Reliance CDMA — VAS activated without permission | |||
My complaint is regarding the activation of VAS MyCRBTDummy, VAS CRBT subscription without my permission from Reliance CDMA. Reliance has activated the given VAS services without my permission and deducted Rs. 10 + 15 +30 from my balance. Kindly deactivate all the VAS services and refund my money from Reliance. Reliance CDMA — without demand activation of value added services
un necessary deduction of charges from my pre paid account of my mob no.[protected] inspite of several complaints to customer care.Reliance — Compelling value added services
I, am using your service (Mob. No.[protected] from last 3 years but, now I am very upset from compelling of VAS (Value Added Services) i.e. "Mitti Ke Rang" & Crick by you and as a result Rs.30/- has been deducted from my A/c.Although I requested to deactivate both services but still i am receiving cricket updates .
Reliance — activate service without permission
My mobile([protected]) is already have 0.1rs sms pack,Compny started another sms pack without any notification,
When complained made to the compny service room,they said -you are our valuble costumer
and compny provided you this pack.
When asked to stop the service they said-we are anable to stop this service.

dear siryour company executive has taken 580 rs for gujarat and maharashtra free sceam since 10 days but they havent reply or even dont activate my sceme and they are not giving my money back and they dont receive my call . they give me these 2 numbers to contact :[protected]-32216817 but they are disconnecting my call so pls help me as soon as possible. thanking you
