i wanted to tell you that i am very old customer of reliance & my full family member is using reliance but the regret is that my number [protected] is 10yrs old number & inspite of that suddenly just a week before what they dis ,now in roaming m payinng 1rs or even more for calling .i cant belive it .as i was regular traveling here & dere but first time this happened..'so plz help me ;hw i can get rid of this problem..

    sir i wanted to tell you that my number [protected] using from long time & yesterday i recharged with TT of 333 ;but the worst part is the day i recharged ,d next day only they deducted my balance by activating unwanted things around 30 to 40rs..from morning m tryinng to book the complain but no one is picking on 198..
    so plz help me in thus regards..

      I am surendra using a postapid internet through usb device and no is [protected] and i have complained earlier regarding the late payment bill charges that i am not recieving the bill to my address and i have paid it for two months with extra charges and when i called to customer care they told that it will be deducted in the next bill but still the amount is not reflected


      so pls refund the amount asap and call me up on [protected].

      Dear Sir,

      My telephone bill for the month of October was Rs. 1174, and as per Reliance DataBase the biil generated on 7th of every month and on 07/10/2009 I made a payment of Rs. 1000 as I didn't know the correct amount of money. After few day I paid Rs. 200.
      But now when I saw this month's bill those Rs. 200 was not added in my last months payment and even the data is not updated in their database and Reliance has charged Rs. 50 for the late charges.
      Kindly help me out for this issue, I am having the Cash Receipt for the same.

        i have reliance no [protected] named Ravi Vishwakarma , many times i have log complaints for deduct unknowen balance , and u r company not solved my problem , when i recharge my no than every time deduct unknown services charges and i also contact reliance customer and they can't give any reply , i m facing this probelm last 5 or 6 month plz give me the solution's or cut my connection .........plz do the careful.........

        Reliance Mobile GSM communication service deducted rs 30 from my balance my no is [protected] they said I have subscribed for caller tune service that’s why they deducted rs 30 from my balance but they have no answer who subscribed for this caller tune service. Earlier one month ago they did the same thing but at that time they refunded rs 30. Now they are saying they can’t refund more then once.

        First who given the permission to deduct 30 rs , in any case if they deducted by mistake then why they are not refunding my money.
        Its really looking cheep.
        Moreover its many time happened they activated caller tune service with out any user’s permission and deducted the balance.

        Please look into this issue. Its not only happened with me it’s a common problem.

        Now a days reliance company is doing his mercy on mobile numbers.
        They are deduct balance from mobile and when we are calling to costumer cear they are saying that you have activate that pack your self so there is no way to return money such a case is happen with many numbers some one are such that [protected], [protected] ,. please take a action about that.

        These people making their customer unhappy.Whenever they want they deduct certain amount from the balance.And when call on customer service they just say "sorry next time it wont happen,but no refund this time".What they really want?In last 10 days they deducted Rs. 30 from my account for 2 or 3 different services,which i never subscribed and never got any sms of subscription.

        What should i do??Thinking to change the operator,best option

          I LOST HUGE AMOUNT OF RS 382.00 FROM MY MOBILE BALANCE WITHIN 24 HOURS. I SENT EMAILS TO RELIANCE
          CUSTOMER CARE TO SOLVE MY ISSUE.I AM AN OLD PERSON OF 63 YEARS OF AGE---I WENT TO MY NATIVE PLACE
          TO ORISSA-----ON[protected] MY MOBILE BALANCE WAS RS.382.09 -----ON[protected] WHEN I CHECK MY BALANCE
          IT WAS REDUCED TO RS 15.00----AGAIN ON THE SAME TIME MY BALANCE REDUCED TO RS.5.00----- AND ULTIMATELY

          my balance automaticly gets deducted inspite of several talks with customer care to stop all add on services and also asked for do not disturb activation but nothing happned except balance deducation.my ph number is [protected].

