Hi

My self d. Andrew amal raj, stepped in to poorvika mobiles in m. R. Nagar outlet (New branch). Sales representative name elangovan (Contract labour of sun marketing) misbehaved with me and teased me. I warned him that, this is not the way to handle the customer. He never caring about my suggesstions. Then i complaint to the show room manager. No action taken on him.

Friends, you will get ill treatement in poorvika mobiles.

i got a karbon 111 mobile from ramanathapuram branch on 01.09.2011 [Invoice no. 4916] in which they give defective charger. i went your branch many more times and they are not responsible . please change the new charger.

hi myself manikandan... i went poorvika theradi branch.. i bought nokia basic model mobile.. they told to give me the gift of one watch.. that time watch not available.. you can get this later.. they told.. i went to there after one week.. they gave me one photo frame and foolish me.. "we cant give watch for this basic model phone" they told...

I bought a mobile at Tamilnadu and when i gave service at Bangalore they are not picking up saying this bill is not valid in Bangalore then for what purpose the bill is given. Never buy a mobile from Poorvika mobiles.

I have asked poorivka if they can give back rectified on the same day, Technician Name Mr. D. Tamil and others at the showroom assured to give on the same day evening (19/05/2013).

When I called at 7.00 pm on 19/05/2013, I have been informed by your technician Mr. D. Tamil that the problem is not fixed it will be ready by next day 20/05/2013.

On 20/05/2013 around 11.30 I received call from your above technical person saying it take 2 more days to fix the problem. I requested him to return same as it is so that I will go and fix the problem in any authorized Blackberry service outlets at chennai. He assured me to give on 21/05/2013 without fail.

As your aware that Blackberry is mainly used by Working professional for Email Communication and I have been registered with Factory Email ID so as to reply our company International customers immediately. I am pressurized and in mental agony with work load for not catching up email due to non-availability of the device which is under service in your esteemed concern.

On (21/05/2013) I was not answered to my call even after several attempts and I myself traced new Ambur Poorvika No and when I called I received a reply from other service person that Mr. Tamil has gone for meeting and I have not proper response. I asked them to give atleast a standby. No response...

Today (22/05/2013) after my several attempts to calls, I got an info that my device is at Chennai Service Center and once they complete the trouble shoot they will send the device through courier. And even they added that it has been flash ( at time of handing over my device I particularly asked your technical person that should I take back up. He replied it is only charging connector problem no need of it). Now all communication datas are completely damaged. How I should retrieve them back ??????.

What sort of answer I should give to my international customer... since I don't have standby device to reply them spontaneously...

What sort of Service Poorvika provide to customer where the showroom is newly opened at Ambur Town...

PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU DON'T HAVE PROPER TECHNICAL PERSON DO NOT OPT FOR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER

Also my device given is not for experiment at your service center I have given for only problem which needs to fixed...

Please do not under-estimate technicality of the product...

Give proper response to your valuable customer. Because if you people don't care of them, for sure your competitor will take care...

When can I get my device back??????????????????????

    I bought a micromax mobile phone (model x510 pike) from poorvika mobiles (b. o. : no: 23, nawab hakkim road, ukkadam, coimbatore -641001) on[protected] for rs 4100. on using my phone i found out that the recepients of my calls were unable to hear my voice clearly. my friends always complained about the very low volume of my voice during the phone calls. subsequently i tested my mobile phone by being the recepient and i found the volume to be too low and was inaudible. i took the issue to poorvika mobiles and after much argument they asked me to change the mike in their service centre (jm electronics, r. s. puram, coimbatore). i received my mobile phone almost after one month and for one week the mike volume of my mobile phone was slightly better but not up to the mark. from the second week the same problem reoccurred and the volume of the mike has become worse and my friends are forced to cut the calls early or to abstain from making calls. i went again to poorvika mobiles to change my mobile phone because of the persistent problem but to my shock i was welcomed by rude answers from a representative named natarajan (mob no-91-[protected]) and the representatives did not bother to change my phone but rather advised me to go to a service centre at my own cost stating that the company has no responsibility once the product is sold. i walked out utterly frustrated but i was encouraged by your website and have stated my cause to you. i request your kind self to sort out the matter quickly so that i may get back my rs4100 because i have completely lost my trust in poorvika mobiles and i am concerned whether they may issue another useless mobile citing exchange.

    MICROMAX/MOBILE PHONE — product defect / warrant problem

    I purchased phone on 25/08/2010 from THE MOBLE STORE shakarpur-1362,delhi-92.
    This phone is out of order from 08/09/2010.
    I want ther serveice center Kalka ji - they did not accpet my phone & say company give us order no recived any phone.
    then i want another service center kalka ji- there was lock.
    finaly i submitted phone at D-61,laxmi nager on 21/09/2010( job card no.755219). they told me to give phone in 8-10 days. Now every day they told me to give phone tomarro. today is 22/10/2010 & i did not get my phone.
    I am trying to call on their COSTUMER CEAR NO.([protected]) but no reply is their. i am calling theri kriti nager office but they do not pick phone.

    i want some acction against company & my phone back.

      Worst experience with poorvika mobiles – thirumangalam branch

      I got a new sony ericsson xperia 10 mini mobiles from poorvika mobile world at thirumangalam. and this is not the first mobile we are purchasing from that particular mobiles branch. we have already got 7 mobiles from the same store and branch, and every time we go there the sales person was mr. pandian. his attitude towards the customers made us go there again and again.

      But this time poorvika made us regret ourselves for going there. i ve spent 12000 bugs to get sony experia mobile but the person who was in the cash counter treated us as if he gave the mobile for free.

      There was a software problem in the handset immediately after the next day of purchase. when we approached poorivika mobiles just to know what the problem was since we never expected any fault in a brand new mobile. the way they treated us and their urge to get us out of the store was really frustrating. especially the person who was in charge of the shop and who was in the cash counter, doesn’t know even the meaning for the word ‘empathy’ ‘customer service ‘. his language and rude approach towards the customers was just not tolerable. this is the worst possible customer service we ever had in our life time. and one thing we noticed that in the recent times, whatever brand or mobile we purchase from that branch is faulty, but the same models of mobiles which our friends got from other shops were working fine. but we thought it was our bad luck (credit to mr. pandian who managed to convince us to think so) that our mobiles didn’t lasted long until our last visit to poorvika. so my strong recommendation is that please don’t go to poorvika mobile store, thirumangalam.

