My number is [protected]. It is on my fiancee number that is Feni Patel. I had DND activated on my number then too how reliance has cut 5rs of VAS Games, It is done against my will. I haven't select any of that in fact I have smartphone Sony Xperia S, who's gonna play such an idoitic VAS Game. I had lot better high graphics game for my mobile. I even don't know what VAS Game is. I need my 5rs back on my number.

    I was recharging my mobile number [protected] of Rs. 55 through rcom.co.in website. And I chose "debit card" as payment method. While doing that my transaction failed but the amount(Rs. 55) was deducted from account.

      Everytime I have called up the customer care for termination request when my account was active, I was been told that my account would be discontinued in 10 working days and I would need to pay only the pro-rated charges that would come up.
      Below are the reference no. that I have when I had talked to your customer service -

      It is not my problem or mistake that the service was not processed by your department and was left incomplete before I could come to know. If you see my past record, I had paid my bills before time always, until I had requested for a service termination, and your customer care goofed up. I kept on getting bills even though i had requested for termination and was been asked to pay. Still I paid one bill in the month of Oct to Nov, and again asked to terminate the bill, but all of a sudden I was told that my account is now suspended and I would have to visit the nearest reliacne center. Why at the first place I was been charged when I had asked for termination, and on second note why was is suspended without even notifying me by email or call. When you require customers, you keep on calling them day and night, but in such scenarios, why I was not even informed.

      Firstly, it was your departments mistake of not processing my termination request, secondly I am not going to pay any amount of this bill, because my service was not terminated when asked, I was billed without letting me know, the service was suspended without letting me know.
      I am out of country now and there is no body who is going to come down to the nearest reliance center. If you can terminate my service over this email, well and good, and but for sure I am not going to pay any money towards any bills charged.

      And please do not use such words in your email that you can't provide, the service you provide really proivded lot of pain to me in past one year, and the lady who had called me for converting my account from postpaid to prepaid had put in a closing remark in one of the request that "customer does not wish to terminate and would like to continue", these are false statements which are put into termination request comments and you expect to provide good service to your customers?

      I am expecting some promising responses here, if you can.

      I have explained my case very much in detail that it was completely a customer care from reliance netconnect fault, who did not took a proper request from me on call. She did not discontinue the service which eventually lead to this stage where I have to now pay for amount which I have not even used and have been charged unnecessarily.
      This is really unfortunate that I have made to go through all this terrifying and life bothering problem of having such a pathetic customer service and not at all satisfying service from you and your department. I very well know that the mistake is completely from your department, and I have nothing to do in this. If you take out the history and find out, I have paid my bills on time, and never created any problems, but for past 4-5 months I have been troubled so much by your customer and billing department, that has just cost me more money, waste of time and more calls made to customer service. This you can consider my sincere feedback for your customer and billing department that is coming from a customer, and you know what, you just lost of more customer.

      Even though I pay this amount, I want an assurance that I don't want any further bills in future, also I WANT my service to be discontinued henceforth, and I don't want this service to continue at all, and NOBODY is going to come down to the store to do any kind of formalities, because I am currently outside India, and nobody can go to the store.

      This a genuine appeal, if somebody can understand out there, I want this service discontinued forever, and if this time its not been understood, I would seriously not think even a minute to forward this email to your Chairman and CEO for his read and I would make sure all possible ways to raise my concerns and problems I have been facing with the worst service and response I have received from your department.

