    Sir,
    I had ported my postpaid mobile no. [protected] from Reliance Communication Co. to Airtel India on 26th April. I had already paid all the dues before porting. The deposit amount after adjustment of all dues Rs. 2064 which was refundable to me as reflected in Bill Dated : 05-May-13. I have not received the amount till date after lapse of 3 month period. Rcom is not responding to my repeated requests in customer care & their office at Nagpur. Pl. direct the company to refund Rs. 2064 at the earliest.

    Reliance Communications — Non payment of dues

    Please refer to your letter dated 4th January, 2008 about the termination of Reliance Landline connection Telephone no. [protected]. I have been complaning ever since.I have even emailed your customer care but did not receive any response till date.
    You have sent me a refund cheque of Rs. 106.87/-, but did not explain the calculation thereof. I have paid all my dues up to date. As on 24th November, 2007 my outstanding amount was Rs. 538/-, and after adjusting my security deposit of Rs.1, 000/- the refund should come to Rs.462/-..

    Please send me the calculation & working immediately of how you have arrived at Rs.106.87/- & oblige.Awaiting your reply

    Reliance India Mobile — refund not received.

    I disconnected reliance service ([protected]) in july/aug 2008 till date I have not received any refund Advance monthly rent Rs. 199/- & Refundable deposite Rs. 250/-) from company.

    Reliance — Refund of Deposit

    Dear Sir,

    We had two reliance landline connections numbered,[protected] and[protected]. Initially, we had paid Rs. 1000 as deposit to each connection. They were both WLL prepaid connections and they told they will refund the amount upon termination of the connections. We surrendered the connections to one of the reliance agent (Deepa Electronics, Yelahanka) around 8 months back, we still have not received our money. Upon questioning the agent, he says the company will send the DD directly to the customer within 1 or 2 months, but still we have not got our money back. I don't know whom to complain or consult on this issue. Please help...

    Reliance Communication — deposit refund

    sir/madam

    i migrate my no. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. i paid my all due in may but company note migrated after that when they migrate from post paid to prepaid in may-june 2010 till today sep 2011 i dont receive my deposit excess amount. i call to appelete authority Mr. sanjeev ji, he dont pick the call since last 4 days and nodal officer Mr. diwakar sharma also dont talk to customer directly and his staff is very careless about customer they are very roudly talking to customer. I call to nodal officer so many times and email to customer care many many times and call to customer care many many times but no response from the company. if you can something about this metter please do something.

      dear reliance,
      m very old user of reliance mobile but unfortunately facing very shameful problems. i have activated sms pack of Rs 39/month,few months back. many times i hav experienced of twice deduction in a same month for sms pack,but i neglected,but at this month means august 2013 i got three deduction for the same pack . On 5th august they deducted Rs 19,On 9 august deducted Rs 39 and again on 10 th august deducted Rs 39.means total of Rs 97 deducted within 5 days for sms pack which has rental of just Rs 39. can i know y reliance always cheats customers?Its a intentionally preplanned things and not a mistake,because mistakes happens once or twice n not every time every month ?is it a begger company ? ?? y RELIANCE always steal money from CUSTOMERS balance??? y RELIANCE company dont show balance amount after each call ? ?? every MOBILE COMPANY provides imformation of cal cost n balance except RELIANCE ! !!
      Not only this , when i tried to reach customer , its shows always busy and after after that they have SET AUTOMATIC SYSTEM ON MY NUMBER THAT WHENEVER I ENTER TO TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE , THE SYSTEM GETS AUTOMATICALLY DIVERTED TO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND CAL GETS ENDED. its so CHEAP N WORST THING THAT COMPANY is accompanish..M feeling very shameful to use RELIANCE MOBILE.I will definately CHANGE my CARD and will use some other NETWORK who are LOYAL to their CUSTOMERS and NOT A CHEATER.       Dear Sir,
      I am using reliance CDMA pre-paid connection. On[protected] my account balance is bebited Rs. 30 for voice chat subscription renewal. But I have never placed any request for voice chat subscription. They themselves active it and then deduct money for renewal of subscription.
      When i asked that when did i place request then they said we do have record of one month only. They don't have previous record.
      Please help me in this matter.

      balance deduction
      I am using Reliance Prepaid mobile card. No. is [protected]. The Complain is that my Balance is automatically deducted by Reliance on every recharge And when I called to their customer care executive they are not entertaining me again and again they are ignoring me even i don't know why this is happening then why Reliance is deducting my balance. Please help me in this matter.

Today i subscibed a missed call alert service in my mobile. i.e send sms M to 51234 which is tollfree. i send this sms 4 times . then my account is deducted Rs. 3/sms. i.e Rs. 12. and that service was not subscibed. please consider my matter.

      Reliance — deduction of balance every 4-5 days

      Every third or fourth day,reliance deducts 3 3 rupees from my account.
      Last week was the limits when they deducted rs 20 directly.
      I'm tired of this.
      Everytime I have to call up the helpline and tell them for a refund as I have not applied for any services.
      Eveytime they argue that you have used our services when I have not as this phone number is used only for messaging purpose for which I have activated an SMS pack.
      This is a serious waste of time,energy and money.
      There have been a few instances where in I have forced them to refund my money as I have not usedany extra service.
      but they have crossed all limits in talking and refunding of mmy money,they don't even talk respectfully.
      I want to file a complain against them to refund all the money that has been deducted and also the amounts spent by me every week to talk to the customer executives for no fault of mine.
      Also I want a compensation for all the loss of time,as I am a working professional,and every time I called,my time got wasted.

        i am Mukesh singla . i am using Reliance pree paid connection from last more years .now i get call from reliance and tell me you are selected for a special plan .plan detail rental 125/-+ tax you will get 24000 second call free national calls, +150 sms & reliance to reliance free .i agree with this plan & i take it on dated 12 of july 2013 .now i get a sms from reliance on dated 10 auguest 2013 your outstanding is 956 .i shocked to to much how that possible because i used only 300-350 arround Rs in one month .then i call reliance customer care for ask my bill detail .he say we can not confirm your bill detail today we give your bill detail after four days so i call him again today he give me detail of my bill & tell me u r using 199 rs rental plan in starting .now 6 of August you are using that plan .iam doing job in private store . i can t pay this amount .because its totally [censored] amount .please help me in this matter .

