[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — MISSELLING OF PRODUCT

SIR,
I received a policy which was mis sold by Vignaharta direct trading, the lady named preeti called me again and again and assured me that you need not pay my policy the company will pay the premium and only I have to pay thirty thousand which will be one of single premium . I agreed and I paid amount rupees thirty thousand and after two months of clearing the cheque I received a policy which was of regular policy for that i went to vashi branch office to hand over and cancel the particular policy but after one week they were telling me your policy is out free look period if i received wrong policy whose mistake I AM FED UP WITH INSURANCE PEOPLE DONOT BUY INSURANCE PRODUCTS FROM RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE

reliance post paid — mis selling

dear sir,
i have a post paid connection from your com. but your seles executive mr. dharmendra ([protected]) said me that no advance rent charge in this connection and total charges of this connection is Rs 700 .and monthly rent of this connection is rs -50 only .but i found that my actual charge of this commection is rs 250 only when i call him he does not pick my phone .
i will be waiting a for long time and complaine to his boss mr. siddiki ([protected]), BUT HE WILL DON;T RESPONSD ME. PLEASE GIVE ME WRITE JUDGEMENT...

LG — Post paid Bill

Past two years using postpaid connection. past six month i am not Recieved my mobile bill How can i know the bill of my postpaid.could you please provide these details.

Booked the LG Hand Set Given Classic ( on 26.02.09)
Model :- Classic 25.
RSN:- RZTFWCO[protected].
This is Mrs Poornima T John, As your person from Bhandup Wed World, ( Ronak Enterprise ) Mr Jiten Mehta had come to my office and shown LG landline for 1000/-, i agreed with the following, next i was not in my office, they had come active the Classic hand set, i was dis agreed with this, and had returned the Classic handset at the wed world, he had committed that with 2 or 3 days we will active the LG Hand set. And after 1st month the bill had come to office, i said that i dont have the hand set, why should i pay, i wont pay the bill, the same happen in the 2nd month also. After they had 2 month bill. And the same happened in 3rd month also, after that they had not paid the bill. The collection person had come to my office, i told them, i dont have your handset, why should i pay, i had taken that person to bhandup wedworld and said that i dont have Reliance handset (Jiten Mehta ) he too agreed with it. Again i Purchase the Same Classic on 14/08/2009 told Jiten to Pay bill or reverse the bill, i dont want default it, you pay or reverse it, i will continue it, he told me i will take 4 to 5 day to reverse it, i agreed with it.From 18/08/09, i am meeting him, he told me we put the mail to Reliance, till now we had not received any mail from Reliance.I had got both original bill Ronak Enterprise.

I want to continue with Reliance so that i had repurchased the Classic Hand Set in spite of LG Hand Set.

Please revise the Amount or Tell Mr Jiten From Ronak Enterprise to Pay, ( Who will bare the loss during this period, that i had not utilised the service from Reliance. ( If anybody choice or Purchase the Hand set, to enjoy the service.

I totaly disagree with the Mis communication of the Sales Person.

Pls Solve my Problem and do the needful as soon as Possible.

Sir,
myself Birupakshya Sahu state that ashok kumar an adviser of reliance life insurance company told me to have a policy. He took 20000.00 for fix deposit.But he invested it in share market which font value is now only 13000.why they are miscommunicating people for this policy.