          Reliance CDMA services — Balance got deducted

          Hi,

          I am a reliance user.I got my number recharged with hundred rupees. My balance got deducted for unknown reasons. I called reliance customer care and asked for the whereabouts of my balance.
          First time I called then they told me to call after 2 hrs. After that I called after 3 hrs and asked for the balance again they told me to call after 2 hrs.For your information reliance is charging money for each call to customer care. When I asked that guy about this then he gave me a very bad response and said that "It is your problem not mine". This guy is from some chennai based customer care.His name is Ramesh.

          Just wanted to know if this is the way they take money from us then why nobody is taking care of such events.

          Reliance CDMA services — Charging even after port out

          Respected Sir / Madam

          I have ported out my number [protected] and it was ported to another operator around 27th January. Could you please be kind enough to explain why rental was charged until 11 February in the previous bill and I also see a new bill now for Rs. 205.99 for which I am not able to see the details of the My Services portal. What is this bill for?

          Could you please kindly let me know if I have to keep paying these bills till I die or does my family have to pay even after I die even though the number has been ported to another operator. Sorry for being sarcastic but I must admit this is a great innovative way of generating revenue even after the number has been ported out and Reliance has nothing whatsoever to do with that number.

          If I am totally missing something and you feel I should keep paying these bills forever without raising any questions, please excuse my ignorance and accept my sincere apologies.

          Reliance CDMA services — Inappropriate practice of deducting balance

          I am user of Reliance Cdma Services Phone number [protected]. I have resumed using this number on 13 Dec after a interval of 3 months. On cheaking balance I found 0.74 Rs in place of more than 50 Rs which I had left in it before taking out the SIM. I have two complaints in this regard:

          1. I have talked to Reliance customer care executive Vinit at 10.25 AM on 14 Dec. He intimated me that my caller tune has been activated on 8th Nov. I told him that I have not used this number in the whole Nov and Dec month so how could my Caller Tune get activated by itself. Further I asked him to lodge a complaint in this regard which he refused stating that its against company's policy.

          2. Secondly yesterday I received a message that my CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED (CRBT SERVICE is Caller Tune Service) and 30 Rs has been deducted from my balance.The point here is I have not been intimated about impending Service Renewal which service provider must do before renewal either by Message or by Call.
          Kindly look into the matter because they are many others victims like me but they dont complain either due to lack of time or the amount is small and the hassles surrounding it are huge.

            Dear Sir,

            Mine Reliance PostPaid connection ([protected]) is 3 years old. Currently we in patna suffer with CDMA Service then we visited Reliance Webworld for complain and I want to switch in Airtel , but Rel. Web world people suggested to switch connection CDMA to the GSM (Smart GSM) connection. Then we paid Rupees 250/- for same company Switching Charge. Already Reliance CDMA Ranchi at the beginning of the connection when I Paid the Rupees 500/- for New Connection. In Cdma left 2500 Mobile Cost after we bought the new mobile for Rs 10000 for GSM.
            Reliance on 06 August 2012 at 11.00pm during my train journey he disconnect my mobile connection without any prior information. Reached our Home Station Sasaram at night 1.50 AM and did not call anyone at Family Members and spent all night at Station, then my laptop bag stolen at station by thieves. Reliance Call center's no. 198 told connection disconnection due to outstanding payment due. Mine Outstanding limit has been reduced without information from Rs 4500 to Rs 1000. Then I did Online Recharge Rs 1528 through Reliance website My service. After payment my mobile has not yet operational. We not timely report to the our working company due to Mobile Disconnection, I was lost job due to Reliance Poor Service. Please help us. we break forming an alliance with the Reliance Company for compensation of damage.

            Daily I am in touch with customer care (Chandan/Arya/Parwati/Sanjay) and Reliance Appellate Authority (Md.Imran & Kaikasha/Tasia).My Many SR[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] wrongly closed by these people . I am getting asked the same questions and daily I am getting the answer that your request is being taken down and email is sent. your problem will be solved soon but I am not getting any reply from customer care nor the service is getting resumed.

            Day 15th August the freedom day .Please required your urgent help to rid of this ridiculous Reliance Company.

