But the real fact is the offer is not valid on ICICI BANK Gold credit card, which is not mentioned anywhere.

pls be aware of this trap..

    I purchased a Voltas A/C from reliance digital Chennai. It was told that if I convert the amount into EMI there will be no extra deduction from the bank.But the bank deducted the amount initially the Reliance digital people used to pick up the phone to say it will returned in 3 to4 days now they are not picking up the phone also.

      I purchased two Voltas split AC last Thursday 05th May 2011 from Reliance digital Ambi mall and were delivered on Friday. However, instalattion is not yet done as promised at the time of purchase. Reliance Digi were running an offer providing free installation but I discovered that only Voltas Technicians will install and not Reliance. Hence is the confusion and delay, as I called Reliance Didigta numerous times[protected], 4029161, 4029162 etc) but no response and action has been taken by the Store. Finally I called Voltas regional head and explained him the situation and he agreed to attend and get the ACs installed.
      It is a shame that such big brands do not comply with what they offer. Till date I did not receive any response back from Reliance eventhough I dropped 3 e-mails at their ID, i.e. '[protected]@resq.in'.

        My name : Shaik Elyas I have 3Big TV connections in my name whose smart card numbers are 1. Parent connection[protected] and child connection numbers are :[protected] and the other :[protected].......On 17th April 2011 at around 8.30 PM my TV screen displayed that I must charge my a/c with Rs411/-and my services were suspended.When I inquired on their toll free number they told me that my remaining balance is Rs36/- . I charged my a/c immediately with Rs425/- ONLINE using mt HDFC debit card. After a few minutes my service was resumed....i was happy

        On 6th May 2011 around 08.30 PM my services were suspended.I called toll free number spoke to INNUMERABLE number of people (I have the record of names (may be fake) and the time when I spoke etc etc..)
        Finally @3.45Pm on 7th MAY when I spoke to one Mr Shariff (of retention department) I was told that there are some wrong deductions and he promised to set it right and gave me a service complaint Number as[protected] and also promised to resume my service within 10/15 mnts.
        Though I did not get my service resumed within 10/15 mnts as promised by him,it was resumed at 6.55Pm. This happened after speaking to Praveen (5.15PM);some x (6.22PM)and Rubina (6.28PM)
        On 9th May 2011 around 12.30PM my service got suspended once again,I spoke to Dhanya @1.30PM & I narrated the entire story (which I have to do patiently every time I call them......disgusting . V disgusting). She transfered my call to Chandra Mohan around (1.42PM) of retention department who told me (of course after narrating entire story once again) that there is a wrong deduction of 149/- from my a/cAnd promised to set it right and also gave me another service complaint number viz[protected].
        In the mean time I had received a msg on my registered mobile [protected] saying that my case has been resolved to my satisfaction and to astonishment I received a call from Mumbai service center of Big Tv (tel No : [protected] asking me to give my feed back on their service. She (person who called) gave me 5 options and I chose the 5th option which was "extremely dissatisfied" Also told her that my service is under suspension at the moment.
        I once again called toll free nuber and spoke to a lady @4.50PM who refused to identify (however I requested) and she was responding so irresponsibly,I requested her to transfer my call to either retention department or some other person. After struggling at least for 25/30 mnts she finally transfered my call to one who identified himself as Rajesh who wanted to avoid me saying that his system is slow. After talking to him for more than 20 mnts I found that this man is simply wasting my time I myself disconnected the line when he suggested to lodge my complaint on consumer care website. I had got exhausted.I disconnected the line.I did not contacted them on 10th May 2011with the hope that my second service complaint number will take care of.
        On 11th May @ 10.12PM I once again called toll free number spoke to one Vijay and narrated my story as usual he said he will transfer my call to retention department but he had put me on hold for nearly 25 mnts making me to listen to BBM (Bhooth Bunglow Music). I myself had to dis connect the line once again called the toll free number. LUCKILY the same Vijay came online. he apologized and transfered my call to one Mr Praveen (10.32PM) After narrating my story as usual finally he gave another service complaint number as[protected] saying the previous numbers are closed and promised that the channels will be resumed within 15mnts
        Waited for nearly 25 mnts as the service was not resumed I called once again(To be lucky for the second time) the same Vijay came on line and transfered the call to Srinivas of retention department who convinced me that resuming channels is not in his hands and confirmed that the service complaint number[protected] is registered and case will be resolved soon (11.40PM). I got exhausted went to sleep.
        On 12th May 2011- as I had some court work I could contact only at 11PM. One Ajit spoke ;said he will transfer the call made me to listen to BBM for nearly 50 mnts. Disconnected and called once again ;at 11.52 one Raj spoke;said he will transfer the call and put me on BBM;No response so disconnected and called once again one Suresh came online (12.03PM)he also put me on BBM and disappeared. Once again called and spoke Ayaz(12.14PM)He said seniors are not available asked me to call in the day time
        On my smart card number[protected] I have Bronze + telugu which works out to 152 + 0 (as one regional channel is free) ; On my[protected] I have Bronze + sports special - 76 +55 =131 ; and on my
        [protected] I have Bronze + Malayalam + sports special = 76 +33+55 =164 Total rental value for 30 days works out to 447/- which is 14.90 per day to be deducted. My recharge on 17th April was 425/- (as per the msg on tv screen I had to charge with 411/- which means I had a credit balance of 36/- as on that date (17th May). 425 +36 = 461 should have covered at least 31 days (as my daily deduction is 14.90). Why did you suspend my account on 19 th day. This is not the first time it has happened earlier also it happened like this You had deducted more than 400/- but you refunded only 278/-this wrong deduction amounts to stealing of my money. Now you tell me whether you are resolving my case properly or should I withdraw to avail your services?

