Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad — POOR WEBSITE | |||
Sir, This is to bring to the notice of the Regional Passport Officer, Hyderabad the poor quality of website maintained by the passport office, wherein we are unable to have the date and time of the appointments printed on the application, while registering for a passport under Tatkal Scheme online. This has been a problem since long and no steps are being taken to rectify this issue. This would prevent anyone legitimately entering the passport office during the scheduled appointment. Respected Sir,
As on[protected] we have applied for renewal of passport to me and my wife. in file No:- R002785, R002786, we are getting the status on web is expected to be despatched by[protected] on[protected]
from then we didn'tget any update & passport was not received as iam in need of it urgently please expedite it's despatch.

R002786- year 2009,
not dispatched.

Hi Sir,Hyderbad passport office half the time is down.I think its a big shame. please ask the company which has taken the support of the website to rectify this issue.
