DEAR SIR/MADAM I AM USING RELIANCE GSM SERVICES FOR A LONG TIME. TODAY THEY DEDUCTED A BALANCE OF RS. 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT BALANCE FOR FRAUD VALUE ADDED SERVICES, EVEN WITHOUT MY REQUEST FOR THOSE SERVICES . WITHOUT MY REQUEST, APPROVAL AND AUTHORISATION THEY DID THIS TASK AND WHEN I TRIED TO COMPLAIN ON 198, THE NUMBER WAS UNREACABLE AND THIS FACILITY WAS NOT AVAILABLE OR YOU CAN SAY IT WAS DENIED ON MY NUMBER. I AM SUFFERING FROM PHASE OF TREMENDOUS TENSION AND EVEN I AM THINKING OF CHANGING MY MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER(MNP) IF THEY DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO ME. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected].