            Hi,
            I have given a HP Compaq laptop Model number CQ45-205AU, for repairing in Reliance Digital Inorbit Mall as the laptop was not getting charged. The cause of the product malfunctioning was diagnosed by the technician when deposited on May 3, 2011 and was found to have problem with the charging jack.
            On Thursday the 5th of May, received a call from Mr. Sai who took the laptop for repair, and was communicated an amount of Rs.3500 for the repair. Bargained to Rs 3000 and was agreed by him.
            On Friday the 6th of May morning, called him and asked him not to repair it as he said there is a problem with the mother board so asked him to return the laptop. He said the laptop would be returned on the 9th of May. The laptop was not returned on the 9th. Instead received a message from Sai in the evening, that he has sent someone to get a part for the laptop and it would be ready by the 10th of May.
            Immediately called him up and wanted to know why the laptop is getting repaired despite of asking him to return it. He replied, the laptop has already been repaired and the mother board has also been replaced. Informed him that cannot afford to pay Rs 3000 as it could be repaired from outside at just Rs 1500. Sai agreed on it and promised to hand over the laptop in working condition on the May 10th for Rs 1500. When went to collect the laptop, it wasn’t repaired. And was told that it was repaired but since we did not agree to pay Rs 3000, they have replaced the new mother board with the old one.
            I am lodging a complaint against Sai, for having replaced the mother board of my laptop without my conscience and also for making false promises. He too, misbehaved with me on phone when called him to get things clarified.

              Hello,
              This complaint is against shopping site www.shop.bigadda.com which is a part of Reliance Big Entertainment Pt. Ltd., These people are playing with innocent people and thier harder money. One day i recieved a message for buying and BLackberry Cure-8320 which has the Mrp of Rs.17990/- and they were offering it in just Rs.7799/- i responded that message and a very next day when i recieved a responded call, my first question was that "Why u people are offering it in very cheapest rate?" the answer was that we have bulk of blackberry phone as we have recently done a tie up with blackberry and taken a stock of it in very reasonable rate.
              I had a doubt in back of my mind that there must be something wrong.. And when the product got delieved at my place i found one chinese phone inside the box with blackberry logo as i am a blackberry user from last three year and obviously quiet familier with the Brand thatswhy catched them write away and returned it back with no payment and no courier charge..