      I bought my first sony ericsson Xperia mobile from Poorvikka mobile store. At the time of purshase the branch manager delivered a nice speech as if he is your relative. They convinced me to purchase the insurance as they promised it will cover 90% for a year. Recenlty there was an display problem in my mobile, when I went to the store the branch manager didnt even bother to see my face after knowning that I'm there to complaint about a defect in my phone. Now he tells me that the insurance will cover only 50 to 60%. And they asked me to approach Sony Ericsson center. I was wondered about face reactions when I purchased the mobile and when I went to complain about the product. Big Cheaters!!!

      Here comes another big cheater, Sony Ericsson!!! after their intial check up they couldn't find out the exact problem so they tried to put blame on me by saying, it could be because of liquid spoil. Finally they agreed to send my compliant to higher level which I dont think will work out. Even they agree to service the defect I will have to surrender my phone to them for 3 to 4 days. Lot of time I have watsed for this issue. After spending a good amount of money we are in a country where we are unable to own a good product in our hand. Its Sony ericsson produced a defective product; why customer has to suffer!! there are no proper laws in this country for consumer to take this kind of issue.


      I will never go for Sony Ericsson product and Poorvikka mobile Store. I know losing one customer is not a big deal for you. But I will try every effort to stop pepple buying Sony ericsson product and in Poorvikka mobile store. Even I change 10 customers mind it is big win for me.

        I bought new sony j20i mobile in poorvika mobile on 15/11/2010... From the starting itself it created me a problem and i reported to the poorvika mobile they said we r only the dealers and u please complaint to sony service center.. And went to service center they said that this board problem v want to replace it but it took 20 days... After tat i got the mobile but still it creates the same problem that the mobile gets switched off regularly... But the poorvika mobile dose not take any respond about this regard... Am asking about replacement of the mobile.. But they r hesitating me

          I am new to this state and i wanted to buy a local sim of this state. One person of poorvika mobile shop told me that they can give me a new sim on the basis of my local address proof. I got the sim but then after one week they barred my calls stating that i have to submit local address proof which they would have told me in the starting only but because of their false information i'm facing this problem. I dont know anyone here. Kindly help

          Provikka mobile in Mylapore show room
          there is no proper rate for any mobile, they are selling the mobile for the Highest Rate
          when we go there and ask some particular mobile, they are changing the mind and giving you other product mobile and also they is no standard price, second by second there rate are different
          i buy Sony Ericon Nite on 31-Oct 2010 at Price 6000, for the Same Model same shop on same date they are selling the Same Product at 5950, when ask the Same product in universal cell they are selling at 5600
          when i ask the same product in Saravana Store they are selling at 5450, see how much different, please my advise is dont buy mobile in Provikka mobile in Mylapore show room
          On 1st Nov i add call the Provikka mobile in Mylapore show room when i ask the price for Sony Ericon Nite they saying RS 5900
          I give the head set Xperia u.poonamallee. Porvika. Show room On last Oct 1st but still they not give. And not give. The proper answer.

            I purchased a fly mc105 model in poorvika mobile showroom, karur branch
            Without any concession on[protected]. Unfortunately, while charging the
            Phone, the mobile charger burnt out. On[protected] i brought it to their
            Notice at the karur branch. They advised me to go to fly, trichy
            Ervice centre. After four hours roam in trichy town, very shameful to
            Ay that there is no fly service centre at trichy. After prolonged
            Argument on[protected] with their karur employees, they taken back the
            Mobile with all accessories with original package informing that they
            Will send it to chennai. But till date no positive response from your
            Poorvika karur branch. When i went in person, they never bother about
            The fate of my mobile. Hence i got doubt, whether they have sold out my
            Mobile or really it is with the service centre.

            I bought Sony Ericcson Cedar Handset from Poorvika Showroom Located at Hopes College Coimbatore, There is offer going on that day that is Bluetooth Headset free for Cedar Mobiles but no body can tell regarding this offer, i know that offer, after i left out from your showroom, then i go to that showroon asked that sales people he is not give correct reason & proper response so i am very upset & also i am sorry to say this Here after i am not buy any handset from POORVIKA and i am not refer anybody for Poorvika mobiles

            Before that i bought 4 Handset from Poorvika i have that bills also

              Dear all,

              This is a caution to all who shop at poorvika mobile at vijaynagar, velachery, chennai.
              I lost my blackberry charger and went to this shop to purchase one.
              The sales guy gave me one and said it will cost me 550 rupees.
              I purchased it and paid for using my debit card.
              Just out of curiosity, i went to the bypass road mobile shop (New simple city, near tital eye+) and asked how much would the same charger cost me.
              The guy said 300 rupees. I was a bit shocked and went back to poorvika to return the charger.
              They were not willing to take it back.
              They started justifying the price saying it was original, and sourced it through the "right channel" etc.
              The guy was also saying that i have signed the debit card slip and so i cannot do anything (When i said i will talk to the bank to stop the txn - which is useless and not feasible anyways).

              I am sharing this as a hard lesson that might help my fellow citizens. The amount is small but still i feel that this shop wala did not behave in a fair manner.

              Yes, I too had same kind of situation. The sales persons at Poorkia (pondicherry) are irresponsible and also behave like insulting the customers.

              Yes, i too had a bad experince with poorvika mobiles.
              Their vadapalani show room 100 feet road (chennai) sales guys are very worst in product knowledge of the products what thery are selling.
              Actually day before yesterday i bought one samsund galaxy ace model mobile phone for Rs.11500/- ...
              Actually i was intended to buy galaxy ace dual sim model only...
              I just asked the sales persons what is the main major features difference between both the models...
              They replied nothing sir just dual sim feature only.
              Afterthat i turned back to office and checked the spec comparison between them.
              i really shocked...
              Galaxy ace dual sim model having internal 3gb storage and 512mb of Ram.the price diffrence between them is only 400. it costs around 11900 only...
              Yesterday i went back to the show room and justified the differece and demanded for the dual sim model but they refused to give.I missed a best choice because of their lack of product knowledge..i

              They are like cheaters.. I charged 300 rs for scrache proof for mobile actally it is 150rs.. and also the sales man behavioral is not good.. he commenting at girls they are coming for purchase.. I they very poor in behaviours.. My advice is is pls don't go to that mobile store anymore..

