My name is Piyush vishal, n m currently staying in pune.
1. 3rd September – 4th September,2009
On 3th September,2009,I called reliance broad band customer survive centre on *355, n ordered one post paid broad band+ data card for me. At that time, I was told, I need to pay rs.3500 for the product, n at the same time, I agreed to pay the same amount. But, next day one sales person came to me n told me, that I required to pay Rs. 1500 more because m a student.At that I was not having the full amount therefore I only paid Rs 3500 n gave all necessary documents. That time, the sales person (reliance) told me, that tomorrow I will come n will receive the remaining amount. Tomorrow, I called him early morning n asked “bhaiya when r u coming I have money ready with me”.He replied, ‘If today I can’t come n so u have to come to give me the amount in Shivaji nagar, pune. I called him 2 to 3 times after that call but he didn’t receive my call. The same day means on 5th September, in the very evening, near about 6 to 7 pm, one other person came n received Rs. 1500 (remaining amount) from me n signed on the old receipt that he has received Rs 1500 (security money for the connection).
2. The next day, I called him to activate my connection but he didn’t receive any call, so at last I complained against him at reliance broad band number(*355) n asked the customer care representative, that when I will get my connection activated. They told me to wait for one day n as soon as the verification is completed, my connection will be activated.
3. The next day, near about 11pm one person came to me , n verified my all the documents, even he verified the I-card of my elder brother too, n told me in within 3-4 hours, I will activate ur connection. When more than 6 hours passed, I called the earlier sales person(Rajesh) 5- 10 times but he didn’t receive even my one call then after I caleed customer care, n asked when I will get my connection activated, they replied, the sales person (Reliance) to whom I have submitted my documents, has not uploaded my information on their site( even when 50 – 54 hours have already passed),so I have called him again on his number ([protected]) but even that time he had not picked up my call. So, at last when I got tired calling him, complained against him to customer care that he is not picking my call (complaint no:[protected].Then I also complained for my connection has not been activated ( complint no:[protected], but I was told to wait for 24 hours, the connection is activated within 24 hrs from the time of verification,( verification time:11pm,[protected].
4. After one day (24 hrs),On Tuesday 8th September, I again called customer care, they told me, that ur documents are till not submitted n ur verification information is till now has not been uploaded, so u will have to wait for one more day. And in evening of the day, one person called me from Pimpri, reliance web world n told me that the person who has delivered you the device, is not from any web world, he is a direct sales person who delivers goods after getting order from reliance customer care, U r in big trouble, because the person who has delivered the data card, does not reply to any one, they only sale n do not care about the customers.
5. On the Wednesday i.e., today morning , I was totally dispointed n however I again called Reliance broad band customer cell on *355, they told sir U will have to wait for another 24 hrs, because the information of verification is till not uploaded, or You can contact nearest reliance web world, they will definitely activate ur connection. Then, just after finishing my lecture, I left for pimpri web world, 6 kms away(without having my lunch).
6. LIMIT OF MISBEHAVIOUR :
Till 1:30 pm, I reached the web world, n contacted one reliance worker n explained my problem.
But, he didn’t understand my problem, n so refused to activate my connection, I was hungry n my temper was growing up as one by one I was being told lie n was being cheated. Then after, I again called customer care n explained my problem n then the customer care executive told me that he wants to talk with that employee n then I gave my cell to the reliance web world employee, then after that he told me that.” Sir, U please go we will activate ur connection in within half an hour, but I refused, told him I m here only n I will wait till my connection would not be activated. When, after half an hour, one lady came to the office, that employee explained her my problem, in place of solving my problem, she went to have her lunch. When, she came back I approached her, n explained my problem she told me to give my data card connection no:[protected] n to come after 6:30 pm. Then again I called customer care, explained the care executive about the behavior of their employee n then she told to hand over the phone to the employee who is misbehaving with me, I tried to give them my cell to them but they refused to receive the call, after that the customer care executive has filed one more complaint (complaint no: [protected] n told me if the employee of that web world is responding, then I need to go to other reliance web world which is situated in Aundh, pune. I left that place in 4:00pm (after 2 hours), I reached other web world near about 5:15 pm(till that I had taken a single food). But after, reaching there, the reliance employee again refused , n I called the customer care on *355 , they told me, “sir, if they are not activating ur connection, either u have to submit ur documentd again or u will have to go to Koreagaon park(reliance customer center).

1. Sir. I am enclosing scan copy of receipt alongwith this letter.
2. As I got data card, n have paid the full money along with security money, this transaction has become an agreement n with the full consent of both parties involved in the transaction, the agreement has become a ‘contract’ under Indian contract act,1872. And , as time was the essence of the contract (they have broken the time limit given at the time of dealing), n as they have been frauding n cheating me n telling me lie from the first time, this agrrement has become voidable at the option of aggrieved party i.e., me(under provision of Indian contract act,1872). And therefore , I want to sue the sales person n reliance company for all my incurred expenses,time n disturbance n harassment what I felt.
