [protected] and some one answered saying that you had gone for lunch i requested , i believe mobile phone can be carried along with you if you are off for lunch any ways i requested that person to have you call me once you are back from your lunch and no response from you . This is what i don't like from you guys, you guys are careless in term of customer service . Can you please tell me how long is it going to take for you to pull out the Job Sheet with my signature on it and whether you can extend my warranty to 2 years post finishing my current warranty. And when sending the technician i don't that Shamsher to come back as he is a careless person. It seems every one in Onida is CARELESS they don't know what is CUSTOMER SERVICE. As you have seen i have forwarded the prev mails to Onida itself but no response from very long time
                                  I am going for this option as of now so at least my wife can save her energy washing the cloths herself . I will see what i have to do further as it seems you cannot help me in this situation.

                                  Hope so this font is very clear enough for you to read it, and the below mentioned details that you have given is incorrect, because the set was never OK. and you technician has signed on my behalf stating that the set is OK which Aneesh Anthony also said that , where this is a Fraud Committed By your Technician.
                                  I would also request you to please send me the JOB SHEET where the technician has signed on my behalf stating that the set is OK

                                  VERY VERY POOR Sevice i have Received from ONIDA. I had Purchased a Washing Machin model :- HYDROFALL 70S On 18/05/2011 from SNEHANJALI which is at Vasai West.At the time of Delivery the Wash Tub & Spin was rotating very Stiff so i informed the person who had come to deliver the Washing Machine, He said that as this is a new Machine, so afetr using it for some time the wash Tub will be free. After using the machine for a while the wash tub was still stiff and sometimes it use to rotate and sometimes not. I went to the Dealer SNEHANJALI and complained about it in June , They said that they will send a Technician who will check and Resolve the Problem, i told them that i need the machine to be replaced because i have received a Faulty machine and i had told this to the person who had come to deliver, so they said that technician will see first what is the fault. Nobody came for another 2 months , then i went back in August to check why nobody has come to repair they had no answer, they took the complaint again, and again i was given the same Jazz, After a 15 days a Technician from Onida came his name was Shamsheer he swa and he said that as he is not having the Parts with him so he will get the Parts tomorrow and will Fix it. Tomorrow never came for that person, So after 15 - 20 days i went back to SNEHANJALI they said that the part which needs to be fixed is not available and will be available after 2months, and this was not informed to me by the Technician, After 2 moths the same person came he fixed some part and went Off giving his Number to call if there is still the same problem, i called him the very next day which was Friday as the Tub was not working and only the Spin was Working , he promised that he will come to my place in the Afternoon after 2 PM, which he failed to come,So i was very cool and Calm waiting for him to come , I tried calling Multiple time but never use to answer my call, Then in Jan 2012 again i went to SNEHANJALI to complaint they said that they will send some one. Nobody came from ONIDA. Again i complaint at SNEHANJALI on 18/03/2012 and same person Shamsheer came on 24/04/2012 checked and said that he will get the Gear and some Part and as the Regulator was also not working so he was suppose to get it next day and will give me confirmation call within 30mins, No Call No Show, Called SNEHANJALI spoke to Mr Lobo (Manager) they said that they spoke to that technician and he will be coming on 27/04/2012 after 5:30 pm , again NO body Turned up. So the Moral is That ONIDA IS IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY, THEY DONT BELIVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ON TOP OF THAT ONIDA SELL FAULTY PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMER GIVING FALSE COMMITMENT. ONIDA FEELS PROUD TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMER UNHAPPY AND SEE THEM IN TROUBLE AFTER TAKING MONEY FROM THEM FOR THE FAULTY MACHINE THAT THEY HAVE SOLD RATHER THAN RETURNING IT BACK TO THE FACTORY.
                                  As i have complained so many times and your colleague Mr Aneesh Anthony could find only the following and rest either have not been registered or dispersed.
                                  1. 9/02/[protected]
                                  2. 26/02/2012 - [protected]
                                  3. 14/05/2011 - [protected]
                                  4. 19/04/2012 - [protected]
                                  and the mobile numbers by whcih these complains are registered are [protected] ; [protected] ; [protected].
                                  Since the Day of delivery i am requesting them to please replace the machine as it is Faulty and as per consumer rights i can reject the delivery if it is faulty and i have been miguided stating that as the machine is new it takes couple of months to get free, hence refused to get it replaced even thought it was not working at the time of delivery.
                                  I would like you to please look into this and please REPLACE ME WITH A NEW MACHINE WHICH IS WORKING AND IS IN GOOD SHAPE.

                                    I have purchased a split AC of Onida company from Sales India, Ahmedabad. This AC is not functioning properly from the day one. I have frequently complained to Sales India for the same. They people assured me to replace the AC but since 29/04/12, they are not replacing the AC to me. Please solve my problem at earliest.
                                    sanjay mahida, what did you expect when you purchased a fraudulent product from a well known Sindi swindler company

                                      1. Bought ONIDA window 1 Ton AC on 29 April 2012 from Shri Krishna Electronics Tin No-[protected],Invoice No 1942.
                                      2. On 30 th April i registered a complaint with Dealer regarding noise in Compressor.Mr Arun Assured that within 72 Hours your complaint will be resolved.No body came even after 5 days passed i regularly visit dealer but he ignored my complaints and finally told that i have to call company service.
                                      3. After day or so ONIDA Servicemen came and found that there is a problem in compressor and it will be changed.
                                      4. Finally on 10th May 2012 i Lodged a complaint on no [protected] aswell as on Website my complaint no is [protected].
                                      5. after repeated attempts of calling for over a month on this no [protected] Mr Ajay send two person Mr Deepak on 10th June 2012 they even don’t have necessary tools for removing AC like screwdriver. I give them the screwdriver.and they take away Ac for 2days saying that they are taking to their workshop.
                                      6. On 13th June 2012 I received my AC with same noise of compressor but now even it is not properly cooling also wether we press quick chill or decrease temp. there is no change in Compressor working they have tempered with My AC.
                                      7. As I have noticed the staff of service is of third party not of Onida they are not qualified .
                                      8. They even don’t know hot connect Power plug.
                                      9. I just want to this AC to Replaced with new one As it has manufacturing defects also now tempered by unqualified Staff.
                                      10. consumer complaint team please give your valuable suugestion in this harrassmnet case.

                                        I have purchase my onida ac on dt 26th June 2011 which model no-18TRDG3 which is not colling proper since starting aprox 10 times complaint to dealer but he could not response us then I have many time complaint to your service centre M/s Dharmesh enterprise with comlaint no-946 on dt 4th July'11 but no solution.....


                                        Second time i was complaint on customer care no[protected] with complaint no-[protected] but no solution..

                                        Third time agaian complaint no-[protected] Mr.Pravin has pick up the call and said call to service centre no[protected] and service centre answer me Gas not available.



                                        Now please I reuest to you consider my complaint on top priority otherwise i will go to consumer court for my this problem.
