I buy a new connection [protected] on 23nov 2011and activate 2.5gb of 99rs data plan on 26nov2011.But they activate plan on 28nov, on 3dec 2011 they block my number and billed 2316rs .when i complaints in reliance they said that- we gave u only 650mb for 6days. specially i call 5times from 26nov-28nov for this plan they sured, don't worry we gave u 2.5 for 1month.so i activate my plan.
plz help me i am big trouble. alt no- [protected]
i wish u solve my problem.
because i don't get solution from reliance 198 and reliance nodal office.

    Dated 23.11.11 i called an international number in UAE through my mobile number mentioned at last.
    Call was not received by another party, however Rs.10/- per min was deducted.
    This has happened couple of times, i had already complained to customer care 198 about this issue and they always reply call was made and received by another user.
    Also, they denied to make any complaint as they dont have data for 23.11.11.
    And my DND service is active for my mobile number but then too i get promo SMS from reliance.
    Few days ago, reliance deducted Rs.30/- for some VAS but later on complaining to customer care, Rs.30/- was credited back.

      hello,
      my name is vikas grover from rajasthan state and i have reliance number that belonging to rajasthan and the number is +[protected].
      whenever i go to rominng than my number is not receiving incoming calls. i m facing this problem from more than 2 months.and also having the problem of balance detection.
      when i call to company for these problems than company disconnect my call or not giving me sufficent response.
      and when i go for port the number than the company call me and insure me to not facing these problem in future, but all is vain.
      so i reqvest that if company really want to solve my problem than solve it as possible as fast, otherwise i go for port bcoz that is the only soluion i have.
      if comany want to solve my problem than contact me on [protected] bcoz my reliance number not receving incoming calls.

        Dear Sir,

        My number is [protected] from 2007. I have 2 more connection. My address is 204, Om Anand, Mauli Nagar, Old D.P. Road, Katrap, Badlapur East, 421503. I shifted from reliance CDMA to reliance GSM in the month of sept.11. I think it's my big mistake to choose reliance GSM network.

        From day first i have issue of network. From that date to till today network is not well. I lodge a complaints, number of times. But it was closed from reliance end without my permission. Now, reliance executive agreed on network issue. They accept about network issue and inform me that they have problem in network at badlapur and it will not solve.

        Now, I request reliance not to sale their connection this this area & inform the public openly that their network problem will not solve so we can't sell our sim cards.

(10.Oct.2011). after the purchase it works 4 week only.I have been calling custumer care every day but the signal problem could not rectified till the date. I submitted my request last week and was told someone will visit.However post that i have given them reminders...

          Totally My Money Waste.

          sir , i bought a reliance data card , but it is not working properly and the week signal as it is coming in CDMA . there is no good response from the customer care.

            I received a message from reliance that Teri Meri Meri Teri callertune will be renewed at Rs 10/mnth but they deducted Rs 15 for callertune charges. I called customer care but they dont refund my Rs 5. Customer care executive told me that callertune charges is Rs.15 and disconnect tha line again and again.
            Please take action as soon as possible..

            On Nov 9, I wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com this letter:

            "I've two RIM phones (xxxxx & xxxxx) and I've been trying in
            vain to get the call histories of these numbers for the month of
            October '07.

            I've made numerous visits to the Webworld at your Chennai headquarters
            on Haddows Road and made several requests, both oral and written, and
            left my mail ids and other contact details with them, but I'm yet to
            hear from them.

            A lady at the counter once told me that one "Sharmaji" is against
            providing call histories to customers! When reminded that it's every
            customer's right to get their call history on payment of the
            prescribed fee, she told me that this particular "Sharmaji" is a very
            powerful and mighty person and he knows better!

            Please look into it and provide me the call histories of the above
            numbers for the month of October immediately to avoid unpleasant
            situations."

            I received no reply. Two weeks later, I sent this stinker to them:

            "Though almost two weeks have passed since I sent you the following
            mail, you've not even shown the basic courtesy of acknowledging its
            receipt. No wonder the very name 'reliance' evokes nausea among some
            customers! It stinks, man!