              SO! BEWARE PEOPLE for these type of social sites who offer lot of discount with the fake product delievery....
              Be Concious while ordering the product over the phone with the below points:
              1. Mention in the call that you recieve the product only when you find it genuine.
              2. Take the full brief of their product.
              3. check about the company across internet about the complaints against the company and like that.
              4. Cross check with the original brand by calling in their customer care whether this thing would be possible or not.


              Be yourself Aware with these type of FRAUD COMPANIES...

              BIG ADDA OF RELIANCE BIG ENTERTAINMENT — FRAUD COMPANY

              THIS ALL STARTED WHEN I PLACED ORDER FOR 114 PIECE JEWELLERY SET BASED ON ADVERTISEMENT IN MID DAY ON 28 MARCH 2011. COST WAS 3000/- WITH DEL.CHG 300/. I RECD THE ORDER BUT 80% OF JEWELLERY WAS DEFECTIVE. SO I SENT IT BACK TO DEALER AT HYDERABAD WHO INITIALLY COORDINATED BUT LATER HE SAID HE DISPATCHED ON 19TH MAY WHICH IS STILL UNTRACEABLE THROUGH COURIER ARAMEX. NOW HE DONT ANSWER MY CALLS TOO. IS SUCH THE MANNER THAT RELIANCE CO. WORKS. NAME IS RELIANCE BUT NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. VERY VERY FRAUD CO. NOW WHO WILL HELP ME TO GET MY PRODUCT BACK. CAN SOMEONE AT CONSUMER COMPLAINT ?? WHAT SHALL I DO TO GET BACK MY JEWELLERY SET.

                I had purchased window AC from Reliance Digital located at ambience mall gurgaon on 1st may 2011 ( ORDER Number-[protected]) and as per verbal commitment by them they assured me that AC will definetly be installed on or before 3 may evening. But till 3rd may evening i did not received any call then after i called again to them they said to me that sorry sir we have no time to install AC as per our commitment. Now we can assure you that we can install on 4 may. on 4th may i received message our technician will contact you shortly.
                Then in evening i called again then they told today also we have no time, we will install tomarrow. i had taken already 2 day leave from company for AC installtaion. Now till 5th evening 5:35 PM they had not installed any AC and now they are saying they will install on 6th May 2011.

                I want legel action against them as i got too much mental harrashment from them and i had called them atlest 50 calls till now, they must pay for this much mental tension and calls i made and my time wasted in this follow up.

                  I had bought two Panasonic split ACs from Reliance Digital in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj in the end of March 2011.
                  I was given two resQ Care Plan booklets for this purchase.
                  Looking at the impressive coupons inside, I booked for a Window AC service with the Gurgaon, Ambience Mall service center ( Tel.[protected] on 26th April, 2011. The job No., I was told was [protected] and that the service engineer would turn up in 24 hours. After waiting for the engineer for two days, I called several times but the phones were never picked up. I gave up and made alternative arrangement for the service. To my surprise, yesterday (3rd May, 2011), that is after 7 days (!!!) I got a telephone call from Reliance Service asking if the job has been done!

                    I bought home Thetre YHT292 from Reliance Digital Axis Mall on 3rd Apr. The production was delivered to me on 6th Apr’11. Engineers from reliance came for installation on 7th Apr’11, the person was not familiar with the model and he took 3 days to install the same, and during installation set became dead.

                    I requested reliance to either replace the home theater system or issue a credit note as I have not used the system at all. But all the persons I have been talking (CSR, Service head, store head etc) from the store was telling me that it’s up to Yamaha, whether they will replace or fix it, Reliance can’t do anything about it. If Yamaha agrees to replace then only Reliance can replace it, otherwise they will repair it.

                    Since then I have been following up with all these people for almost 3 weeks and finally the set was replaced on 29th May. This time Engineers from Yamaha came for installation on 30th May evening. After that the home theatre ran for half an hour and again it became dead on the very same day. The same thing happened with previous system. I called reliance service on Sunday, 30th Apr’11 and log complaint about it.

