This is Bhavan Soni from Ahmedabad.

This is in regards to the Split A.C. purchased by me on 11th May’ 11, please note that I am NOT AT ALL convinced & satisfied with the services offered to me during my service request since last two months….I am facing a problem with the cooling in my A.C. & had registered a complaint (My registered number is +91 [protected] – you can get the details of the same from this registered number)….After so many calls & follow ups over the phone on mobile no.+91 [protected] on which Mr Arpan is the concerned person, still the problem is NOT solved & I am getting the reply as “I Am Sorry It is NOT possible to solve it (which was committed to me more than 5 times in 2 days)…& moreover the rudeness & the use of abusing language over the phone with the Customers is NOT ACCEPTABLE”

I am a customer who has paid for the A.C. & have NOT been offered FREE by the Company for me to experience such a unprofessional behaviour……

This issue has taken more than 20 days for a company like ONIDA to solve...They say they are a Multi National Professional Company which is proven FAKE........

rudeness — abuse

Hi sir/madam ,,
i am Raghbir singh,,,today i called on Airtel customer care helpline 198 ,,,my number is [protected], i really dont remember that boy name , actually i was wishing to get some knowledge about some service ,may be i was trying to follow wrong procedure to activate that service , but that boy was behaving too rude to me, ,,after that i called again on that helpline . that time i talk with Mr. Vivek & he transfer my call to supervisor Mr.Sahil . but dont get any help,,im too frustrate now of all this . reply me soon otherwise we will meet soon at court. bye

    I , Mr. Charan Singh (contact no. – [protected] / [protected]) (email id : mahesh.[protected]@gmail.com) purchased Onida Window AC (model no. WG 18N ) from Neeru Electronics , Malviya Nagar on the 13th june 2008 . The product was working fine until recently when it developed some snag and stopped cooling , for which I lodged a complaint with the Onida Service centre on the 28th may 2012 , Complaint no.- [protected]) furbishing them exact details of my apprehensions of the product .

    It has been 10 days since I filed a complaint but no one has come to attend the problem despite my numerous reminders and calls on daily basis to the concerned authority . I have listened to their far-fetched excuses ranging from “sir season is on peak ” to “Sir the service men could not find the address” to “the service person came but you were not present at your house” which are all nothing but lame excuses for passing the buck .

    With the Summer Season At its Peak the past week has been highly inconvenient for me and my family therefore I request you to kindly take a stern action against those responsible and relieve me from my misery 

    Onida / Window AC — Faulty part not replaced even after 3 months (under warranty cover)

    I have purchased a window A/c unit (ONIDA) 1.5 ton A/c this year in the month of March (21st) 2011, i have encountered an issue with the same the month of Sep'2011, one of the technical person arrived and checked the same and stated that there seems to be an issue with PCB, which they are unable to replace till date (close to three months), every time I call them I get to hear some kind of story.

