Sir i m using reliance mobile sim card for last two three months .i am using unlimted talk time plan of 299 also i m subscribing to gprs plan of 101 both plans have valaidity of 28 days but company is giving me only 23 24 days validity last time i recharge both these plans on 29 july but today on 22 aug i found that both plans are ending on 23 aug .i call upon customer care executive who frequently drop my call or transfer it to other and are saying we can t do anythingw please tell me what to do.

        Respected sir,

        As I was reading the other complaints on reliance, I found that the most common problem is that reliance is activating value added services without the permission of the customers. I am too facing the same problem.
        Everytime I recharge,..even how much I do it after 3-4 days the amount reduces to half or less then that.ITS BEING HAPPENING TO ME FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS and I lost hundreds of rupees..being a student I cant afford to loose that much.
        I think it should be taken care of it fast, or I would be forced to leave the network...as it is causing unnecessary problems....
        PLEASE GIVE A SOLUTION AND I WANT THE OFFICIALS TO TAKE CARE OF IT IN THE FUTURE AND TAKE CARE OF MY LOSS AND OTHERS TOO. I would be very glad if you take care of this matter.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I Ashish Chaturvedi, am to state that i am Reliance Smart customer since last 7 years. On date 19.08.2012 my number [protected] has been barred suddenly from Reliance they have barred all facilities including incoming & outgoing calls & incoming & outgoing messages, without any prior information about it. When i contacted to customer care executives were not able to reply satisfactorily even Mr. Manoj (Customer care Executive) disconnected my call without answering me. After that i contacted reliance store they told me to submit the photo id & residence proof, i also did that. and they told me that the number will activate in 7 days. So i am highly unsatisfied with your services.
          I think there should not be any requirement of documents after 6 years of purchasing SIM card, if there is any requirement They should intimate me before taking this action of number barring.
          I have submitted the required documents
          How can you Block my number without any prior information & specially old customers more than 6 years.
          Please do the needful.

                A letter RCOM/CRO/AUG-12/3336 Dated 04/08/2012 was sent to me from Advocate Shadab Peerzade on instruction of his client Reliance Communications..
                In the subject matter please note the following :
                1) I was a customer of Reliance Communications for more than 12-13 years. My Account Number was [protected] and MDN No [protected]
                2) On 12th March 2012, I requested for porting of my Mobile service under Porting request number RM744462
                3) My porting was approved by the Reliance Communication on 22/03/2012. An SMS to this effect was sent to me by Vodafone at 01:03:34 AM of 22/03/2012
                4) My services with Vodafone was started w.e.f from 22/03/2012. An SMS to this effect was sent to me by Vodafone at 11:40:56 PM on 22/03/2012.
                5) Hence since 22/03/2012, I ceased to be a customer of Reliance Communication. No calls were made on Reliance network nor any services of Reliance Communications were availed by me thereafter under the said Relationship Number.
                6) My first call from Vodafone was made on 23/03/2012.
                7) I paid an amount of Rs. 271.00 in Cash on 27/03/2012 to Reliance Communication.
                8) A bill dated 25/04/2012 (Bill No.[protected] was sent to me. In this bill I was asked to pay Rs. 279.78 (rounded off to Rs. 280.00).
                9) This bill was raised for period 25/03/2012 to 24/04/2012 and included Monthly Rental Charges, RWorld Rental and SMS Pack for the period mentioned in point (8) as above.
                10) It is worthwhile to note that in the same bill it has been clearly mentioned that my previous dues of 271.27 has been paid as pointed out in point (7).
                11) So I was asked to pay for the period when I was no longer customer of his client as pointed out in points (3-6).
                12) I was sent another bill next month number[protected] Dated 24/05/2012.
                13) In this bill I was asked to pay Rs. 280.05 of Previous Bill and 223.82 of Present Bill totaling to Rs. 504.00 This is the amount for which a legal notice of recovery has been sent by Mr. Peerzade.
                14) Needless to say that this Bill, as before, was also for the period when I was no longer a customer of Reliance Communications.
                15) Fed up with continued unwarranted and untenable reminders / bills. I sent an email to Reliance informing that I am no longer their customer.