                    Since then no call nothing, even though I followed up couple of times.

                    I don't know if anybody from this Reliance AXIS mall store, including CSR, at all care about customer satisfaction.

                    I really having my worst experience so far with Reliance where I thought will get the very special care, as I had lots of respect for Reliance as a brand. But now I regret why I have bought it from Reliance.

                    Yamaha — Bad service and non customer friendly

                    I purchased Yamaha Gladiator on 13/11/08, from Planet yamaha Ahmedabad. Till now i had faced many problems
                    - first they delivered me bike with carburetor problem and only replaced after my many refusal of not accepting it.
                    - with in 15 days its battery was gone. and they are not guiding properly to get it repaired or repplaced.
                    - they pursuded me to buy Rs. 666 pack, for teflon caoting, seat cover, buzzer and grip. but when i bought it nothing was good, A bad seat cover, bad buzzer, not proper teflon coating.
                    - on the first service i had many complaints like, starting problem, some screws are not tighten properly, faulty breaklight, - but nothing got repaired, now i doubt also if they changed oil or not.
                    - after first service my bike's average gone down to 52 km/liter from 65 kmliter before service.
                    - service person are not listening to complains and talking on mobile to somebody else when receiveing my bike, are very rude and ignorent about customer.

                    i would suggest anybody not to by any motorcycle from planet yamaha, if they want a yamaha bike.
                    Just giving you a feedback that wrong commitment from company like YAMAHA is not acceptable. By Yamaha, i mean your dealers - Adarsh Yamaha. I took my bike by making complete cash payment. Reciept No - 10955.

                    The commitments were were free seat cover, bike rain cover & bike number printing as the same i was getting from Bajaj Dealer.

                    After i took the bike i was told to visit there new showroom in Okhla Indutrial Area after 2 days. I got the seat cover, rain cover but they clearly denied for number printing.

                    I can any day go ahead for number priting by paying Rs100 or two. But my point is what about the commitment???? When i asked them i want to speak to the manager but the manager was not there.

                    I will request you to arrange to fulfill your dealer commitment.

                    If i dont get any revert in 2-3 days, i will go ahead & will get the needfull done my self but somewhere in my heart there will be black spot on the image of YAMAHA.

                    Waiting for your quick respone with action & a apology call from your dealer.

                    Hi Prabir,

                    I agree with you completely - the reliance ResQ service is awful, ineffective, unfriendly and utterly un-professional. I also rue that I have bought AC's from them - more on top I had bought ResQ plan for the 2nd year believing that as a company Reliance would provide me worry free home appliance service. One of the AC's I have bought, Panasonic CUBE was not coolling - during the first complaint they sent a junior technician (Gautam) who filled up the collant saying it has been rectified. After a week it again stopped colling, when I called up and also complained to the Axis Mall store manager, ResQ sent a senior technician (Mr. Bax) who came over and said that the Panasonic Indoor unit was defective and would be replaced by Reliance. They even put that in the call report but almost 10 days have passed - even after calling and following them up, nobody has turned up to replace the AC.

                    Mr. Mukesh Ambani - take a look - youe retail venture will turn to tatters if you do not take corrective action and change the company to be customer friendly.

                    You are so correct saying it that reliance is unable to provide minimum customer satisfaction. They promise a lot but can't even fulfil the basic needs of the customer.

