Hi,
I got installed Reliance BIG TV DTH in the month of may under the reliance energy customer scheme. The offer along with the installation was 5 month free subscription. My free subscription expired on 15th may and to reactivate the services i was asked by the Big TV cust care to recharge the acount and then on recharging the same by amount 500, i came to know from the cust care that there was an initial negative balance of 765 which after the recharge amounts to Rs 265. I have no idea from where this negative balance came and to my surprise even the cust care people are unable to answer the same.
On my repeated calling the complaint have been escalated and was accepted by their team leader that due to some error in their system the negative balance is shown and was told that the same will be rectified and my services will be renewed in next 24hrs.
I have called up customer care almost 35 times and is always given an assurance that complaint will be sorted in 24hrs but the same has not been done after 6 days.

BIG TV — reliance
today from morning big tv is not working when ever i call they say in 30 mins it will start server down and the agent dis connects teh call...relience big tv is a stupid company... its only mera bap ka sapna... for people its a sapna because u dono when it will work properly for it to becom sap ka appna... customer care just disconnect the call they give only 1 reason server is down... if i have to say its a f... company who are not fit to broadcast tv channels and also the mobile service is sick...
