I am Saurabh Gautam
i m using Reliance GSM Number from last 5 yrs .. i am the oldest customer
bt now i am facing problems in rcom mobile internet services...


I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whats app and Facebook plan of Rs.16 by dialing *777*16#, every time i opens my whatsapp my balance start deducting. If my balance is deducting even after recharging this pack, then what's the use of this recharge ???

On 24th august morning my reliance mobile no.- [protected] balance is 98 ruppee...when i checked it at afternoon, i came to know that my balance is reached at 68 ruppee while i was not made a single call at all..Kindly give my balance back...

My balance is deducted daily when ever I call customers care they give me false information about deduction.

had activated 3g rs 123 net pack on my
mobile number [protected] on 14th august
2013..but the speed of 3g was horrifying...at
the same time i also had 2g pack active on my
number and when i used 2g the net balance
was deducted from
3g pack... and ultimately all
my 3g pack exausted without use... i called
customer care several times and the reply was
"our server is down right
now we cant help you call again later"... i
called them continously but reply was same...
once the customer care executive said, "I will
connect u to our senior" i waited for an hour
but no one attended my call and finally he
hung up... what the hell is this first reliance
gives 3g pack at 2g rate and then give a
pathetic service ... are they just trying to lure
people and get money from them... it is a
really a horrifying experience that i had...

Around 45 rupees were deducted from my balance on 29th or 30th Dec, 2013. I was in roaming area and since I had zero balance I couldn't call 198 ( I don't understand why you can't call customer care when you have no balance when 198 is supposed to be free)

Then again on 3rd Jan, 2013, 40 rupees were deducted from my balance leaving me helpless in roaming
and when you call customer care for this problem, they tell me that I haven't activated any Value added Service. So the deduction of balance is not justified.
and when you ask about deduction and refund, i got all stupid answers like server not working, server is getting updated and then the customer care guys told me to hold as they were transferring my call to their so called ''seniors'' which in real was just making me hold foolishly and ending call automatically after some time.

I got no assistance from the customer care whatsoever and this is the 4th time, happening with me within a month

Kindly, look into the matter and solve this asap otherwise I will have to take the hard step and change my network

Hello sir i am a reliance user my problem is that they deduct my balance itself without using there VAS service. They its self add some service that are not be used by me and deduct balance and when I call in customer care the disconnect my phone many time please help me
my balance had been deducted twice Rs 10 each time for activation of vas one97 which i have not requested.
after talking to customer care executive i am not satisfied with the behavior and reply.

I am arvind using reliance number [protected], from last few days your company deduct balance due to unwanted VALUE ADDED SERVICES by your company. I previously lodge a complaint regading this matter but there is no action taken by you . PLease take action as soon as possible other wise I has to go to TRAI
I am having One India One Rate plan of Rs.46 on my no. [protected]. On 6th March before a call at evening I was having Rs.47 in my account but after the call Rs.16 is left in my account. My call time was 18 mins. approx.
According to my plan the call should charge Rs.8 approx.(i.e. 40paisa/min). When I asked about the same at Reliance 198 customer care they said today is black out day so the call charged as per the base tariff and refused to return the amount. So, I request to take some proper action regarding the same.

My Rs.150 has been deducted on 18/3/2015 at between 8 to 10 pm of any without reason. When I call to customer care then disconnect the call and off my number.

So, I request please refund my duducted money and then inform my id.

Last night without any prior information, ₹10 was deducted from my number [protected], this is not the first time it has happened, i have had similar kind of problem before also and it is repeating. I want refund of my balance.

Generating Bills even on disconnection

I have disconnected my Reliance Broadband Connection from my house in July- 2013 but still i have been receiving monthly bills even after paying Rs. 2000/- to the company as amount pending after disconnection.

NO CUSTOMER CARE FOR RELIANCE LAST 3 MONTHS

AUTOMATICALLY MONEY DEBIT FROM MY BALANCE I TRIED TO CONDUCT CUSTOMER CARE ALWAYS COMPUTER ONLY SINGING SONG EVEN MIDNIGHT ALSO AFTER 30 MINUTES CONNECTION DISCONNECT IMMEDIATELY friends avoid using reliance such a biggest fraud company
