[Resolved] Rediff Online Shopping/ India Mart Online Shop — Cheating on online purchase

I ordered a children's battery operated bike (kids can ride on this) worth of Rs.3000/- thru rediff online shopping...IND MART is the vendor. They sent the defective item and completely useless. My kid never even used for a single time. When i feedback to the vendor, they did not respond well. They purposely delayed to respond to my mail and finally said the warranty period is over (7days). I was cheated like hell. This is the second time for same product. Customers/online shoppers, beware of IND MART and REDIFF online shopping. I had extremely bad experience/frustration.

same case happened with me too. The contact person Gurpreet singh is a big time fraud

I am not surprised. My order status remains "READY TO SHIP" for more than two weeks now. Better avoid REDIFFMALL and INDIAPLAZA since they are powering the same.

I agree. Rediffonline dont take any accountability for the products they sell thru forum. It is most unfortunate. They expect the buyer to be sitting at home for so that he can send it back within 7 days and that too to the vendor. I have lost total faith in rediff.

I would recommend bindaasbargain .com to the readers.It is an excellent forum and they give excellent products and service. I am a regular buyer from their website.

I agree. I have purchase battery bike by Rediff online, at the time of first order I received my product within 7 days. Then I have ordered the same bike twice. but after 15 days rediff reversed my order & the reason was no courier service. If rediff has delivered the same product on the same address previously then how can they give the reason. They just cheated me & utilized my money. So be careful while purchasing through rediffshop.
