i too have the same complaint.the service which i haven, t subsscribed (and offcourse of no use to me) for which 30 rs have been deducted thrice.and no buddy listens at customer care, they only say that i have subsscribed it.what to do.please refund this money to my account, i will be highly thankful to u.

i had a msg to my mobile on 18-11 saaying may balance 41-72. on 19th today while took my mob after charging find another msg that my balance 11-72. nobody touch this phone and no call made in between. made complaint and they says, customer care that i ativated some thing .this is some thing funny. i do not want to say cheating. but i escaped from recharging and to change the tariff to second pulse. i am waiting for the action and of the talks with the nodal officer concerned.

some packs are simlpy get started on simply reliance. packs like masit ke rang, misscall alert and now rural pack. RIM is eating my money without my knowledge. i never requested for any pack. please guid me how no pack ever star or renewed on my number. i had CDMA otherwise i would have thrown it long back.

    I have applied for broad band internet/phone connection of reliance at my address 4/615, vikas nagar, lucknow, up and paid rs.500/- through cheque no 264613 dated 4/6/09 of SBI, mahanagar lucknow to reliance company representative, he collected from my residence. representative & company assure me through phone that within 3 days equipment would be installed. after 20 days company told me, in your our ficibility is not available and we will take som more time otherwise you can cancel. my self informed to company pl make cancel this scheme and refund my advance money. next day one call was recd and relieance representative informed me your application is cancelled and we will despatch your money through cheque at your home address. I contact so many time to company office but Every time I get assurance that it will be returned but till date i have not recd my money. Reliance call itself India's No.1 Network and provides such a third class service. I am ashamed to use Reliance phone/broadband connection.

      Hello,

      I have given my all the documents and a cheque of Rs. 3500 on Thursday (10/09/2009). And till date my connection is not activated, Also I am trying to calling your persons and they are not ready to pick up my call. I have tried this number [protected] and your delhi office number[protected] and both numbers are ringing only. No one ready to pick up the call. If this kind of service you are going to provie then I am not interseted.

      Please refund me my cheque and take away your device. Just useless service. I am asking your persons that when will be account activated, your person has told me that it will be activated on friday evening and today is monday. Also no one is ready to tell me the plan they are going to give me.

      If my account is not activated today, then tomrrow I am not ready to use your service, kindly return my cheque to me or else I will go to the consumer court.

      If you are not able to provide the service, why you are wasting others time.
      Dude don't expect anything...i'm going through the same problem

        I am a Reliance customer for the last six years having reliance mobile no.[protected]. on 6th of july 09 a representative (mr. Santosh Kumar, Mobile # [protected],[protected]) of reliance net connect came to my residence house no. 124 sector 4 for Rs.499 reliance net connect plan. I paid a sum of Rs. 500 through cheque no. 764949 dated 06.07.2009 which is already cleared from my A/c on dated 10.07.2009. after filling form photo & residence proof. He ensured me that he will provide me an instrument and Net connection will be start with in 3 or 4 days. But sorry to say that after regular followup with above mentioned representative no proper reply for net connection or refund is given by ur representative.now both mobile nos. are not working. so u r requested to please refund my cheque amout for net connection immediately and take strict action against santosh kumar who is cheating and misguiding your valuable customers and spoil the name of Reliance company
        Reliance Net Connect : Worst customer care

        I took a Reliance Net connect+ data card on 23rd May 2011 for internet connection. I submitted all the required documents The contact person said it would be activated on the same day. It did not happen and when I contacted later they told me that it will take 24 hrs to activate. In fact, it took more than 24 hours to get internet connection. I was able to get connection for few days (around 4 days) and all of a sudden it stopped working. Then the nightmare started.

        It started showing error while connecting like "error 628: connection was terminated by remote computer ..", on repeated trying it showed "remote computer did not respond". I tried contacting customer care, local contacts for reliance net connect to solve the issue. No one was helpful. Some of them were saying "it would be activated with 2hrs", "it would be activated within 24 hrs", etc etc. None of them worked and it was all to make a fool of the customer. Since them, i am calling, talking to all these people to get the problem resolved. One call to customer care told me that the verification had not been done. I wonder how it was done even while submitting all the documents.

        In between, another reliance net connect local agent told me that they need the latest address proof document (latest electricity bill) and I replied that I would send them the latest one (Month of June 2011) as soon as I receive it. I had send the same on 7/June/2011 and called/SMSed them to notify the same. They callously replied that it would be activated by next day. Till now (8/June/2011), it is not activated to connect to internet. I am getting the same error.

        I have been calling, sending SMS for so may times to get this problem resolved. No one seemed to care about this. They just care about selling the data card and adding a new subscriber, their service ends there. Few others give false promises like "within 2hrs" etc. Whenever I try customer care, it is always busy and the customer care officer does not seem to take note of what all I have to say. Some times, the customer care automated message say the wait time is 60 sec, infact I have to wait for more than 5 minutes to get a customer care officer.

        This is a classic example of worst customer service. All they care is selling the data card and adding a new subscriber. They all tested my patience to the limit. They have no commitment or care about customer problems. Why should I wait for 2+ weeks to get an internet connection which is less speed (practically) when I can get a broad band connection {10Mbps LAN] immediately. How does one feel if they take a phone connection and they wait for activation for 2+ weeks to make a call. They are making bad name for brand Reliance. Worse all, they all made lot of error for the entry for my name, email etc in their system. That too even when I gave all the details correct.

        I have decided that if my connection does not get activated by tomorrow, next I will be calling the customer care to close the connection. There are various options available, why should I wait for some which has no concern for customer care?

        Enough of Reliance, also that would be my feedback to all those who I know.

          Dear Sir,

          I have purchased RIL Net Broadband data card (Rs.3000/- for data card) from Reliance webworld. I am staying in Dombivli. I have taken a Rs.1200/- monthly plan. For the last 4-5 months i have never faced connectivity problem with Reliance. And now suddenly for the last 10 days i am not able to connect thru internet in HSD mode. I have made several complaints but no results. I have also shown the data card to Thane service center. The data card is working fine in Thane. The problem is in Dombivli only. After 11 days of continous followup and complaints also the problem still persists.

          Now i want to discontinue with the service and i want my Rs.3000/- back which i have paid for data card. And reliance have refused to give the money back. Either they should solve the problem / give my money back.

          Request you to kindly intervene in this regards

          usb modem net pack — images problem

          i couldn't see images properly before i had vista (os) and now using xp.everything is perfect but i could not able to see the images properly. can u help and can u give me the sollution for me sir... thanking you...jeno.
          Dear Sir/ Madam,

          Reliance Netconnect Broadband Number: [protected]

          I am using Reliance Netconnect broadband for last 6 months.I paid Rs. 3500/- for this USB modem but still not happy with the service. I am using it online because I paid Rs. 3500/- which is not refundable. My connection was suspended just after 15 days when I bought your line. I called up the customer care and I was told, this is because of your credit limit. They told my credit limit is Rs. 500/-. A big surprise and shocking because my package in 1099 (10GB) City wide, in which my minimum bill for one month would be Rs. 1212/-, than how could you keep my credit limit just Rs. 500/-. How can I pay before I received my bill. Customer care department now says better you put deposit of some amount with reliance, even they don’t know how much? I spoke to the supervisor regarding this and he told this is the company policy and he doesn’t have any explaination for this. After facing this problem I immediately paid Rs. 2000/- in advance using my credit card, so that if my bill will be in negative atleast my service will not be suspended. But they did it again next month and till now suspending my line for no reason at all every month for 2-3 days and making different excuses every time.

          One my connection was suspended for just because I paid using my credit card. After the varification of my credit card, the revenue department resumed my services, thanks a lot to them.

          IS THAT THE COMPANY POLICY, JUST HARASS CUSTOMER BY USING ANY MEANS. I AM PAYING MY BILL BEFORE I GET IT ONLINE. MY DUE IS 10 TH OF EVERY MONTH AND I AM PAYING WELL IN ADVANCE, THOUGH MY BILL MOST OF THE TIME IS IN NEGATIVE OR LESS THAN RS. 500/- WHICH IS MY CREDIT LIMIT SET BY YOU AND I DON’T KNOW WHY?


          You can see my bill is most of the time below the limit of Rs. 500/- which is the big excuse by all Reliance employees for suspending my internet. My minimum bill for every month is Rs. 1212/- but it is in negative or less only because I am paying before my bill is generated to get prompt service from Reliance, but still Relaince guys are harassing me.