                      I am a frustrated customer who did mistake and purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Reliance Digital (Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad) on 1st May, 2011. I am still waiting for the Fridge and hope they will deliver it today. Before buying refrigerator, I asked them if they can deliver it on same day and they replied with surety. They told that it would be delivered by 6 PM. That night I waited till 11 PM. Nothing happened. The worst part is either they don't pick their phone OR keep it busy. I tried redialing both of their numbers[protected] &6489324) for hours and couldn't contact them. On 2nd May, I waited for whole day and keep trying their number. I got their another number from somewhere from internet[protected] and spoke to a person who told me that he was from Rel. Digital but he can't help. He told me that he is in security and that is different number. He told me not to call on that number. I asked him to provide me any elscalation contact number or manager mobile number but advised me to speak to Customer Helpdesk on same[protected] number. In evening I was able to speak to a person who assured me that Refrigerator would be delivered by evening of 2nd May. He also given me ware house number and asked me to contact to ware house for delivery of my Refrigerator. Now, Do you expect a customer to follow up here and their to get delivery of their goods?? Pathetic and worst is the ware house guys attitude. Ware house guys says their manager has gone to Hyderabad and no one is in charge and they can't deliver on same day. He told me if I can arrange any vehicle or Rickshaw, I can pick it up from ware house. That's pathetic!!
                      Today is 3rd day (3rd of May, 2011) I am still trying to contact them. I regret my decision to purchase it from them. Better if I would have purchased it directly from Samsung Store. I am submitting this complaint so that they improve their service, attitude, they should take ownership. No one called and no one interested to update me the status. It looks like a Sarkari Company. The team lead in sales doing false commitments and just trying to sell their products.

                      I have no issues with Samsung Refrigerator. The issue is that the Reliance Digital is not able to deliver it to my home. It was committed by them and ensured by me that it would be delivered on the same day. It is 3rd day 3 PM. Everytime they are saying that it will be delivered in next 2-3 hours. They kept me waiting from 1st day. Poor Service by Reliance Digital.
                      Still waiting 7.45 PM :((
                      9 PM, still waiting and Reliance Digital Ware House, Customer Services are not picking up their phone.                       I purchased a 42” LED Panasonic TV model.no:42D25D on 21/08/2011 form your RELIANCE DIGITAL shop MALAKPET branch, Hyderabad. The person who came on 25/08/2011 for installation and demo, the installation was not done properly and demo was not given, the person doesn’t know how to operate a USB and he did not take any signature on the customer’s copy. On the same day I informed your staff and they promised to send a technician on the next day but they failed to send. On Sunday 28/08/2011 I personally approached to your showroom, the madam who spoke has promised to send a technician by evening, but no one turned up. The way of showing interest on sales is not shown on service. I think your service is too bad and too worst.

                      I purchased one Samsung Galaxy S2 Mobile 7 months ago from this pathetic showroom where they have only 6 months of data in their system and when I asked for my duplicate bill they told me that can't give and for the same i will have to connect their HO for which they gave me their Email Id and confirmed me that i will get response and bill within maximum 2 days.

                      I have invoice no. with me as i took 1 year additional warranty in which they mentioned original invoice no. but still they are not giving any response. Don't u think LALA shops(small outlets) are better than these one. At least they provide any support whenever required.

                      It has been 6 days over and didn't get any reply on the same. Good part is that i have video recording of their employee who confirmed me that their TAT is 2 day to give customer response.

                      If i didn't get their reply, I am going to connect Consumer Court and show the 1 year additional warranty invoice and video.

                      Experiencing a pathetic, poor response from Reliance digital, Mahedevapur store located in Bangalore.

                      Bought a LG 32" LA 6200 worth Rs. 47000/- from the above mentioned store on 26th January 2014.

                      As a promotional offer the salesman & his manager had promised to provide the Flexible wall mounting bracket & for installation within 2 days after delivery.

                      The TV was delivered next day of purchase, however still the installation has not been done by the store as promised due to the unavailability of a simple bracket. On asking the store manager they reply that they will do the installation as soon as possible ( not even committing a date & time).

                      The LG customer care not even registering a complaint saying that it's reliance responsibility to deliver the product with all the correct accessories as promised.

                      I guess trusting reliance as a brand was a huge mistake. My advice to people reading this post, RUN before you even think of putting your money, time, energy with reliance.

                        I have not received my PF no. MH/KAN/210899/80, I had applied for my pf withdrawal on June 2010.

                        My company officials says that my document has been forwarded to PF office (Kandiwali, Mumbai) on summited 10 feb 2011 and I have been provided acknowledgement for the same.