      A very annoyed and tired customer of yours, who would not wish to ever take any kind of service of reliance ever,

      RIM — Unnecessory call charges

      I have been using Reliance mobile for last 2 years. However for last one year I am not setisfied with the network. Further I am also very upset because o[censored]nnecessory deduction of the currency. Before some months the company deducted 70 Rs of my mobile currency. On complaining for that after 4 days, it was told to me that I could have registered the complaint within 3 days of the problem. At that time my complaint was not registered. After that frequently more or less currency was deducted unnecessorily. Many times I dint find any resolution of my complaints which was assured to be resolved within 48 hours.
      my number is [protected] want to complain that each time I recharge my money they deduct RS90 from my account balance without prior notice or any subscription.please see the problem and fix it my demand to get the money to my balance, since when I report it they keep their mobile engaged till night 12.30pm also

          ON 30th april my reliance number [protected] was terminated by reliance without any proper intimation. i called to reliance customer care and asked them the proper reason behind this bt i am surprised when they told that even they dont know the proper reason behind this and told me to consult local customer care centre. when i asked the local customer care members they told that they also dont know the reason behind this , i went there with my id proofs as suggested by reliance customer care.
          when i cant helped by local customer care centre then i again called the reliance customer care this time i told them the whole story and asked the reason behind termination of my sim card and solution foer this.he told me that reliance will call u on the number you are calling from in 48 hours bt 72 hours passed bt no single call from reliance.
          IS THIS FARE APPROACH OF RELIANCE TO DEALING WITH CUSTOMER.

            I had activated WHATSAPP plan on 30 April 2013 , and when I am using it deduction is going on from my main balance. And when I complained about it they said that will raise a request for it to refund my amount within 48 hours but I didn’t get any amount till now even after that request, balance is continue deducted from my main balance and they are not returning back my money and when I tried to complained again I am not able to contact again with customer care officer. Every time,on customer care number ,some recorded message is coming and call is disconnected automatically. Around 160 Rs is deducted due to this activation. As of now, I just deactivated this plan because I do not have any other option to continue it. I am requesting to refund my deducted balance from reliance customer care service.

            Reliance GSM — Deduction from main balance

            Dear Sir/ Madam,
            My no. is [protected]. my msg pack finished. company did not informed me that and renewed my msg pack next day at 6 am. If my msg pack was finished at 12 am. then it should be renewed immediately. By this I lost my 36 rs. I was not informed that msg pack has finished and it will renewed after 6 hour. I need my balance returned.

            Reliance GSM — Automatic Deduction of Balance from Main Balance

            Dear Sir,
            My Mobile Number is [protected]. Whenever i reacharge/topup my mobile with some amount, immediately 30/- will be deducted either on the same day or next day. When i call customer care no.198, they reply that some package is active thats why deducted. when i say that i have not activated any package, then they refund my amount back. This is happening regularly from last 10 months. When i go in roaming, then also they are deducting like this. I got fed up with the service provided by them. Also recently on 6th dec 2011, same 30/- got deducted from my balance. when i called customer care, they replied that balance will be credited with in 48hrs. after 2 days i called them again, they told that my balance will be credited with in 24Hrs. But till now no balance is credited to my number. Please help me out in getting my balance amount and see that this type of auto deduction should not happen in future if they want to retain their customers.

            Reliance — Automatic Deduction of Balance from Main Balance

            my mobile no [protected], from 1st dec 2011 ,i received one massage from reliance 57007 (big fat free store) and some game pack is activated from that day onwards deduction of balance from main balance,every day rs 15/- till now (total amount of deduction is rs95/-) from 3rd dec 2011 i tell then to deactivated the all pack , sr no[protected], they simply send a massage that all the pack are deactivated but still the amount are deducted. on 3rd to 9th dec 2011 , they are giving request no but still not deactivated the pack and also refund the amount, when asked then, they saying that its under prossing and giving 48 hours or 24 hours but...till date its not deactivated and refund...

              i haved asked for the porting code several times eery time they send me an error report. the customer care told me to re-verify the documents , i have done this too. the service of the customer care is very poor. they dont give any positive response regarding my problem. i need to port from reliance cdma to any other better gsm provider..thats all