          I have changed the service provider for my wife's mobile no from Uninor to Reliance GSM, both being prepaid. It was an easy task to do. The mobile no is [protected]. But recharging seems to be a hard way with Reliance.

          The last recharge to the above mentioned mobile no was for Rs. 88/- under plan voucher where the user must get Rs. 90/- talk time with 30p/min call charge. Here's the link http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html.
          Just select GSM>>Kolkata>>Plan Voucher. The initial benefit #1 mentioned that Rs. 90 Talk Time will be provided. I have recharged with the amount through Paytm.com website who works very well in regard to recharging.

          To my surprise my wife got an SMS saying the mobile is recharged with Rs. 0.01 talk time and my complete Rs. 87.99 is eated by RCom.

          I don't understand why RCom being such a big telecommunication service provided works in such a manner. If there was no such recharge left then they must not have advertised in their website.

          Can you please help me.

          Reliance Communication — no recharge

          I have made payment for recharge of my mobile no. [protected] through net banking vid transaction no.[protected] dated 14/11/2008 ref no. [protected]. through HDFC BANK LTD.
          Till date I have not recieved any credit in my mobile account.
          Pls credit the same in my mobile.
          I recharged my account with 95 Rs on 24 oct 2008, from this rechage according to your information & i got your sms as well on my no [protected]. I would get life time validity but inspite of being recharged i did not get life time validity. I did contact on your custumer care no.*368 but i did not good respons from them. and they gave me only request no.78905241, 79016713, 79082772, 79259800 it all request no i got from your side but i did not get my solution yet, so please solved my problem other wise i gonna take some leagle action against u. i hope u will solve my problem as soon as possible.thank u.

              I have recharged 123 data pack on my number[protected] and have received only 500 mb data .I have received message for 1gb but gt only 500 mb.This is a sheer cheating to the customer.The customer care is not taking complain on repeated request.I have recharged the same on 13th august from the reliance online recharge.and feel cheated

                I have already more than 10 times mail to customer care officer and other reliance nodal officer too

                i have update my broadband plan 2 mbps to 4 mbps from 3 july 2013

                but after updation of my plan i am not getting even 1 mbps speed also and i have also submitted lots of time screen shot of speed test too

                since one month i am getting same reply from cutomer care officer that reply is ---

                Due to technical reasons, Internet services are affected in your area. This issue is expected to resolved at the earliest.

                got same reply from following all persons from day by day by mails since last month

                Reliance Broadband — Getting Slow Speed

                Hi,
                I am paying monthly charges for the speed of 75Kbps. But I not getting that much speed. It was said during installation of Internet connection that I will get 75Kbps downloading speed perfectly because of fibre optics cable but my downloading speed never goes more than 10Kbps.
                Please look for this. I have also made a complaint to reliance broadband customer care but yet not get any reply.

                actually 75 kbps means 75 kilo bits per sec
                and 8 bits = 1 byte
                so 75/8 ~ 9.xx
                so they are not cheating...

                My reliance broadband connection has never been working properly. Even after one and half month, I did not get sufficient speed as they mentioned(3.1 Mbps).I also tried to log complaint against this issue, they always told me, we set reminder to technical dept.
                will solve within 3 days. but nothing happing till now.

                  My Reliance GSM number is [protected]. I always use this number for 3G Internet use only, in a 3G modem. My modem was not in use for last 5 days. When I switched it on yesterday I received a SMS that some Evolve VAS services has been activated on my number. I didnt request for any. By balanace also has been reduced from 27.12 to 16.12.

                  I don't know how this service is activated automatically when i am 100% sure that i didn't activated this service but they are charging for this service.

                  I called customer care, got somebody on line after holding for 5 minutes, just to hear that our system is down. I sent SMS MYVAS to 55333 but that didnt work.

                  I request you please help me to get my precious money back and take relevant action against them for cheating with me.

                  I'm looking forward to your valuable consideration and quick resolve of my problem.

                    I had raised my termination request on 22 march and I had paid all my dues. (538 RS was due, and I had paid that. this is also reflected in the bill statement as well)

                    but even after termination I am still getting billed, without even having any connection.


                    Please revert back with the cause of this discrepancy.

                    Also why my termination request is re-generated for 4th April, when it was raised for 22-March.

                    All bills are generated for month of April, May, June...


                    Please reply ASAP, I am willing to pay if appropriate reasons are provide, else please correct your system data.

                    Reliance — Invalid Billing

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is Murali, from Warangal, Andhra Pradesh. A couple of months back I took a data card connection from Reliance. They charged me Rs 2499/- for modem and 300 for installation fee. The came home and installed the device without giving any further info regarding next bill cycle. I have no idea of those bill cycles too. And regarding the connection, it’s the worst in the entire broadband services in India. Since day 1 there have been many complaints raised by me as of some technical errors. On top of that the Internet Protocol (IP) has also been changing every time I connect.

