[Resolved] Rediffmailpro.com — Pathetic and slow response

am unable to use online service to renew the account what is that? Please explain why this is showing error that I am not domin holder and I can't renew it Till date if you check record I do it online every year since the day I bought it..
It is really frustrating and worst company response I ever seen.
One suggestion to rediffmailpro company management they can start how to torture there loyal custmer without giving any value added services..

Yes Mr Wadekar I agree REDIFFMAILPRO.COM IN India is worst mangement company.. They are there just to suck there clients..

Also let me know there charges and service support online we have good amount of budget towards it But we want reliable company to support.