          Realiance is always looking for some excuse to suspend my service for 2-3 days every month, I don’t understand why? This time they didn’t have any excuse to suspend my line so they just looked at my usage. My billing cycle is 22nd to 21st of every month. My limit is 10 GB, this month till 18th I saw my usage has reached 10185 MB, so I stopped using internet or reduced too much, so that I will not be charged extra for extra usage after 10240 MB. On 21st when I checked my usage was 10185 MB, I was happy because it was under the limit of 10240 MB. On 22nd I was using my internet as usual because I was expecting my bill will be generated according to my billing cycle that is till 21st, but reliance guys were looking for some excuse to suspend my line so they didn’t generate my bill on 21st and waited till I exceeded the limit of 10240 MB. I exceeded the limit on 23rd, same day they blocked my line and charged me for 10494 MB till 23rd. I called up the customer care on 22nd itself told them, my bill is not generated and its not available online so call center guy told me not to worry, your bill will be reflected soon and it will be till 21st only. I told him online it is showing 10280 MB, he told it will be adjusted to normal very soon. I believed him but on 23rd evening I could see my bill online and it was 10494 MB till the 23rd. And my total bill was Rs. 1772/, as they are charging Rs. 2/- per MB for extra usage. My usage was recycled on 24th.
          THIS TIME TO HARASS ME MORE WHEN I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING SUSPENSTION THEY TOLD ME WE CAN NOT ACTIVATE YOUR LINE AND TO ACTIVATE IT YOU NEED TO VISIT OUR WEB WORLD GALLERY. OH MY GOD, WHATS HAPPENING. I ASKED I DON’T HAVE ANY DUE, THEN WHY MY LINE IS SUSPENDED, THAN CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD, “ HERE REASON IS NOT MENTIONED”. I TOLD HIM TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE SUPERVISOR, HE TOLD “ THERE IS NO SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE ON THE FLORR”. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH RELIANCE IS JUST INTERESTED IN SAILING USB MODEM FOR RS. 3500/-…. GOOD PROFIT…. AFTER SAILING THEY DON’T BOTHER ABOUT SERVICE.
          REALLY THEY KNOW BETTER HOW TO HARASS CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO MAKE MONEY….
          I HAVE A QUESTION WHY MY BILL WAS GENERATED AND WHY RELIANCE GUYS WERE WAITING TILL I EXCEED THE LIMIT. IF MY BILLING DATE IS 22ND OF EVERY MONTH WHY BILL WAS NOT UPDATED ON THE SAME DATE? WHY THIS THING HAPPENED THIS MONTH? IS THAT BECAUSE RELIANCE WANTED TO FETCH MORE MONEY FROM MY POCKET.

          SURPRISINGLY, WHENEVER (ALMOST EVERY MONTH), WHEN MY CONNECTION WAS SUSPENDED FOR 2-3 DAYS, MY USAGE WAS INCREASED EVEN WITHOUT USING. FOR EXAMPLE IF BEFORE SUSPENSION IT WAS 300 MB, AND WHEN SUSPENSION REMOVED IT CAME TO 400 MB. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD THIS THING.

          My LOOP no: is [protected].I got sms that your no. is due on suspension b'coz yr docs r not submited,But I have submited it to it's GHATKOPAR EAST LOOP shop on 27th Oct 2009.They considered the docs are submited by me on 27th October 2009,but some how it has not reached to the head office.They sent a mail to the head office requesting to forward my docs.In this process my no. got disconnected without any prior notice which is a very serious offence by the company. Secondly I was not given any aknowledgement for submitting docs.Neither the head office informed me about the status of my docs.LOOP MOBILE cannot disconnect any customer's phone without prior notice.It is totally LOOP MOBILE's fault by not receiving my docs.How do I know that my docs are reached to the head office?
          Please look into the matter and take serious action against the responsible person.

          Reliance Netconnect broadband — For technical snag, I need to wait for 3 months - till Aug 31st

          Reference to the complaint I posted in this forum a couple of days back (link below), today, I got a call from the reliance legal department, asking me to wait for 3 months for them to rectify the technical fault in their system.

          There is a limit for buying timeline from the customers especially for services which we use daily and this is the height of it. Since I could not digest this proposal, I told him I need to get it resolved within a week maximum (remember I have already waited (read wasted) 2 weeks since I complained for the first time).
          As a reply, he tried to pacify me by saying this is the maximum time they might take and this can even get resolved in 24 hours.

          Considering the kind of responses I am getting from reliance, I have my own doubt in this issue getting resolved. Reliance is taking customers for a ride and eating our money.
          Today I decided one thing, I will never avail any reliance ada products/ services henceforth in my lifetime, and that’s for sure.

          God save Reliance ADA group. Let me remain unanswered / unattended.

            Hi All,

            This is to inform that for people who dare to think to getting a broadband connection from the cheat company namley Reliance. My customer ID was[protected]. It all started when i wanted to get a broadband connection. I was staying in Jogupalya a few days ago where I paid 520 Rs for getting a Reliance Broadband connection to a vendor named Sathish. He informed me that the connection will be up in 7 working days. I was also told I would receive a verfication call from the customer care within two days. The customer care did called me up within two days. I was expecting the connection but to my dismay i didnt got any response for another 10 days. Finally after 14 days I recieved a call from the Reliance customer care stating that it is a welcome call. I informed that no installation was done yet. The customer care exceutive launched a complaint (Complaint #[protected]. The call was forwarded to techincal team and agian another compliant was launched.

            I lost hope on getting the connection. finally after another four days when i was about to shift my place (murugeshpalya) a person from Reliance Broadband technical team came to resolve the complaint. He was baffled to see that there was no connection and already i have been registered as a User. After several phonecalls to his superiors. I was told i will get the connection in the new place. with so much going on i decide to withdraw the connection. I have informed to disconnect my connection (with no euipments). I hope the billing is not done for this hopeless connection. my installation charge 520 Rs is profit for reliance. If i happen to recieve a bill I will surey escalate the issue to consumer court and will sue them,

            For all those out there I advice you not to opt for reliance broadband connection. I have choosen Airtel Broadband now. The service is good compared to sloppy Reliance broadband.

            As noted above i have received a bill for the connection on[protected]. The customer care executive who I called should be the hero of the film"Ghajini", or "memento".He has forgot to deactivate my account after my call. Funny and weired customer care service. I will not pay the bill.

              My Reliance CDMA mobile no is [protected].Iam paying a rental of 450 per month.Since June 30th 2009 Iam not getting coverage at my office.My office had 80 connection which they are forced to disconnect due to the network issue.I have registered three compliants with Reliance but they have closed all the three complaints without attending my issue.

              I have applied for Provident Fund 8 months before... I want to know for my status.. Please do the needful... PF No MH/VASHI/118056/9460
              Its a common known issue with Reliance coverage at Ground floors, that too with congested buildings.(IT parks, some Malls, etc., )

              While I was at Hyderabad, "at GROUND FLOOR" I was trying to get the coverage, registered complaints, nothing worked out until 6 months. Finally I went with a Yaagi antenna, where I should place the mobile on the panel antenna(a mobile stand like provision) to get the coverage. I used a headset for using the mobile. And I cannot use it like a mobile inside my home. I used it like a landline, since the mobile should be placed on the panel antenna.

              Yaagi antenna is available at Rs.300+ at markets.

              This is a self-help. Not a Reliance help.

              Now I am in Chennai, office at Ground floor, same issue, Still hoping reliance to do something about it, two months passed. Having a temporary Vodafone connection.(May become permanent.)

              I cant set up a antenna setup here at my office...!

                i had purchased a data card no. RZTCDC[protected] along with the mobile no. [protected] by making a cash payment of Rs. 2692/- on 07/05/2008 and was assured good services by your executive at the reliance communication outlet at dwarka, new delhi. within the usage not exceeding 10 days i was dissatisfied by the assurance of the services and on my personal visit to the outlet i was suggested to get the connection converted to prepaid. the circumstances and the case may be made clear by the complaint ids 'RIL=[protected]' and Service Request ID 77231418.

                now i wish to avail the new high speed Internet facility being provided by the company. on further enquiring about the same, the representative available at the reliance communication outlet refused to accept the data card for updating n compelled me to purchase the new device. i am shocked to know that the device available with me is a waste now n the company has no provision to update the old services given to the customers with the new available ones.

                you are requested to to intervene the matter and get my device exchanged with the new improved high speed Internet device.

                "...Within 2 working days" is a standard context with regard to any complaint. they NEVER adhere to it...and the email is a standard content..cut, copy, paste.