                  GENERALLY 79 IS A SCHEME IN WHICH UNLIMITED R-R LOCAL NIGHT CALLS (11 PM - 6 AM)+500 R-R STD MINUTES ARE PROVIDED WITH VALIDITY PERIOD OF 14 DAYS.
                  BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY BENEFIT OF THIS RECHARGE. I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 1 MAY NIGHT,THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO DETECT THE PROBLEM DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM AT THAT TIME. I THOUGHT THERE MAY BE SOME PROBLEM. BUT AFTER 2 DAYS I CALL THEM AGAIN AND THIS TIME THE EXCUSE WAS SAME,WHEN I REFUSED TO CUT THE CALL ,THEY TRANSFER THE CALL TO THEIR SENIOR "NAME-SONU",HE LODGE A COMPLAINT AND PROMISE -THE PROBLEM WILL TACKLE OUT IN 2 DAYS,BUT THERE IS NO COMPLAINT NUMBER SENT IN MY MOBILE AND TODAY IS 5 MAY.                     My complaint is regarding the activation of VAS MyCRBTDummy, VAS CRBT subscription without my permission from Reliance CDMA. Reliance has activated the given VAS services without my permission and deducted Rs. 10 + 15 +30 from my balance. Kindly deactivate all the VAS services and refund my money from Reliance.

                      I had paid my Reliance Netconnect Postpaid Connection No: [protected] on 03/04/2013 bill for an amount of Rs. 842/- through the Central Bank of India Netbanking account bearing a transaction ID : [protected]. I had done this bill payment operation through the website " http://www.rcom.co.in". The amount was debited, but the transaction has failed. I had taken the issue to Reliance customer care personnel, but the feedback is very bad. They even haven't guided me towards "what need to be done", this had been delayed from April starting until end of April 2013. Then I thought it is waste of arguing with these people and had contacted by bank reg. the same issue. They were also helpless. So, with this regard I approached you guys.

                            Dear Sir,

                            We were receiving telecom services of RCOM under group users for our business activity from May 2012 to Jan 2013. We have specifically intimated about restricting to activate any extra service without our written request and we will not pay for any such activation. Unfortunately additional charges were included to us. They charged regularly the Value Added Services like Love tips, W18bolly, Merawala Gana, Net Usage, R-World and many more. They abruptly disconnected the services of all my group numbers despite I regularly paid the monthly bill with in time for and up to Aug 2012.
                            We would like to bring facts about exorbitant, unethical, unlawful billing and harassment practices to the consumers by the RCOM i.e Telecom service provider.

                            We have communicated several times about defective charges and wrong billing. Our communication was purposefully remained without any reply to us. After our continuous follow up RCOM accepted that they have wrongly included charges in the bill amount.Mean the while all of a sudden services were discontinued neglecting my calls and contacts in person with RCOM. This has caused huge losses to our company. Ultimately I was forced to have alternate arrangement for my group users. Sir you are aware to have activation of group users needs lot many formalities and minimum time period to have new facility. Now company claims the bill for the period for which no services were utilized. Scrapping of services was intimated to RCOM.
                            Now persons from Reliance Company are frequently harassing for bill payment. I have already paid the extra bill amount to Reliance. Now RCOM is harassing us for payment o[censored]nlawful, illegal so called dues.
                            This is not only wasting my time but causing my reputation.
                            I earnestly request you to look into the matter being supreme authority in the matter and give me justice and penalize RCOM for defective services.

                            Reliance Communications — Excess of bill & neglect by consumer care executive

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am a customer of Reliance data card no. [protected] which has been taken in my name i.e. Anand Suman. I had taken scheme of Rs. 650/- per month. When I went to the customer care centre o[censored]ttam Nagar, New Delhi- 59, I was told that the scheme could be changed at any time. Accordingly i changed my scheme on 17 July, 2008 from Rs. 650/- to Swift 300. But in my July bill, a fee of Rs. 684/- has been charged. I communicated to the reliance care executives time and again but all fell on deaf ears. I was also thretned that " you will have to pay this bill at any cost".

                            Again my net connection was cut which is still not connected. Despite that my connection had been cut, a bill of Rs. 387 has been charged for August month.

                            I am very harrashed from this kind of services of Reliance communication and numerous calls day to day. They are not correcting the faults and tourchering me by making calls.