            In the meantime, you've blocked outgoing calls from one of my phones.
            No sweats, man! I'm prepared to dump both your handsets and get new
            connections from a more respectable operator.

            Do tell your high and mighty "Sharmaji" that for every customer you
            lose in this fashion, you're bound to lose at least a hundred
            prospective customers in the bargain. It's not as if we customers are
            powerless. We may not have the time for long-drawn court battles but
            there's this little technology called Internet, which is accessible to
            everyone..."

            That evoked a quick response and they wrote to me the very next day
            asking me to provide details of my phone numbers etc. which I did
            promptly.

            Two days later, someone rang me up and said the call histories had
            been dispatched to my mailing address. I got an e-mail too stating the
            same. My pleas to e-mail them to me went unheeded.

            Since then I've written to them thrice saying that I did not receive
            the call histories, and every time they repeat the same lie that they
            have been sent to my billing address. The bills, however, arrive dot
            on time.

            Please let me know what I should do now.

            I M using reliance prepaid connection in Assam, I have recharged with Rs. 399 bol India bol plan on 02/01/2008 at morning 3.35 am, but my whole service was barred at 10.15am of the same day , as a result there is no incoming & outgoing in my cell, where as there is sufficient balance and validity in my account to make a call.             I am Rim Internet customer and using deta card from 19-11-07. I purchage this deta card from Jamnagar city Reliance Web shope. I purchage this deta card in a two montys unlimited exess sceam.
            I pay 3200 Rs. and purchase this deta card from above date. After some days company send me 450 Rs. bill. I was surprise and complain to company customers care but not any proper result and finaly I pay 450 Rs. with this condition that after this 450/- payment your sceam will start now but last many day my disconnection during my sceam.
            Please help me. I was buy this connection heard company good reputation.

            On 24th January, 2008 we have purchased a Classic 702 Model handset with RSN : 6L0HSC[protected] for a prepaid connection at Reliance Webworld, R.S. Puram Branch, Coimbatore. That Staff who gave us the set was very keen to change the box with the one he had. After 30 minutes, he said that the set is having problems with the keypad and he is replacing with the new one. and he told us to wait for another 30 minutes to activate the set. We realised that the cheater has replaced with a broken damaged set. When we asked them, (a bunch of staff including the TEAM LEADER) they told us that they are not responsible for the set once we have stepped out of their premises. Being a reputed concern, it is a shame on them to behave irresponsible like that. RELIANCE means TRUST to millions of people worldwide. But these guys are spoiling their name. Is there ANY responsible person in RELIANCE GROUP who can answer me?

            I am using Rel services from last 2 years.
            On 27/8/08 I get a call from Rel saying my account validity will expiry tomm i.e 28/8/08. At 5:0) I get a message from [protected] - that if I recharge my account with Rs310, I get TT of 333 & lifetime validity within 72 hrs. I called up Customer care 4 times & confirmed with 4 Customer Care Officers, that if I recharge with this scheme will my services continue i.e it should not stop from tomm (since the validity was expiring on 28/8/08). All of them confirmed that my cell will be working, the last person I spoke tpo was Mr Pankaj Tiwari - so I recharged my cell with Rs310.
            Currently I have a bal of Rs350 but my incoming & outgoing services both are not working. When I called up Customer Care I was made to speak to a senior person Mr Ritesh - he explained me that my cell will start working on 30/8/08 as the scheme says it takes 72 hrs of activation. When I asked him, why are the Customer care executives not aware of the schemes - if Rel employees can't understand the scheme how do you expect customers to understand it. The answer to this was - I am sorry !!

            Does saying sorry solve the problem? Its a shame that Rel being such a big company does not take care of its customers.