                16) I again sent them another email ('Reliance=[protected]').
                17) From the context of the mails, it may be noted that one department of Reliance was unaware of other department's doing. They were non cooperative to say the least and expected me to take troubles to prove that I was no longer their customer.
                18) There is total lack of inter departmental communication in Reliance Communication.
                19) I have time and again asked Reliance to inform me the exact date of termination of my services. So far I have not received any definite answer. In fact they have openly admitted that they are unable to furnish the information.
                20) I have received an email from Vodafone which clearly mentions that my services on Number [protected] were started on 22/03/2012. (Vodafone Service Request Number:[protected].)
                21) This again proves my point that the above mentioned bills raised by Reliance for Period 25/03/2012 onward is illegal as at that time I was no longer their customer.
                22) Complaint No 'Reliance=[protected]' and 'Reliance=[protected]' have also been made.

                Reliance Communication — wrong sms billing

                My mobile no. is [protected]. I am a customer of reliance communications since jan 2003. I got my post-paid connection converted to prepaid about 6 months back, and got a rs.14/- sms pack activated on my connection in which iam charged a rental of re.1/- per day & I get to make 500 sms per day. This afternoon my balance was rs.1.26 and i got my connection recharged for rs.100/- full talktime. Subsequently i sent many sms, and then when i dialed *225 to check the balance, I was shocked to see my balance as rs.23/-, wherein I have not made a single call after getting my mobile recharged. When I called the customer care, one GYANESHWAR attended my call, but was unable to answer my querries. So on my request, he transferred my call to his supervisor MUNIRAJ,who said my balance was just 29 paise, and not rs.1.29, as was communicated to me on the IVR recording on*225. Further he said the minimum balance needed to be re.1/- for the sms pack to continue to be activated. I argued that my balance was rs.1.29 when I got my phone recharged. He refused to listen to my query and kept repeating the same thing over & over again. When I asked him to transfer the call to his manager, he VERY RUDELY REFUSED TO TRANSFER. Can anything be done about the money i have lost in sms for which I have not been at fault? AND SECONDLY, CAN ANY ACTION BE TAKEN AGAINST MUNIRAJ FOR REFUSING RUDELY TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO HIS MANAGER?

                  I have recharged my reliance cdma mobile number-[protected] with Rs39 for sms pack and Rs 19 for local [protected]@30 paise/minute(10PM-6PM)at the date[protected],but I activated this service at that time only,but these services has been again renewed at the date[protected]. and my balance was deducted of Rs 58.they didn't inform me ,no any message has been given and i am also in roaming. then i called the complaint number-198 and explained the problem.then the customer care person told me that 'Sorry sir your money will not be refunded',but at that day i didn't receive any call from company with regarding to renewing these services

                  Sir they didn't take my permission for renewing these services.what is this?is that a legal policy
                  of company?i want to please refund my money of Rs.58.

                    i am a new customer of your company, but I experience the problem, I am Port in my Tata Docomo No. [protected] since one week ago. when my number started, I got balance of Rs. 30 and 3G data of 2 GB, then after some time I was not used my data and deduction is happened and shows the nil balance of data and talk time, and when i want to recharge my Number, through Mobile and net banking the display shows it has a tata docomo number and number are not recharged.
                    So please refund my money back and solve my recharge problem as soon as possible.

                      I want to tell you that i had been activated a pian of 13 rs for internet pack in my mobile whose number is [protected],and this plan has been activated in my number since last 1 month.
                      thereafter on dated 18 th of august 2012, I top-up my number with rs 100 and gained a balance of rs85(approx), after 4 hrs i recieved a msg which tells me that only 18 rs are remained in my balance.
                      After this on dated 20th of august 2012 I again recharged my number with a top up of rs 110 and i gained a balance of rs 110(approx) at 9:30 pm,and on 10:30 pm on the same night i recieved a msg which tells me that my account balance reaches to a minimum level of rs 4.64.
                      then i talked to customer care executive named Mr. Sahil and i told him all the problem regarding my both recharge and deduction,he said that he cant help me,when i forced him to give response he asked me to switch the natwork through portability.Then i asked to talk his senior officer ,he said that he is transferring my call to his senior officer and want to keep me in hold,i agreed and then i was in hold for 59 minute and 52 seconds but there was no any senior officer who could recieve my call.
                      i disconnected it and tried again to call then Miss. Nisha answered my call and she also transferred my call to his senior officer but again no officer recieved my call,and she also misbehaved me.
                      Now you tell me that what should i do for my recharged amount.
                      Now i think that i would have to switch my network if you would not take any action toward this.

                        No proper update on site for night pack (Rules and regulation).

                        I had recharged night pack value Rs. 69. on 02.08.2012. it was working. suddenly i had checked on 12.08.2012 that balance was deducting. i had raised complaint on (12.08.2012) customer care. Executive comment was due to technical error balance was deducted. you will get the balance in 48 hrs. also night pack will work. Again i had raised complaint on 13. 08.2012 that it is not working. Executive comment was- Due to technical error it will get solved within 48 hrs.

