sir, On aug 5,12 ,i tried to add rs300 in my paytm account (online recharge facility) but due to failure amount deducted from my account but not added into my paytm balance.my account detail is: 5 Apr 2012 TO TRANSFER-INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd- CCA12DGSH656I GA0575264 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PVT.LTD. 300.00 and my paytm balance status is 05-Apr-12 34717516 Rs300 added to Paytm Cash 300 Payment Failure i have sent mail to the "[protected]@paytm.com" three times but they are not responding towards this.....kindly refund my amount as soon as possible... I have recharged my mobile no.-[protected] on 21 April 2012 time 12.35 p.m from paytm for Rs.100/- (uni nor Mobile) and till date I have not recieved my amount in the phone. and the amount is deducted from my axis bank account. due to some error the process was not completed.order no. is35827984 so many time came same problam pls refund my manny

tickets. I have even written the complaint to [protected]@paytm.com but no user. The below are the approval codes provided by citi bank.

I haven't received my refund amount for the un-successful transaction.
