I have purchased a netconnect USB 1 year back and was using it.

It suddenly stopped working, when i connect it says that it is connecting and then says remote computer did not respond and stops.

I want to know what the problem is.

18 MAY2011I HAVE COMPLAINT ABOUT RELIANCE 3G NETCONNECT

THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM ON 23 MAY 2011 from there side

TODAY IS 26 MAY 2011 AGAIN SAME PROBLEM STARTED.

WHAT TO DO .. CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY USELESS THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.

THEY ALWAYS SAY INSTALL AND UN-STALL DEVICE.

I NEED MY MONEY BACK , I REALLY DON'T WANT TO USE RELIANCE SERVICE ANY MORE....I DON'T WANT TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE EVERY WEEK...........

i m user of reliance broadband service.last 10days my phone and my net isn't working.i ve complained.but no response from company.so please help me.my A/C no. is [protected].

I had paid money of rs2300/ for 6 months in advance my A/c no is 204706. My beam net is not working since last 2 weeks. Customer care is not lifting the phone (it is giving busy message today I had tried form morning to till 12noon) the person to whom I am calling is beam service person he is also not lifting the phone His No is [protected].Office also had been shifted from chandanagar . there is Know intimation.also.

I want to lodge this complaint against them .Still if there is no action I will put in consumer court.

Reliance — Netconnect not working

I have purchased my netconnect from Agra Sunjay Place Web World in the month of Nov-11 and after 6-7 days o[censored]sage they shut down my device with reason of not proper address proof. I have submitted my documents 2 more times but nothing fruitful being answered in against to it they are now asking for more money to start my services and asked me to forget my Rs. 2500. I do not find any proper reason neither hope to get my services started as neither call center people are helping neither reliance web world. Everone is asking me to pay more money, neither the people at reliance web world are answering in good manner they keep on saying do not come today come tomorrow. I was thinking that this device would work good but it is worse beyond my imagination with such services, I was previously using Tata Photon and didn't found any problem in using this device but it was not working in Agra so I purchased this device.
