[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — sim barred

i have a reliance gsm sim on 27th of jan, on the same day they have barred my incoming as well as outgoing that my id is not clear pl submitt another id i submitted the same but no is not activated till date nobody is taking any responsibility what should i do ? my reliance gsm no. is [protected] and my another contact no is [protected]

I have a smart prepaid connection no is [protected] since long but 10 th of march my sim has blocked and I also contract to customer care executives and ask for PUK no but due to wronge PUK no proveded, henceforth my PUK disabled and sim card blocked shown always. I am immediate contract to Reliance smat office but they told me your sim is regected so, You need to replace a new sim, for that deposite Rs.125.00 .kindly adve me why can I pay the above amount it is pure neglgency of customer care unit .kimdly do the needful action and arrenge to enable my sim as early as possible other wise knock the door of consumer forum and this matter is send to write to infomation Act. hope you will take early action and feedback me.

i have taken New No of Reliance GSM One month before, i submitt require documents my number is not activated. for activation i was complant in call center. they Said U should contact with Dealer or go R World Which u Can Help with Activate Your Cell No.. but Dealer say your document submitted .than i contact reliance communication at nagaur raj.and submitted documents second chance with photo graph.yet the sim connection not activated.my cell no.[protected]which is not activated yet. please take right action quickly.

i have buy new reliance gsm but when i tried to call from bsnl landline its not calling my reliance no. and when i send to messege to reliance gsm to any bsnl mobile in india its fail so i suggest never use reliance its worst and i also noted my complain to customer care but there is no solution so beware of reliance gsm

I purchased a reliance GSM card a couple of months ago submitted all the required documents demanded by the retailer. For 1 months the SIM was ok but after that it was Barred. When i complained to the CC they told me to get in touch with the retailer and submit the documents again. After submitting the documents again my SIM was activated but a couple of days later it was again barred. I again met the retailer and he told me to submit the documents again but after after submitting the document for the third time even the SIM still remains as Inactive(Barred). I talked to the CC a few days earlier and they told me that my SIm will be activated in a few Hrs time but its two days already passed.

Reliance — sim barred

i have a reliance gsm sim card with number [protected] is barred and the outgoing facitlities are disable can i know the reason behind that.

Sir i have lost my mobile last sunday which is activayed with reliance GSM prepaid number i.e [protected]. but i came to know that the mobile is still ringing now can i get the call details of every out going calls so that i can tress my phone. if not what can help me please tell my e mail is [protected]@ymail.com