                Suggest you go for different service provider for broadband connection

                  Dear sir,
                  My name is Piyush vishal, n m currently staying in pune.
                  1. 3rd September – 4th September,2009
                  On 3th September,2009,I called reliance broad band customer survive centre on *355, n ordered one post paid broad band+ data card for me. At that time, I was told, I need to pay rs.3500 for the product, n at the same time, I agreed to pay the same amount. But, next day one sales person came to me n told me, that I required to pay Rs. 1500 more because m a student.At that I was not having the full amount therefore I only paid Rs 3500 n gave all necessary documents. That time, the sales person (reliance) told me, that tomorrow I will come n will receive the remaining amount. Tomorrow, I called him early morning n asked “bhaiya when r u coming I have money ready with me”.He replied, ‘If today I can’t come n so u have to come to give me the amount in Shivaji nagar, pune. I called him 2 to 3 times after that call but he didn’t receive my call. The same day means on 5th September, in the very evening, near about 6 to 7 pm, one other person came n received Rs. 1500 (remaining amount) from me n signed on the old receipt that he has received Rs 1500 (security money for the connection).

                  2. The next day, I called him to activate my connection but he didn’t receive any call, so at last I complained against him at reliance broad band number(*355) n asked the customer care representative, that when I will get my connection activated. They told me to wait for one day n as soon as the verification is completed, my connection will be activated.
                  3. The next day, near about 11pm one person came to me , n verified my all the documents, even he verified the I-card of my elder brother too, n told me in within 3-4 hours, I will activate ur connection. When more than 6 hours passed, I called the earlier sales person(Rajesh) 5- 10 times but he didn’t receive even my one call then after I caleed customer care, n asked when I will get my connection activated, they replied, the sales person (Reliance) to whom I have submitted my documents, has not uploaded my information on their site( even when 50 – 54 hours have already passed),so I have called him again on his number ([protected]) but even that time he had not picked up my call. So, at last when I got tired calling him, complained against him to customer care that he is not picking my call (complaint no:[protected].Then I also complained for my connection has not been activated ( complint no:[protected], but I was told to wait for 24 hours, the connection is activated within 24 hrs from the time of verification,( verification time:11pm,[protected].
                  4. After one day (24 hrs),On Tuesday 8th September, I again called customer care, they told me, that ur documents are till not submitted n ur verification information is till now has not been uploaded, so u will have to wait for one more day. And in evening of the day, one person called me from Pimpri, reliance web world n told me that the person who has delivered you the device, is not from any web world, he is a direct sales person who delivers goods after getting order from reliance customer care, U r in big trouble, because the person who has delivered the data card, does not reply to any one, they only sale n do not care about the customers.
                  5. On the Wednesday i.e., today morning , I was totally dispointed n however I again called Reliance broad band customer cell on *355, they told sir U will have to wait for another 24 hrs, because the information of verification is till not uploaded, or You can contact nearest reliance web world, they will definitely activate ur connection. Then, just after finishing my lecture, I left for pimpri web world, 6 kms away(without having my lunch).

                  6. LIMIT OF MISBEHAVIOUR :

                  Till 1:30 pm, I reached the web world, n contacted one reliance worker n explained my problem.
                  But, he didn’t understand my problem, n so refused to activate my connection, I was hungry n my temper was growing up as one by one I was being told lie n was being cheated. Then after, I again called customer care n explained my problem n then the customer care executive told me that he wants to talk with that employee n then I gave my cell to the reliance web world employee, then after that he told me that.” Sir, U please go we will activate ur connection in within half an hour, but I refused, told him I m here only n I will wait till my connection would not be activated. When, after half an hour, one lady came to the office, that employee explained her my problem, in place of solving my problem, she went to have her lunch. When, she came back I approached her, n explained my problem she told me to give my data card connection no:[protected] n to come after 6:30 pm. Then again I called customer care, explained the care executive about the behavior of their employee n then she told to hand over the phone to the employee who is misbehaving with me, I tried to give them my cell to them but they refused to receive the call, after that the customer care executive has filed one more complaint (complaint no: [protected] n told me if the employee of that web world is responding, then I need to go to other reliance web world which is situated in Aundh, pune. I left that place in 4:00pm (after 2 hours), I reached other web world near about 5:15 pm(till that I had taken a single food). But after, reaching there, the reliance employee again refused , n I called the customer care on *355 , they told me, “sir, if they are not activating ur connection, either u have to submit ur documentd again or u will have to go to Koreagaon park(reliance customer center).

                  1. Sir. I am enclosing scan copy of receipt alongwith this letter.
                  2. As I got data card, n have paid the full money along with security money, this transaction has become an agreement n with the full consent of both parties involved in the transaction, the agreement has become a ‘contract’ under Indian contract act,1872. And , as time was the essence of the contract (they have broken the time limit given at the time of dealing), n as they have been frauding n cheating me n telling me lie from the first time, this agrrement has become voidable at the option of aggrieved party i.e., me(under provision of Indian contract act,1872). And therefore , I want to sue the sales person n reliance company for all my incurred expenses,time n disturbance n harassment what I felt.

                  Reliance Netconnect Broadband + — No service provided even after payment

                  1. I had made the payments on June 10, and sent Vriti Infocom, an online DSA of Reliance Communications all the documents the next day itself, through email as guided by them.

                  2. My connection is yet to be activated despite promises of connectivity within 24 hours.

                  3. The toll free number is never accessible(a trait exclusive to Reliance) nor are the personal numbers of the executives, used prior to the making of the payments.

                  4. The enterprise has disclosed no details about itself, like phone numbers, addresses, etc on its website or elsewhere.

                  Consecutively i've lost valuable time and was put to hardship due to lack of connectivity (which ofcourse this company is so much in the habit of putting its customers to.)

                  Reliance Data Card — Sales guy misbehaved & dint activate my account

                  this guy soe Devesh malik...got my card..took the miney..but was unable to activate the card on my laptop..i asked him to come after ofice hours to do the same..he never turned up..thn i caled the head office..he was talking to me very rudely...n misbehaved with me..please dont buy reliance data card...

                  Reliance Netconnect — Deficiencies in servive and cheating and misleading customers

                  Wrost Services. I am facing slow browsing speed and download speed @ 0 to 16kb/sec . I called to customer for resolving the issue and the request id is :[protected]. Every i should call to customer care to know the status. There is no response from them. I requested to solve the issue as soon as possible. On third day when i called the customer care one of the technical person tried to solve the issue at the end there is no use. After 4days also the issue was not solved. Then i decided to terminate the connection and raise the request for termination of the connection and the request id is :[protected]. But the funny thing is they will take 15 days for the termination. And i have to pay the monthly rental for that period. Again, i called up to the customer care to confirm that and asked about the previous request raised by me i.e. 10916904. The executive said that request was closed. I was wondering that how they can close the request with out solving the issue. Then i again raised one more request id:[protected] for the same problem mention the above scenario and stating that i will not pay any monthly rental if they are not solving the issue within two days. On the second day i received one call saying that one technical guy will be coming to check the data card. But he did not call me again.

                  I know pretty well there is no use by posting this comment. To my satisfaction i am doing this.

                  Dear sir,
                  I have reliance internet connection from last two years. Past last one month this service is very very poor.
                  Bcz this month first week total eight days is not working our phone and internet. I sent so many complaint
                  to reliance customer care through our mobile and Email. but any one person no reply from reliance communication
                  side. At the same time i called Notal offiicer to this Tel no [protected] for in this regard . but he said we not response

                  i have purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband + almost4-5months ago in rajkot.they said that u will get 3.1 mbps in 1 or 2 months but still now i am getting speed as 144kbps but paying the tarrif of Reliance Netconnect Broadband +

                  I am A.M.Bhasker from Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Mangadu sending this mail to you. I have purchased Reliance Wireless Broadband+ from your authorised showroom at Porur. MDN No.[protected] and I am in 3GB plan now. I am facing certain problems which your customer care service unable to solve it. I request you to look into the matter and get me a better service at your end.

                  While purchasing the Reliance Wireless Broadband+, I saw a demo at Porur Show Room and the speed in satisfactory. But I am unable to get the same speed in my residence, ie at Mangau.

                  I want to view the status of my usage. Hence I contacted your customer care service on[protected] and they guide me step by step instructions for registration. Finally I was told that I will receive the PIN No. to my email ID within 48 hours. Then to contact again your customer care service. But so far I did not receive PIN No. to my mail ID. Again I contacted your customer care service on[protected] regarding my PIN No. and my complaint No.[protected]. But unfortunately I have not received PIN No. till this date. Every time when I ask your customer care service, I am getting the same reply of that I will get the PIN No. to my email within 24/48 hours time. But I am very sorry to say that so far there is not response. If your service is like this how will you satisfy your customers and how can I view my usage. Hence kindly send the PIN No. without further delay and solve my problem.