      I jitender yadav purchase onida split AC last year’s 0n 06/2011, i am very satisfied with your service & AC performance
      So I decided again buying Onida window AC
      Finally I purchase Onida 3-star rating window AC from Paarth electronics, dwarka, raja puri on dated 02/06/2012 time 21:00 hours
      * AC delivered by dealers (Paarth electronics) after 2 times follow-up on dated 03/06/2012 at time approx. 14:00 hours
      * For AC installation i call to dealer sales boys MR Manish on mobile no [protected] he says our AC install 03/06/2012 evening
      but i wait for AC installation boys around 17:00 hours then again call to Mr Manish then Mr Manish given a mobile no [protected] of technician for ac installation then
      i call to technician he says i will be reached after 1 hour but he is not come on time then again so many times call but he is reply again & again give a time every 1 hours
      Then i stopped calling to technician after 21:00 hrs. So please let me know who is wear my time wastage 15:00hours to 21:00 hours
      * Next day on dated 04/06/2012 at 08:40 hours your technician call me for installation but he is use very wrong language (mujhy ghar nahi mill raha hai tu bahar akar laija mujhko)
      i say what type language use you but i brief our home location, then again he is call me on 08:45 but again he is use wrong language (tu gar kay bahar aakar mujh ko laijaja yadi ac lagawana hay tuo nahi tuo mai ja raha hu) then i say i don’t want ac fitting done by this type persons
      * Again call to Mr Manish sales boys on around 10:00 hours for complaint & ac installation he is reply send another installation persons
      * on 04/06/2012 at 2nd half When AC installation persons came in my home that time i am not in my home but my family is there but this persons say to my wife for AC lift by you ground floor to 1st floor otherwise if i lift AC then charge Rs 100/- extra then my wife call me for who is lift AC ground to 1st floor then i suggest to my call to Mr Manish (sales boy) after so many discussed finally AC installation persons not lift AC then request my wife another outside persons for ac lifting.
      * when i reached my home 0n 21:00hours i start AC for checking but i found AC not proper cooled, full night ac on temp set 17degree but room temp. Not fall down 29degree temp on full night.
      * Next day on dated 05/06/2012 morning around 09:00 hours i checked AC fitting found three defects
      1st is window ply is not proper fixed[protected]WHY?
      2nd is back side cabinet & ac unite two bolts (screw) are missing[protected]WHY?
      3rd is back side condenser fines are damaged around 38 to 40 places[protected] WHY? If i purchase new AC then why damage fines
      After inspection AC i call to onida customer care but that time your staff say our system is shutdown so please call after 1 hours then i again call to Mr Manish for complaint he says i will send AC engineers for AC complaints resolve
      * Again i call to your customer care for complained on 05/06/2012 on 15:30 hours then my complained register wide no. [protected], she is give ensure rich our tech. today evening but after wait i call to Mr Manish (sales Boys) then i says Mr Manish come my home & check my AC why damage ac fines and request please replace my ac unit he is reply sir today not possible visit at your home but i definitely visit on 6/6/2012 morning for ac unit checking then i agree.
      * on 6/6/2012 morning 9:00 & 11:00 two times call to Mr Manish but both time mobile is switch off then again call to onida customer care for again complained, she is reply today again your complained transfer to out technical team ensure me today all concern resolve
      but still no any respons till now

          Dear Sir,
          I am one of your un-lucky customer having selected ONIDA semi automatic washing machine based on the mis-representation given by the dealer M/s Raasi & Co, porur, Chennai. The company miserably failed to do the service within 3 km from its place. I have been logging behind the service center for the past five days and the response from the customer care center and the local people is highly irresponsible. It is very difficult to get the phone line through and even if I get the line after repeated efforts i only got irresponsible answers. I feel pity my self for having gone for a ONIDA product.

          Washing Machine — Water is leaking

          Hi, i have raised a compliant regarding my wahing machine has water leaking problem. It was registred on 07/10/2008 but no one as come till now i had called up your call center but they couldnot help me i am unsatisfied with the service past 20 days i am not able use the machine. I bought this machine 2 month back only i didnot exected from IFB. Still now i have not recived any compliant no regarding this. Hope this complint on web help me to slove the issue.

            Hi,

            I bought a Onida LCD 24MMS on 30Dec2011 for Rs 13500/- at Sony Electronics, Miyapur, Hyderabad.
            The TV worked fine for 4 months and from 08May2012 the TV stopped turning on. Initially I thought the problem may be with remote battery. I replaced the old batteries with new ones but no luck

            I registered a complaint on 09May2012. The complaint number is [protected]. They sent a service engineer to my residence after a week (after many followup calls Mr. Rajendran came in) spent for about 5 mins and decided the TV board inside failed. Needs to be replaced with a new one. He left saying it will be done in 3 to 5 working days.

            Today is 2June2012 and I have made around 40 to 50 calls to Onida customer care, finally one week before Mr Ramu the incharage of Kukatpally area said the board has arrived from Mumbai. Now the next challenge is Onida has to send a service engineer to my residence to replace the board.
            I have been following up with Mr Ramu and Mr Rajendran. Everyday they say the same story - WE WILL DO IT TODAY.