                    After 16 days I have received an sms in data card as the bill of Rs 1332.79 to avoid interruption of service on 6/4/'09. The very next day the connection was disconnected. And I received a bill stating 3559/- and another of Rs 500/-. Though the plan includes 80 hrs free usages, those bills showing I have used 156 hrs extra. And the recovery agent is harassing us like anything. They told that there will be a legal notice in this regard. I need justice. I want to fight back. Suggest me what to do.

                      After complaining so many there are no update available at Reliance Agent who is sitting at first level .

                      - There are no escalation processes available for the services through mail / phone also.

                      - No feedback call / SMS comes from Reliance -Care for the any services.

                      - Reliance person automatically closed without confirmation from client .

                      - When we ask to weaver (refund / adjustment ) of connection , then told every time there was problem for the same.

                      I have purchased my netconnect from Agra Sunjay Place Web World in the month of Nov-11 and after 6-7 days o[censored]sage they shut down my device with reason of not proper address proof. I have submitted my documents 2 more times but nothing fruitful being answered in against to it they are now asking for more money to start my services and asked me to forget my Rs. 2500. I do not find any proper reason neither hope to get my services started as neither call center people are helping neither reliance web world. Everone is asking me to pay more money, neither the people at reliance web world are answering in good manner they keep on saying do not come today come tomorrow. I was thinking that this device would work good but it is worse beyond my imagination with such services, I was previously using Tata Photon and didn't found any problem in using this device but it was not working in Agra so I purchased this device.                         I own a reliance passport SIm number[protected]. My Sim card did not work in Korea and always showed an error message “operator has insufficient balance or otherwise there was no error but calls did not go through. When I complained I got a reply saying we will investigate. Nothing was done and I let it go. I traveled to Spain on 2nd may and to avoid these issues recharged with rs 3000. In Spain and also in Switzerland the phone did not work. I tried in different handsets but the calls were not going through. The helpline numbers were not answered. I came back on 15th. I am not happy with a card that does not work. In my trip to China only SMS went through but not the voice calls.
                        I obviously want to discontinue and get my money refunded. The emails to customer care get replied with ‘we will get back” but no one does. I called Mr. Pradeep Borse , national manager on Saturday and he was so rude to me that I could not believe my ears. He also banged the phone down.
                        TRAI has set up an appellate authority if we have disputes so i wrote a letter to Mr pankaj of the appellate authority and received no reply. The third layer is to write to the president of the company. i tried that and got a nice reply i.e. send me the docket number of appellate authority complaint otherwise we are powerless to investigate. Isn't that smart way to fool the customer. I gave up. Please read this and stay away from such a fraud company. please spread the message.
                        I then traveled to Bangkok and tried to use this SIM since i was saddled with 3000 rs of my own money. Surprise , surprise the message i got that the said network was blocked! I was en route to Vietnam and lo behold it worked! I used some of my money finally in Vietnam.

                        I was having post paid connection no.[protected] under CDMA which I got converted into GSM in the month of April 2011. Right from the day one, its net work is not properly coming as a result neither the calls come nor I can make any call. I have to switch off the mobile set time and again to bring back the available net work. Whenever any call comes, it gets disconnected or cuts frequently.

                        This connection in its present status of of no use for me. I would request you to please look into this problem at the earliest.

                          My reference Id. I was using reliance broadband for almost 6 months. on 01/07/2010 my connection was not working so filed a complaint, no one responded from their side and after some days, one of their exquisite came and took their instrument. On 05/06/2013 I received a call saying that, they have filed a case against us in delhi court for not paying 4000 +, I contact reliance support often to explain everything clearly, but their only reply is please pay your bill.

                          To prove I raised a question.

                          1. My complaint was not resolved.
                          2. Usually if we dont pay a bill for a month, it would be automatically disconnected, but they said they activated my account for 6 months.
                          3. We have a proof in their system, those billed days. no browser used and no MB DATA USED.

                          No one was there in [protected]@relianceada.com to solve my issue, only keep sending please pay the bill with no reason,

                          I guess, they have closed our complaint and not received any call to pay bill again. thanks to consumercomplaints, as soon as I filed a complaint reliance customer care replied, but only problem is in my thread many people post their complaint, it could be avaided.

                          i am the student of sinhgad college, Lonavala, maharastra, India. here one of the canteen provides food items and the owner of that canteen charge one and sometimes two rupees extra charge for every packed product. like in case of packed milk, he sells that in 11 rs. where as the max. retail price is 9 rs. 30 paise.

                          Against my above connection, I paid the monthly bill on 02.08.08, though the due date was 12.08.08.A cheque of requisite amount was dropped in the drop box of Central Market of Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on 02.08.08.However it was very disturbing to learn over phone forom your local office about non-receipt the said payment.This needs to be addressed at your end so that a client who is very particular in ensuring timely payments, is not harassed.A word of confirmation from your end is solicited.