                I have bought mobile from "poorvika mobiles, adyar, chennai"... They told me to insurance my mobile... So they charged extra money for tat too... But they never gave me the receipt... Wen i askd them..."they told, no need of tat"... N one day... My mobile got damaged in rain... So i went to the same poorvika mobile to change... Since i insured my mobile already... Wen i went n asked... Dey told me tat... I never insured..."blady poorvika"... N even i askd to purchase... They told tat.. They ll take ma mobile... Only for 1, 500 rs... It is a e63 mobile... N i got it was 11, 000... Tat to i bought before 2months... My mobile s only 2months old... I can't bear.. Dis cheating people... Pls do take some severe actions... N public pls don trust poorvika mobiles... Adyar... It sucks.. Really...!!!:- (

                No not like that, Poorvika really they are helping us. When i got a problem with my mobile they only sort out easily with free of cost. So pls don't say like this again
                even i bought nokia n8 in poorvika.when i checked all the accesories are duplicate.even i enquired in nokia care
                I bought a canvas tab three months ago. Recently it started having a lots of problems so i sent it to service since i had an insurance. Initially when they took it they said theyll return it in three days but there was no response for 5 days. When i called back they said they'll call back and inform us in 2 days. After two days there was no call. This time i called the manager and he said he'll definitely take care.
                After that whenever i call the customer care they dont respond properly. They ask for the EMI num, tell me to wait and put it on hold for 15 mins.
                They did it every single time i called them.
                And then after 20 days i went to the showroom. I ask the guy why is that my tab has still not come from service, he replied "Only taking the tab and returning is my business, dont ask me anything else", in such a rude manner.
                I screamed in poorvika showroom and blasted them. They consoled me politely since there were customers around and sent me back.
                now they dont even attend my calls and is one month.
                This morning i went to the manager's office and blasted him.
                he has asked me to wait for 2 days.

                  We have purchased cell phone from Coimbatore Poorvika & with in day i noticed that products was not working properly & i went to the store & they were not responding properly & when i was in the store already 2 guys were there with defected cell phone which was purchased with in a weeks time.

                  They are selling for less but not good quality & poorvika is selling poor quality, when you are going to buy they welcome you very well & when u go back defected cell they don't even bother about u.

                  I bought a mobile two months ago. When i went to buy they were speaking very well, responding for everything. They were asking to put insurance for the mobile which i bought. The thing which they told was that within one year time if anything happens to the mobile I can claim for insurance upto 70%. My mobile was theft in bus and I asked for insurance no one is ready to response. If we call to their contact number also they did not give me a good response. Helpline people are saying the mobile store people have said a wrong information and you go and speak to them. What a response they have for customer? Mobile which is lost with our carelessness cannot be claimed for insurance it seems. I don't know then for what all they will give insurance? They are talking according to people and situation. There is no customer satisfaction in Poorvika. Please don't get things from Poorvika.
                  I purchases a Samsung Model: GT-E2152i mobile on 03-03-12 at Poorvika mobiles private limited, Old no.177, New no.113, 100 feet road, Dr. Rajendraprasad Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore – 641 012, Tamil Nadu. (Invoice no. 034531) I found some problems in the mobile charger in the first week of it and returned to the shop. They advised me to give it service centers at 100 feet road, after two weeks of service they returned my mobile saying that its board problem and that was changed to new one. Till as on date my problem was not yet rectified, more than 3 months my mobile was in the service centers. They changed my IMEA number twice. When i approach poorvika they telling get me a letter from samsung so that we will give a new one. But service centers telling it will be solved. For past six months the problem was not yet solved. Poorvika the name itself telling "POOR" quality.

Simply they will say every thing is available in the Mobile. I have experience while Purchased the Karbon A1+, According to Poorvika that the handset is 3G and capacitive.

                  I purchased a xolo x 900 on 03 mar 2013 from Poorvika branch at Mahalaxmi nagar - Chennai - 73. The mobile went dead on Jul, 2013 and same was given for warranty repair at your branch on 31 jul 2013. The same has not been repaired or replaced till date. Every time I approach, its another 15 days. In between the manager offered to replace the mobile with an inferior model which I refused.I pay an amount of Rs 15000/- so that I could buy a mobile of my choice - not that of Poorvika.You also know as the time passes the mobile becomes out dated too. Holding my mobile for service so long with no assurance from your side is unbelievable. You are requested to revert back on this issue. My purchase bill number is 25750 dated 03 - 03 - 13

                  But they are not replacing :"Worst Poorvika"

                  This is a big and new showroom in poorvika/.Cheaters Cheaters..

                  They can cheat the rich people, why cheating with poors...because we are nothing to them...

                  Recently i gave my Samsung galaxy (S3) for service in Poorvika - Ramanathapuram Branch.
                  The following are the conversation:
                  Day 1: The Poorvika service man told me that i will check and call you
                  Day 2: He called me and tell me that "Power key problem, need to replace".
                  I ask him the service charge, he told me Rs.2500/-
                  I am surprised and tell him i can not spend this much amount.
                  Suddenly he was reduced the amount to Rs. 2000/- . Again i bargain then he will reduced to Rs. 1500/- and this this final amount.
                  I don't know how they reduce the amount. I am not trust with their words, so i bring my mobile back with out service.

                  Then i visit Samsung service center at Saligramam, chennai. Give the mobile, with in a minute they found the problem, Actually the problem is Hold key is not working, this needs to replace and need to Software update total cost is Rs. 315/-
                  With in two days my mobile problem is resolved.

                  Why the poorvika people do like this? So please don't prepare poorvika for anything.

                  Poorvika Mobiles — Flip cover price issue

                  On 28/3/2014, Flip cover second quality was purchased, price is Rs 600 which is very high on comparision. Bill no: 16784, Aminjakarai(next to Billroth hospital). Yesterday, I went there to check the price value, but there was no proper reply from your side .