            This is sujaan singh guller from ahmedabad (gujarat) maine aapna mobile 22/8/08 ko switch off kar kyonki mere handset mai problem this so i gave for repair when my moblie came so i switch on to mobile at 22nd date my balance is near above 2 rupess but when i on my mobile phone at 4/9/08 after repair so my balance is -13 so i contact with customer care they told me u activated a plan but sim card mere pass tha so how could it posible aur mai 5/9/8 ko near about 5.55pm ko call kiya at *333 par uss bande ne mujse itne gandi tarah bat ke kai mai kya batoa so please change language otherswise koi bhi ADAG pai case kar sakta hai. so please solve my problem todays date is 5/9/8 and my mob no is [protected]

            I have been using the Reliance Mobile Phone connection since 2003. Nearly 5 years it is.

            The company uses many fraudulent ways to extract money from its clients and is frequently violating most of the Telecom and Business Laws of India.

            In spite of DND registration the Reliance itself keeps calling on the mobile and disturbs us which is most extravagent example of its disrespect to the law of the land and the way it mocks the orders of the Supreme Court of India.

            I already have 14 of my colleagues and friends frustrated with the fraudulent ways of the company's billing and illegal business practices.

            We are placing our case in front of the Consumer Court in Delhi with strong evidences with claim for compensation.

            company offered low call rates but not provided even after complaining
            We bought 9 mobiles 1 landline & 1 data card from realince. at aht time there representatve Mr. Durga Prasad & Mr. Naresh([protected]) &[protected]. told us about the 225 Plan with following facility: 1. Mobile Activation charges 100 Rs.
            2. No clip Charges
            3. Free CUG activation
            4. Free call conferencing facility.
            5. Free talk time of 100 Rs local+STD
            6. Free 333 SMS local +STD
            7. Call rate R to R local: 10 Ps
            8. Call rate R to other mobile:30 Ps
            9. Call rate R to any landline:80 Ps
            10. Std call :1.25 Ps
            11. Top up for Std charges reduction:49 Rs
            12. After top up STD rate will be 50 Ps.

            also promise us to give following documents:
            1. A list of the phone numbers with the facility & bill Plan provided
            2. Bill for the sets
            3. A letter of Authority in which reliance will provide us a representative to whom we will concern for future problems.

            but they havent provide any document to us, not even the bills of mobbile set & landline set.most of the commitment regarding the plan is wrong.
            He told us th at the CUG will be absolutly free & activated in th eall phone. but we got the bill of our landline & came to know that no CUG is activated. after conserning the custmer care they to;ll us that no CUG activated on phone.
            landline phone was fully activated on 26feb 09 other time its outgoing was not working.& we got the bill of rent & calls.

            Costomer care cant help us, dirvesh([protected])seniour of naresh, naresh, Durga prasad nobody picking the phone .

            even we mail our request to :[protected]@realianceada.com, Neeraj.[protected]@relianceada.com, prasant.p.[protected]@relianceada.com

            but dont get any response from them.

            we are felling helpless kindly help us.

            Reliance GSM — cheating in purchasing card

            my NO. Is [protected].i have not get benifite of 4 rupies daily. I purchased my card on 24 february.when i inquir customare care they told that you have must recharge 60 rupies first. But when i purchesed they dont give information about this and i rechare my card with 50 rupies and now they told that you coud not able to recive benefite.you must first rechared with 60. They have must inform to people that after this amount of 1st rechared you get benefit. No advertised on card also
            i have recharge my reliance walky of RS 100 on 06 mar 09 & got 90 RS. as talk time . after making a call of 4 min, when i checked my balance then it was only 72 paise . when i talk to customer care, he was talking so roughly and told me that i have made too many calls. so i wanna know that what should i do???

