I have had the worst experience dealing with Reliance broadband, part of the reliance adag group.would request noone to ever deal with this third rate organization, seems like the entire work culture has been permeated with incompetent,negligent, and utterly useless employees.


I had tenants in my previous flat who had signed up for a landline instrument with broadband connection activated. When their lease was over, they got the connection cancelled with a bill showing all settlements had been cleared. That's when the nightmare started.

I kept receiving cals everyday asking for payment to be made, even after emailing them the scanned copies of settled accounts, there was no respite. Finally, after threatening to take them to consumer court, even that did not have any impact, and started ignoring their calls.

Then a few months ago, some lawyer from Delhi called and said, a case has been filed against you for non-payment of dues and it is coming up for hearing tomorrowi n the delhi high court, you can either clear pending dues of 5,250 or you can come to delhi from hyderabad. We never even received a notice!!! God knows what games were played by these crooks, finally we had no choice but to pay them 5250 again! as the only alternative was to go to delhi, spend 15000 on a flight ticket and pursue the entire matter, which was obviously not feasible as I am from hyderabad.

Now, after extracting payment twice for a service that was cancelled over three years ago, they have again started calling asking for payment, i have been giving the account details clearly stating that the payment has been done, every few days one guy calls saying his account does not reflect payment having been made. Now, even for the instrument after paying 222 as cancellation charges, I am being asked to pay pending dues!!!!!!

It looks like I will have to file a case against them, I would recommed that nonone ever deal with this third rate organization, the worst service ever, absolute cheats.

Reliance Broadband — worst service..incompitent workers

Hi,

This is to inform you that I'm a resident of Shiv Nagar area (West Zone) and a month back one of the executive from Reliance came to our place and offered us a broadband package + phone named Happy Hours. He did give the manu for the same. As I use the broadband service in my home and I was in the office, so my father advised him to come on the day when i had my week off.

The executive's name is Sanjay and he works in the Reliance Office close to that area only. As decided he did come on my week off and discussed the plan and took all the documents (bank account statement, photo, pan card photo copy) and informed me that some engineers will be coming and installing the connection in 8-10 days.

After 10 days, I spoke to Sanjay on his mobile ([protected]) and he informed me that he has stuck up in someone's connection so he"ll be coming in 2-3 hrs.

I wasted my complete day and waited for him or his call. But he did not ever bother to call back and update us about anything. when I tried to call him he did not answer the call . After that day me and my father tried to contact Sanjay everyday but he did not answer the call. Sometimes call was answered by someone else and they informed that either Sanjay is sleeping or he is not available. But this fellow never tried to call back not even for the Courtesy.
After that I got so frustrated, I contact Reliance Customer Care on 30337777 and I got this e-mail address on 14th Nov, 2007.
Very same day I tried to contact Sanjay again and this time he answered the call and said that I can speak to his boss named Ajay ([protected]) and Ajay said their some system error and thats why the configuration did not happen. My father told Sanjay to return our documents so that we can look for the other ISP. He said he"ll come in the evening but as expected, he did not come not even bothered to call and inform.

I'm very sorry to say that above experince, has spoled the image of Reliance in our family and I will never recoment to buy any product from Reliance to anyone.

this has been the worst experience of my life. We talk about the major company line Reliance and the people working here are irresponsible and worthless.

As I was expecing a better broadband service from Relaince, I disconnected my broadband connection with the previosu ISP, hence I'm in total loss now.

I have waiseted my time, my money in calling your executive and my patience and my trust and confidence in your company as well.

Higher offilials and helpline numbers also were not helpful and re directed my complaint to the other line.

Kindly look into the matter.

Reliance Broadband — Excessive and wrong bill

I've read some complaints that appear very similar to mine. Here's my complaint.

