[Resolved]  PureIT Water Purifier — water not coming.

Water not coming. After complain some person came to home and demand from me Rs.50 for servicing.
when my Battery is normal why I give you Rs.50 for servicing? Which is your fault. Is this yours customer care???

My name is Dr ajoy samuel mammen. I bought water pureit filter 10 months back. Yesterday inwards it stopped working. Even if I pour water, water will not get filtered and come to transparent chamber. I checked the germ kill battery status..its not red. What to do next

Myself Vikas Kamble from Kalyan west Waylne Nager. I bought Pure it 25 ltr 6 month back. just 2 month back change the filter too but suddenly it stop functioning. after cleaning and twice, water is not coming down. it hardly 12 hours time to enter into main tank and that also 4 to 5 enches.

kindly advise what to do ????