            bt wen i make a call withour *375 it get connected in seconds.. n having a free reliance scheme i have to pay for it..n one more
            after too many attempts sudennly if luckily call connected it will get discoonected after 30, om automatically..
            i tried to call customer care too many time bt dere was no proper response..
            i m nt getting a proper benifit of dis scheme..
            same complaint here too, this is total fraud on the part of reliance communication.do they think we are bloddy fools.action must be taken.
            RELIANCE GSM REDUCED MY BALANCE FROM 43 RS TO 21 PAISA WITHOUT ANY USAGE.
            ITS ONLY CALLED CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS.
            network problem and no clear voice
            This company continues to cheat its Customers by deducting money for the Mobile services not selected by the Customers. The amount of cheating is so big - you can hear these complaints when you go to any Reliance Franchisee centre. I had complained to TRAI, but they are silent – for obvious reasons. Therefore, I advice the Consumers to keep away from Reliance Mobile.
            i bought three phones in cug connection but i am crying from feb, mar that i have to pay for cug then what is the use to take cug connection
            but company is not bothered
            i believe the service part reliance is worst.
            i don't know why anil is paying so high salaries when they can not improve these type of small problem of customer in 4 to 5 months.

            My Mob No is [protected], I checked my unbill amount in soft copy which is forwaded by ur department and it found there is huge mistakes in all like...
            1.They included Ril to Ril charges, but as per the 425 Rs plan it should be deduct frm my final bill amount.

            2. Add SMS charges but although I have a SMS pack of 60 Rs.but technically it should not be cost to me up to 1000 SMS.

            So plz take corrective action against all these rubbish things and try to make our belive on your servise constant.

            I am having problem in my realince membership card.
            I had purchase 2 sim card one [protected] & other [protected]
            0n 01 Nov-09 my card status shows Sim reg failed. and i had went to yr store located at Kshitij Building, Next to Raymond's Show Room, Mira-Bhyandar Rd., Miraroad(E) M-401107 Dist Thane , they had charged me Rs. 200 for Sim replacement. when i demand for receipt they didnot provide.

            again on 20 nov 09 by sim card status for [protected] shows Sim Reg. failed.

            i cannot understand why my sim card reg. failed or every 15day i have u pay rs 200,

            I had visited yr website is shows Free of cost , they why store charges rs, 200,

            pls refund the same..................Rs. 200 X 2 sim = Rs 400/-
            Complaint- i am prepaid customer of Reliance GSM service having tarrif plan of 1 rupees for 3 minute. yesterday i had read the new plan of 0.20/min for 1 month with Rupees 77 top up. that i requested reliance local franchise. he taken the money and told that my plan will change shortly. i got the message for 77 rupees plan change. but till now its not started. when i contacted Reliance customer care they told me that i can't do this change as i am in tarrif plan of 1rupees/3min. i requested him to get me connected to their his higher authority but but he told me that they are not available. kindly change the tarrif or return my money. They should have given full information in advance.

            My name is VIVEK KUMAR and my mobile number is [protected].I had recently called Reliance Mobile's customer care to register a complaint against the poor quality of services they were providing to me.Every call attempted was successful either after half an hour or sometimes i couldn't complete my call yet my mobile balance was reduced without my call getting connected.So i called Rcare for assistance.But surprisingly they reduced the currency in my mobile for calling Rcare.The customer care number of all mobile service providers is toll free as is the case with Reliance Mobile but i was charged wrongfully.I had a chat with the representative of Rcare(Reliance Mobile Customer care) but to no avail.The first representative hung up my phone after i asked him to lodge a complaint for the improper currency deduction from my mobile.Then i called them again.This time a representative named Karthik picked up my call and hung the phone after saying sorry.Both the times my balance was again reduced.Thus i plead to the government to stop this fraudulent act with common people like us and penalize Reliance Mobile heavily so that it does not commit this mistake of cheating people in the future.This act of fraud has left me in irritation and mental trauma.Hoping for a positive reply.

            this is my second complain, after the first one my service provider contact me and said that my complain was observed and short-out. but they told me lie and the deduction of rs.5/day is still happening ON MY NO. [protected]. now i have no idea to what to do.
            i had one reliance net connect u s b card and got one offer that if you recharge with 220 then you can use the net for one month free i had done the recharge and now after the 4 th day it has got disconnected and it was a cheating which i faced .
            This is very true. The representatives and the floor supervisor do not even know proper spoken Hindi forget spoken English.