They opend my phone den they noticed that flash is broken .. they r not ready to repair my phone in warranty time...                   To the Concerned Authorities, I would like to address the
                  Grievance regarding the Purchase of my
                  NOKIO Mobile – 108 Model


                  Issue Recap :


                  My Intention of Purchasing was a Gift for my Aunt at Kerala,

                  As I was planning to go to Kerala on 13th/March, I purchased this mobile near my office – Hopes Location – Coimbatore ;
                  “Poorvika” on 5th March - 2015

                  As it was a gift, I didn't Opened the Box and I took it to
                  Kerala, [ I can Produce Train Tickets ] . On 15th Sunday, My Aunt
                  Opened the Phone box and made a first call .


                  During the First call itself, we could make it that the
                  particular speaker was not working, as we could not hear/speak,

                  When we switched on the Speaker Mode, we could hear ? But
                  in normal mode we could not hear .


                  So I repacked and visited Coimbatore on 16th
                  Evening and reached poorvika on 18th Wednesday and reported this
                  Manufacturing defect .


                  Service at Shop :


                  Initially the service person discussed and asked me to sit,
                  so they could give me an another phone .

                  Later they went to the Manager and after that a Lady came
                  and set, that the Bill is on 5th of March, so Two weeks,
                  Generally it should be within a week .

                  so I replied that I just used this phone on 15th
                  ? Then she replied, then we can check when the IMEI number was activated, if
                  it is within 7 days, we could replace .


                  Agreeing this statement, I
                  agreed to give the phone along with the scanned bill and left the show
                  room .


                  Next day, 19th Morning, I re-visited the show
                  room again, I discussed with Mohan – Account manager of the showroom . He said, we also support customer and said .

                  Billing is not an issue, if
                  the Nokio agrees, we could replace, even we can provide duplicate
                  bills with post dated, only issue is IMEI usage ?


                  I replied, yesterday as your manager said, kindly check
                  the IMEI no and check the usage . If it is with in less than 7 days, kindly
                  replace.

                  He said, That is what he also has communicated to the boy,
                  who has taken it to the service centre and we will wait for the feed back .

                  While leaving also, I informed if Nokio is declining, I
                  would like to know the IMEI usage data in written form / Hard-copy report, so I
                  could approach consumer court .


                  In afternoon, they called me and said they they won’t
                  replace it and they have serviced it .


                  Area of Concern :


                  1.
                  The Phone was given only to verify the IMEI
                  usage and now they have serviced without my knowledge and reverting their own
                  words that I provided for service ?

                  2.
                  And they say, that it is a Software update for
                  Speaker Issue ?

                  3.
                  I called the customer care at [protected] – I
                  addressed my Grievance, An Lady
                  Executive said Initially within 4 days of purchase you have to revert ? you can
                  find from the recording

                  And in the midst of conversation, she
                  said that when it is out of our sale, we are not responsible for replacement ?
                  only service warranty applies .


                  This is COMPLETE misguide of
                  customer, where you could have verified
                  my IMEI usage ? But u conflicted your own Inputs .

                  You serviced saying it was a
                  software update ? u said bill is not an issue, u can produce duplicate bills ?
                  but now Everything they want, is to wash the hands saying that Poorvika is
                  just a Point of sale,

                  Even when a Product has
                  manufacturing defects and went out from the point of purchase, we have to
                  accept the defective product and get it serviced .


                  I wanted to Escalate this Issue to Top level, but they
                  failed to provide any number,

                  I don't know, they have given [protected]@poorvika.com & [protected]@poorvika.com to contact, I will try my level best to
                  reach top level to get it addressed .


                  Till now I have not got the product from showroom, I will
                  wait to reach the top-level ? Let me explore some options to get JUSTICE, so
                  it won’t impact another poor Customer .

                        I have purchased fly DS 100 Dual sim mobile from your kodambakkam shop on 18.10.2009, after one month i have noticed that sim No 2 is not working, I have handed over the mobile to your kodambakam office for servicing on 1st week of Dec and acknowledge by your staff and confirmed that it will be serviced by within a weeks time,

                        I have called up several time over through the phone it is ringing no one picked up the landline as well as mobile too.[protected], [protected]).

                        I have explained whole situation to your other branch to pick phone, after that Mr.Srikanth, kodambakkam branch called up my mobile.

                        He has confirmed that it will be delivered on 4jan 2010.

                        Since I am tracing for the past three days not able to get the mobile from your shop, this will shows your improper handling the customers and poor service rendered by you.

                        Hope you will take necessary action and return my mobile by tomorrow itself.

                          I have bought a sony ericsson p1i from poorvika mobile showroom in adambakkam, chennai, that was the last piece in showroom. I asked them to give me a fresh piece and the stock are over. (But really it was phase out stage)

                          I trusted them and bought the mobile, within a week the mobile started giving me problem. I took up to them to replace the mobile, they told, they cant change they can get a free service. I didnt mind, i asked them to proceed.

                          After a year i again got a complaint as there was only 1 authorised service center in chennai and that was also too much crowded, i thought of giving to the same showroom to get that serviced. (I repeatedly trusted them)

                          I told there is a problem in the touch screen, they serviced in their showroom itself with an unskilled person, he damaged the panel and changed the touch screen without identifying the cause. Because that was not the problem.

                          When i saw the phone, i really dont know what to do, i wanted to through the phone on his face, but what will the poor fellow will do, when the management asks him to do. I encouraged him, even ultimately i want my phone in a working condition, i requested him to send it to the service center and get it serviced. It was rectified, it was a softare problem. I paid rs.400 again for software.

                          I myself change the panel from richie street.

                          I made a resolution on that day, not to buy from poorvika and also the sony ericsson.

                          Sony ericsson will load all the feature and sell it at less price, but the phone will be phased out quickly. You will end up with an outdated phone model.

                          Nokia is always the best.

                          I waked up only after buying 4 models of sony ericsson.

                            I bought a "Samsung Metro S3600" from 'Poorvika Mobiles Pvt Ltd" at 139 Arcot Road, Valasaravakkam - 600 087 on the 15th of October. I was charged Rs. 5300 for this phone.

                            After I bought the phone, I saw their / Samsung's advertisement in the Times of India the same day for Rs. 5149. I immediately called up Poorvika's help[protected] and then Poorvika's manager. They also confirmed that the price that I had paid was higher and I was wrongly charged.

                            But still, they do not seem to be willing to replace it or refund the money. Could any of you guide me on this please?