                            I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and do what is required at the soonest, failing which I am constraint to take all legal actions available to me.

                            My numbers validity was to end on 7th Feb 2009.I recharged my account on 23 Jan 2009 with Rs.799 voucher having one month validity & 24 hours reliance to reliance free all over India. Before recharging I queried to customer care weather this voucher would function after 7th Feb 2009. I was replied that after recharging with Rs.799 voucher my account will remain valid for one month & it will expire on 21 Feb 2009 as the previous validity would not function. But this information was incorrect & my account expired on 7th Feb 2009 & I could not use the facility of Rs.799 voucher. After then again I called up the customer care on 8th Feb 2009 for assistance. I was told to recharge with Rs.35 voucher of one month validity by which my account's validity would extend & i would be able to enjoy the facility of Rs.799 voucher which I had recharged on 23rd Jan 2009. But this information was again a fake one. I recharged with Rs.35 voucher on 8th Feb 2009, my account's validity has been extended but Rs.799 voucher is not functioning.

                            After all this again I called up the customer care & they told that i would not be able to use Rs.799 voucher because I had recharged with Rs.35 voucher due to which Rs.799 voucher has expired.

                            After all this I fell that i have been given fake or incorrect information due to which my Rs.799 has been wasted.

                            Please pay attention to this matter & take quick action.

                            Reliance Telecom — Unwanted caller tones

                            Hi,

                            I have suffered a lot with the Reliance Caller tones. These get activated without my consent. Recently it got activated on my phone #[protected]. The moment I received a message that a caller tone has been activated and downloaded, I called up customer service and they were not ready to accept that it has been activated from their side. They keep on telling me that I have pressed the “*” button to get it activated. I spoke to a representative who was quite unsupportive and even shouted at me and later on to the supervisor who was also not able to help me.

                            As per them I need to pay the amount for the caller tone. I also spoke to the Nodal officer of Delhi regarding the same and he too was helpless. The same thing happned earlier on one of my other # [protected] and at that time also I ended up paying the extra money for the tones.

                            Some time back some sort of value added services were activated on my father’s # [protected] without his consent. Every time these guys are putting up the blame on us that we have activated all these stuff our self. I need some help from you. Please assist me regarding the same.

                            For my recent bill that was generated, I was wrongly charged Rs. 30/- for activation of caller tune charges. They called up stating that this was completely free of cost however they still charged for the same. I called the customer care on 20th July to complain about the same and they said I shall hear in 48 hours. However, since I did not hear from them until 22nd July I called the customer care again that night. I must admit that the service they provide at the contact center is appalling. Long hold times, illiterate people answering your queries, putting you on hold and dissappearing and then dis-connecting the phone. Oh my god, it was a nightmare!!! Can somebody please look into it and resolve this for me.

                            Rishu telecom in Rampura Phul, Punjab is making fake promises to sell reliance connection and handsets such as 6 months ago he told me to buy 2 handsets and get a wrist watch free.I bought the same but i didn't get any kind of watch till today but when i called a customer care they denied accepting any kind of offer like this.Also he offers fake postpaid plans.

                            now my complaint is :
                            on morning of 30th sep 2009 = around Rs 90.00 was there in the sim card
                            but on evening of the same day ( i.e. 30th sep 2009) = automatically less around Rs 30.00
                            then i asked to the customer care but no good response are given but only put a complaint against this, but as i know this is a fault of the customer care staffs, so i request u 2 update my sim card with the correct added cost of Rs 30.00 and kindly take corrective action against this.
                            As a reliance customer I've recharged my mobile with a easy recharge amount of Rs.100/- without opting for any offers. But, Rs.30/- has been deducted from the TT without any reason. To express my grievance i have contacted reliance helpline but in vain. After 3 weeks when I got a call from Reliance regarding certain offers I told them that I am not interested in any offers and explained about my earlier problem. They gave me a helpline no. and contacted the same to register my complaint. Adding fuel to fire again they've deducted Rs.20/- without any reason. This really tested my patience and with agony i called the customer service thro reliance showroom. The reply given was shocking to me as they contended that as if i've opted for some caller tunes. In my experience with the usage i've never opted for any such caller tunes or other services. Apart from that they were reluctant to reverse the amount (Rs.50/-) which has been deducted from my account stating that there is no such provision for refund. As a genuine customer I am expecting the refund which I hope would be taken care by the company and taxing the customer without their knowlege will be stopped henceforth.

