[Resolved]  Reliance General Insurance — Non receipt of Policy and wrong Address in Cover Note

1) I have submitted a cheque of Rs.5029/-in favour of Reliance General Insurance on 30/8/08 for my Vehicle no.-HR 51 Q 3905, TATA INDICA DLE in the name of Flt. Lt.Nand Lal Arora, vide Cover Note no.[protected] dt.30/8/09.Till date I have not recieved the Policy.

2) Cell No.of your representative Sh. PULKIT([protected]), Agent Code-534380 and Cutomer service no.[protected] is never available due to which the insurance services provided by you are useless.

3)My address provided in Cover Note is House No.-12335, which is wrong.Kindly rectify my correct address as, House No.-2335, Sector-16, Faridabad-121002.

As per the subject i have not received any documents of general health insurance policy no[protected]. So kindly help me to get it.

RELIANCE FAMILY FLOATER POLICY — NON-RECEIPT OF POLICY DOCUMENT AND KIT

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a reliance healthwise policy with the policy no[protected] on 28rd March 2009 through a telephonic call from mumbai. They have charged the annual fee from my credit card & said that i would receive the policy document & the health kit within 7-10 working days, but today being 8th of May 2009. I have not received my policy papers yet. I have written a complaint to their customer service e mail id but i did not get any reply. I have also called the customer service dept & lodged a complaint, i have called them atleast 5 times & every time they assured me that i will get the hard copy through courier within 7 days & a soft copy on my email within 24 hrs but i never got that. Today finally when i asked them to let me speak to the head /manager customer service, the lady named nivedita gave me an excuse that we do not have senior professional or manager available at our office. I finally gave up & decided to cancel my policy. I would request you to kindly take an appropriate action against them & make everyone in this world aware of their services.

I have taken reliance general insurance student policy continuously second year, i have taken treat ment here, when i called to claim, there is no response from Visakhapatnam office, i try to call thousand time to toll free number, and there is no respnse, i think that is wrong number(provided on web site and on policy), even try to fill the form on web site, that is also not working, how can i claim, how can i contact them, i did a big mistake, even this year my friends paid for me policy amount almost 5300..
before taking of policy that marketing agent talk with me very nicely, after taken money from my friends he did not send my policy copy by mail, before he promised me as send to me, no that agent is not responding, even i wrote several times mail to them, ... no response, i did a blunder mistake have policy with RELIANCE general insurance. any one suggest me how can i get justice .. how can i get claim
after taken money nobody responding..

I have nothing to do with Reliance products but in general

Yes I agree and also understand how difficult it is to communicate with the Customercare officer after going throught their recording and following all the procedure. We are totally in dark who is the concerned person, who will help us, whom to complaint, because the outbound persons sells the product and the Inbound person takes the complaints/ enquiries/ grievances. Both the team are inter related or say one and the same. Its all in their control to handle the customer and give excuses and mislead the customer so that after certain calls he finally gives up. Very easy to buy thier product but very difficult to sort out if any problems exists.
I am having Gold mediclaim with Reliance from last three years, whose previous year policy no is[protected]. In month of aug I got the renewal notice for the same from agent and I gave my chq of Rs. 1572/- chq no is- 356922 of Canara Bank. After 10 days I took my account summary and found that the chq was not cleared from the account. Right from the same day I am continously calling the Agent for the same and He is giving me no reply and said you just dont worry.I called him many times that chq is not cleared if you want than collect cash or another chq from me but pls reinstate my policy with reneewal benefits but they gave me no respond. In nov second week My wife was ill and doctor declared that she is Having Dengu then again I called him then agent was telling me that my chq was misplaced from the Sales Manager of Reliance somewhere, and they are submitting cash and getting reinstate my policy with Renewal benefits. and he told me this also that I could not get the cashless facility now but he will get my money reimburce from the company. now I got discharged my wife from the hospital and paid money. now agent is saying me that the sales manager is denying that the policy can not be reinstate. you plz help me in this regard and tell me that where I am mistaken???????

I want the reimbursement of my money ASAP and got my policy reinstate.