                  Your customer care service staff do not know the regional language of Tamil and they are speaking only in English. But your customers like me, who do not know English and know only Tamil, how can we express our problem briefly and how we understand what you say. When you dealing your products in Tamil Nadu your customer care service staff should definetly know the regional language of Tamil and they should communicate in Tamil. Otherwise customers like me will face critical situation in using your products.

                  Student — Didn't get braodband connection so far

                  Dear sir, (Sh Jitendra Khare)

                  With reference to my aknowldgement receipt no. 7763, book no.A.H. 78. Dated 15/01/10 at govindpura BHEL BHOPAL, I submitted the form to get the broadband connection as I'm a BCA 1st Year student and when reached at the BSNL Govindpura office they assured me for fast connection within 2 days and you could see after getting 1790/-Rs from me they didn't either talk properly with me.

                  Sorry to say sir, but this is indeed a fall of BSNL.

                  Now I came to know why people suggest for AIRTEL, may be for their service.

                  I'm shocked with the way of dealing at BSNL office.

                  Anyway, I humbly request you to take some necessary action in this regard, I'll be highly thankful to you.

                  I took Reliance Netconnect Broadbad +. I got a call from Delhi from Shikha tyagi.... promising that it will activate on 04/02/2010. I bought it on 3rd Feb 2010. It is very very urgenttttttttttttttt for me.

                  Reliance Broadband — Net not working and Customer care misbehaving

                  Hi,

                  internet on my pc is working fine for last 6 months, suddently it is not working. i have raised numerous complains against the same but nothing happened, customer services people are misbehaving and not at all supportive and they are putting the blame on my os (vista), on which the same net was working fine for 6 months. Even i have checked with various of my friends who are using reliance broadband and it is working fine with vista.

                  I'm getting the speed of 60 kbps.

                  What should I do?

                  Reliance is the worst broadband service provider.
                  I am getting speed of 20Kbps in city like Pune. That too in city area. After contacting so many times, no response from reliance customer care.
                  Trust me BSNL service for broadband is very bad.In belgaum, Karnataka I got the broad band connection of 3months.bt in the 1st month itself it started to give problem.when i complained they dint ccame after 4days and this thing repeated for 1month ..later they removed the hardware part and so i couldn connect in 2nd month.3rd month i went for complain and dey took lots of money from n forced me to pay 3months bill n said that they il return my deposit but they dint give.after that they dint disconnect from their side but no connection for my side.next 6months they forced me to pay the bill.I did it.when i went to the main office, everyday they kept on changing the tables.go to that table, your work will be done.they played with me for many months.after that i complained in their office itself but they dint take reaction.Infact i fought with all BSNL officers but nothing happened.later when i was leaving that place I payed more 3months bill and i myself returned modem.but still they took more money and dint return deposit.again dey sent more 2months bill.trust BSNL just eats money.They are corrupted people .Please beware of them.
                  I got BSNL connection in BANGALORE.The package is 750unlimited.But i don't understand why does the BSNL increase bill amount.It just crosses 1, 800.The last post was also by me.This is terrible BSNL has crossed the limit of corruption.Please BSNL work sincerely and on time.Don't eat money.Please come out of corruption and stop troubling customers.Somebody really take some action on this service.BECAUSE I TRIED MY BEST BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.

                  Reliance Netconnect Broadband + — Reliance Netconnect Broadband + is nowhere close to being called BROADBAND

                  There are several things to talk about for this company, its just the name

                  that helped them survive,otherwise reliance is the worst company from

                  phone or broadband perspective

                  Its been close to 20 days since I paid rs 1600/- for huawei modem

                  expecting good service when its not been good at all, only

                  devastating,FINALLY TERMINATING IT!

                  1) I was sold broadband even though there are coverage issues in my

                  area, 4bunglow,Andheri West, ie; was told that I would get atleast around

                  1MBP/s whereas I havent ever got more than an average of

                  170kbp/s(AVERAGE SPEED MEANS IT WAS LIKE ONCE IN A

                  BLUEMOON I SAW 400kbps only really early mornings)(my broadband #

                  [protected])

                  2) With the same connection I was sold a gsm postpaid phone which I

                  never opted for and got a bill for it, moreover when I call this number , its

                  not in service ([protected]), had to spend about an hour to cancel a

                  service which I never ordered.

                  3)Fair usage policy was applied on me even when they have been unfair

                  for not providing promised speed and therefore paying bill is out of

                  question(still I was generous enough to tell them to deduct rs.200/- as I

                  did use extremely slow internet, but they werent generous enough and

                  didnt refund me anything)

                  4)Called their Nodal office several times on their number[protected]

                  and received similar replies like, we have forwarded email pls get back in

                  a few days, oops the email reply didnt come we are sending another

                  email,n so forth, so NO UPDATE on refund.
                  Finally when I called today 19th April after almost 20 days they tell me

                  that THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MODEM BUT I CAN TERMINATE

                  SERVICE. HAPPILY I PUT A REQUEST FOR TERMINATION, BUT I AM

                  DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY ABOUT GIVING AWAY RS.1600 FOR A BUNCH

                  OF LIES.

                  5)Spoke with technical support but wasnt informed in the first place that

                  there is an issue within my area, until something ring a bell and I was told

                  this only after around a week of me calling them and troubleshooting

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    Myself Ashish Mishra from pune,I have applied for the rellaince broadband connection a month ago
                    these sales guys assured me to provide me connection within a 1 or 2 days and there is availability
                    of connection i ahve given all my documents to him after 2 days i tried to contact him but the sales guy was not responding to my call after a week they returned the document beacuse there is no availability of connection,after Few days a sales guy again contacted me and promise me to give a connection again i have submitted documents then after 2 days he also repeated the same thing
                    after harrassing so much i finally decided to contact there manager i ahve skip my office that day
                    i talk to their manager Mr Anil dalvi he assured me that he will let me know the status fo internet connection finally the manager also shows the same behaviour i tried to contact him he is not picking up the call

                    What action can i take agains these people
                    please let me know

                      Reliance Broadband Frequent Disconnection + Worst Customer Care Service
                      Hi,

                      My Customer ID =[protected]

                      I am a member of Reliance Broadband Service for more then a year. I am having Frequent Disconnection problems with my connection from last 15 days.

                      I called Customer Care 20 times and registered almost 10 complints so far. I have even talked to Floor Manager 4 Times so far. My complaints is not solved yet. I asked them to transfer my call to someone above floor manager level but they said NO.

                      I am filed complaint 4days back still there is no response from their end.

                      They call you even before due date and ask to pay bills on time but when it comes to customer care, well they just don't care about their customers.

                      Is it private service or public service. we are not understanding their strategy.

                      Is there any way to reach high level officers at Reliance Broadband so that they can look in to my complaint?

                      Even i am facing the same problem. failure of connectivity is very frequent. Even after so many complaints it is not yet solved permanently.
                      I would just see to it that you find another provider. " Reliance " is unreliable!!!
                      While having been to India for several months, my wife and I faced all kinds of problems with this company. I still have an account going on with them, several hours of so - called internet time time lying dormant.

                      purchased reliance netconnect modem just 25 day, it hardly opens any site.n if opens open after 12 to 15 min.please do something.i m having black data card modem.company officials say they know that this modem is not good.please do something.
                      MY SELF Jagdeep Singh using reliance broadband unlimited 300kb/sec from last 15 days . but it is not working properly the connectivity is very poor when we connect the net is always it take's upto 30min to connect . serives is very poor it server is always down and some time it will not connect upto 2 or 3 days and whenever i call to customer care they rply that your net servies will work within 12hrs.I am very dispointed with there servies.

My User ID:[protected]. i am facing network issues frequently last two months. in this area the network providers are not taking serious. i am feeling this is worst net work. suppose if the connection is failed then i wont come the internet around 10 to 15 days. this is the happen every month. still i am not getting the internet. but i am calling daily to the customer care but they are not responding. Your engineer visit many time but problem r not resolve . and your provider engineer haven’t instrument, if network is like this...