            I don't know when is TODAY for them.

            I will never buy a ONIDA product for the rest of my life nor recommend to anyone.
            This is the worst experience I have ever had with a home appliance.

            By reading this, I hope atleast few people realize how worst the product and the service is.

            Onida TV — Worst Service

            I had a problem with my Onida TV and since past 5 Days i had been following up with these so called Authorised Service center and finally i got a call from service person asking to arrange for the pickup facility i denied and called up one mobile of one Mr.Gurunath he completely denied that he is the contact person and asked me to get in touch with 41343000 finally someone else turned up and of no use he went back promising to fix the problem next day but now he says he cannot come down repeatedly hence i have to wait . Bloody If you had told this earlier now he has taken away a IC and says he will come only at his wish.

            ALL BUYERS Please do not buy ONIDA they have worst service and worst products assembled in Andheri, Mumbai.

            I'm searching for Mr. Gulu Mirchandani's Mail Id If any o[censored] can provide pls.
            Yes..very very bad service... I got a problem with my ONIDA TV ...These non-sense guys give the same reply..." 2 or 3 days.."... for past one month... DONT BUY ONIDA product...thats the better thing to do...then only ONIDA manufacturers will take care of customer service too...3rd we gave complaint..he came after 2 days... tried to solve the problem for 2 hrs...then he took the board... still not got the problem solved... Today also the same reply..'2 or 3 days'... today it is 24th september 2009..

              we brought onida split 3 star AC from onida company othorised dealer in ahmedabad on dated 15.02.12 since that
              time we can not use the product properly because i the time of 1.5 month the gas lickege is occured to times, so we feel that there is a manufacturing defect in that pcs.so, please change that defective pcs. and please give new pcs instead of this defective pcs.

                yes onida representative get in touch with me i got calls from 3 persons & from [protected] they inquired wether my AC is guarantee whether in my home or in workshop. But they call me at 8 PM & want to come in Odd hours.They are harrassing me instead of resolving it .and it is even causing more trouble. Next time they call me at odd hours i have to call the police.This is such a precarious situation. Despite of all this nobody has bothered to replace or even check my AC.Please dont buy any appliances fron ONIDA.

                Onida AC — Bad customer service and rude Behavior

                I bought a ONIDA Split AC and when we called the man from onida service centre for the installation they just talked and behaved in rude manner and trouble us. I think onida should give dealer ship only to selected showrooms or the name of company will just spoil away.

                  I had purchased an Onida Window AC last year in mid summer,however it has not worked properly.This summer i did call my retailer(NEXT RETAIL SHOP) SECTOR 14 GURGAON and tried explaining the problem,so that they can arrange someone to check my AC.They did accept my request ,however its been few days now and no one has turned up at my place.

                  Yesterday around mid afternoon i had got a call from Onida Authorised service centre and those people had also promised me a quick and fast service,however no one has turned up at my place till now.

                  Trust me its the worst Ac company with even worst after sales services.

                    I am Maninder singh ,I have a onida window AC of 1.5 ton I am not satisfy with your product it is not working well from last 1.5 months when it starts after sometime there a thick layer of ice on the front coil ,your mechanics had filled the gas 2 times in time period of 10 days but there is no cooling in the AC, as it does not trip.

                      I purchased New Onida AC a month ago. It is not working properly as compressor does not turn off and contineous to run for hours. The room temperature stucks at 27 even if sets to 20 due to which compressor keeps running. Calling Onida center from where AC was purchased from last one week but the techinician never visited the site. The reason given was that there is lot of requests for New ACs installation so there is not time for the visit.

                      Purchased from Anand Electronics, Dharampura Bazar Patiala.

