Reliance CDMA — Regarding deactivation of RIM

I purchase a RIM handset 4-5 days back.
now it was deactivated since yesterday due to some document problem/.
then i contacted reliance web world and submitted the required documnets.
but still there is no response from them. even noe i am not able to call the reliace customer care.
i tried to contact them from some other phone i got very ambiguous solutuions.
Please help me out

I am a subscriber of relience mobile for the last three years & my mobile no is [protected],
from yesterday my caller tune service is activated by the company without my permission .When i call the customer care representative they told me that the service can not be deactivated by customer care, so please go to the webworld for deactivating the caller tune, but i want to know that when i did not subscribe the servive then why should i suffer, it is the resposibility of the company.
so please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

I agree with you, their services are pathetic and they don't even respond to cutomer's complaints. Even I am facing the same problem and my outgoing and incoming is barred for the last 10 days and I have submitted my documents 3 times. I have also 6 emials to Nodal Officer Delhi to resolve the issue but she had not even bothered to repond to my single email.

i want to de-activate my caller-tune. but there is no responce from company...

this is my complaint also with out my permission a nuisance caller tune was added to my phone and when i asked they said that somebody would have done it but there is no call from my phone and it is with me and nonelse can do it. I lost 20 initially and then for the next week they deducted 5 when I asked they said that I shold deactivate it or they will deduct 5 per week then I have deactivated in the way they told this is a back door method for extracting money

My reliance cdma m. no. is [protected]. stop callertunes from my number immediately. why active caller tune without my permition.

mere phone may 10 Ru. per day ki jagah per 5 Ru. hi a raha hai. balance raat 12 o'clock ke shtan per
dopeher may ata hai. main 2 bar compalin ker chuck hu. but corction nahi ho paya hai .plese isko jald se jald sahi karne ki kripa kare. & give me repply my mail or phone no.per.

This is to complaint regarding the stopping the caller tune of my relaince mobile no:[protected].
The process of stopping the caller tune resulted in only in deducton of the balance amount in my mobile no but the caller tune could not be stopped. Please do the requisites to stop the caller tune.

I am a subscriber of relience mobile for the last few Weaks & my mobile no is [protected]. I had Purchased GSM Card from the store. they said that my Call Charges will be .50 paise After 24 hrs. of Subscription. But now Almost 3-4 weaks are gone. My mobile charges of per call is Rs. 1/-.
So Please do needful to me & Help me for this matter as soon as possible.

I suffered this problem before 2 time every time this service active in midnight and take the charge

fraudulent of Rs. 50 from mobile no-[protected], from reliance services cdma. without prior information they had charge a pack of rs.49. and did not return my balnce back on mobile