                        MY ACCOUNT NO :[protected] , you can track my complain details thro this no. I LAUNCH MY COMPLAIN ON 6TH OF JULY FOR DISCONNECTION OF MY INTERNET. AS ACTUALLY INTERNET WAS COMPLETELY DOWN FROM 4TH OF JULY .. BUT I THOUGHT, AS WAN LIGHT WAS NOT ATALL WITH INDICATION , IT COULD BE A MAJOR FAULT AND RELIANCE TEAM MUST BE KNOWING THIS AND THEY WILL RESOLVE IT ASAP. HARDIK - TEAM LEADER GAVE ME TIME LINE OF 3 DAYS ON LAST THURSDAY AND ASSURED ME THAT IN 3 DAYS SOMEONE WILL BE CALLING YOU AND LETTING YOU KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND MY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.. BUT IT HAD NEVER HAPPENED SAME AS BEFORE. AND ON SUNDAY - 12TH JULY I CALLED UP AGAIN AND TALKED TO ONE OF YOUR SUPERWISER AGAIN WHOM I NAMED ABOVE AND THEY ASKED ME THAT ONE OF OUR TEAM LEADER WILL CALL ME IN 1 HOUR AND THIS TIME TEAM LEADER CYRUS CALLED BUT IT TOOK 1.40 HOURS .. AND NOT IN STATED TIME LINE OF 1 HOUR.. AND HE HAS SAID RIGHT CAUSE OF WHY MY INTERNET IS DOWN.

                        So, entire 1 week , all the Reliance staff was fooling around with me by stating that my connection will be up in next 24 hours. and they were not revealing actual fact ever why my connection was down as i was asking it many time. On sunday, when cyrus said that there's a permission issue and now we can not say any timeline when this connection will be starting up ... then I said, why then Hardik given me false promise of 3 days earlier ??? Being a team leader he should not fooled me .. as all other supervisers and executives of reliance were doing with me since 1 week.

                        Then cyrus said that, he will ask hardik to give me call on monday in evening and he will ask for clarification. But monday evening gone and no one contacted me. then, I contacted again and talked to one of your team leader again named Harshida and i asked her that, i want to talk to Manager. And she said, managers are busy with meetings and Rajeswari - A manager will call me around 8.00 pm in evening. that was talk on tuesday. But no one called me in evening atall. And I kept waited.

                        So, Finally on next day, I could able to call one of your Manager - Jasmin..An another hopeless guy. And he listened my problem and he was explaining Reliance internal problem to me on tuesday. ARE THE CUSTOMERS THERE TO UNDERSTAND RELIANCE PROBLEM OR CUSTOMER CARE IS THERE TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM ????? PLS MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THIS..
                        And HE asked me that, he'll be reverting me back by wednesday evening between 4..30 to 5.00 pm .. but his call was not there untill 7.30 pm in evening on 14th july.. After a long day waiting, he said me that, he is still investigating and he'll be telling me right time frame by tomorrow.
                        Next day again he called up same time at the end of my day .. and was explaining me problem again, and I asked him that, you putting me in waiting for entire day and at the end of day you calling me and explaining me problem of reliance , I am not there atall to understand reliance problem .. ... As reliance is not there atall to understand my problem , though I am paying all the bills Reliance is not providing me any serivces and it's just fooling around with me more then a week...

                        I could never expect a managerial level such frustrative talks with company like Reliance.

                        At the end, Jasmin was explaining me, that he is all day busy for his other work and when he gets time, he can call me.. :) Such a nice customer care answer from a manager.. could you believe ?
                        But still i offered him that, you include me , because it's my society permission issue and i can explain someone better in my society then you guys... And still he was just arguing with me and spoke to me very rudely that day..

                        Finally, on wednesday nite, local Baroda field manager called me Nayan - his mobile no : [protected] .. Now, you can call this no and ask Nayan, that how I helped in solving this problem on 16th morning.

                        And problem got resolved..I HAD TO PUT ALL MY WORK ASIDE AND HAD HELPED RELIANCE FIELD STAFF IN RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM.

                        BUT NOW, I WANT ALL 14 DAYS OF COMPENSATION FROM RELIANCE, AS NET WAS DOWN AND I LOST 30,000$ BUSINESS IN THOSE DAYS .. IF RELIANCE WANT I CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF LOOSING THE BUSINESS..I WOULD NOT PAY ANY BILLS FOR NEXT 6 MONTHS..

                        I ALSO WANT ACTIONS AGAINST RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF WHO IS CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING FALSE INFO AND FALSE COMMITMENTS, YOU CAN LISTEN OUR ALL RECORDED TALKS AND SEE HOW YOUR MANAGER - JASMIN HAS TALKED TO ME AT THE END.

                        ALSO, RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE HAS GIVEN ME LOT OF FRUSTRATION AND MENTAL STRESS ALL THESE DAYS AND I NEED COMPENSATION OF IT.

                        IF I WOULD NOT GET ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM RELIANCE THEN, I WOULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND ALL MEDIA CHANNELS AND I WILL PUBLISH MY THIS EXPERIENCE OF FRUSTRATING ME MORE AND MORE..

                        At this moment, I would say, that, NO ONE SHOULD USE RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE FOR COMPLAIN REQUEST. ENTIRE TEAM INCLUDING MANAGER WAS SO FOOLING AROUND WITH ME ALMOST 12 DAYS.

                        And if I dont get a proper compensation and satisfactory answers from your side within 48 hours , then , As an end customer , I will take up further actions .

                        Reliance Money — No response from customer service

                        I sent atleast 3 to 4 emails regarding login issue to my reliance money account. there is no response from customer service. I dont understand why there is such worst service for such well established company???
                        This clearly gives bad impression on Reliance Support and Serivice. I am very much dissppointed on this.

                        Reliance Communication — outgoing restricted in spite of cleared bills

                        i being regular user of reliance fixed landline, i ve made all the payments of my landline inspite of all cleared bills.my outgoing is restricted and i am continusly harresed by cusomer care persons for non payment.i have all the proof tat der is no outstanding balance left .yet i am harresed

                        I am a reliance money customer. My user id is SERA0029.
                        I have applied through Sana Nasir(Business Development Executive). I have raised a request to reset my password before 1 month and i have been trying to contact customer care for the last 1 month to get the new password. But there is no reponse or support from reliance money. I am really dissatisfied with the service provided by reliance money.

                        Please do the needful and provide me the reset password as early as possible. I am not able to login into [protected]@reliancemoney.co.in

                        Every time i have to go out of country, i naturally have to get my International Roaming activated. However when i come back and when i have to get it deactivated, they conveniently switch off my National Roaming. This happens not only once or twice but every single time i come back.
                        Imagine the plight of a person who has to because of his job continuously keep on traveling to other places, have a phone which he literally cannot use, the minute he steps into another city?
                        And why shall i pay extra Rs 150 for a service that i require a maximum of 2-3 times a year for short periods of time?
                        This has been happening for the past 3 years, going as far as the time i have received this connection. And this is getting really annoying. I have made a complaint at the call center, but somehow i think that after all this time even now they are casual about the situation and this has been affecting my private and professional life. It is high time someone takes action against the people which have been making it difficult for me to have any convenience while using the phone, when i need it the most.
                        It's not new. Their attitude towards any complaint made is similar and hardly they respond to such compalints. Only thing they are prompt in is sending the bills even for the period when mno service is available. They make numerous calls to make payments. but care less for customer's satisfaction. It is worth migrating to some other servicer provider rather than waiting for relaince's response. Is Anil Amabani listening?

                        I had complained to Reliance Energy on 2/7/08 under no 2683 that shopkeeper had taken two cables open to air from meter box and are prone to flooding and rain water .I reminded them by email but no action nor any reply.Sometime electricity strips and come after few seconds, which leads that power is used for heavy duty.Why no seprate heavy meter connection?Why we residents should suffer? Who is reseponsible for any damage?
                        Instead of solution, I have recived the bill for 199 units where my average consumption is 154 units .I had complained under no DWML[protected]F 15/7/08 but no reply recived though written complaint given.
                        A line man came on 16/7/08 and told by seeing with naked eye that meter is correct and I will get reply.Ishowed him open cable but he negleted to see.

                        I have applied for Reliance Communication Broadband service on date[protected]. On the very first day the sale executive came to us and took 600/ rupees including installation charges. The company also assisted us to buy Routers for the connection. But till date they are not able to connect it either installed. I have called them several times but they have not done anything.

                        Sir on 6th June I reported my problem to customer care services of Relaince broadband that i am unable to connect to net because of WAN problem, since I am computer user I briefed the service centre that there is problem with my modem they assured they will get back I also mentioned that please ensure that service engineer visit my houise between 4.oopm tio 6.pm as I am CA and only available at home between this time. My all dues are clear, yet till date they don't bother to get the problem rectified.