                              Dont buy anything from Poorvika mobiles. They are selling duplicate accessories. Learnt that they sell duplicate mobile phones also. I bought Sony Ericssion W350i from them on Sep-2008. It was coming with 512 MB memory card, i asked for 1 GB card, they have charged extra 400. The songs were getting corrupted beyond 400 MB. I have taken mobile to Sony ericssion service station, To my shock, they told that it was a duplicate part & will not service this.

                              I have went to the store & explaiend after a long quarrel they replaced the card. When i wanted to format & copy my songs it was not allowing & phone is switching off. They have again given a defective part. I don't have time & energy to fight.

                              Yes, Don't buy mobile from Poorvika. They are selling duplicate mobiles. and not provide good service also. I bought icube mobile with in 4 months my charger not working.

                              I asked them service center address they provide some wrong address or something else... I went to shop for 2 weeks for getting service center address. but they not providing correct address. Even service center details they don't then how can they run the shop in good manner. I really disappointed then I bought new charger with cost even I have 6 months replacement warranty I couldn't claim that.
                              My time waste and money waste. everything waste.

                                Today dt. 04 july 2008, i purchased a nokia 1200 for rs. 1250.00. They assured warranty. The next half an hour i brought the set home, i found that the phone book contacts starting with the letter 'd' could not be accessed. I got 100% frustrated. They even never picked the phone. Finally the 5th time when the rep / salesman picked up, i shouted at him with my reasonable anger. I was asked to come to kodambakkam (Arcot road) poorvika showroom.

                                The salesman there blamed my sim card which is a bsnl. He said only bsnl sim cards face this problem, when that was not the fact. He tried avoiding me and my replacement request even though i had purchased it the same day, just 1 hour before.
                                After a great struggle, he agreed to replace the handset. Then the sales person started shouting at me, which is in no way, a customer respect or honour.

                                I would recommment people to buy mobiles, even in local retailers, never and never in poorvika. They are fraud, cheats and scoundrels.

                                  I have exchanged my mobile phone (Nokia 2300 without the headphones and charger) on 8.3.2008 at poorvika mobile world old - 213 / new 170, kabilvasthu complex,
                                  Purasawalkam high road, purasawalkam, chennai - 600 041.
                                  For a new samsung c160 and they said that if i return my headphones and charger to them they will refund me rs 200 on the bill paid. So when i went and asked them on 24.3.2008, they are said that its been too late now and we cant give any money for them and harshed me with abusive words when i asked them that you dint inform me in the beginning of the purchase.
                                  Ir they didn't inform me within how many days i should return those accessories so that they will refund me...

                                  I went to Poorvika mobiles, taramani for enquiring about the service centres as the phone I brought from Poorvika, taramani had problems with display.And the reponse from all the people at the outlet including the superviser was too bad.They were too arrogant and never gave proper reply.

                                    I purchased a N70M(Music Edition) Phone in Kodambakkam poorvika branch,at that time they offered a blue tooth head set with the mobile(not free),at the time of purchasing the blue tooth head set worked fine.But after one week,the blue tooth head set is not working properly.I went to the store and want to replace the blue tooth head set,but they denied top change that,why because this is an additional offer there is no warranty for this like that they told.After a big quarrel with the owner they changed the blue tooth head set...

                                    dont buy mobile phones at poorvika mobile shop i saw one of their ads and went and bought a mobile the ad stated mobiles at lowest price in city but the mobile went dead in two days then only i found out they had given me the duplicate set from bazaar.when i visited the shop again they were very rude
                                    I purchased Nokia 5300 at Anna Nagar Poorvika on 21st March 2008. they charged Rs.6400/-. also they told us It is the Lowest price in Chennai.

                                    The same day we checked her Website. The Price is Rs.6, 235/-. we checked other Mobile dealer the price is Rs.6200/- only.

                                    So I come to know that they are cheating to the customers. Please check the price

                                    I had purchased new Sony Ericsson R306 model [Poorvika Mobile world, Kanchipuram, Tamil nadu]. They made advertisement of R306 model get one I Pod free given by Poorvika Mobile world on 14-Feb-09. But I went to that shop and enquired about this cell. Original mobile price is 3900. They said 5500. They said extra price on that free I Pod [1600 extra]. I am really shocked finally I asked to show the I Pod [means only APPLE] but they shown the Zebronics make MP3 player. They are lying with some other reasons. I don’t why this people are cheating with advertisement. There is no proper control of this kind of advertisement.

                                    MAJOR ONE IS AFTER ONE DAY MOBILE PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IT DISPLAY FULL OF WHITE DISPLAY. I DON’T THIS IS ORIGINAL PIECE OR NOT. I SUGEST EVERY ONE BETTER TO BUY AUTHORISED DEALER ONLY.
                                    I purchased a htc mobile phone from poorvika, when i started having problems with the phone about 2 weeks after purchasing, i was directed to go to a htc service center. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT??? If i bought the phone a year previous or maybe even a month previous, maybe then its fine, but 2 weeks. That type of behavior drives me crazy... Nobody in that location was of any help, they had no idea what to do!!! What type of people does Poorvika have working from them? All the employees did was laugh, as that made me even more angry because i am a Indian, but was raised abroad and do not speak any languages native to india. I am heading back to chennai in a few days, and when i get there i have some more issues with the phone. I am thinking that they have been given phones that are either damaged and they have had them fixed or they have been returned due to manufacturer defects. I think they are " fake phones" but am not sure. Well either way, nobody i know, will be going to get their phones from there.

                                    I purchased a mobile battery BX40 for Moto V8 mobile for Rs.575 from Poorvika mobile shop at Poonamallee High Road near Aircell building on 2nd May 2009. On checking it was found that the battery sold to me for Rs.575 was a defective one. Next day I was to leave for Ahmedabad by morning flight and hence I could not fire them.
                                    It may be concluded that Poorvika is simply a full of cheaters.
                                    Poorvika is the most stupid mobile company you can ever land yourself into. I had a worst experience from them recently. We bought around 7 nokia handsets for our company. First they came running to the company immediately after placing the order. The next day the same guy who gave us the mobiles came back and said he was supposed to get back all the mobiles which confused us. we called our boss and he said he dint know anything about it. So just incase we all packed the mobiles with chrgers and everything. Then that guy said sorry sir i came here by mistake i was supposed to go to sum other address. We all got very much irritated and asked him y cant u clarify and come. He replied that you all look like dignified people why are shouting at me?? He started blabbering that his father s a lawyer and so dont mess with me. Sounded like a fool. When called up poorvika the said said sorry abt inconvenience nd kept the fone. If they get an order they come running behind us and aftr that they dnt even care.

