[Resolved]  Rediffmail.com — forgot password

my rediffmail accounts [protected]@rediffmail.com is not working. I have forgot the password. I am a layman not having good knowledge of computer. so i have given my friend to prepared my id. but that frieds left the job. Please help in getting my new password.

i have lost my password and have mentioned my alternate ID to recover my password but, i have still not received any mail on my alternate ID for the receover please send me password recovery mail on my ID- [protected]@yahoo.com for my rediffamail ID [protected]@rediffmail.com.

and when i try with forget password it is showing like
Number of attempts for retrieving the password is exhausted