                        Message got on 14.08.2012 that complaint is processed. But still not working.

                        I had again recharge on 17.08.2012 night pack value (Rs. 69). that was also not working i had raised a complaint on customer care, informing him that i have taken STD pack(10.08.2012) also due to that is it not working? Executive comment was _ No, it is due to technical error will be solved within 48 hrs.

                        On 19.08.2012 still night pack was not working, i had make a call on customer care same day i got information that it is due to STD pack you have taken, but i told that there is no such update on site as well as on previous complaint but they have arrgued with me and told me we can't help you.

                        My concern is -with lack on information and wrong information given by customer care executive. i have lose Rs 140. without any specific reason. Please help me to get back my money.

                          i am facing this issue since long that my balance is getting deducting every now and then and packs are also getting activated
                          with out my knowledge please do something for atleast a week till i switch over to idea please hold it the same way if you don't want
                          customers in reliance please don't trouble people like this , JUST SAY WE DON'T WANNA SERVE RELIANCE CUSTOMERS will not
                          take it .................we are businessmen we don't have much time to waste like this , and your tower i don't get signal in my office i dunno
                          how you people still claim that RELIANCE IS INDIA NO 1 NETWORK, I seriously feel like SLAPPING the person who says no 1 it doesn't even
                          deserve to be 100th position that much you have troubled me with my balance deduction,activating packs with out my confirmation,and pathetic network
                          i thought its really no 1 in network thats why i went for this but i feel like suing this co for making false promise and not delivering what it always promises
                          who ever the top management should deserve to be terminated as these ______________'S don't do their duties properly , they should be terminated and also
                          reliance should ensure that they are not getting placed anywhere else in the industry. Why do you trouble a common man like this? This is heights , we don't even
                          have time to go to IDEA and change it to mobile portability, Seriously Letting you guys know if this continues i am going to sue Reliance for this someone might have
                          to pay a big prize , I am not getting personal with Reliance , Don't let me be..................Do something or else be ready for everything i am going to expose you guys everywhere.

                            i have problem that reliance have activated jokes without my request and debited the money from my account.which costs me 30 Rs...Than i tried to contact to reliance customer care but you blocked my customer services,so i couldn't contact you and couldn't do any complaints to you and even couldn't unsubscribe by me also....May be i will surrender the reliance connection, if they dont credit my money....                               I have bought Reliance Net connect dongle a few days back. At the Reliance Web World they told me that for the address proof you can submit your bank statement as I am on rent and cant give my rent agreement. But once I showed them the bank statement they said it cant be used as address proof as address is not mentioned there. Then they told me you have to submit rent agreement on the stamp paper of Rs 500 which they didn't told me in the first place. The connection got suspended in two days. The most funny part is that the bill came to the address that I mentioned there for which they were asking for the proof. My question is how can they send the bill to the address which is not verified. Also the suggested me to deactivate the connection and reconnect it by giving the new address for which I can give the address proof and that would take take 15 days more. Somebody ask them what I am supposed to do for those 15 days. Also once in the blue moon the call comes from Reliance saying that do you want to continue I said yes every time but nothing happened. Also they never pick up the land line phone of the Web World. They were acting so nice when they have to sell the product but now they acting like dumb persons who would not care of anything. I just hope that my connection will get disconnected as early as possible I'll get out of the web of this Reliance Web World.

                                Attention Shilpa.V,

                                Request has been raised on 20th July as per below.

                                Currently i am having 750 monthly plan. ( 5GB unlimited - 3Mb speed , after 5GB 144 Kbps).

                                I would like to downgrade the usage to 2GB unlimited plan (475/Month), i.e., need a corporate connection.

                                So many reminder mails has been sent to ewgcustomer.[protected]@relianceada.com , datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com‎, netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com , rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com , [protected]@relianceada.com etc and received no response.

                                July 30th i have received mail from you saying that "plan change requested has been sent to concerned team we
                                will revert you once done" . Still i am chasing for an update, i have recived none.

                                I am wonder, the irrespective and CARELES RELAINCE CUSTOMER CARE take more than a week to read costomer issues and take more than a month to solve an issue.

                                As i mentioned clrealy in my mail, i am not responsible to pay 750+tax (843 in total) for the month July 13 to Aug 13 and future as you failed to downgrade my speed to 2GB. As well i haven't used my internet connection from Aug 1st week. First i need the solution to this issue.
                                If my connection get deactivate without my permission, customer care people need to be answered, since i have all the mail records.