                        I still curse the day on which i Bought ONIDA window 1 Ton AC on 29 April 2012 from Shri Krishna Electronics Tin No-[protected],Invoice No 1942.
                        On 30 th April i registered a complaint with Dealer regarding noise in Compressor.Mr Arun Assured that within 72 Hours your complaint will be resolved.No body came even after 5 days passed i regularly visit dealer but he ignored my complaints and finally told that i have to call company service. After day or so ONIDA Servicemen came and found that there is a problem in compressor and it will be changed.He give me a number i call him several time he didnt pick.Finally on 10th May 2012 i Lodged a complaint on no [protected] aswell as on Website my complaint no is [protected]. Till date nobody come please dont Buy Such a company product and make sure that your dealer is good.

                        Onida — irresponsive and no service

                        we have purchased onida hydromatic 62 washing machine two years beforeit had repaired 9 months before after a repeated struggle to the company they repaired to us now at the end of the guarantee period it again got repaired before 2 months we had made many calls but no response after filing a complaint in consumer complaint.in a technician came to our house and checked the machine he reported that the outlet hose is been punctured he said that the company has no stock and will be replaced only if the stock came this had happend on[protected] we have repeatedly called to the consumer care but their time limit is within 3 days many three days have passed away .my mother is operated for hernia we had bought the washing machine only for that purpose but it had not been used for that purpose my mother is now is very affected due to this we have no value for our money for two years. Any one please help what legal action can be taken against the company will it be sure that again the machine will not get repaired please.

                                Sir,
                                I m staying away from my elederly parents and due to severity of climate provided an Air Conditioner bought from NEXT home appliances Ambattur two years back. the same is unserviceable since last eight months. Inspite of repeated complaints with the dealer and the company by my elderly parents neither the company nor the dealer responded. And my parents are not ready to agree to get it serviced from any local vendor. I here by request that if any responsible person of your esteemed firm goes through this complaint please assist my parents on the ohone number[protected] as am away for another two months

                                  I am M. Arumugham. P.A.to C.E.O. (Retd)., I bought one 1.5 ton ONIDA A C . (S18SPDN5 ) ON 19th March 2012 at M/s vasanth &co., Palayamcottai. (Bill no [protected] dt[protected].

                                  When the Machine starts working, it is observed that the outdoor unit seems to be very hot and so I have booked a complaint on 19th April (call no [protected]). The next day one technician came and accept that there is some problem in the outer unit. He told me that he will consult Mr.Sakthivel, the chief technician to rectify the problem.

                                  I have ringed Mr.Sakthivel so many times and finally he came on 25 th April. He accepted that there is some fault in the out door unit fan and he said with in two days it will be rectified.

                                  After a number of calls, one technician came on 30th April and said that Mr.Sakthivel will come and rectify the problem.

                                  It is highly regretted to inform you that the fault is not rectified till date even after a lapse of 31 days. All my efforts are in vain. I don’t know why there is such delay.

                                  I have contacted your chennai Call centre nearly five times and every time they gave me separate call nos as follows.

                                  But the defect remains the same. No sincere efforts have been taken by your service person to rectify the problem. I am feeling very bad for buying your company product because of your service deficiency.

                                  Your worst attitude on after sales service has pushed me not to recommend your products to my near and dears. I am to inform you now that if the defect in the AC unit is not rectified within a week’s time, I will approach the Consumer Court for getting remedy.
                                  Expecting a good step and a reply I remain.

                                    Hi m Aanchal from Pune, just recently bought a LCD of Onida from Starcj. The Order Number:[protected] and was delivered on time but after the installation the TV stopped working within 2 days. After complaining to the company, the engineer came after 5 days and said that the part Power supply board needs to be changed. Now after 3 weeks of waiting, the company people say that there is no stock of the Power Supply Board so we cannot repair it. I asked them whom to contact, they simply say that write a mail to [protected]@onida.com
                                    I did not know that buying a product online will give me so much of problem. I will never recommend buying onida products.

                                      The telivision went out of service and a complaint was registered. Complaint Registeration Number-[protected].
                                      After frequent observations The service person advised us to hand over the Telivision to the service center as he said that some part has to be replaced.We handed over the set on[protected].After frequent following up they have not returned the set nor did they respond politely.
                                      I am 66 years old and I am undergoing deep mental agony.