                                    I took it back & when i came back to home i saw that my keypad light was not working, again i went back after 2 days to the same shop but the lady who do the service was out of station.

                                    Today (19.06.09) again I went but that lady was telling that it was not her fault & if i Repair I have to pay 300 Rs. for the keypad light.

                                    I am a student & i asked her so many times, it was clear by seeing her face that she has done something wrong. They are doing some unethical practice or mulfunctioning

                                    Yesterday (21.09.2009) I bought Sony ericson W 395 Sliding Phone from Poorvika Mobiles, Kilpauk (Taylors road) Chennai. I asked the sales man for a phone with 240 x 320 pixels, 2.4 inches he showed many models including Sony Ericson W 395 telling that it complies the same display size I require, and he persuaded me to buy that phone even though with doubt I told him that this is not that size he was repeatedly saying no sir, this size is 240 x 320 pixels, only, but to my dismay when I see the phone specification, I understand that this is only 176 x 220 pixeles, when I contacted that sales man (Mr. Jayakumar) even to day moring ( 22.09.2009) when I contacted him still he argues that the phone ( W 395 ) is of 240 x 320 only. I am realy disappointed the way I have been tricked.

                                    i purchased a sony ericsson s320 model from poorvika kodambakkam showroom. we opened it and checked in front of them immediately. Echo was there. we asked them to exchange the mobile. They were telling once it is billed cant return the money and they selected another nokia mobile of same price without even asking us the opinion. We fought and bought a mobile of our choice. They sorrounded us and scolded us also for that. Service is really poor. Salepeople are not treating the customers properly. once you paid the money, they act like customers.
                                    There are two points in this issue. No.1. Problems associated with the instrument No.2 The support of the shop who sells the instruments. Of these the second one is very important which gives customer satisfaction. I find from these complaints that this company is not fully equipped to provide service even in the case of well known brands like Nokia., Samsung etc.. I was planning to buy Mocromax X250 from this company . Bur after hearing what others say I will go to some other shop to buy. Thanks for the feedback.

                                    i had purchased a brand new nokia head phone in poorvika show room (T NAGAR ) they told that there is gaurente if there is no external damage with wire.but within 6 days the head phone was not responding me properly for that problem i had asked same guy who sold to me he told that there is no problem with that head phone. but i confirm that other head phone is working properly compared to that .till now i had not got a good solution.the cost of the head phone is 450 /.regarding this complaint a person handle me was very rude & harshy very poor customer service, very poor quality
                                    I bought a Sony Erricson mobile K 790i on 25.10.2008, which we have lost at Queens land theme park within the next 3 months. When enquired with the Poorvika showroom they doesnt even had the courtesy to respond what the call properly, they said nothing can be done. They sold the mobile to me for Rs.9900/-, and they though this is not money and they told the very time of purhcase, if it is lost they can help us to get support from them, but it is not true. They will not respond to any of your calls on lost mobile even though you have bought many mobiles from them.

                                    The way the phone call was attended was annoying, they doesnt seem to understand the value of money we are spending to get any product.

                                    Very unfortunately i have bought 3 mobiles from them including the one which i have lost. I bought 2 at a time and the lost one later.

                                    The last should be Sony Erricson should think again for lending license to all these type of showrooms to sell their products.

                                    This is to register complain about the breaking down of my phone and the poor quality of after sales services. I bought a W205 on 27th Dec 2009 and on 6th January 2009 (9 Days of purchase) the phone suddenly became dead and when I went to the service center at : My Mobile Shoppe, Shop No. 4, Omkar Complex, Nr. DAS School, Aundh Pune 411027, I came to know that the some part inside the circuit has got burned and when claiming a replacement as it was only 9 days old phone I was made to sit for 3 hours without any answers with so much o[censored]nprofessionalism and after that they only said me that the phone cannot be replaced and if replaced it will take atleast 30-40 days to receive it and if I gave it for repairing it will take 15 days which is again a long length of time. I was deeply unsatisfied by the performance of the product and the service quality at the center, so this is my request to look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

                                    i got a samsung mobile gt-s3653 from poorvika mobiles adayar and with in 10 days my mobile did work properly ,the battery did not stay for more than 20 min even if you charge it for 1 full day , i took it to the poorvika mobile sotre( the guys in the shop told that i need to take to the service center in adayar near "Rani meamai school" the fitime i took the person told me that he changed the battery and when i checked the battery in the bill it was the same and it did not work , the next time with in the same wee i took it back to the service center and they told that it was some problem in the borard and did some thing and it worked for 10 days and now again i have the same problem

                                    I Purchased a FLY MC105 model in Poorvika Mobile Showroom, Karur Branch
                                    WITHOUT ANY CONCESSION ON[protected]. Unfortunately, while charging the
                                    phone, the mobile charger burnt out. On[protected] I brought it to their
                                    notice at the karur branch. They advised me to go to FLY, TRICHY
                                    service centre. After four hours roam in trichy town, very shameful to
                                    say that there is no FLY service centre at trichy. After prolonged
                                    argument on[protected] with their Karur employees, they taken back the
                                    mobile with all accessories with original package informing that they
                                    will send it to chennai. But till date no positive response from your
                                    Poorvika karur branch. When i went in person, they never bother about

                                    I bought Micromax 550 Qube mobile in kanchipuram poorvika branch on 02.01.2011. On that mobile there is a problem in message folder opening. The next day i asked them but they won't give proper response. Then i went to vellore branch, they said that is the software problem and brought my phone and kept my phone for 5 days. But the problem is not solved. Now both kancipuram and vellore branch do not give any answer and they won't take care of my complaint. I have warranty and insurance properly then i don't know why they won't take care and response my complaint. Should i take any legal steps in consumer court?

