Onida Oxygen — display is not showing

after the first copmlaint on your nearst distributor they came and done the repair and charge the amount of Rs-2790/ our television was not working. the technician name is yutvaaj first complaint is registerd on 05/03/09 and second complaint is registerd on 12/03/09. complaint no[protected]A0.
Afetr taking two times to your comapny the television is was not repaired properly. So kindly this repaired properly.

Am Rajesh -- [protected] form Chennai . I have brought ONIDA AIR CONDITIONER model no : SZ09FLT / SZ12FLT / SZ18FLT on[protected] . In a spam of 11 months i got a problem in this product, Water started leaking from the bottom of the indoor unit, then i have given a complaint to Onida service station ( ADONUS ELECTRICALS - Valasaravakkam branch ) through phone for the service in WARRANTY PERIOD. To connect the line to the concern person, it takes 5.45 min . After transfering the line, Telecaller made a registry and gave me a code / reference number[protected] . While having a conversation with them i mentioned, there are 3 elders in which 2 are above 60 of age . Also our fan is not working properly, in this situation even though fan is running the climatic heat is not tollerable . So i made a humble request that AC is most essential . So kindly send the service person as soon as possible . They said according to the rules they have booked our complaint and it will take 2 days of time .I have given the complint on friday . As sunday is a holiday they said only monday they can come and attend. I called them more than 5 times on Monday mentioning, Elders are suffering a lot & since 4 days we havent slept peacefully. On my 5th call at 2.30pm they said Mr.Senthil Kumar has been alloted for service and at 5.00pm i enquired my house members weather anyone has arrived for the service ?, they said till now no one has come.Then i called the customer care again and remainded at 5.30pm. Still now no one has arrived for the service & no action has been taken. I thought branded items are more worth & responsible . Giving money outside to a local mechanic is not too tough, he charges only 450/-, but i hope servicing by a ONIDA mechanic would be a perfect attempt that too in a Warranty Period. BUT now i feel for it. eventhough my house members insisted me not to go for ONIDA AIR CONDITIONAR, I went in search for it due to the BRAND & expected it might last long.

Am really fed up of calling Service centre again & again. My humble request to Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify. This is not an order, Whomsoever reads it, " YOU EXPERIENCE OUR PAIN, 4 NIGHTS STRUGGLING WITH MOSQUITOS & HEAT . HOW COULD ELDERS SUSTAIN "

I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Onida from my mind & tell to all ma friends not to make any attempt in ONIDA products.

Onida Hydrofall — Dryer drum not functioning

Onida, to my experience is the worst product to buy, either washing machine or TV.

None of the Onida products are ok for more than 2 years. End of 2nd yera all the problem starts.

My machine the drier drum has started giving problem. Service person came adn told that motor and water seal are gone. But now, they say that motor is fine and water seal alone has to be changed.This will cost Rs.1000 including service charge.

But it is almost 10 days now...still no person has come and changed it and the call centre persons don't respond to our calls
i have bought onida 29" posion which is under warranty, and i have issues with color display in my television, i have contacted cust care in Hyderabad 3 times and then contacted mr.zama khan incharge supervisor for onida service in HYDerabad, he said that a tech will be sent today and there is no tech visiting my home .. this issue is up for the last 15 days, is there any thing i can do to register a complaint with customer complaint cell or put these in ondia in Court,

i think eeveryone o[censored]s have to join hands and form a NO ONIDA community..and campaign against Onida and say 1 Billion ONIDA FREE HOMES...

I CALLED TODAY 10/04/1009 IN THE AFTERNOON 2 CHECK ON THE DELIVERY OPTION FOR WHIRLPOOL FRIDGE. I ASKED FOR A PARTICULAR SALES PERSON AND THE PERSON REPLIED BACK IN OBSENE BAADU THEVIYA PAIYA. I COMPLAINED THIS 2 THE MANAGER THEY NEVER BOTHER 2 ASK WHO SAID THIS THEY ARE ASKING GIVE ME YOUR ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER. THEY SIMPLY WANT 2 COME 2 MY HOME KILL ME.