                The Value added service like 'Love Tips' and 'LKD' are subscribed into my reliance GSM number unnecessarily and then I unsubscribe for the same.But still my money got deducted and not get credited back to my number.

                Reliance Mobile Service — AUTOMATICALLY ADDED FOR SOME VALUE ADDED PACKAGES

                I have used eliance cdma mobile network. My Reliance Mobile No.[protected]. Much More time automatically added some value added packs and always taken my recharge account. Minimum 2 or 3 packages added automatically per month and taken 45 to 60 rupees in a month. Many more times I'am talk to reliance customer care officers, at this time customer care officers unsubscribe the packages and refund just 10 rupees. But, in 2 days another pack is automatically added and always taken this charges.

                Pls. Help me.

I will drag them to consumer court if they do not refund my money and stop adding these useless services without my consent.

                  Hi my number is [protected] my name is prashant , i am getting my main balance deducted every now and then some times rs 3 sometimes rs 5, i have been calling customer care regarding the same i get tottally different issues ,
                  some people say its getting deducted from your RWORLD when my internet pack is aleady active it should not deduct it should not be charged
                  some people say that its getting deducted when you are calling the customer service , where in its not being charged i noticed it all the times
                  customer service its free not charged but still you people customer care persons and supervisors they are saying the same thing again and again i asked different types and questions and i get the same answer repeated when these people don't understand hindi telugu and english fire them they don't deserve to work in reliance i had a beautiful confidence in reliance thats why i switched over from vodafone to relieance , but i guess vodafone people were far better than you guys reliance sucks

                  My number is [protected] i.e Reliance-GSM.

                  I have recharged with Rs35/- on 18th August 2012 which gives 100mb data permonth for 6months, 10 local/national sms perday for 6months, reliance-reliance call rate is 5p/min & local call rate is 30ps/min.

                  I still have Rs679.100 GPRS balance valid upto 18th November 2012. But while using internet my money is getting deducted from my main account since 26th October 2012.

                  I have lost Rs47/-, Rs10/-, Rs32/- & Rs10 respectively. I have given several complaints to customer care, they say that they will solve it but it's of no use. The moment I recharge my account and access internet, I loose my main account balance. I can't bear to loose my money again and again.

                  This is the last time I'm asking you to solve my problem, otherwise I will put this issue in Consumer Court and move out of this network.

                      I made an online recharge for OnNet pack of Rs. 48 as shown on rcom.co.in (online recharge section) on 13-Aug-2012. The pack details as shown on rcom website is as below

                      Validity 30 Days

                      When recharged online for my Mobile No. [protected]..... i got 1000 local onnet min but it has Validity of only 15 days.

                      I called up customer care and spoke to Mr. Ashwini and told him about the scenario and asked him either to give me 30 days validity for the same or to change the information on the misleading website. However, he was so rude while talking to the customer and intended that you will get only 15 days validity. So i requested him to lodge a complaint about the same so that no other customers get misleaded and he replied 'I will not lodge a complaint. Do whatever you want'. Such arrogance was never expected from such a reputed (Now worst) company 'Reliance Communications'

                      I request Consumer complaint team to assist regarding above so that this never happens to anyone again.

                        1. I, Mukesh Kumar have been using a Reliance Netconnect broadband plus datacard no. [protected] and I had requested for freezing my account keeping in view the fact that I did not want to use this datacard anymore, through my e-mails dated 12, 15 and 30 July 2012 all of which were sent from my e-mail account registered with reliance netconnect. That time I was using an Advance Rental Plan (which was ending on 12 August 2012, after which I would be kept in Rs. 750/-month Plan) and I made the request for a freeze on my datacard account well in advance as I did not want to keep paying for unnecessary bills for this datacard which I would not be using at all. Despite this, I was slapped with a bill on 09 August 2012(Bill NO.[protected] which covers for a period from[protected] to[protected], totaling up to Rs. 652.39/-. I had again tried to communicate with Reliance Netconnect in past through e-mails(forwarded alonwith this e-mail to you), which were futile.