            Reliance Mobile — Using Vulgar language

            Sir,
            Reliance service user of mobile no [protected], gave me a phone call at around 6:14 am and used abusive language and vulgar language which cannot be accepted at any condition. Kindly tell me the way how to lodge a legal complain against him.How can i take legal measures. Do i need to approach police? Kindly guide me or please forward this complain to the legal authorities so that proper action can be taken against him.

            I WAS USING RELIANCE PREPAID 799 UNLIMITED PLAN. IN APRIL RELIANCE POSTPAID CUSTOMER CARE GAVE ME A SPECIAL OFFER OF 225 PLAN. THEY TOLD ME I CAN AVAIL UNLIMITED LOCAL/STD ONNET CALLING AND OFFNET 400MINUITS CALLING PER MONTH WITH 400 FREE SMS/MONTH. SO I FILLED A APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH 1COPY PHOTO & EPIC CARD & ADDRESS PROFF DOCUMENTS AND ONE EXECUTIVE PERSON COLLECT IT FROM MY HOME ON 15TH APRIL. BUT TODAY, 5TH MAY'2012 I GOT ANOTHER SMS FROM RELIANCE SERVICE THAT MY USAGE IS Rs.821.65 AND ITS TOO HIGH FOR PLAN199 SO PLEASE PAY THE AMOUNT TO ENJOY THE UNINTERUPED SERVICE. I SENT A MAIL TO RELIANCE NODAL OFFICER AND SWITCHED OFF THE SIM NO. [protected].

Then I called customer care he(parveen) took my complain and told me to wait 48 hrs for their feedback. After 48 hrs there was no feedback then I called customer care again.             Reliance was a reputed and prestigious company, but now it is losing its glory, established by the great father Dhiru Bhai Ambani.
            For Reliance Netconnect datacard [protected] which has data balance of 13.35 GB, I made a recharge payment of Rs 255 for 1 GB at 7 pm this evening through your website. I got an SMS confirmation as well as one through a phone call to my credit card company Standard Chartered that Rs 255 was debited from my card and the payment to Reliance Comm was successful. Since I did not receive a payment receipt from Reliance, I called up your office to check and came to know that my balance was still 13.35 GB which was the same as before I recharged my account for 1 GB. I spoke to Soasis who informed that Reliance did not receive my payment of Rs 255. I asked him how this could be as my card was debited the said amount and my card company also confirmed payment. He told me to wait for 24 hours as the recharge would reflect at Reliance's end by then. I told him I could not wait till tomorrow as today (Jan 26) was the expiry date of my current recharge of 45 GB and if the new recharge of 1 GB did not reflect in my account today, I would lose the existing data 13.35 GB as it would not be carried forward and also I would lose the Rs 255 which I paid for the new recharge. Soasis was not able to help and I asked for a supervisor. He placed me on hold, came back and told me again to wait till tomorrow. I asked for a supervisor again for which he placed me on hold for another 3 minutes and then disconnected the call. I was on call for 18 minutes and got no assistance.

            What am I to do now? I have lost 13.35 GB of data plus Rs 255! It is three days since I raised a complaint and sent multiple mails from my ID [protected]@gmail.com however nobody has bothered to respond!

                  I had opted for MNP on 2nd Decdemeber, 2011 after suffering of 8 months from RIM. there was no network in my office. Despite of several complaints, they could not optimize the network. over and above, they started charging me for VAS (which I never subscribed) and for ISD (Which is not at all active on my number). then I decided to switch the operator. I generated the UCS, unsubscribe GPRS and Caller tune and paid my bills. But after doing this also, they rejected my MNP request, stating DNO. When I spoke to their Nodal Officers, they said they have not received any request or documentation for the same, where as Airtel guys are showing me request no. account no. and every supporting documents. After that I tried to speak to RIM again, but result is same. Kindly suggest me what to do now? I am being cheated by RIM at every step.

                            I purchased a reliance netconnect broadband modem and service from reliance in August 2011.