                                Important advice to Reliance netconnect customer care, try to understand the meaning of customer care.

                                  I took the data card No. [protected] last year for roaming purpose as during that period I was travelling frequently. Subsequently my travelling has reduced substantially I hard find any use for the data card. Moreover, even during the limited usage hat I have, i always find the net connection down most of the times and am unable to use it. Hence I do not require the same. I visited reliance communication show room at Paradise, Secunderabad and after making me run from this counter to that counter and making me wait for 30 minutes, I was finally told that "termination request" can not be taken at that hour and I can talk to the customer care. The customer care lady, after so many identifications for 15 minutes informed me that I have to pay the bill first and then will have to call again after the payment. I was also told that the so called termination request will take anywhere between 15-20 days to deactivate and I suppose till then I will have to keep paying your bills for the connection that I would not be using! In spite of my telling her that I am willing to pay the bill subject to the condition that tha data card will be disconnected, I was threatened with legal action if I don't pay the bill. Subsequently, I paid the bill and sent them another mail requesting disconnection without any further delay. And the company has not responded so far to my first mail sent on[protected] nor the second mail sent on 20-8-12. I am sure that since I made the payment, the company will continue the connection on one pretext or other and keep issuing the bill. I need to get the connection disconnected immediately.

                                  Reliance Communications LTD. — Data Card

                                  Requested to reactivate my data card ([protected]) after paying the required amount in January 2011 but was not activated, as i contacted the customer care regarding it, they assisted me online but it didnt worked. Than they asked me to visit data card service centre as they assumed that the data card was faulty. I visited there service centre but the engineer there told me that the data card was OK so i contacted the customer care from the service centre only and requested the engineer to talk to customer care executive and after that the customer care executive assured me that the data card will be activated within 24 hrs. but it didnt. I contacted customer care several times but found no solution as my data card was never activated.but i kept receiving the bills regularly for two months. i requested them to either activate my data card or bar my services but nothing happened. Now the bill is Rs. 812 which they want me to pay. Even after contacting customer care several times and not using their services why should i pay the bill. i have all the complaint numbers with me and even have the recorded conversations with the customer care executives. Kindly help me by registering the complaint regarding it and taking appropriate action.

                                    my reliance GSM mobile number [protected]. Everyday my unbilled amount is being increased by Rs 10 -15 even when I do not make any call. I got the data from http://myservices.relianceada.com. I called customer care on[protected] and visited Reliance World, Reliance House, 34, Chowringhee Road, (Near Park Street Crossing), Kolkata 700071 on 20-.8-2012. Both of them told me to wait till bill generation date. But my concern is why unbilled amount is increased and how to stop it. I did not get any solution on the same. Please rectify at the soonest possible time.

                                    I am still being billed Rs 5 everyday. This clearly proves you (RCOMcare) have failed, intentionally or unintentionally, to solve the problem. I also lodged a complain at Reliance World, Azimganj House, 7 Camac Street, Kolkata 700017 on[protected], service request number[protected]. On[protected] I got an sms mentioning that request has been processed. But it is not resolved. Again I am requesting you to fix the issue.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      Im using ur reliance till april 2012, I’m not satisfied with your company because they are giving too much bill without using. On this date 6/8/2012 I visited ur office reliance care, deep market ashok vihar. I told your service man that I don’t want to use postpaid service pleas change in prepaid service. I have sumite rs 1200 (paid full bill) they had said that your prepaid service will be activated in 5-7 days. Today is 19/8/2012 but yet they didn’t activate service on my mobile.

                                        Reliance Communication — UNUSUAL SERVICE INTERRUPTION

                                        Hi,
                                        I am from Mumbai.I have taken reliance prepaid connection on June 2008.while taking connection i have submitted all the required document. Then i started using connection after 10 day my outgoing was barred because my document didn't reach to the company.i submitted document to reliance web world then my services was resumed.this thing happened almost 4 times within three months time.

                                        Now today after almost 1 year, again my services has been barred and the reason is same, document not submitted.What a stupidity??????????

                                        I WANT THAT GOVT.SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THESE TYPE OF SERVICE PROVIDER. AND PUBLIC SHOULD ALSO TAKE CARE OF THESE KIND OF SERVICE PROVIDER
                                        I would like ti remind that my Mo. No. [protected] was blocked for documents verification from 23 January, 10. Even after submission of required documents it has not been started till date. I have made complaint in Reliance Communication Complaints but no result.
                                        Kindly do the needful.