                          reliancebroadband — Disconnection after bill payment

                          1st Sep'08 being the due date of the payment of our internet bill, the company was good enough to diconnect the internet before 7pm of 1st Sep'08 itself. It was equally good to say that we did delayed payment and hence the connection would be given back only after 24 hours of the payment only.
                          My phone no. is 30529109. this phone had a series of problem for 29th june 2008 onwards. I have regsitered atleast 5-6 complaints in a span of 1month. I get a complaint no., the problem get solved in a day on two . But in again in 2-3 days the line is down. I have stopped calling now as i am totally fedup. I have informed the agent that i will not make any payment until i am satisfied with the services. Prior to this the modem was not working and it got replaced . Now when i am asking them to close the account they are asking me to pay last 3 months payment. How can the payment be made when the service is not provided and connectivity issue has be not resolved

                          Reliance Broadband Connection — Reliance broadband connection - shifting charges

                          I am well aware that reliance will charge 500 rupees for shifting broadband connection from one location to another location. So I decided to terminate the connection and informed the call center to terminate my connection. After few days a call came from reliance customer care (mumbai) asking if I am willing to continue with the connection if 500 will be waived off for shifting the connection. I told OK if no charges will be applied. But in my next month bill they charged the shifting charges. When I called call center they are telling that wrong information was provided to me and they cannot to do anything, I need to pay those charges.
                          I Agree with Mr. Venkatesh Reddy Arumalla.Exactly (word to word) similar situation has been occurred with me.

                          Reliance Broadband Connection — cheap service and over billing

                          Hi,
                          My name is O.P.Sharma. I have taken a reliance broadband connection after trusting on their false marketting words given by their dealers outside and the fake pamplet they are shedding at every door step.
                          "Download speed of 75kbps, unlimited plan, 499/month" .
                          Well, to the other part of the story - they have the really bad customer representatives, dont have the way to speak. Even on urging and pressing them down to connect to their heads, they intentionally never do that.
                          Problem facing -
                          1) "Slow speed, really slow speed. I have taken the plan of - '75kbps, unlimited, 499 pack'. I get the maximum speed of 9kbps for just surfing and downloading forget it. Reason their manager, floor head, team lead, customer representative highlighted - sir, its ok i[censored] are getting this speed as technically its like min.1/9th the downloading speed and of the plan you have taken.
                          2) disconnection of the connection 10 to 15 days for two month after one month of taking connection
                          but bill charge full.
                          2) Every week disconnection of the connection. After their 24hrs time layout, their local technical executive have no respect towards their customers. They sometime ask that they can come 10pm in the night or if whenever the times it suites to them.
                          3) On asking them the problem and resolve the problem permanently they says directly - " that is something that cant be done, permanently" Reason - there is some dispeute between compeny and local service provider and We are the workers and thats the company (reliance) fault that they have used such cheap instruments like - boosters bought from cisco and making our life hell. Your connection is connected to the last port of the booster box which is there on the top of the building and due to high load the ports disables and that is something which is the fault of the reliance, not ours.Its better you tell them not us"

                          I purchased Reliance Data card 25th August 2009 but it's not activated yet...I paid rs 3500/- ,next day one persone came to my house for verification..daily i m calling to customer care but it's not activated yet...
                          We have applied for reliance broadband connection plan 499 at our residence 197, Moti Dungri behind Ganesh Mandir, Jaipur Rajasthan at 18th of aug 2009 receipt number [protected] paid 500 rupees to their executive Rajdeep Pareek, who had told us that connectionwill be installed before 22 august, but no connection installed at given that. But still there is no connection installed. No one is telling but the hell is going on? Even they are picking up the calls. If reliance is so big brand then what is the advantage to public. Really their service has upset. Really harassed from such a bad service even taken money of installation and service they are offering.

                          I would request you to check all complaints made by me from month of June 2009 and the subsequent follow ups for the inconvenience caused by your due negligence. No one from your side bothered to pay attention to the technical snag in your broad net service. You can also kindly find the recorded conversation where I have repeatedly requested for service restore.

                          I have indeed paid 650/= towards voice calls and proposed your billing department to settle the same as I had used voice service.

                          Reliance Broadband Connection — Overcharging - Bill Related Dispute

                          I had registered a complaint for incorrect billing for the month of Sep-oct'09 as I am being over charged by about Rs.1000/-. I had requested them to pls recheck the billing thoroughly and also check from backend incase billing is erreneous or some else has used my id to access net services and update me urgently. However they replied "Service Request ID[protected] has been resolved with the resolution that as checked in the bill and system thoroughly no error has been found, you have been charged on the basis of downloaded MB". I am positive that I have not used by net for more that 900 MBs and my plan is for 1GB download. Now I have nowhere to go but to pay the bill. This revert was also not prompt i.e. after much contact and mailing them, I got an revert.

                          I submitted the complaint many times that the numeric ID is a difficult process.
                          I also requested closure of this landline broadband and requested a wireless connectivity / pendrive.
                          They could not do the same for more than three months.
                          The bill they have generated without my usage for these three months is Rs.2149. Whereas the plan was Rs.299/- per month.

                          Reliance Broadband — paying bills without have connection

                          I have been given a complaint to customer care to shift the connection to my new address on 3rd day of November 2009 with all the details asked by the service provider. Before to this I have called them twice to shift my connection, every time people sitting in the help desk saying that they will forward the request to higher authority, but till that I didn't get any call or update from them.
                          After 3rd of November I have sent four different mail to them SUBJECT as "reminder" of Before mails and I have been calling them subsequently after every three to four days but even time I got the same answer " YOUR REQUEST HAVE BEEN FORWARDED TO CONCERN DEPEARTMENT" , now without having the connection I have to pay my bills. When I tried to speak with billing department regarding the connection issue they use to say very harshly "WE ARE DEALING WITH THE CONNECTION, PLEASE PAY THE BILL AND IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE CONNECTION THEN PLEASE CONTACT WITH THE CONCERN DEPARTMENT" now where I have to go and give the complaints.
                          After having all this till date I didn’t get the connection.