                            I had to move overseas on 22nd october 2011, so I disconnected the service through reliance's online chat system ( Reference number provided)

                            I was sent bill for october which I paid online from overseas. Now they have sent me a november bill too for about 915 rupees (after disconnection)

                            Further more, the most annoying thing is the collection agency end up in the doorstep during mid day when only the senior women in the house are present and they cannot understand the confusions caused by these big companies. They are easily intimidated by these so called collection agencies.

                            RELIANCE has the worst customer service ever. It is hard to find a number online. Everything is automated. No personal service.

                            @ RCOMcare - I contacted a customer car agent again through online chat. He informed me that my connection was only migrated to a lower fee plan instead of being disconnected. Why would I need to migrate to a low fee plan when I am moving overseas permanently. This is clearly a mistake from the Customer service agent. I would appreciate if you can resolve the issue soon and stop sending me further bills.

                              Myself Kapil with mobile number [protected]. hereby i am submitting the complaint second time regarding the services provided by the Reliance in case of its internet services over the recharge of 99/- Rs per month. Inspite of full network coverage the speed in the S.A.S Nagar area in Mohali is such a low that i am not able to open websites,facebook or anything properly. The page downloading takes a very much time and it also frustates. this is not in case of other network service providers. i also previously complained about that and the things worked go for 2 days but then they are very much deteriorated that inspite of paying full money to them i cant get use of the service due to the very very downtoearth, poor, frustating service by Reliance.I hope that they should stop this kind of schemes immediately as if one cannot get full use of service, then it should not be there after paying full amount of money

                              (this is mitesh here from hyderabad..i had taken reliance usb netconnect([protected]) before 6 months.your executives just gave me the connection without th demo in my lapop....after installation we found tht my laptop doesnt support the usb device...so i askd your customer care to either replace me different edition device ..they took some time but they coudnt respond me...Now after 5 months i have hired a newlaptop which supports your usb device..
                              i have been chargd two month rental which is not used by me so i had applied for waiver so tht i can start it using again..i had a visit to paradise web world and met srikant who takes care o[censored]sb connections..his contact num is [protected]..i am visiting him daily from one month but no response from him regarding the waiver..so please take necessary action and pass the waiver which has been unused by me.....from the day i have taken to till now i have not even used it for single minute and i paid 3500 for the device.After payig also i didnt receive the service.

                                I purchased [protected] connection on 24th Oct, Paid Rs 2400 as 3 months advance rental plan, I have the receipt with me from Vaishnav Associates, Patparganj, New Delhi- 110092.
                                I got a call from 1 executive named Neha from No. [protected] and [protected] and she aligned a field executive to collect the payment. On same day connection got activated but I was really unaware about the bad services of Reliance so on 4th of Nov my connection got deactivated, I called on customer care, they said your verification is negative you have to visit web world. Now i[censored] did not come at my place did not call on my no then in which way you verified my details god knows, after 4 days bcz i complained on Nodal desk on call, connection got reactivated but that was not enough just after 2 days I received a call that ur first bill has been generated for amount 350/- something "do u want to know the breakup".....Oh God..........and now the problem is that my 2400 Rs amount is not updated on system.


                                1000 times I have called on vaishnav associates they are making fake commitments even on Nodal cell also I lodged a complaint 8 days before & lady said within 48 hrs your problem will get resolved. But from 05th of December again my connection is not working. I am receiving calls again & again for making payment from No [protected].

                                I called on Nodal Desk again on 7th Dec after putting my call on 30 mins hold they are saying , " we had words with one executive from Vaishnav associates & your service will resume within 48 hrs". The same line they are repeating from 7th of Nov when I received my bill details of 1st month & Now on 7th of Nov again new bill has been generated with Rs 1200.

                                No one is ready to take action against vaishnav associates, Mailed to nodel Rcomnodalofficer.Delhi & to appellate on Rcomappellateauthority.Delhi
                                but did not received any acknowledgement even. I am not sure they will reply or not.

                                Please Help !!!!!

