[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm Service — Connection barred without verification

my no. is [protected]. i have taken this sim on 28th nov 2008. on 3rd December 2008 my connection is barred. there is no incoming and outgoing calls available fron my no. this is totally done without verification. i have submitted all required documents. i want my connection back permanently immediately orelse i want the price of the sim back. this is the worst connection i have ever used.

My Complaint is that i have purches 4 Relince GSM cards[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] on 12/jan/09 at that time i have got connectoin and got the 10 Rs Balance everday but last 2 day i doesn't got my 10 RS balance even i don't Call Any one when i calling some one at that time i got revert answer that RESUME YOUR SERVICE- CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE but there is onother problem is that when i dailing customer care number(*333) ther is line busy all time so kinly guide me what i have to do for that...

my GSM MOBILE NO. IS [protected], IN THIS SIM THERE IS NO NETWORK COMING, I JUST COMPLAINT FOR IT 3- 4 TIMES IN YOUR CALL CENTER, BUT I DON'T RECEIVE SUFFICENT ANSWER FOR IT. i am bought last ten days back two reliance gsm sim. that time sim is activated. but now deactivated. that time i am submitted my id proof and photo proof both. last three days sim incoming and outgoing barred. so i want quick response for following two no.s activation.

I have recently purchased reliance GSM card for Rs. 100. After a week or so, the sim card stopped working and the daily balance of Rs. 10 free usage is not available. When contacted the retailer, he said that the document have to be resubmitted..After doing that, I am now told that there is some problem in activating the simcard...its been more than two weeks, but there hasn't been any progress. I am really fed up and want something to be done. Am really upset with the quality of service of Reliance and am forced to spread a bad word of mouth..I expect something to be done immediately..my number is [protected]...

Reliance GSM Service — service is barred since 1 month

I purchased a new GSM connetion on 15Feb., 2009(approx.). But after 10 days it stop to do work. I called custmer care about 15 to 20 times but no responce i got till. I also submitted 2 time the ID for this no. BUT reliance office employees did not submitted it further and when i ask the reason of it then they misbehave with me and give my ID to back me and refuse to submit it. Now custmer care does not reciev my call. PLZ TAKE A ACTION FOR IT AND TO SOLVE IT. MY RELIANCE GSM NO. ON WHICH I FACED PROBLEM IS---[protected]. MY ANOTHER CONTACT NO. IS---[protected]. I HOPE A LEGAL ACTION WILL TAKE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. 'THANKYOU!'

Reliance GSM — connection barred without proper verification

Sir, my no is [protected] which is not workimg now coz off some varification problem but after filling proper documents(driving licence) still i m suffering when i enqired abt this to my retailer he is saying just dont wiast u r time n money take new connection.
after this answer when i enqured abt problem through reliance care they told me tht problem is from dealer side . so contact to dealer.
MY COMPLAINT IS THT MAY B DEALER N RETAILER ARE CHEATING CUNSUMERS BY LAWFUL MEANS AS WRONG VARIFICATION, OR NO PROPER LOCAL ADDRESS, OR WRONG ALTERNATE NO ETC. BY THIS THEY CAN GENERATE BUSSINESS AS SAYING THT GO FOR NEW CONNECTION RATHER SPENDING MONEY N TIME FOR THT STOPPED NO. AND AT THE LAST CONSUMER HAS ONLY OPTION TO CHOOSE NEW CONNECTION OPTION ALTHOUG HE FEELS CHEATED BUT CANT DO ANY THING AS POINT OFF DISSCONNETION IS BY LAW.

I had purchased a reliance GSM sim card with the following number - [protected], like 2 or 3 weeks ago . I had not the submitted my photo ar that time . But later when i submitted my photo with all the necessary documents including My photo, lease agreement, passport, Pan, outstation letter, then also . its already been more than a week that my calls are barred, all incoming as well as outgoing . I am facing serious problems due to this thing . Everyday when I go to my dealer he just keeps on saying that i should already have been on by now . But it never works . My all documents are verified and complete but I seem to get no help from Reliance customer care in switching my number on . Please help me in such a situation . This number is very important to me and I really need to get it on as soon as possible .