                        2. Isn't this a serious breach of customer relationship values and ethos on which a company like Reliance Communication should be standing firm? Or this is just another tactic of forcing innocent, unsuspecting customers like me to prolong the billing periods so that such companies can keep earning immoral, unjustified profits.

                        3. Therefore, I request you to please investigate this matter starting from 12 July 2012 itself and issue necessary instructions to concerned company for waiver of this wrongfully generated above mentioned bill so that confidence of customers like me gets restored.

                          My name is Varun and I am staying in Hyderabad. I had used Reliance broad band for 2 years (customer account no : [protected]) and discontinued it due to very bad service. This was happened in October 2011. At that time I have cleared all my dues and even I did not get the refund back. In the span of last 8 months I got 2/3 calls from reliance customer care stating that I have to pay 1553/ as penalty fee and I clearly updated them that I have disconnected the service and no dues from my side. Today morning I was in office and my mobile was left at my home and some one from Delhi called on my mobile and my father received that call. They have threatened my father saying that an arrest warrant got issued on my name due to not paying the bill and tomorrow I have to be presented at Delhi high court. My father got panicked and he called on my office number & explained the situation. I called them and they said they will give a choice to pay the amount 2190 at nearest Reliance center with in one hour otherwise they will send police to my home. I was argued with them saying that why I have to pay the penalty if I was not used the service, they have used very very bad language and said they are high court lawyers I can not be able to do anything to them. My father urged me to pay the amount immediately and I had paid it and updated that person the on line receipt number.

                          I want to bring this to your notice, how can a company can be that much rude to customers. Could you please let me know how to lodge a compliant against Reliance Communications India Pvt Ltd. They had put my family in mental torturer and I want to file a case on consumer court and also request the pubic not to use Reliance services.

                            My cell phone number is [protected] ( Jharkand circle). I own a prepaid mobile connection and very much frustrated with the service provider (Reliance communication). Two days before they activated Caller Tune Service automatically and deducted Rs 45 from my account.

                            Today morning they subscribed me to beauty service and deducted Rs 30 from my account. after half and hour they unsubscribed the service but did not refund the money.

                            I am trying to call 198 and *333 from the last 2 days. But all my efforts in vain. Their complaint service is not working. I called [protected] but they said they would be able to help.. i need to call complaint department only.

Since my connection is corporate connection so customer care is used to say that they have not the plan detail which have sold to me and advice to me to contact the sales person who sold the plan. It is very sorry that he is not entertaining me. please look into the matter .

                                I am the customer of reliance post paid plane 440( reliance to reliance unlimited free). before taking this plane i enquired about plane from the customer care, they told that any relance no. whether it CDMA or GSM number is free all over india, I took the plan then. But the bill dated 11/10/09 was having the Reliance GSM number which were charged, the same number were not charge in the previous month bills. complaning about this to customer care, they are denying to register the complaning saying that these number are now chargeable.
                                my point is that under post paid plane the scheme is not changed, even thought if they change scheme they should have informed me.
                                i made calls on that number keeping mind that these are free number i will not be charged for that, but they have chaged for that calls, if they had informed me i would have not made call in excess.

                                i want to get extra amount re-embersed or short for compansation.

                                  I use reliance datacard mdn no.[protected] for the past 1.5+ yrs, i pay 850 bill every month i find its not worth for the service rcom provide in chennai. I try to disconnect it for the past 6 months. After a long struggle with customer care and web world finally they took my request in june 2012 but i not sure whether how they are going process it. Then i switch to my best plan i get conformation for that it will be migrated from 20th july 2012. But my connection suspended in july 1st week i talk with customer care and reactivate my connection on that day and pay the bill of month july Rs.780 on augest 3. The connection was again terminated because i put request on june. How worst experience rcom provides to me.
                                  When i pay 850 pm my termination request never processed i switch to 280 plan within less than 20 days gap 2 time my service was suspended its worst to be part with rcom.
                                  For any request goes to customer care they direct it to web world if go to web world they decline to process it or again redirect to customer care.Rcom is not ready to help customer they try to hide most of the important information needed for the customer.