                        WAITING AND BUYING BIG TV WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE. I HAD PURCHASED BIG TV AND WAS PROMISED THAT THE INSTALLATION SHALL TAKE 24 TO 48 HOURS. BUT EVEN AFTER 24 DAYS NOBODY TURNED UP. BIG TV SERVICE & CALL CENTRES ARE THE WORST EVER I HAD COME ACROSS TILL DATE. EVERY TIME YOU CALL THEM THEY SAY THAT THE INSTALLATION SHALL BE DONE WITHIN NEXT DAY. HOWEVER WITH ALL SUCH HASSLES THE SAME GOT INSTALLED AND WAS WORKING FINE FOR 10 DAYS.                         I have taken a reliance broadband connection from Reliance communications for my father Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain.

                        Details of reliance broadband connection:-

                        On 28th Oct evening, broadband suddenly stopped working; we had restarted the system and trying to reconnect the internet connection but no result.
                        Finally on 31st Oct we have launched a complaint no 79145657 on call center.
                        I was given assurance that internet would start working within 16 hrs.

                        On 31st Oct evening, a field engineer visited our premises but left without proper resolution to the complaint. When I have asked him to fix the issue before leaving then he had shown no interest in resolving the problem.

                        Broadband was still not working.

                        I had immediately called up call center. Call center executive MR Sudhakar picked up the call. On enquiring about my complaint, he was continuously referring it as request. I have explained him that I had logged a complaint NOT any request.
                        Then, he told me that my complaint is “under process” status. On communicating the Field engineer’s visit, he had shown no interest in taking any details about the JE visit.

                        I was not getting any satisfactory solution from CC executive, so I had requested him to give me Nodal Officer’s email address then on first instance; he simply refused to provide Nodal officer’s email address. Then when I had used some laud voice then he had given me email of Haryana’s nodal officer inspite of the fact he had inquired 4 times that I am calling Chandigarh.

                        I have found out the Nodal officer details from Internet site WWW.rcom.co.in as mentioned on monthly bill invoice. Upon calling Nodal officer at[protected], a lady picked the call and confirmed to me that this Nodal desk is not for broadband service and it only handle Mobile related complaints.

                        Till now, almost after 20 hrs of lodge of complaint there is no solution to the problem.



                        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to resolve this complaint and take suitable action against Field engineer who has left customer premises without resolution and on the CC executive who have misguided the subscriber on the call center enquiry and at Nodal Desk which have refused to lodge any complaint

                        My connection was disconnected without any intimation the very next day of our receiving the bill. It says that 15th is the last day of paying the bill on the bill and it was disconnected on the 8th itself even though they neither reminded me over the phone nor sent anyone to collect the money. When I rang up Customer Care Centre and asked them to collect the money from my house, they said that it would take 3 days for the person to come. I wanted to pay the money but they were not willing to even collect it.

                        I wanted it very urgently that day so I complained to the team leader and he sent two people to collect it. They were so impatient and kept banging at the door. This is not the first time that this is happening. The previous time, they almost broke open the door when my mother was alone at home. She got frightened and looked through the window and found that they were from Youtelecom. I had warned them then but their goal seems to be to intimidate the customers for a paltry amount. This is very cheap and indecent behaviour on their part as if the company is desperate for money we are going to run away it.

                        Even after I paid the bill, they kept on sending a bill every week cutting off the connection. They were not changing my plan to 450 (unlimited) which I kept requesting but they were not bothered and on purpose, were sending me bills every week for a limited connection. So I got fed up with them and asked them to terminate my connection and to return my modem deposit of Rs.2000 and collect their modem which they never bothered to do.

                        And today, I am getting a message saying my bill has been dispatched. I should never have taken this connection in the first place.
                        I fully agree with you. I ordered for a new reliance broadband Internet connection 40 days ago - by phone as well as by email. No one bothered to call me - all I received was an automated reply. I enquired periodically and I received the same reply - 'our service rep will visit you within 7 days' . Finally when I called the tech service center and I pushed further, they said that it is not feasible to install broadband Internet conection in my building. Now the fact is my neighbour inthe same building has Reliance Broadband connection ... Is Ambani listening ? WIll he take some action to improve the pathetic service?
                        im also agreeing with rahul & raju. I never expect this much worst service from Reliance ADA group. For installation itself i had great fight with these people. I booked BIG TV on 1st Sep 2008. But the installation was done after 15th Sep, that also after a quarrel with the worst people. Actually i planned to burn the set top box in the entrance of Reliance web world in front of media. But before it happens they installed the Dish. Till first of Oct it is smooth. After that it always ask me to subscribe, if i open a channel. After 10 days it had been rectified but all the promised channels are not displayed. So last 25 days im fighting with the customer care people daily. But still the problem is not solved. So i planned to wait for some more days, if it is not rectified within that time, im ready to burn the set top box in front of media. If any person ready to accompany me with their set top box and residing in chennai, pl contact me, we ll fix a date for burial.

                        I have a reliance pre-paid connection, which I have been using since last 3 years. I avail the Reliance Communication centre on 414/8 Prince Anwar Shah Road, kolkata700045 (Franchise Mukesh chowdhury)for recharging and other facilities available therein since it fall near to my house. Many a times the employees out there in the store faced me with poor service. Not only with me but with other customers too. However, on 07/01/09 their behavior became un bearable as I went there for a power recharge of Rs.49(E R topup) the amount was not credited to my account as it should be and on enquiry and seeing the receipt of payment I was shocked to see that the amount was credited to an unknown account while the receipt was in my name but with different number[Invoice No.[protected]]. In spite of my repeated humble request to look into the matter, they started criticizing and abusing me and started shouting at top of their voice in filthy language saying “YOU ARE A CHEATER, FRAUD, etc”. One of them named Rakesh Chowdhury (Store Manager) even crossed his limits and said that I seemed to him as characterless women in front of other customers and employees as tears rolled down my eyes. I have never been humiliated, tortured, battered, assaulted in my life this way ever before. The barbaric and ill behavior meted out to me has left me in deep shock and agony the pain of which is inconsolable.

                        My question before the concerned authority of reliance communication that being a lawyer I am well acquainted with my consumer rights and other laws governing such issues and the appropriate forum to lodge a complain, why shouldn’t I take legal course to ameliorate my pain and suffering I have been through?

                        I firmly believe that Reliance being one of the largest company in India with a new milestone in growing market in info-sector shall take this matter seriously with a sense o[censored]rgency and shall take appropriate action at the behest with immediate effect and uphold its existing image, reputation and goodwill in the corporate world and shall not compel me to take legal action for the same.

                        If any body planning to purchase Reliance Broadband than take care of this that till you are getting responce from customer care you will be look happy...

                        BIG TV — The worst service i have ever seen

                        My big tv services are being in activated at every 15 days . Though even now i have a balance of 350 rupees and also a one year free programme. And whenever i want to call customer care center it will minimum take 1 hour to talk with representative . And today i have trying from 12 noon, and now its 5 pm, still i could not manage to talk. Even that chargable number is also busy . The worst service i have ever seen in my life . Company claims that 11 language call center, though no one is going to pick your phone .

                        I have a very bad experience when I have called to reliance customer care. They dont know how to speak with customers, They very arrogant and dismissive in nature. I have a word with the person name Ramesh I said him that 15 rupees have been deducted unknowingly, so he said no money have been deducted from your account and he asking me that have you call for a "TIME PASS" I surprised and again he said I dont have a time to sort out your stupid queries then disconnected my call. I really fell bad at that time.

                        i have paid my bill using visa card, by logging on the relience website. it has been 2 days and still my phone is barred.i cant receive or make any calls. i have given them applications twice, one at bangalore airport road branch and once at chennai adyar branch to increase my credit limit to 1000 rupees, from existing 500 rupees, but it is all in vain. they have not done anything about it.this, i have done over 3 months.

                        Reliance Broadband — Very poor services and very bad customer experience

                        I visited the R-world ( 11-Vikas Marg, New Delhi-110092 ) on 14th June-09 for new connection, as mentioned on its site I carried my Room rent agreement along with me.Same day they told me, you need to get a photograph pasted and attested on the agreement.I were convinced and asked to pay the amount for USB that is 3500 Rs. that time only without any confirmation of address and ID.But I didnt pay and said payment will be done, once the confirmation done.I went there next day with desired papers and photograph pasted and attested.The sales man UMESH filled the form and took ID.I showed him my Room rent agreement, Pancard, Driving licence and company I-card.He took Room rent agreement and Pancard for Photo ID proof.Same day My connection was active and within 2 days Rel personnel came and done the Address and ID cofirmation.On the next connection disconnected and when I asked over the phone they told me you need to visit the shop again for this problem and we cannt help you out.I got a call from R-world and told you need to submit your ID proof again that would be Driving licence as earlier documents did not work and this is a new rule which has introduced recently.Again Umesh was the person who told me this.After 2 days I submitted my D-licence at R-world by hand of my staff.I talked with UMESH for receiving confirmation and he told me OK.As per UMESH, connection needs to be activate within a day but still there is no response from these people.