                            for my one number they have deducted 30 rupees for the caller tune even after complaining they say it is correctly deducted. they are reluctent to accept their system mistake
                            I have a reliance postpaid no which have ISD facility etc. But i am facing very much problem with this ph no. From June 28 to August 04 I was outside the country and the ph was switch off. but I am feeling surprised after getting the bill amount of Rs. 260.13 for the period of 05/7/10 to 04/08/10 . My postpaid plan is Rs. 99/- . During that period the mobile was not operated as I was outside the country as roaming facility was not there.

                            Again when I have reached Delhi on 4th of August morning there was no outgoing call facility as well national roaming facility. And due to blocking of outgoing facility as well as national roaming facility I faced a big trouble. In the account it is mentioned that my credit limit is Rs. 3500/ and my security deposit is Rs. 1500/-. The customer care said as I my bill for the month of May –June Rs. 266.73 is due so that the outgoing facility is blocked.

                            Please let me know how can without operating this amount of bill has come. Its urgent.

I am not able to understand that how a reputed and leading company like Reliance can do this kind of cheap things for gaining profits.                             Reliance Telecom — Reliance Netconnect and its usage.

                            This complaint is w.r.t the usage of Reliance NetConnect Broadband+ and the general customer service that Reliance provides.

                            I have been a user of this data card for over 2 years. The older one never gave any speed whatsoever, however, since I was a frequent traveler then, I had to stick to that card. When Reliance came up with a Broadband + connection, I felt that I could probably have a change in the connectivity. Even though Reliance promises 3.1 Mbps of speed, I expected no more than 1 Mbps consistently, and based my decision on that.

                            This means, that my expection was roughly 100 KBps, speeds which are sufficient for consistent surfing. However, to my extreme surprise, the service has been pathetic to say the least over the past 3-4 months. I have raised frequent complaints and have lost number of the times that I have called up their service centers.

                            I get speeds close to 6 KBps on a good day. At times, there are hours together without any connectivity. It isn't as if I stay in a remote area; their connection was decent 5 months ago. However, once the problems crept in, I understood the "potential" of Reliance Services.

                            My compliants fetched me calls from some 022 numbers at times, and all they say is that they will send me a troubleshooting document and that I need to try in a new system. I have tried everything possible, and have never received any document from them either.

                            Its exasperating, and serious disruption to my work. And its highly surprisingly that they expect me to pay 1000 bucks a month, despite my regular complaints.

                            I HAVE LOST COMPLETE FAITH IN THEIR SERVICES. I ADVISE THE REST NOT TO TAKE THE RELIANCE DONGLE AS THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE ARE A SORRY STATE. I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO THEIR HIGHER UPS BUT HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.

                              My Reliance Broadband connection No. [protected]

                              On May 1st, 2013 I have received a call from one Mr. Naresh Kumar (Number: [protected]) claiming to be the Duty Officer of the Notice department from the Delhi High Court. He mentioned that there was a case against my mother, and mentioned that there was a complaint against her for outstanding amounts to be paid to some company (Note: he did not mention which company) but made some reference to TRAI. He mentioned that the notice would be despatched by 2 PM from the Delhi High Court to the Hyderabad High Court, following which my mother would have to appear before court & probably arrested. He gave me the details of the lawyer who had filed the complaint, and asked me to contact him to enquire about this. The lawyer's name was S.K.Sharma (number: [protected]), and when contacted he mentioned that this was a case filed on behalf of Reliance Communications, to whom apparently we owed money for an outstanding bill for July & August 2011. S.K.Sharma advised me to go to nearest Reliance webworld and call him up from there, so that he can talk to the guy there, and facilitate the payment of Rs.1,500 before 2 PM. The notice would therefore be cancelled and the case could be discharged following the settlement.