                        Now I am trying to reach kandiwali branch for more than 2-3 months thru there landline no 28692604/28695275 but nobody picked up the phone & and a lot of time I get response “not reachable due to faulty line”, moreover that I have sent mails and many reminders to their email sro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in and acc.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in. but I didn’t get any response.

A person has come and has collect My AC Remote and now today after 6 days, still i did not get my AC Remote....

                            Our Telephone no.[protected] attched with broad band but from 4th. sep'2009 our broadband has been out of order. We many times call to Local Exchange regarding our problem. But result zero as yet. When our staff personally met with S.D.E (Broadband) Mr. Kanoujia , " Mr. Kanoujia said if you will raised complain here, your braodband will not start till one weeek". Again we met with G.M (Mr. Shukla) and told him about this type of happening. We also raised complain at your call centre (Complain No. 29565 dt. 19/9). Mr. Kanoujia (S.D.E, Broadband) used un official work before us and our staff. We are very frusted with his rude behaviour. Mr. Kanoujia threat " If you will raised complain against me , Your broadband will never start."
                            Dear sir,

                            I have purchased one samsung mobile for Rs.7250/-, in your new Store at whitfiled road phoenex mall on 26.10.11, at that time your sales person is told that you will get 0% for EMI transaction if convert and only service charges of Rs.1.5% will be charged . I seen last month my credit card statemnt of City Bank Card No. [protected]. I have seen and surprised that You have charged Rs.999 as a EMI Conversion charges + 164 service tax. Because of your offer we have taken mobile otherwise i will get better offer than your store. And it is seen that you have charges 16% interest for the same. We have visited your store three times but your manager is telling in bad languages and he is not accepting the wrong thing done by your store. Transaction ID [protected] conversion fees and EMI [protected].

                            Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue, for not giving much truble to me.

After regular follow-up finally I got it replaced and guess what it is almost 25 Days but not yet installed. Interestingly whenever I tried to contact the store manager he is always out of town for meeting and even more interesting if you write any mail to [protected]@ril.com they never respond, They even don't bother to care about the customer call or visit.

                                1. I wanted to purchase one LED TV and went to Reliance digital at ambience Mall gurgaon on 25 Mar 11 . I was shown a 47 " LED TV costing Rs 2,00,000. The show room was offering a concession of Rs Rs 60,000 as 'Cricket Feaver Offer along with following frebies:

                                2. On 26 Mar 11 I saw a big advertisement in the Times of India that RELINCE DIGITAL is giving flat 50% concession on different TVs.I rushed to the show room and paid for the TV at 50% of the cricket feaver offer. The item was delevered to residence but without the freebies. Even the installation kit for hanging the TV was not supplied though forms part of the supply kit.
                                3. I contacted the show room on telephone and later personally but they refused to accept the complaint. The case was referred to M/S L G but they also expressed their inability and did not accept the complaint stating that it is matter between you and reliance digital.
                                4. I am helpless. Kindly intervene and get the freebies ang hanging kit.Letter of complaint and original bill, invoice etc are held with me and will be produded on your responce.

                                  Reliance Digital had a scheme during the cricket world cup that they would provide gift vouchers amounting to the scratch card amount for every match India wins during and after the quarter finals. I had bought a refreigerator worth Rs.35000 and now that India has won the world cup, they owe me the gift vouchers but they do not seem to intend to do this. They have been dodging me everytime I call them and they always ask to come the next week. The do not allow to speak to their managers (Mr. Atif had called from the so called ResQ team) saying they are either on leave or out of country or some excuse. They are literally taking the customers for a ride and show no signs of any commitment on the schemes by which they sold the refrigerator. Can someone look into this and save us from agony from these cheats and give us the desired dues?

                                    Hello Authorities,

                                    This mail is in regards to the Whirlpool Whitegic 700h washing machine purchased at Reliance outlet located at Inorbit Mall, Madhapur, Hyderabad in the month of November.
                                    Since day one we have been experiencing problems with the machine and till date the problem is not rectified. We have multiple issues with the machine, the quality of the product is the worst which we have got.

