I recharge BSNL mobile no ********** for Rs. 50. order no is 35392130 and bank transaction id is 477133 on dated- 15th April 2012, 11:19 AM .After recharge process they are show the message "Recharge of Rs.50 for BSNL mobile number ********* SUCCESS 50
Net Payment Received Rs. 50" .but still now (16th April 2012, 8.21am) no balance credited to my mobile no. I contact with paytm.com by email 3 times but the authority of paytm.com do not cotact with me.

Its true, I lost 222, only checked once I recharged that its a fraud company. Please make sure that these companies dont exist in the public interest. I only tried because Vodafone's HDFC Netbanking was down and Lost 222 rupess.
I saw many complaints but still this company is existing. Very sad that our country's cyber police are pathetic.
Paytm.com solved my problem. Thanks to paytm.com

    Mera Paytm mei account hai.[protected] ko mere account mei Rs.20 the. mujhe videoconD2h recharge karna tha. isliye mei videocondd2h recharge karne ke liye paytm Rs.20+80 atm se use kiya. par transacton fail hone ke karan, mera paytm mei jo Rs.20 the. wo bhi deduct ho gaye. main continue paytm wale ko email karta aa raha hu .par har email mei bank ka statement mang rahe the aur aapka balance safe hai. Par jab main bank statement email kiya to last paytm wale ka email aaya ki aap pehle balance use kar chuke hai. Please resove my problem.

      On aug 5,12 ,i tried to add rs300 in my paytm account (online recharge facility) but due to failure amount deducted from my account but not added into my paytm balance.my account detail is:

        My Reliance CDMA mobile no [protected] has been recharged for Rs.
        220 on Paytm.com on[protected].

        Rs 220 has been deducted from my Paytm Cash Account but I did not receive recharge in my mobile account.

        Paytm order no is 34985591 for said transaction. Now Paytm is not ready to refund 220 and even not giving transaction ID for same recharge.

        After continuos followup I am unable to get any positive reply from Paytm, Pls help to get my money back.

            I had nearly 80 rs in my wallet
            The next minute i opened my paytm i saw that the balance was 0 and i had to log into the account again . All my details was erased please find a reason for this issue

                I have recharged rs 180 to my vodafone no.[protected] through internet banking using paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharge

                I would be glad if CC fofum takes some action against Paytm

                          I recharged from PAYTM.com for my prepaid idea mobile in UP(W) circle for Rs 155, i should have got the benefits as mentioned for the recharge of Rs 155 which was a talktime of Rs138.53.but what i got was a totally different recharge.without any talktime.

                          So either they should refund my money or recharge the amount correctly also they reply to mails after 2 days and they have not given a contact number for customers.

                          I hope this will solve the issue.

                            Today i recharged my cell [protected] ... with Rs 99 ( Net Plan ) and i got a message confirmation that recharge is successful

                            I started using net, later realising that all my main balance (more than 200 Rs )became 0 in just 10 mints

                            and they dont even have customer care to whom we can redress our complain ...just a email service

                            Even if they refund my 99.. who will take responsiblity for over Rs 200 and the harassment .. coz we charge from paytm to say time...

                            I am in urgent need to use net... now should i again recharge ??? again 99 gone...

                                    On 29/02/2012 I logged onto http://www.paytm.com/ to make below two recharges:
                                    Order#19965187 on 29-Feb-12 18:27:34
                                    Order#19966285 on 29-Feb-12 18:35:14

                                    However, as they both failed, the company promised to refund it as Paytm cash which was done only for one of the orders and am still awaiting refund for the other.

                                    Communicating with the company has been a painful experience for me. Instead of their 'promise' of 24x7 support, the only point of contact is their email id ([protected]@paytm.com) that seems to reply like a robot set to answer.                                       My I'd is [protected] now it' was blocked for no proper reason, now I struck with 8000 rs in this wallet, already complaint regarding in this to paytm care email I'd they given only ticket number but issue was not resolve got past 2 days. That amount it's is medical emergency so what you going to do for this give me the correct time to resolve moreover you don't have customer care executive in your customer care then how u know the people issue ths s very rediculos I want my back
                                      Before I lost 200 rupee while using payatm amount was too less and I leave it then I open new payatm with new nos then again my account blocked and I have 1950 rupee and I need my money this time for these I can go movie so I called costomer care but the costomer service is not good. While opening its easy after promblem too many step to follow.

                                      as i loaded 4000 rupees in my sister account and after sometime when i am trying to open my paytym its showing ur account is temperorily blocked may i know the reason y u doing like this and its a big loss for us. ita a emergency money witch i loaded
