[Resolved]  Rediffmail — recovery password

we see should i got my rediffmail password on my alternate id

You should check ur alternate id because rediff sent a new password on ur alternate id..

Dear Team,

I had a rediffmail account "[protected]@rediffmail. com" and have forgotten the password. I am trying to retrive it since last 15 days. It is not working and the "Forgot Password" lisk is not working as the mails are not being sent to [protected]@satyam.com. Please provide me the option to change the alternate email id or please send me the password to chan.[protected]@gmail.com.

My last resort is to create a new rediffmail and request you to transfer my existing mails in [protected]@rediffmail.com to my new id,

All my important mails are stuck in this rediffmail account and retriving this mail id is becoming a real problem to me.

It would be of a great help if you could get me a new password for this at my alternative email id: m... If my passward is not possible to recovery then close my account from rediffmail kindly my new id at rediffmail ([protected]@rediffmail).com and my gmail id is ([protected]@gmail.com)