                          I payed a amount of 715/- to a agent sent by Reliance people on 13/09/2009. But till today it is not updated.                           From October 2009, I am getting bill extra(715/-+Latepayment). I am very much frustrated with this . Even i am not able to request for cancellation of my connection due to non-payment of bill.

                          They keep on Deactivating and Activating my connection from October 2009. Please help me to come out this problem.

                          Here what's the problem is The Agent who is a fraud gave wrong receipts to us. Relaince people already know about it they have some other receipts also with them but not helping customers.

                          Reliance Broadband + — High Speed Data Card Activation Pending for last 8 days

                          On 3rd of May 2010,I’ve purchased a High speed broadband + data card(Conn. No. : [protected]), from a sales person, from Connaught Place Web world, New Delhi. Due to non-availability my address verification didn’t happen and result of which my services got suspended.
                          After that I reapplied for the address verification,someone from address verification team visited my place on 14th May 2010, and collected all the required data and documents and assured that all documents are in order.
                          Now it’s been 8 days and my service is not yet activated. I’ve already spoken with their customer care executive over phone, and as suggested, I’ve visited my nearest Web World, but they have informed me that I can only be helped by that web world who have supplied me the data card. As I have lost the connect no. of the salesperson, I’m unable to find out the reason, why is my datacard is not yet re-activated.

                          Reliance Broadband — No connectivity - No Service

                          I purchase broadband+ before 2 months. Its speed and connectivity is poor that it disconnect within 2 or 3 minutes and when it connect speed mean " A bike run when its petrol is empty".

                          About the complain; no one is responsible for that. I approx send more than 20 mails or approx 4-5 times call to customer care, but not get any satisfied solution.

                          I have complained twice in last 2 months but my problem is not getting solved looks like that ur agents and as well as their superiors dont know about the product .. i have told them tons of times that i have changed my plan to 400rs plan 40 hours day 40 hours night i had registered complaints also regarding this in last months which occured in billing discrepancy.. and i was assured it wont happen again in the 1st month . but same problem came to me in the second month.. i was said again the same thing but again in third month i am facing the same problem.. now it has became a harassment for me to call every time customer care and tell same problem n number of times. i[censored] cant solve the problem then why dont u close the company.. at least customers wont suffer.... and this time also my complaint was raised but no solution was taken put . this is not the height for you guys to harass the customer then u guys rang me saying that sir kindly pay the bill.. common at least u should have some shame that if you are not solving the customers problem then at least you should not say pay the bill.. for which i raised a complaint and no solution provided to me.... it has been a long time i raised complaint if my problem is not going to be solved in next 48 working hours i have to file a petition against you..

                          Reliance Broadband — Connection not provided after the payment

                          I have made the payment worth Rs. 1650 through cheque to Mr. Vinod from reliance on 27th Aug 2010, inspite of several chasers they all have not responded. They now say that only if an existing customer dis continues his/her service only then we will get a new connection. They had communicated this earlier. The cheque has already been cleared. They have eaten up our money. I just cannot find a way out to get my money back.

                          Reliance Broadband+ — Internet Connectivity issue

                          Hello,

                          I am Reliance Internet Broadband user # [protected]. since last 2 months I am facing Internet connectivity issue. I had earlier submitted my complaint with you and on that Reliace Engineer had visited my location and after check he told me that their is some issue with my Modem and asked me to get it replaced by Authorised Serice Center for my modem model ZTE. I did it as he adviced and got my modem replaced on the cost of half day salary for 2 days as i had to visit their service center for replacement.

                          But now when i am trying to connect my internet using HSD (Broadband+) mode with this new modem it is not working and now Authorised server center is not ready to take any responsiblility for this saying there is no any issue with this new modem and suggested me to call Reliance Call center. Atleast with my previous modem i was able to connect in HSD mode. Upon calling Reliace call center they again giving me the same typical answer that my locality has congestion issue and I have to use it in 1x or Hybrid mode, using which i am getting very low speed. Though I am paying for Broadband connection then why should i use that in low speed modes (1x & hybrid) but all they are not ready to take any kind of responsibility even I had called their Nodal office but no use.

                          Can you please help me on this? I am ready to discontinue their service and will look other ISP but they have to refund me atleat half of the amount I paid to buy this modem from them. Its only 4 months i have subscribed their service and i can't afford loosing Rs 2300/- which i had paid for this modem while taking this connetion.

                          It is very frustrating and their customer service, public relation and nodal office are not good.

                          Please look into it. Here i have also attached screenshots for this issue

The problem is getting solved automatically once I recharge my account. Though I am making complaint from the last 3 months, nothing was done from their side, except to ask me to make a complaint when I face the problem again.

                          I am unable to do any financial transactions, due to fear of getting disconnection before getting the confirmation from the merchant site.

                          I shall be returned the costs of Modem and recharges along with compensation for not allowing me to use the service what I have paid for. The total will be around Rs.17220/-

                          as am user of Reliance broadband connection no[protected] my bills are generating on 11the of every month and due date will be end of the same month i.e., 30th/31.
                          before the due date i will be getting minimum 10 calls from reliance billing people asking for due payment.

                          As am giving service to other co. my payments will be happening only after 8th of every month,
                          so kindly make my due date 10th or 12th of subsequent month it will be convenient for me and no need to make 20 calls to remind for the due payment.

                          The internet is not working since Jan 2011. I am being sent bills regularly. Nodal office people are pathetic and do not respond to mails and even the appellate authority is not responding.