                              This was apparently related to an outstanding bill amount, for July 2011 for Rs. 521 (for which I was asked to pay Rs 1,500 – would love to see how this amount was arrived at). This bill was generated after I disconnected the Reliance Broadband services and had clarified to the customer service department & provided the explanations to the person who had contacted me over e-mail that I was not accountable for a bill which was generated when I had requested for the discontinuation of the service and had not used the services. The disconnection request itself was a great pain with full of pathetic responses, replies, answers and customer service by the Reliance customer care guys. I have a list of reference numbers to actually get the service disconnected – for which the RCOM customer service rep gave a lame excuse that their staff came to our house but there was no one at home (which in fact was an utter lie as we are a joint family with people present at home irrespective of the time of the day)

                              Though I panicked at first, better sense prevailed & I searched the web for similar instances; & to my relief found thousands of such complaints. It’s unfortunate that Reliance Communications has to resort to such practices to harass common people, for bills which are charged erroneously in the first place.

                              Reliance — False outstanding claim

                              I purchased the Reliance NetConnect datacard paying 2300/= and got the service activated on March 2, 2010. Their billing cycle went from 9th of every month to the 8th of the following month. The service was not satisfactory, so I cancelled the service by calling their support center on June 2, 2010 and was given a ticket number 13014450. I was told that the service would be terminated as of that billing cycle which was should have been June 8, 2010. I settled what I thought was the final bill on June 24. However I continued to get their bills. I called them and wrote to them in August and continually followed up while I kept getting billed. Now they sent a notice saying that if I don't settle the final payment of 2846.76, that they will take legal action. Their support center does not have date for my usage or the ticket number because they claim they cannot access records older than three months. I find this very frustrating and unprofessional. What is my recourse?

                              want to tell you your people has never came to me and suddenly one

                                I took a Reliance Postpaid Sim[protected] on 21st January, 2013 after receiving e-marketing phone call from Joya, Postpaid Section, Reliance. She told me about the benefit of Reliance Postpaid Connection including Reliance Net Connect 3G with a limit of 2.5GB (2560MB) data per month @ 99 monthly rental.

                                After accepting the offer, they activated the Reliance Postpaid connection & provided the facility which she mention over phone except for the Reliance Net connect 3g, instead they activated the 2g facility. After several interaction with Joya & Shivam (from Reliance Postpaid Section), they activated the 3g facility in my sim 7 days later.

                                The net was working properly & I was using the internet with the 3G speed to download a file in a few minutes, watch videos & make skype video call before 23rd April. But on 23rd night I received 1 SMS from Reliance (537380) “Dear customer, you have consumed 500MB on Reliance 3G, now the speed will be upto 64kbps till next bill cycle.” But as per the plan the total data limit is 2.5GB i.e. 2560Mb. So after 500MB consumption they cant reduce the speed. This was the first time I got the message in 3 month & immediately the internet speed was reduced which is unfair.

                                I then registered a complaint on 23rd April & received the service request no[protected] where they mentioned the problem will be solved within the next 4 days. But on 24th April I received 1 more SMS from Reliance (59111), “Please let us know if you are satisfied with the resolution of last service request” without solving the problem. (SMS are attached for your reference)

                                On 25th April, when I talked to Customer Care Executive regarding the above mentioned matter, they asked me, is my handset was 3g compatible? When they found out that it was 3g compatible set, they tried to avoid me & instead of addressing the actual problem the Customer Care Executive blamed the location where I was staying & informed me if the location is under 3g coverage area then only I can access the 3g facility.

                                I told them that I was staying in the same area for last 3 month & using the same sim to access the internet in a 3g speed. Then they told me the server is down & it will remain down from 8pm to 8am daily. So I can access the facility in the morning only. Unfortunately they not solve the issue yet.