RATN STORES I SUPPOSE WAS 2 SELL UTENSILS BUT NOW I UNDERSTAND YOU CAN THE OWNERS IF YOU WANT KILL ANYBODY. THEY WILL DELIVER THE DEAD BODY IN AN UTENSIL 2 YOU FOR FREE. THEY ARE SO MUCH PASSIONATE ABOUT THEIR WORK AND JOBS.

Onida Sg18trdn Refund — want refund from ONIDA

i have purchased 1.5 Ton split AC SG18TRDN in march 2009,
on installation i found there is no cooling, i called up the supplier and he send person after 2 days.
service person found there is no gas in compressor so he filled up and tell he will come tomorrow to check pressure.

Next day he came and pressure is fine. now after 1.5 month again there is no cooling from AC.

i just want my money refund, which is hardcore and take two years to buy AC.

can anyone suggest how can i get my refund.

Once again i wish to recall your attention on my feelings of t.v problem of picture tube.I clearly spelled out that i am a right person to get your consideration in all respect.

You know well that, even you purchased a branded name company product which may be with great hope & ambition at our levels.Here in my case the trusted company hammered on me - "just like a '"RIPPER ATTACK"within three years from an outstanding product which have been damaged due to failure of manufacturing mistake some how using of mis matching components -for a 29 inch branded t.v.

Being a poor retired soldier i want your sympathetic consideration to replace the t.v tube & accessories in free of cost.In the base of faiths in the true trade ethics of prestigious company at top level.
Once again i wish to call your sense ' The armed forces are the anchor of the country & second to none in soldierly spirit & pride of profession as like i believe such ethic may be with you so far.

I am also accepting Mr. Rajesh and Smitha comments. Because I am also faced lots of problem with ONIDA customer service. In my case I will lodge complaint in Adonis Electronics Pvt.Ltd and they will give complaint number also. But after 3 days Adonis Electronics Pvt.Ltd will automatically close the complaint without solving the problem.

for repair service we are asking for demo for the new product. You need 10 days. When ever i call to the
service station they tell me that we are sending today, Infact i have applied two days leave for the same
& i have lost Rs-8000 more than the cost of your product, Your product are very good but the service is very very poor,

i was yur dealer since 15 years and still doing a good business but as we r loyal towards the company and want to do business at the same rhythm but yur company doesnt want as there is no service engineer and no spares available at the guwahati, so to improve yur business please provide us with the complete spares, as because onida is an indian brand and providing us the wrost service.few cases r as under:

1)32 lcd[protected]sold to a doctor of our town who was willing to buy lg but i sold him onida before 14 months at arround 55000/- and now since a month it is lying dead, because no spares available.
2)29 oxygen----sold to a reputed businessman of our town before 28 months and lying dead since a month.when the set came to us the service man told us that there r few spares defective and is not at ready stock and has been ordered to the guwahati branch so after a month the spares came and now he told us that the picture tube is defective, so u suggest us that how we can tell to the customer after a month that yur tv tube is gone def.

there r many more cases like dvd, stock cabinet broken.
I have one onida Tv modle Black. It has some prob and its not working. when searched in net for service center I found the number[protected]. He gave me 2 numbers and later on one more mobile number
first 2 numbers are 66833000 and the other is[protected] and other mobile number is [protected] when i called these numbers are ringing and they have no curtosy to lift the number they are simply disconnecting the phone. I dont know the attitude of these people

Onida / 1.5 Ton Window AC — Poor Service

I had bought Onida 1.5 ton Window A/c on 02 February 2008 at Chennai Saravana Stores. And machine installed by Adonis customer Care centre peoples and they charged for installing fee. They tell you get 2 free service, but no one came for service till now. Regarding this I registered compliant in the customer service at Chennai (Compliant number: 66380325 on 08.06.2009). But Nobody from ONida came for attending the complaint and still I waiting for them only.

I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Onida from my mind.

Onida — Order not delivered

Order number GHCHLDBK-WEB-7023 not delivered so far. Payment made online on 2nd April 09.Registered many complaints but of no use.