                                  I was using reliance broadband few months back but due to your poor networking and gross negligent repair services i decided to switch from reliance. I thus got my connection uninstalled in the month of october. I had cleared all the dues and all the official formalities then itself. But since then I have been recieving repeated bills of already paid bill as dues and despites my requests to the local officials they are still troubling me for the same reason. This thus is my last humble request to you people to get the mistake rectified and let me live peacefully. Else you will be forcing me to take legal advice and head towards consmer foroums.

                                  I feel like cheated and made fool.

                                  My name is Rakesh chauhan. I live in krishanpuri, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (Rajasthan). I m fed up of the poor response of Relaince Jaipur branch for broadband connection. The address is as follows:

                                  A few days back one of their executive named Manoj Kumar came for a survey about reliance broadband. As I was not at home so my brother got his Visiting Card he also got my Ph. No. from my brother. After 3-4 days I got a query from another executive named R.D Sharma from this company. So I made my mind to get the broadband service from them. I had a meeting with Mr. Manoj kumar and gave him my Voter ID, one photograph and a cash of Rs. 1250/-



                                  He made me assure that the broadband service to me will be started within 3 days. That means on 2/03/2012. After this I got a call from the company for FI. When the service was not started I called Mr. Manoj kuma again on 03/3/2012 in the evening. He said that he will let me know after confirming status within few minutes but i didn't get any response from him till 03/03/2012 night. Then I again dialed his Ph. No. but the phone was switched off. Then I called Manager regarding this issue on 04/03/2012 in the morning he committed to get this job done till evening. But till that evening I didn't get any response from him or anyone from company. Then I again called Manager. He said that he will let me know the status and also gave me one more Ph. No. of Supervisior. I waited even then I didn't get any response from this guy (Manager)



                                  After that I called Supervisior and told him the whole story. He made me assured that he will call me back to let me know the status. After 1:30 hour when I didn't get any report I again called Supervisior. Amazingly he was a little bit mad at me saying "I told you that I’ll call you back when i will be updated with status." After 3 hrs of this i again called Supervisior and again the same old surprise his mobile was also switched off just like Mr. Mr. Manoj kumar. Then I again called Manager to tell the whole matter. He again promised me to get this job done in the morning hrs. I waited till 5:00 pm on 06/03/2012. Till that time too no one came for connection. Then I again called Manager to know the status. He was answerless and again started making the lame excuses. After this I again called Supervisior. He told me the best excuse that the network wire is finished. Maybe he was right but how could I come to know until anyone tells me. He says that the connection will be done till tomorrow (07/03/2012) evening. Maybe they haven’t got the wire till now its 7:47 Pm of 07/03/2012 evening. No one of them is going to tell me the status until I call them. But I won’t call them because I am not interested in hearing another lame excuse and i didnt get my money back...

                                    why u people are activating unknown packs with my involvement and why you are not returning for your fault ..... 5 times they refunded the money out of 7 times .....and am feeled too much of this am planning to go to another network ..

                                    this is the problem am facing till i taken from reliance and this is the 7th time .. every time dey used to return the amount after filing a complaint to them on coustomer care . bt now they even retuned the amount after filing .. worst service with dirty reliance gsm .... i even went to reliance hub and made an complaint bt no use ...... so whats the solution for this and my no. is [protected] and am planning to shift to any other networks

                                    on my no. [protected] on 19/12 Rs 30 cut for news alert and 22/12 30Rs cut for love pack, but i already activated do not call service but mobile company started these service without information. after complain for both services they refund only 30 for love pack but they not refund 30 for news alert. i complain to customer care but not worthily and why these services are activated automatically

                                      i purchased reliance net connect a few days ago and recharged with 800 rupees.They told me that for 800 rupees i will get a speed of 3 mbps for first 5gb and after i complete 5gb i will get a speed of 144kbps.But from the day i started using the product the speed did not even reach 100 kbps.The maximum speed i got till now is 60 kbps.I now repent for purchasing the product.Please tell me what to do.