                          You BroadBand — PAID FOR EVERYTHING BUT SERVICE NOT PROVIDED

                          We have paid for broadband connection , monthly plan and Wireless router on 08 june 2011. But after collecting the check no one came next day to give the connection. We called them lot of times but still no action taken but they activated our monthly plan from 08 june 2011 without giving internet connection.
                          Finally after lot of struggle we got connection on 11 june but that too was not complete because they didn't provide us the wireless router. Now they are saying that modem is out of stock, but they didn't informed us this at the time of collecting payment for router. Today is 13 june 2011 and we are still waiting for wireless router and because of which only one person is able to access internet at a time.

                          I paid rs. 550 (rs. 500 for the installation & rs. 50 for the DD) to the executive who visited my house on 11th june, 2011. Now the executive's mobile number is in switched off mode. Now who will help me in this regards.

                          Thanks for your response. I got a call on Saturday regarding the issue and promised that by Monday they will resolve the issue. But there is no response from them after that.

                          reliance broadband internet services — billing issue

                          I, Dr. Deepak Kalra, reliance Broadband Internet user ID No.[protected], had requested for termination of connection on 31/05/2011 as my internet was not functioning since 19/05/2011. I had given multiple complaints regarding the same. Each time I called up the call-center, the technical dept. used to give us assurances that they are noting our complaint in the high priority list and that the problem will be rectified in the next 24hours, but despite so many complaints, not even for a moment could we use the internet , so finally on 31/05/2011, I requested for the termination of internet services. I have mailed 4 times requesting that my advance amount which was deposited with the company for services upto 9th September (under the 6-monthly scheme), be refunded to me at the earliest. And also, the charges for the no. of days when we did not have the access and so did not benefit from the internet connection be waivered off.
                          I had mailed this request well before the generation of the next bill so that as usual, I am not told that, ‘since the bill has already been generated, no adjustments can now be made’!
                          Kindly note that I had to say all this based on my past bitter experience with billing too!!
                          I expected a fairdeal and my advance payment should have been refunded to me rightfully, but have not received it as yet.
                          In fact, I have received bill no.[protected] dated 11/06/2011 charging me Rs 496/- for the period 11/06/2011 to 10/07/2011, and has been debited from my balance amount and now the balance with the company shown is Rs 950.37/-
                          I have not been told the reason for the delay of the refund of my deposit and advance amount, and also the reason why I should bear for the charges of internet services long after the services have been discontinued.

                          Reliance Broadband — Billing issues

                          I took the Reliance Broadband connection in the moth of May'11. After using it 3-4 days, it was disconnected. When I asked the customer care, they said that I have used more than my limit. Later I received a bill of Rs. 3934.18. Since then I have been complaining to their customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority but to no avail. Now they are threating to take lagal action.

                          i applied for reliance broadband connection 1 month ago and i was told that i will get connection within 7 days max.I gave them checque worth 1300rs as a deposit.They deducted that amount from my account but they didnt gave any connection.I talked to three people from reliance but now none of them is receiving my calls.If i call from some other no they will receive but then drop calls.

                          Reliance Broadband — irrelevant bills of broadband services

                          I am a regular customer of reliance broadband services Customer A/c Number :[protected].Since an year i was using the reliance broadband services ,paying my bills every month without any delay.Since april 2011 i suffered lot of problems in broadband connectivity for which i gave regular complains of connectivity problems.No agent tried to solve my problems.Customer care said it was amajor problem in NCR AND RAJASTHAN. I received calls from headoffice Mumbai saying all problems woud be solved.,but all in vain ,Twice i gave a call to please disconnect my broadband services and they twice insisted me there wont be any problems in near future.Still the prolems persisted,lastly on 31/may 2011,it gave a final call to disconnect my broadbnd and telephone services.But still they took a month to disconnect and started sending irrelevant bills even after my disconnection saying it will take time to disconnect and you have to pay all bills even if your broadband was not functioning.I gave them all complain numbers and complain numbers of bill reversal,but they denied af any.Now even after returning all instruments the charged me 1500 extra for instruments which they took back after 2 months,saying your final bill of rs 2500 approx.is still pending.Nevertheless i received threatening calls from a lady customer care many times you have to pay all bills,and denied of any complaints and will face dire consequences if bills are not paid.repetedly I am getting clls from Reliance customer care.

                          Sir I have being doing the followups for the poor speed and the network issue for my Reliance netconnect Broadband+ number [protected] since 30 Sep 2010 but till date reliance has not given me any resolution for the same. Every time I had to launch the complaint for poor speed/poor network and I am provided with a new complaint number and when second time I give a call to get the status of complaint I always get the surprising answer stating that the "complaint has been closed giving the resolution that on any date for the coming month the problem is going to resolve" and this has become a vicious cycle for me till date since last 1 year I have received not less than 20 different complaint numbers .
                          Sir I have very simple queries-

                          Reliance Broadband — bills for services not used

                          I was using reliance broadband till may 2011. In may 2011, I moved to new location where reliance broadband was not feasible. So based on unfeasible location, services were terminated and I had made final payment by june 2011. Even I had received an email as confirmation for termination.

                          After june 2011, there was no bill received till march 2012. Suddenly, after 8-9 months, reliance started generating bill for my account which was terminated in june 2011. Since than I am being harassed through phone calls for payment which is for services I have not used.

                          After talking to customer care, I came to know that according to reliance systems, only broadband connection was terminated not the landline connection.

                          For 8-9 months, if I have not received any bills or any communication from reliance regarding landline, how would I come to know that still landline connection is not terminated.