                        Dear Sirs,
                        Am not sure if anyone at such a very very chain of stores will take note but here goes
                        1.There is a store for veges,household,etc at Lauder's Gate,Purasavakam.
                        Here the staff are rude and even before biliing demand to know if you have change.
                        There is no counter to pay for any item less than five.You have to wait till the previous persons with
                        20-30 items finishes.There is a spare machine and uniformed staff but no ones even bothers to look
                        at you.
                        2. So I changed stores and went to Ormes road.No better.Same story of attitude,lack of interest.
                        for two items you have to wait 20mins..
                        Maybe this is the culture of Reliances.Well you have lost one customer.Also my friends too tell me

                        I forgot my online password and raised a request to resolve the same one and half month back. Since then I am keep on calling customer care for more than 20times, till now it is not resolved. I am facing difficulties in keeping track of my online usage and to pay the data card bills.                         my fathers mobile was missing since 4:30 P.M today (10.12.09). he stays in phularitand , dhanbad, jharkhand. since it is a remote area and there is no reliance web world nereby, hence he asked me to lock his sim. i stay in barrackpore kolkata. my brother, soumyadip sarbajna went to the reliance web world at barrackpore, along with his and my fathers documents to lock the sim. the person there not only refused to co operate but also behaved very rudely with him. my brother called me from there, i wanted to speak to the person. the officer over the phone , inspite of repeted pleading, refused to do anything, did not provide any information and not only behaved rudely but also refused to disclose his name.

                        I am having a pre paid connection of rel mob MDN [protected] IN THE NAME OF Mrs Sunita A karkea and I wanted to disconeect the same since we are moving out of town.So I applied about a month back at their Nirala Bazar, Aurangabad (Mah) office and sbmitted the required documents & photo.                         Sir,
                        This letter is to report the misbehavior and indecency subjected on my father by your executive Preeti Aggarwal (the name she told) inspite of no fault.
                        It all began when a relative of mine, Vaibhav Amarnath Gupta an NRI bought a wireless reliance internet connection worth Rs.3000 during his visit to India in April 09.(relationship no.[protected]) He used it for a month and left India in May 09. Since then the modem remained unused, still my father is being tortured by your executives who keep calling him every now and then asking Vaibhav’s whereabouts and informing about outstanding bill. Despite of his constant admissions of having no idea about the connection he bought, they seemed to pay no heed and kept calling. Due to the constant harassment, my father, being helpless, figured it out, complied with the procedure as told for closing the account and cleared all the dues on 20th June 09. But the calls didn’t stop and the torture continued.
                        And on 17th Dec., limits were crossed by Ms. Preeti Aggarwal who seems to lack morality which clearly reflected in the way she talked. She called from this no.-[protected]. It was equivalent to a ‘threatening’ call wherein she demanded immediate payment without listening to the other side. She used lewd and demeaning words and tried to ‘intimidate’ by saying she could go ahead and could use the means of physical violence too. Her verbal abuse plus her warning of physical assault astonished me and raised serious doubts in my mind regarding the code of conduct your people adhere to. It was height of indecency. Her behavior was unethical, unprofessional and totally unjustified. It is hard to believe how a lady and that too your employee can stoop so low. The behavior of your employee is strictly unacceptable and spurred me to write to you. Is this the way to deal with customers? As far as I see there could be two possibilities, either the employees dealing with customers aren’t updated about the transactions of customers with the company or they are equipped with duping them to keep getting the free money inflows.
                        My father holds a respectable position in the society. He is the president of his industrial association and has given quite a few interviews in news channels like NDTV and Aajtak. Someone trying to degrade his integrity without any mistake of his cannot be tolerated by me. I’m genuinely disgusted and I wish to sue her for the slander she perpetrated. Infact, this incident made me remorse over the decision of my relative for choosing your services and it actually changed my mind as I was considering it too.
                        Kindly keep a check on your update system and on the employees handling your customers to retain your customer base. And please make sure a stringent action is taken against her or else we would be compelled to take this ahead and get it done through the help of media.
                        i'v mailed and attached the document that contains the details disclosing the payment that has been duly made for closing the account to the nodal officer also. Please verify and ensure that we won’t be troubled anymore.
                        P.S.- ‘Reliance-go for it’, atleast give adequate reasons and teach your employees to have a sense of responsibility and regard for the customers to really make your prospective buyers to ‘go for it’ and existing ones to ‘keep going with it’.

                        That I may kindly be compensated for mental harassment and my time wastage as per reliance protocol else there will be no option to go to consumer court and to media so that other fellow Indians may not be cheated by such false promises by RELIANCE TELECOMMUNICATIONS.
                        That I am forced to place this complaint on various BB blogs and consumer complaint centres for wrong and filthy false commitment by RELIANCE TELECOMMUNICATIONS.

                        For the month of Feb 2007, I was billed an amount of Rs 520/- Payment for the same is made by a cheque No. 891161 of ICICI bank Vasai W branch dtd 18th March 2010 and cleared from my acct on 20th Mar 2010. I have given the bank details not less than 10 times to people from Reliance Communications and also twice to Customer Care and also to the Web World near Vasai Station West. I have given a copy of the bank statement also to them.
                        Since almost 10 days daily I am telling the same thing to around 5 people from RCIL and every 2 days I am calling up helpdesk on *222 and giving the same details. Till date I have not received a resolution to my complaint.
                        I must have spent not less than 15 hours in the last two weeks in trying to communicate my problem to your team. I have personally visited a web world also for getting resolution.
                        My outgoing has been discontinued for second time in the last week. I am unable to use the cell phone for the purpose I have taken the connection.

                        Please guide me what needs to be done.
                        Will this register as a formal complaint on the consumer forum?
                        Or do i have to do anything additionally?

                        My self kundan i had purchased a gsm card ([protected])from gc technology nr gadkari chaouk nasik few days back and on 15th june i had activated a scheme of 99 for gprs net connection they have deducted rs from account and still the service has not yet started for this same i have talked to customer care many times bt instead of solving my problem they have closed my service to customer care which is really bad...
                        Reliance Communication has Pathetic Service(Network and Customer Care)
                        I own a data card, which promises 3.1 Mbps, and i hardly get 100-150 Mbps with full network.
                        I dont understand why is No Government Authority doing anything for the FALSE PROMISES.
                        I guess we can file a CASE against these Fake CLAIMS.

                        OR
                        This can be covered through Media, Only a Good DEBRANDING will be an EYE OPENER for the Reliance Communication.

                        Or Mass BOYCOTT of the Services.

                        i am a sufrer too and my net has been down for 1 month at last i had to go for another connection from reliance which is 600k but crawling ...and they have sent me a bill of 7k ...they have not disconnected my previous connection and inspite of several requests and they r adding the bills and when asked for waver they say sorry we can not give u a waiver ...i am surprised angry and i am amazed to see the way customers r being lied to and no one is taking action against these non working ..i have drcided not to pay a penny now all though i have been paying on time for 1 year but they have frustrated me so much that i wanted to bang my head against the wall...is some one listing and taking any action i dont have the courage to write a whole story but their treatment is similar to all the customers as i read the complaints especially mr.Pranav K Bhatt (Pinnacle Technosys) problem is similar to mine the same behavious with me the only difference is i was taken for a ride for 1 month ...

                        i hope some action is taken against these as it can not go on forever ...some one in reliance communication should do something or there is a complete chaos ...i am tired talking to them and everyday they say the same thing that some will call you and with in 24 hours your problem will be solved ...i am not going to pay and i am not going to use any reliance services if this continues and i dont get a waver ..

                        I purchased Reliance USB modem(3.1 mbps) in feb 2010. It performs well till 2 months after that I am facing lot of problems like frequently disconnection, very poor speed. I am getting 19 kbps down load speed over 3.1 mbps. I complained many times but didn't get any solution even very poor response from customer care.

                        Still facing problems without any solution.

They are randomly selecting people and switching off their signal and demanding Rs 170 to restart again. Same dish, same wires, same set top box how come signal is lost now?????????

                        Any organisation if you are active customer, they should first check the problem, if there is any fault then they should cherge for repairing. But here, these guys are asking money upfront. Because they know, there is no problem. As soon as u pay, they will activate again.

                        I received a message on the mobile from DM-month that I have won 2500$ and i have to contact the number +[protected] to redeem. I called that number and was kept on the IVR for several minutes and they didn't connect me to the representative.
                        In the end when I checked my balance I realized that my 100 rs. balance has become zero.
                        These are the reliance gsm that these service providers are using.
                        There should be a check on these activities.