                                Pl. Note : My billing period is (7th day of the month - 6th day of next month) &

                                Total Data limit : 2.5GB (2560MB)

                                On 14th they SMS me, I consumed 70% i.e. 1792 MB (I have attached the screen shoot of the sms). After receiving this sms i talked to Customer Care Executive, informing them that i did not consume so much data. They told me ignore the message. So it is quite difficult for a consumer to tab the actual consumption. I talked to 3-4 Customer Care Executive on this regard & On 21st they SMS me I consumed 500 MB (I have attached the screen shoot of sms the sms).

                                Pl. also note they clearly mention on each sms, I have consumed .....MB on Reliance 3G but whenever I contact Customer Care Executive they told me that I have a 2g net connection only & can’t access 3G speed but I access the net in a3G speed for last 3 month. Suddently they stop the 3G Net Speed which totally unethical.


                                6-7 month back a Reliance unethically deducted RS 555 from my prepaid account & refunded the same only after addressing the issue in the consumer forum.

                                Thanks to Consumer Forum for solving the previous issue.

                                Reliance Mobile — discontinuation of service without reason, thereafter poor service and rude behaviour.

                                Dear sir/ma'am,
                                I'm a defence services employee and hold a reliance postpaid connection no [protected] since Jun 2008. On 2nd Oct 2009 the services to my mobile were stopped suddenly I got a msg from 52811 at 10:26am on 02 Oct 09. saying FRAUD SUSPENDED SUCCESSFULLY. I contacted web world sadar,Agra,U.P. they gave me a no[protected] to keep in touch with the progress since then i'm being tossed about between the customer care and web world. At the above given no the reliance employees hang up abruptly and do not receive calls from my no. I've suffered both monetarily and mentally due to this.
                                Request some action be taken against the company.

                                  Reliance Communications/GSM Mobile Services — Network Related Issue

                                  I Am facing a lot of problem with my Reliance GSM connection No. [protected]. For making or receiving a call I have to stand near the window, as network comes only near the window, as soon as we go inside the house network disappears. Also many times if somebody tries to call me my number comes ' not reachable'. I have written for the issue 4 times to the Company, every time they say that your issue will be resolved within 14 days but till now nothing has been done.

                                  I too purchased a Bissell model number 6583 and you are not kidding when you saw piece of junk! I used it twice and it lost all suction and started throwing dirt out at me. I didn't really expect the vacuum to be the best considering I only paid $45 for the thing but I did think I would be able to use for at least 6 months or so not 6 days.

                                      I have brought a new Nokia Lumia 520 with a offer from Reliance that 1GB free 3G data will be given for 2 months after your first call. But the service provider is not supplying me with the data i have called customer care most of the time their server is down and they are not even noticing my problem.
                                      My mobile number is "[protected]".My FRC of Rs.17 on this number gives some calling benefits but they not supplied till now. Please provide me with the solution.

                                      The customer service team is not getting in touch nor listening to the complaint
                                      What is this going on reliance customer service is not responding nor even noting down the complaint i have in trouble for more than 4 days. Is this the way Reliance makes fraud by providing offers that you can't avail and if you ask from customer care representative they always used to say there server is down we can't check your data.I am seriously disappointed with this.
                                      I am still waiting for a call from your side.The problem is unresolved and the customer care is not dealing with it.
                                      I think the Reliance should shut down there customer service centers as they are always hopeless. Miss Malini one of Reliance Employee contacted me and assured me that they will get back to me with a solution within 3 days she told me that on 2nd May 2013. What all i need to say facts explains everything.Reliance thumbs down for u.
                                      Brother did they solve the problem?
                                      4 days back i bought Nokia Lumia 520 with Reliance SIM.
                                      Now facing the same problem.
                                      No response from customer care.

                                        we got a call from +401 on idea sim he said that we won 25 lakh and call this no [protected] so we made a call thru reliance sim then a man took the phone and start giving us advices i understood he is a fakeso we disconnect and on net when i search for this no it was from pakistan .will this cause any damage to us/////