                                    And also the store managers and supervisors have been giving irrelevant and stupid answers to rectify the problems. They send the technicicans each time we face a problem and assure us that the problem would not be repeated but after a week or so we again experience the same problem.

                                    So far we have contacted the following managers/ technicians from the outlet.

                                    Managers:
                                    Ganesh :[protected]: Has been contacted multiple times from the month of Jan regarding the same issue for past two to three months and he assured that he would get the machine replaced if we get the same problem. When we tried to contact him again in April for the same problem, there is absolute no response from his end and also he is reluctant to share his mobile number with us.
                                    Hari : [protected] - Just listened to the problem and sent Shiva to resolve but nothing happened after and even the machine is not working till date. Responded after 'n' number of calls.
                                    Srikanth - [protected] - No prompt response either from him. Its very frustating and irritating to repeat the whole story to each and every person each time we get the problem and they act as if they give the quality service.

                                    Techncians:

                                    Rasool - Came twice for the same issue - replaced the LCD once but still the problem was repeated after 15 days.
                                    Shiva - Came 4 times for the same issue.

                                    We hope to get a response from responsible authorities after reading this email.

                                    Even I got the same experience. I got an Hitachi A/C from HyperCity located in 1st Floor at InOrbit mall, hyderabad. I placed the order and paid the money on 14th of April, 2011, but nicely it was delivered on Friday itself. But no one till now from the company came for the installation of the AC. I called many times to the manager of HyperCity also. But they promise to make it but no result. :(

For demo they send a stupid engineer after 7 days ( repeated complain) where i had unpacked it on my own, and more over he did not know anything about the refrigerator. Then i checked from directly LG authorized service person gave a demo .. Where i found what this reliance people understanding is comletely opposite to LG person... Now i am in a vague to whom i will rely . Logically i should rely LG person right... More over this [censored] resq plan is stupid plan... While checked with LG people they said they have not given any authorized rights to any one ... And they are also not sure how come reliance people will get authorized service part (original) as they are not selling it in retail.

                                    first time i went to Reliance we were not to buy any thing there we get a good deal of akai led tv which we buy for our play station for 17300 on 3/09/13 since then our problem started first we waited and after regular follow up guy came to install it and then we notice our remote is not working then there technician said it will replaced and they will come home and do it from then till date we are following it every-time they say it will be done today still waiting for today let see when it will be done tried there service number also they are too rude to talk this is the worst service ever notice by any showroom till date. croma is far batter

                                      I had purchased a ceiling fan - Usha Stella from Reliance Digital (ISCON Mall, SG Road, Ahmedabad) on March 30, 2011. When I got it installed at home on April 2, 2011 by a qualified electrician it was found that it was a defective piece. It did not start on its own when switched on, it was to be given a push (blades). Even after that its speed was very low. I telephoned Reliance service centre on the phone number given on the bill. They told me to contact the Reliance Digital Store from where it was purchased. On contacting the store they asked me to contact the service centre. When i told that it has already been done i was told to bring the fan to their store and they will try to get it REPAIRED. When i said, after selling a new pc.which is defective at the time of sale you must replace it. they did not listen.
                                      On asking for Manager I was told he comes only after 12.30 pm. On insisting that i wanted to talk to him at earliest when he came to office , my mobile number name,were noted. Not hearing from them for a long time i telephoned 4-5 times again at different intervals. Every time i was given a different excuse -he is in a meeting (what meeting at a consumer store?), he is busy, not available, etc. He never talked to me.
                                      SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMERS/CONSUMERS ON WHOM THEY RELY FOR EARNINGS. I feel cheated. I REQUEST ALL CONSUMERS NEVER TO VISIT ANY RELIANCE STORES. THEY APPEAR TO BE CHEATS, NOT BOTHERING ABOUT CUSTOMERS, THEIR GRIEVANCES, ETC.