                                    i purchased sony j105 naite mobile from thiruvottiyur poorvika. really they gave me good good respect and care and customer care, i am very satishfied from their care. if you want a mobile only you can buy anywhere in world but if you want love and good friends with mobile go and get your mobile from poorvika in thiruvottiyur, i don't know about other branches in chennai from my side i can tell thiruvottiyur poorvika is the best showroom and people are lovable persons
                                    hai poorvika is the worst mobile showroom...we went to poorvika vadapalani, and asked the price of nokia 1616.he told as 1450.bt i argued that its price as 1250.they told to ask universal that they also have the same price..bt they gave the mobile for 1290.the next day i simply searched the poorvika website the rate is 1266.suddenly i called poorvika vadapalani and asked the price for the same model..now they told as 1350..i kept the phone and called poorvika t.nagar and asked the price, he told as 1350.i asked him whether every poorvika offers the same price, he said yes and then i asked then poorvika vadapalani said the price as 1450.for that he told me that it includes insurance and escaped.dont believe in poorvika..its utter waste guys..be aware..its like ranganathan street bussinees(telling different prices, and raising the prices and then reducing)...

                                    Very poor service at Hosur Poorvika, I purchased a dual sim mobile and got 2 airtel sim cards. it took five days to activate the sim cards + now my connection got disconnected due to non submission of documents.
                                    I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased in Poorvika store Avadi Chennai branch. I have bought fly mobile (model-FLYB435)on 5th February(invoice No-22427)after using two months from date of purchase. Mob got problems in dual sim, keypad, network coverage and in display. and mobile was serviced by poorvika mobile Pvt ltd and they handed my mob back after 25 days. And after using for a period of month same problem raised again. I requested to replace the mobile but they not willing to do it so. Kindly help me to get justice in this case.

                                    Please don't buy mobiles in Poorvika. Really they are chating and giving stupid service. I will narrate my experience with poorvika. I bought samsung Galaxy Y in chennai poorvika at Dhandishvaram branch(near velachery). After bought that mobile I got problem with touch pad after a day itself. Then I went to store and claim for wannenty(when I buy they told there is an replacement warranty for one year). When I claimed for warranty they told me to go to samsung service center. In samsung service center they told me to wait for 1hr and they will clear the issue. But after a week only they give the mobile. In between gap they postponed every day. After they give me the mobile it was worked fine for 2 days only.

                                    So please don't go for poorvika. Samsung service center is also not good.

                                    I bought a Karbonn Tablet (Smart Tab 1.0) from Vellore Poorvika. While buying they said that it supports video chatting but once I went home, I found that the product is not compatible of any Video chatting. When I took back it the next day they refused to take back the product saying that they wont take back the product.

                                    They said that they dont bother even if we are going to complain.
                                    I have bought Carbon A9 Mobile in Poorvika shop last month 21st May 2012. After 1week net work issue i have given local service centre ie Mount road on that time rest the mobile my previous data all lose.

                                    I bought micromax A100 on 03.10.2012 in poorvika kumanachavadi, poonamallee. i got voice hearing problem and handovered to them on 24.10.2012. after four days they sent to the service centre which is very far to them i.e egmore. Mr.Raja sales executive promised us to deliver on next 2 working days.
                                    here starts the story after 2 days i called the gentle man he said not yet ready. then after 7 days i called again but no response i went to the service centre they said it will be ready on the same day.i trust them 8 the day i called they said no. then i got mr. sendhil branch incharge no:[protected] for his part he requested to give 2 days time.11 th day i called they gave me a shock telling that mobile is ready .i went to receive they said problem is not yet rectified. then i quarreled with them they gave me a customer care exe no: miss. Hapzhi, i spoke to her she also want one day time to give the mobile the next day i got the conference call from her with micromax service person Mr. Hari saying that your mobile problem is solved. i was happy yesterday i went to receive the mobile they said problem not yet solved. i shouted them they gave me a another phone no Mr. Satya [protected] no response again they gave me another no:Mr. Geeva [protected] TSM no response . i dont know for what reason M/s poorvika is giving their no's to the customer.
                                    Because of customers these people are employed in poorvika and they dont want to take care of customers.hope this will reach all the customers as well as poorvika management.

                                    Poorvika - Adambakkam is very bad and poor service...I bought a samsung mobile from poorvila adambakkam..after 1 month that charger was not working, then i went back to poorvika adambakkam to change the charger..they told me to go to samsung serice centre and they treated me bery badly...then i went to samsung serive centre t nager...1 day they said come at 10am to 6 pm and 1 day they said come monday to friday and today i went they said no stock...still now i have not got replaced my charger...

They said it will be activation within 2 days from the date purchasing on 10.Dec.2012, after waiting for 2-3 days it was not activated. When i spoke call/visit this shop, they told me u have wait within 2 days to activate Prepaid Tata photon Plus data card. I had called sales executive Mr.Gowtham more than 100times, but the sales man at Poorvika were not aware about that.

                                    Think twice before go to Poorvika mobiles. I had bought Htc Desire V from Poorvika mobiles Pvt. Ltd. in Pandi bazaar on[protected], for Rupees 13, 100.00 /- . On[protected] I had problem with loud speeker so I went to service center of htc. They said the problem occur within 14 days, so the poorvika have to replace a new mobile, and they also provide DOA certificate (which is necessary for the replacement), I went the same day to Poorvika.

                                    There manager Sriram answer me and he told "that mobile is out of stock now, so i can arrange u from any other poorvika, please call me tomorrow". When I called he did answer and said "you can come here", so i went there but said " i didn't ask u to come". Later he call his distributor front of me and said "Please wait for 7 days, it will arrive within that date. So after[protected] to till now[protected] i used to call him whether the stocks came today. and keeps telling me no. But after 11 days I lack Patience and went to ask him. Now he say Take Samsung S Duos( which priced same) or we can refund your money with reduction of 14.5% for tax. but i asked why i have to pay tax for the mobile which i don't have, also I don't like samsung products they don't match Htc.

                                    I have asked poorivka if they can give back rectified on the same day, Technician Name Mr. D. Tamil and others at the showroom assured to give on the same day evening (19/05/2013).

                                    When I called at 7.00 pm on 19/05/2013, I have been informed by your technician Mr. D. Tamil that the problem is not fixed it will be ready by next day 20/05/2013.

                                    On 20/05/2013 around 11.30 I received call from your above technical person saying it take 2 more days to fix the problem. I requested him to return same as it is so that I will go and fix the problem in any authorized Blackberry service outlets at chennai. He assured me to give on 21/05/2013 without fail.