                          Since last one month, I am trying to get help from reliance customer care. I have sent more than 10 emails but I have not received any meaningful response back other than "we will respond back shortly".

                          Basic questions I am trying to get answer on are:
                          1) based on feasibility, if broadband connection is terminated, why landline was not terminated ?
                          2) with the confirmation on termination of broadband connection, why it was not informed that still landline is active ?
                          3) why there was no bill generated for 8-9 months after june 2011 ?

                          Even I have tried to talk to nodal office. They are also not able to help.

                          Reliance Net Connection — bill

                          Hi,
                          I have taken reliance broadband connection in nov 2011.As per the plan it was three months free connection with initial payment of Rs.2523/-. In February i shifted my place and i did not want to continue the connection. Since it was only for 3 months the bill was generated for using in february . The customer care people called me and ask me to pay the bill amount of 240/- till feb 14th and i told i did not want the connection anymore. I was not able to pay the bill for quite some time and the net was not accessible. So i thought they disconnected the connection since i didn't pay the bill. After one month they started calling me again and asked to pay a bill of 1267/- . They said they did not disconnect the connection where i was not able to access the net and bill was generated to that period of feb 14th to mar 14th.I asked them to send me the data usage in that month and they never responded to that. I have got many calls about the same thing and they told i have to pay the bill even if i did not use the net. After one month they called again and asked me to pay the bill of October. I have taken the connection in November how can they ask me to pay the bill for October? Is it a joke? and they are threatening me about sending a legal notice.... either show me proofs for my usage or give me a proper bill.

No one solved the problem and after some time, Mr. Anish (relieance support offer) came and took my modam.

                            I have not subscribed to any VAS packs on my Reliance GSM No. [protected] but my balance is continuously getting deducted by amount of Rs. 30 And Rs. 5 . I am receiving messages which says that "you have been charged for VAS Jumpgames" to which I am not subscribed. I have tried to contact your customer care service but they are not able to help me and asking me to send me a deactivation message with a USSD code which they are not providing me and I do not know what it is. Such kind of behavior is very unethical for a large corporation like Reliance. Kindly please look into this matter immediately and I would request the customer care department to contact me as soon as possible regarding the issue.

                            I have been using Reliance for couple of years and has faced some nightmares in recent past ([protected]). They have activated my account with some auto activate services for which I have not applied for. Moreover, when I enquired about the same with the customer care personal, they are not reluctant in giving me the required information on how and when this service has been auto activated. They just pick call and hold on for long time. I need to complain in regards to this. I will complaint about it in consumer forum as well as raise this issue in major news papers in the city, because this thing happening pretty regularly to me.

                            Hi , this is sravan i'm using reliance network from past 2.5 years.these rel cus care people are very much rude they won't take any thing serious about custmer Queries. 2 months back they cut 10 rs from my balance i called the custmer care they told that your activated some alert service but didn't get any alerts. and they told me that in these type of cases we must complain in 24 hrs.
                            but how could i know i didn't activated that plan.they don't even given any mes abt the alerts activation.

                            I have been cheated by Reliance GSM many times. They activate any random package without my consent and deduct charges for that. It has been done many times in the past also. Recently, on 4th March they activated some "Sehwag Pack" for my number and when I called their customer care I was informed that it had been activated from my end, which is completely vague thing and when inquired how will I get my balance refunded, they replied, "It cannot be".

                            I have a reliance GSM sim, which i am using from the last almost 3 years. but from the last few days...reliance is activatin some stupid services
                            like jokes, criket news, news etc by itself. I called customer care when it was first activated, they deactivated it and also refuded the money deducted.

                            Reliance — Unaccounted Balance deduction

                            Sir,

                            This is to bring to your Attention that I had purchased a Reliance GSM
                            Sim card, few months back, and the balance has been deducted by the
                            company on numerous occasions even when i hadn't activated any
                            particular service. When i reach the Customer care with my grievance,
                            they instantly refund the funds, saying it occurred by mistake, its only
                            few people who are aware of such Balance deductions, most of them go
                            unnoticed.Recently also Funds were deducted from my balance, and they
                            haven't been refunded till now.
                            The worst GSM Service award goes to Reliance...you know why:
                            1. I've been charged around Rs.40 four times for packs which the company activates. You talk to the customer care executive, they tell you silly reasons, refund your money and assure that it won't happen again.
                            2. And it happens again and again. Finally you ask the senior in the customer care..he gives you the solution that activate DND service and again assures that unnecessary activations won't happen again.
                            3. It happens again and I again ask for the senior...the senior executive yells at me explaining the DND service(the solution which his colleague gave) and tells me that these activation may happen anytime (even in the future).
                            So, if you take reliance, please be ready to ask and argue for refund every now and then.(and they say they are the best in INDIA).

                              GB 3G Data for a month ( from[protected] to 24.08.2013).....data left
                              is 82.56MB .Then everything was fine till 11.08.2013,the 3g service
                              derives main balance amount instead of existing 3g data balance. Still
                              i have 82.56MB 3g data left in my account.

                              Till today i've lost around 214 rs.
                              And when my balance is around 8rs i am not even able to make call or send sms's.
                              Because of this i am not able to use internet which i desperately
                              needed right now.
                              Seriously very bad service...
                              When i call customer care...every time i get reply that "SYSTEM is
                              down please call later"
                              Calling again at their customer care is of no use as the line is
                              always busy. Already it takes more than 3 hour to connect to them..and
                              when this kind of response is there from their side its seriously not
                              acceptable.

                              I have been facing a lot of problems due to unfair disruption of
                              internet services by reliance telecom service provider.