                                    I requested for termination of my internet connection on13/04/2012. As was going out of station i requested reliance broadband local engineer
                                    Mr Sudhakar to take away the equipment and on 13th itself my connection was terminated by reliance broadband staff Mr Prasad and the equipment was taken away. As per their intimation to me through e-mail my phone was terminated on[protected] but internet was terminated on 24/04/2012. They have raised a bill on[protected] for Rs.982.56 which are rentals from[protected] to[protected] and by mistake i paid Rs.980/- on 8-5-2012. As my equipment was taken away on[protected] and i have not used the service from[protected] i need not pay the amount Rs.980/-.
                                    Even as per their termination notice i had to pay only rentals from[protected] to[protected] and not unto[protected]. Actually reliance broadband
                                    have to pay me the excess rentals from[protected] as i have not utilized their service from that date.

                                    EVEN AS PER THEIR OWN BILL (BILL Date :[protected] Bill No. :[protected] I HAVE TO BE REFUNDED RS.302/-.
                                    i.e full month rentals minus rentals unto[protected].

                                    but despite several remainders by me they are not paying even that amount. i request the refund amount with interest immediately.

                                        I have had a very bad experience with regard to Reliance Data connect. In December 2011 I purchased a Dongle for Rs. 2477/-. This included the USB Modem Cost and 3 months usage. For 3 months I am not supposed to be getting a bill under this plan. But somehow because of the store's negligence this plan was not updated and I was registered under the normal plan even after paying the Rs. 2477/- . On the 12th of Dec 2011, I was given only one reciept for Rs. 1374/- Invoice no. being [protected]. The remaining amount (2477 minus 1374) being 1033/- for which I have already paid through Credit Card the RREF no. for the same being 0000822 and the Invoice no. being 000617, Batch no, 002970 time paid 19:33 which I have here with me for your cross ref.

                                        I have been continuously interacting with the first Manager Mr. Suresh, 2nd manager Mr. Santosh from the Jayanagar Reliance Store regarding the same but he has not yet set it right even after continuous follow up for 8 months now. I was issued a new no. for which the store manager Mr. Santosh did not update the plan... the whole problem has again repeated.. THIS IS THE WORST EVER SERVICE PROVIDER.

                                        WHY SHOULD THE CUSTOMER BE PUT IN A PROBLEM FOR A MISTAKE/ NEGLIGENCE FROM THE STORE EMPLOYEES. THIS IS THE WORST EVER SERVICE TO A CUSTOMER. I AM SURPRISED THAT EVEN AFTER FOLLOWING UP WITH MR. SURESH & MR SANTOSH FOR MONTHS NOW HE HASN'T TAKEN ANY ACTION TOWARDS SETTING RIGHT THE SAME. EVERY TIME I CALL HIM HE NEVER BOTHERS TO RECEIVE THE CALL. WHEN I VISIT THE STORE HE ONLY HAS ONE ANSWER "YES, YES, I WILL SET IT RIGHT." THIS CLEARLY SEEMS TO BE A FALSE PROMISE.

                                        YOU PEOPLE TAKE CUSTOMER'S FOR GRANTED AND DO AS YOU LIKE WITH PROMPT PAYMENTS MADE. TODAY I VISITED THE STORE AND THE MR. SANTOSH HAS ALSO QUIT THE JOB.. THE STORE EMPLOYEES SAY THAT THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO..

                                        I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHOM TO CONTACT.. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS ALSO USELESS I PLACED A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ONE OF THE COMPLAINT NO. IS[protected], THEY CLOSE THE COMPLAINTS WITHOUT EVEN ADDRESSING TO IT.

                                        SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM THE RELIANCE BRAND. I HAVE SENT OUT AN EMAILER AND HAVE POSTED ON MY FACEBOOK PROFILE OF THE BAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY RELIANCE TO MAKE SURE THAT ATLEAST MY FRIENDS DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAP.