I have Reliance broadband wimax connection 2Mbps with 4GB free data download per month plan. I've been using the service for the past 6 months. My usage per month is around 2 to 3.5 GB, never more than that. However, the reliance bill charges for whatever I use, and does not offer me the 4GB per month free data download as promised. So, in addition to my rental of Rs. 750/- per month, I am forced to pay around 3500 Rs more every month. I have called up Reliance customer care and over the past 6 months I have submitted around 20 complaints. The people there dont have any clue about the billing. I even tried to escalate by calling up the 'Floor manager' in customer care, lot was promised but the same story.

Once a guy from the 'billing department' called up. I asked him what was the total data I downloaded last month, he said he doesnt know how to add numbers mentioned on the bill !! Such are the qualification of the people. I cant even terminate because they need all outstanding to be paid. And it'd take 15 days for a termination to be processed. And in that gap they can very well sneak in another month's bill.

Whoever designed these nefarious billing and termination policy - he/she is an absolute [email protected]#@#$

Reliance Broadband — wrong and excess billing

I am user of Reliance Broad Band services along with they have provided a land line connection with no 30602744 and this phone it self not working at all since long time even though reliance issung bill for Rs.1600,1200, 1300/- in this manneer, we have lodged complaints many times even though there is no response from theri end so i requested to disconnect the land line connectin even that also not considering and again they may issue bill higher side

please bring me out from this situation.

Reliance Broadband Services — excess Billing

I had a reliance broadband connection since more than 1 year. My regular billing was appx. 400/- per month. All of sudden myJuly- August bill rise to 600/-. So I started to download and save my daily usage data table whenever I join the connection from 11th August. From that saved tables, I found that my usage data was tempered afterwards in previous dates. e.g.on 5th sept. my data usage was showing 65.21% bundle usage upto 3rd sept,on their website, but unexpectadly in the table of 8th sept. the bundle data usage upto 3rd sept. was showing 123.39%. There are many examples like this and I have saved all print outs.
On lodging the complaint after getting bill appx. Rs. 1600/-,of August-Sept. the authorities promised us to scrutinise the issue after our paying the bill. We paid the bill and compalined upto higher authorities also. But there is only one answer -without even looking our print outs-- that the bill was correct.
After that I paid the Sept-Oct. bill of Rs. 408/- twice by mistake. I urged the company to pay back my excess amount, but till today there is no responce from the company

Reliance Broadband — No use but excessive bill

We have been using Reliance Broadband for about two years now. We have a postpaid plan where we pay a monthly rental of Rs. 250. On an average, we have a monthly bill of Rs. 300, and we have always paid our bills within their respective due dates.

All of a sudden we have a bill of Rs. 7,657 due to excessive data transfer during 29th and 30th December 2009. According to Reliance's records, we have done a cumulative data transfer of 7 GB during these two days. We have not used our Reliance connection during this period, and, hence, find it extremely difficult to pay for that use.

We have already raised a complaint with Reliance's Customer Care. However, their interactions with us is not helping in resolving the issue. We want this issue to be investigated into so that it can be figured out who actually used our connection.

Currently our connection is suspended. We want our connection to be disconnected so that we do not end up paying rent for a period when we are in no position to use it. In this regard, we have sent another request to Reliance Customer Care, but there is no progress on this issue.

Please help in investigating further and resolving this issue.

Reliance Broadband — Excess billing

My reliance broad a/c no [protected] & customer id no is[protected], address is A/1,Dhru Shopping center, Sweet home Society ,Opp. Poojan Apt.,Citilight,Surat-395007 is showing NO CONNECTIVITY i.e. Reliance broadband login page is not opening. So I complain on customer car on date 16/08/11 and got complain reference no[protected]. Again on 17/8/11 i complain and got complain ref. no.[protected] and on 24/8/11 ref. no. is[protected],[protected] .On every complain i got answer that your complain will resolve within next 24 hours. Nine days are passed at last on 25/8/11 i have given request for closing the service with ref. no.[protected].

Reliance Broadband have billed me Rs.5954.47 from period of 11/08/11 to 11/9/11.But my broadband connection is showing non connectivity from 15/8/11 to 25/8/11.How can i use there internet connection in breakdown period ? So please go into the matter and do the needful.
