Idea — Bills being sent even after connection declared closed
I have not been using mobile num. [protected] since March 10, 2010 and account was closed on the same day by depositing Rs. 1476 by making Full and final payment.Bill for April 2010 (Invoice No. F/[protected]-10, dated 7th April, 2010) was received For NIL amount as per the details given above.
We talked to customer care and also visited IDEA office and we were told to send a fax to a given Main Office number.
Despite having sent Fax and informing by e-mail also, that the account has been closed, we are every month getting the bills unnecessarily.
Please verify that no calls have been made since March 10th and the number is not in use since then and stop sending the bills.
This is quite unfair and very annoying. Please attend to the complain immediately. Yours is a reputed and professional company. Please close the account w.e.f 10th March, 2010 and stop sending any bills further.
