[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Non-receipt of Postpaid Bill

I have not received the relaince post paid bill for the last 10 months. After many complaints and consistnet reminder i hvae got only assurance and nothing else.I have personally visited the Reliance webworld (Kolkata), confirmed the address for the communication and had also submitted a written complaint around 6 months ago, but the same has not been considered till date. Infact every time i have got a new complaint no. which is of no use.
The customer care deptt. hasdone nothing to solve this problem.

problem is in my cell when i do witch on show Insert Card can u give me south extn. Branch phone no and address becouse south extn near for me.

My mobile number_[protected].my mobile network fails. if i make anycall the voice recorder told that for further details contact custmer care centre. there is no incoming and outgoing facilities. please do nedful on urgent basiis. iwas suffur alot. rao

I just want to share very bad experience with Reliance Communication. I just want to bring this in front of you so that you can spread the awareness about the bad practice of Reliance Communication.

I lost my reliance mobile phone in Feb 2005 and subsequently I lodged a FIR in police station. After coming back to Delhi I surrender the connection and paid the outstanding amount. Every thing was ok at that time. After 1 year back I got a call from some lawyer that I have court notice for not paying bill. Some jerk restart the phone at reliance and another jerk used that phone for 3 months. I talked to reliance authorities and they realized there mistake and matter was closed.

But matter was not closed at that time. Reliance again sends a court notice this week. Right now I misplaced the old paper and I end up paying 3000 INR.

My advices to all of you when you surrender any connection complete the documentation and keep this with you always. These companies are full of jerks and do not care about there customers. They want to become an MNC with unethical trade practice.

Somebody told me to fight against this company. I do not have time and more money to waste. Be alert and keep the papers is the only solution.

Reliance Telecom — Non receipt of bills

Hi
This is to bring to your notice that I am NOT RECEIVING printed bills for the telephone number [protected] since last 3 months. I have regularly complained to Reliance call centre (*333) but without any success.

I fail to understand the reason behind this lackadaisical approach and rubbish service from Reliance Telecom.
I need to have my printed bills for the same.