                                    As your aware that Blackberry is mainly used by Working professional for Email Communication and I have been registered with Factory Email ID so as to reply our company International customers immediately. I am pressurized and in mental agony with work load for not catching up email due to non-availability of the device which is under service in your esteemed concern.

                                    On (21/05/2013) I was not answered to my call even after several attempts and I myself traced new Ambur Poorvika No and when I called I received a reply from other service person that Mr. Tamil has gone for meeting and I have not proper response. I asked them to give atleast a standby. No response...

                                    Today (22/05/2013) after my several attempts to calls, I got an info that my device is at Chennai Service Center and once they complete the trouble shoot they will send the device through courier. And even they added that it has been flash ( at time of handing over my device I particularly asked your technical person that should I take back up. He replied it is only charging connector problem no need of it). Now all communication datas are completely damaged. How I should retrieve them back ??????.

                                    What sort of answer I should give to my international customer... since I don't have standby device to reply them spontaneously...

                                    What sort of Service Poorvika provide to customer where the showroom is newly opened at Ambur Town...

                                    PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU DON'T HAVE PROPER TECHNICAL PERSON DO NOT OPT FOR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER

                                    I bought one Celkon mobile on 8th Jun13.Actually i was there to buy one duel SIM querty keypad mobile for my official usage.Since the querty keypad stock was not available.They convinienced me to buy one duel sim touch screen without any DEMO.I bought it and since it is a low cost mobile i did not concentrate on it much after 2 days when i tried to insert 2nd SIM it is not accepting as the 2nd slot is for Micro SIM.That time (11.06.13) itself i called and informed they told me to come to shop.Since i am working in Bangalore yesterday(11.06.13) evening i reached that shop Which is located Opposite to the Hosur Bustand and near to "The Mobile Store".When i explained that to sales staffs they are pointing that it is a customer mistake.Whenever any customer come to their shop that customer has to mention all their requirement from Normal SIM or Micro SIM, to material specification and size, etc.Is it a way any staff reply to the customer???                                     but after one week that karbonn mobile also gave a problem that was the mobile screen become white and battery become emitting more heat.so we take it to repair shop they tell that the it was not screen problem.the screen was not damaged its a mother board problem.

                                    Hi, Iam Raja Suganth Kumar, Bill no 17113, purchased a Asha 501 on 24.11.2013 @ Poorvika Mobile shoppe, Kalavasal Branch, Near Kalavasal signal, Madurai.I really felt very very bad & sad about the service I was rendered by them, especially the sales guy attenended me, name is Ramesh I think, really a stupid & idiotic guy.He had not shown atleast 1% interest to do sales to me. He might have thought, we would ask mobile without paying money, or we would beg him for a mobile. I asked him what are the specialities in asha 501. he said nothing, . but you buy additional a blue tooth kit from me. I asked him about other mobiles, he said no. finally I asked him, sir, can you put me scratch card on my mobile screen. he answered me after 10 mins and pointed out me a corener place of the show room where the accessories are sold.. We are paying money & buying mobile, but this kind of service would be really demotivating us to go back again.
                                    The small boy who sold accessories, he had a smiling face, he politely seved me, and asked my requirement. But the person who sold mobile, he didn't even smile. He has to learn from that small boy.

                                    I had a very bad experience with Poorvika -Tiruppur(near court) lately. I went to the store to purchase Samsung S3 and the salesman (C.Karthi) was very nice (only during the time of purchase) and asked me to take insurance, flip cover and scratch card. Then he said that there was no offer for that phone but Poorvika would provide headset for free. Later he mentioned that headset was not available right then and they would call me.I happily bought the phone thinking that I had a good deal. I was expecting a call which I never received and I called them back. Then the worst things started as there was no proper response and they also simply put me on hold for like 10 mins and no one replied. A couple of days later, I went to the store and then I received a response from the same salesman said that I should travel another 15 kms to get my offer headset as it was available in another Poorvika store in Avinashi road.Finally, I realized that they were simply wasting my time and they lied to me just to make me purchase the phone.

                                    Such a WORST customer service I have ever received and guys who are very poor at customer service like these one should never be given such responsibilities.

                                    I had purchased a karbonn A25 phone from Pondicherry on July 2013. Due to the charger problem I had approcahed the poorvika show room at Dindigul. They told the charger will be replaced with one and as per the promise the charger has not been replaced so far 2 months nearly. I purchased a micromax mobile A 120 model and within a week's time the phone was not connecting to the network. Handed over the mobile to poorvika mobile store at Mayiladuthurai and they are behaving like favouring me by giving the mobile to micromax service centre for repair. Poorvika is not at all taking any responsibility and they think their job is over with selling the product and enjoying the profit. They will turn their other face if you approach them for after sale service. If any product becomes defective within one week, 10 days or so, they suppose to give replacement other wise why should I go to poorvika for mobile purchase, I can get it from the company show room directly.

                                    I purchased karbonn tablet on 26th Oct 2013 from poorvika showroom - Salem Branch. From the time of purchase i was facing the problm with the mobile. I haven't even used the mobile for even two months. I gave the mobile to karbonn service centre in salem on 23rd April 2014. From that date till now i haven't received my tablet. While enquiry they are not giving proper feedback also. Kindly resolve this issue.

Its name POOR-VIKA itself starts with the word POOR, When we enter the store they come to us wishing as if we are the only customer they have in the world but we have any problem with the products we purchase from POOR-VIKA they never bother, I have given my HTC 816 Mobile for service, Initially while pick up they said i will get the mobile within 25 days Max... Now when i call the customer service(for which i have to keep trying from morning to get my call connected to the POOR Customer service), Then they cooly say that it will take 35 days for my mobile to get serviced, I dont understand why is it taking sooooooooooooooooooooooo long to just fix a cracked screen... which purchasing the mobile they showed soooo many features abt the insurance, But if i would have know the service is sooo pathetic &amp; long.. i would never have opted for the insurance &amp; would have paid &amp; got my mobile repaired... worst service ever... Pathectic... i will never step into POOR-VIKA in my life...
                                    I had given my celkon a119q for mic not working issue to their service dept but after 15 days they told its some connector issue and after reinstalling my android os they give it back without fixing the issue and now even the speaker is not working plus its restarting automatically while charging, i don't know what did they do to my phone...don't expect this from poorvika
