I have recharged my mobile no.-[protected] on 21 April 2012 time 12.35 p.m from paytm for Rs.100/- (uni nor Mobile) and till date I have not recieved my amount in the phone. and the amount is deducted from my axis bank account. due to some error the process was not completed.order no. is35827984 so many time came same problam pls refund my manny

i have recharge my two mobile no. [protected]. [protected] on23april time 12:40p.m from paytm for 100 and 50 mtnl and till date i have not recieved my amount in the phone my order no. 35965245 and 35968313 pls refund my money my account

I have recharged my mobile no-[protected] on 4may 2012 from paytm for Rs.555/- airtel mobile and till date I have not recieved my amount in the phone. and the amount is deducted from my state bank of india account.due to some error the process was not completed.order no. 36802128 so many time came same problam pls refund my manny

Hi,

I have done the transactions on 31st March and 1st of April to buy the bus
tickets. I have even written the complaint to [protected]@paytm.com but no user. The below are the approval codes provided by citi bank.

31/03/[protected]Transaction amt: Rs.1890) - Successful
1/04/[protected]Transaction amt: Rs.2397) - Not successful
1/04/[protected]Transaction amt: Rs.2397) - Successful

I haven't received my refund amount for the un-successful transaction.

Please do the needful asap.