                        Reliance Broadband + net connect — Cheating and duping customer by not providing promised facility

                        Dear Sir

                        I have been using the Reliance net connect Device for the last 2 yrs and it has given me great amount of trouble and suffering due to the inability of the Company (Reliance Infocom) and their failure to honour the commitment to provide good services to the customer.
                        Initially I was using the reliance net connect device whose service was pathetic to say the least ,webpages usually took around 1 to 2 mins to open for basic application like sites like yahoo and gmail.
                        Then after repeated complaints I enquired about the Broad band + device which company promises that it delivers a 3.1 MBPS speed.At their web world I have enquired about the speed and executives their ensured me that atleast 300 kbps will be delivered via this device.
                        When I started using this device I have found that the maximum speed which device can give on my Laptop was around 30 kbps-40 kbps and this to not on the continous basis.When I enquired about it on customer care they have given all sorts of explanation which I am enclosing below
                        1)There is a network connectivty issue in your locality when I was living hardly 1 kms away from Reliance Infocom Office in NaviMumbai(I was living in Koparkhairne).
                        2) Your Laptop Configuration is too low and as such you are unable to use device effectively(At that time I had HP 1634 DV laptop 1.66GHZ 512 MB RAM 80 GB HDD).
                        3)I have not installed any good AntiVirus package due to which I am unable to utilise my broad band device.Format your PC and the speed will improve.

                        I thought that these can be valid points which are hampering my device performance. So I thought I will upgrade my Laptop in order to see whether Broadband is running smoothly and upto maximum possible capacity after the upgradation of Laptop.
                        To my dissappointment this device is still not running as per the promised claims done by the company.There are many problems with the device like

                        1)Connectivity is never continous that is you never get steady connectivity above 50KBPS continously.
                        2) On my laptop I am experiencing speed in range of 20 -30KBPS when company has promised 3.1 MBPS (which is not even 1 % of the promised speed).
                        3)My network connection suddenly gets down with the message on dispaly as device is disconnected when I have not diconnected the device frommy side.
                        4) Normal operational speed of broad band plus device is in the range of 5 -10 KBPS.

                        As I have mentioned I was staying in Navi Mumbai I thought there might be some problem with network in Koparkhairne and inspite of my Laptop upgradation I did'nt feel any significant improvement in the speed of device.
                        I have recently shifted to Bangalore and to my amasement the same problems which I have mentioned above ,I am facing the same problem in Bangalore also.let me inform you about my laptop configuration
                        Its HP DV 3043 TX INTEL CORE i5 PROCESSOR 2.27 GHZ
                        4 GB RAM
                        1 GB DEDICATED GRAPHIC CARD
                        640 GB HDD
                        DVD-RW

                        If this device can not function properly on the above configration in Bangalore which company has mentioned as of the the cities where it is providing Broadband + facilty. What more can be expected from consumers side when I am paying my hard earned money to pay for such a pathetic service and poor delivery.
                        The only reason I continued with this device was that it provides mobilty and can be carried away anywhere but if my objective and primary motto of having good speed via broadband is not possible then there is no sense in continuing with device. As after many complaints at customer Care company has not provided any alternative solution for the above said problem.
                        Reliance Infocom as an entity is completely duping honest citizens like us who pay their taxes in this country.
                        Just to put my case forward 2 days back only I have registered a compalint on their Customer Care No[protected] and the request no for it was[protected].
                        Reliance Infocom needs to be sued for misguiding customers.
                        Kindly tell me the procedure for getting my complaint registered in the nearest consumer court so that some action needs to be taken by court of law in order to restrict vendors like reliance infocom for wrong disclosure of information at the time of purchasing new connection of Broadband + device.

                          I'm highly disappointed with reliance data card service and I haven't even started using it yet! God knows what will happen when I'll actually start using it...provided I get to use it at all!
                          I purchased Reliance data card LG LXU 800 2 weeks back. Before buying the datacard and paying Rs.2000, the service was quick and fast! But after purchasing, they work on tortoise speed. When I got the modem, I wasn't even informed that I would need an MDN number & pin number to activate it. After several futile attempts when I called cust. service, they told me they cant help me unless I give them the MDN number (that time I got to know bout these numbers). Then I called the DSL Vriti communications through whom I bought the card...these people either have all the reasons not to give those numbers or best option..they dont answer your call!!!!
                          After days & days of "you'll definitely get your numbers tomorrow ma'am", they finally tell me that I have to make an additional payment of Rs.250 as security deposit (just coz my residence is in Mumbai and I stay on rent in Pune for work, and there's a chance of me not making bill payment-even after paying Rs.2000 for the card!! Can you believe it! Then after making the payment, which was yesterday..i.e.8th Sep '09...I'm yet to receive the numbers, even after their statement "you'll definitely get your numbers tomorrow ma'am". Today they're not even answering my call!
                          Now CAN SOMEONE PLEASEEEEE HELP ME GETTING MY NUMBERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            My Mobile was not working for a month, after getting it repaired I found SIM not working, contacted call centre and Reliance area outlet, understood that the number is terminated, Call center informed to re-submit documents, still the number dosenot work. Contacted both several times, but no proper reply as to how to get this number activated again, I am ready to pay additional charge also to get the number working again.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is to inform you that I am using the Phone no :-[protected] of Reliance and Have placed a request on 18/08/2009 for the tarif migration from 444 to 995 bill plan and also places request for the deactivation of 99 rs top up which was processed. Again on 27/08/2008 I placed a request for the change of Tarrif from 995 to 444 and activation of 149 Rs Top-Up.The Top-Up was Activated but the Tarrif Migration was not done which was informed By the customer care executive on 07/09/2009, And so req was not taken and no req no was given for the same. So I would like to inform you that as per my req I will pay the rental according to 444 plan for the period 27/08/2009 to 07/09/2009 as placed a req for the change and from 08/09/2009 i will pay according to 995 bill plan till further notice and for the same I have not received any Request No as 995 was already activated.And for the same I have placed complain to customer care and the complain No is :[protected]...As I am not responsible for the failure of the same.

                              but for this error i am not getting the proper response from the customer care

                                  I am holding reliance data card from last few months. But In 23 Aug est I have made a recharge 701, but in 24 my net has disconnected, I consulted customer care they told me that your recharge has been backed by your dealer.So you would have take one more recharge of the 701. When i consult to dealer he told me i have not done any back to the recharge, you should have to pay 701 for that, I have consulted with customer care many times they told me ask your dealer to confirm his balance, but he always i have not receive any money back in my account.When after 3,4 days I wanna to connect again with the customer care they told me that we have not record more that 3 previous days, I am helpless, Please help me what is solution of this.

                                    I had purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ on 22th July 2009 at Rs 3500/- from Reliance Web World, D.P. Road Pune (Maharashtra). My connection was activated on 24th July 2009. Reliance Sale person Mr. Nitin ([protected]) communicate me that I will receive 1 month free usage of 10 GB City wide plan and from next month I will be charged as per my usage plan.

                                    I have received a bill amounted Rs 469/- for the period of 24th July to 4th August from Reliance on 11th August, 2009. I called your customer center at[protected] and logged a complaint.

                                    I was communicated that issue would be taken care off, but till date I have not received any update. I also spoke to Nitin and he also confirmed me that the amount charged would be reversed.

                                    I am in receipt of a legal notice o[censored]npaid bill amount of 800/-+ from Reliance Communications w.r.t reference number [protected].
                                    However I fail to understand why I am receiving a legal notice for something I have never used or ever subscribed. Strangely I receive any bill I only receive a legal notice with no information.
                                    I have contacted Mr Noble Runjala @ [protected] (as he was the contact person specified on the letter) and informed him about the issue, he stated that he was in the court and would call me back on the 19th April 2010. However strangely I have been calling him and there has been no response.
                                    Can Reliance please bill their customers and not people who have not used their services????

                                      Dear Madam/Sir,
                                      I am using GSM connection of Reliance India Mobile in Ahmedabad.Yeaterday(06/09/09) I tried to call my home(Orissa) but the connection was not established.I call Customer Care, they told they have some technical problem and the problem will be solved by 8 O'clock that day.But the problem persists till today(07/09/09) and I am unable to contact my family.The most worst thing is I have waste my 30min-45min valuable time in calling the customer care but I got no response.The only thing the computer saying all the customer care agents are busy in attending calls so please stay in line.Does our time has no value!
                                      I think they are not receiving our phone knowingly.We are paying for the service so we have the right to use it.

                                      You are requested to please see into matter and close its very as soon as possible.
