deduction of service charge without solving problem

Now I am calling the costumer care 2 or 3 time daily but activation problem is continue. Poor after sales service and poor customer care support

I owned Reliance big DTH since 2008 having Smart card no.[protected] on the name of Mr. Yogesh Gupta.

As i shifted to my new home i made a request on re-locating the DTH on 15 oct. 2010.

They charged Rs.350 for re-locating. They install the dish on the same day but they havnt checked the signals properly.

When i switched on my dth i found that some channels shows the mes. 'SIGNAL LOST'.br...

Poor Signal

Lack of clarity in re-charges and options of channels
