Hi myself Arunkumar from Cochin, my account no[protected] i recharged the big tv on[protected] for Rs.1270 with 1 year validity.
now the balance become Rs.0. How? I report to the customer care but they are giving irresponsible answers.

Reliance Big TV — wrong subscription done at big tv end
hi my name is amit. account number[protected]. i got my account recharged done on 10th october 2009 for rs 1700/ for one year subscription for premium pack activation. but after six months they told me that my account has not been activated for premium pack and they are deducting the amount on basis of previous pack that was maxi cab( which was no longer in use when i got my account recharged. i did spoke to their customer care regarding change of pack at time of activation but now they refuse to acknowledge. what shall now can be done plz advice.amit