                              Very frustrated with the service.

                              Recently i am switching from aircel to reliance.

                              I want my net to be working fine soon.and want my deducted balance.

                              in last few months the service provider is deducting money from my reliance mobile having no.-[protected]. after asking to customer care they say that the amount is deducting for "englisg learning pack" which i have not taken. and complaigning to customer care they say that you must have been selected. but the package so called "english learning pack" by them has not send any such message to my mobile related to english learning. they are deducting money since dec-08. this comes to my knowledge when my a/c. balance was 80 paise only and they deducted rs.20. so the new balance is now -19.20.

                              i have a reliance gsm sim card, few days back 30 Rs. deducted from my account without giving me any information,when i spoke to reliance customer care executive about this matter ,i was given the answer that automatically company activated voice chat service on mobile without my consent, now i am demanding my money back ,but company is refusing to do so.

                              2) From 31st of december till 3rd January 2011 they are not allowing to do STD calls (JHARKHAND).

                              My no is [protected], i m living in kolkata and i am having relience GSM service.Yesterday i went to Relience web world ,taratalla and i paid there 749 Rs for activation of 3 G services.After that i got a message from reliance that my request in under process.After sometime i got another message that "your request cant be completed ,sorry for the inconvinience".So my 3G plan was not activated though i have paid 749 rs.I have contacted customer care more than 10 times but i am not getting any positive response and they told me this plan was (749 Rs) is no more valid from 6th of september ,so we cant refund it But I have paid 749 Rs and i want my money back or any other 3G plan.Kindly help me doing so.

                              My Reliance 3G number is [protected]. My balance was deducted by Rs 3 citing VAS USSD as the issue when in fact before that message I had not used USSD services at all for the entire day. This problem was faced by me earlier also when every 3-4 days later Rs 3 was deducted for VAS USSD. I am tired of calling 198 and getting the same response without any redressal of my grievance. I don't know how I can prove that I am not using your VAS services but honestly I am not.


                              I know one customer unsubscribing will not have any effect on your company but you are leaving me no choice but to stop using your service and recommending others to not use it either.

                              My Reliance 3G number is [protected]. Since December'13 my balance gets deducted by Re 1 every 10 days or so saying I've accessed some VAS videostore when in fact I have not done so. I have called 198 and was assured multiple times that this issue will be resolved however it is still persisting. On 9th Jan'14 my balance was deducted by Rs 5 on account of VAS shemarooVP. I have no idea what and how this is happening and am feeling cheated by this service. This is forcing me to think about switching to a different service provider.

                              I am writing this mail as a last resort after which if the issue is not resolved I'll stop using this number. I know this is a good company that values its customers so I am humbly requesting you to redress my grievance.
                              When I called 155223 the message is "you do not have any VAS packs activated". the 198 executive that I talked to earlier also gave me details about some video that I accessed and that it is activated for only 1 day. My problem is I am not accessing these videos from my number. Furthermore currently I am in Kolkata and not using this number at all yet these videos get activated AUTOMATICALLY.

                              Please stop this. I am not asking you to refund the balance, I am just asking you to ensure that going forward this does not happen. May be this is due to a technical fault of your system or whatever please stop this. Earlier also every 3 days Rs 3 used to get deducted on account of VAS USSD that I complained about and got it stopped.

                                  I have already raised a request for suspending my data card connection as I am no longer using the services. But even after suspending the account, you've activated the connection again without any proper request sent by me ( customer care person Revathy said I've raised a request on July 26th 2013. But that is not the case). I am giving you full details of my request for suspension request.

                                  1. Initial request sent long back But I've lost the request no. Probably during February 2013.

                                  2. A second request to suspend the connect was made last month. Request no is[protected]. Contact person on that time was Mr.Sankar. The connection was suspended after this request but again connection was activated without any confirmation from me on 26th July. I have not raised any request to continue the services.

                                  3. A third request raised for today 12th Aug 2013. This is happened after bill was generated for the month of Augest even after suspending the connection.Request No is[protected]. Contact person is Revathy.

                                  4. There was another request raised for the bill generated after suspending the connection. Request no is[protected].

                                  Can any one tell me when my net connect account will be suspended and I stop getting email for Bill generation?

                                  Hi All,

                                  My issue is solved by Reliance now. But what I've learnt from this experience is to contact a Nodal officer or Affiliate Authority if I am not satisfied with any customer care responses. Few of my friends also got issues in other networks as well and got is solved only when they contacted these officials.

                                        There was some problem that reliance and other network have been given a notice by municipal corporation that there lines being over ground should be underground so the internet was stopped for around 15 - 20 days but , as we have postpaid monthly connection they are charging for complete 1 month ,as our internet was stopped for 15-30 days so why should we pay for that time , complaining to the customer care doesn't got satisfactorily answer from there side

                                        I fed up of BSNL I m complaining for the last 15 days that in bsnl new portal my services yet not availed but there was no action taken by the BSNL technical department . I calling everyday in his call center 1500 but they assured me that your work would done next day but they are totally dump.

                                        Reliance Broadband — Charging the Bill

                                        I was using the Realince Broadband service for 1- 1.5 years, then i want to terminate the connection and so requested the same in July/Aug 11. I get the call from concern person and instead of terminating the connection he gives me offer for to use free connection for free without rental for 3 months, then he mentioned that after 3 months they will check and i was satisfy with the service then only we will continue with the connection and else they will terminate the connection. Now after Nov with out any notification or confirmation they start charging me the bill. And now forcing me to pay this bill, how i can proceed with such issue where i can register the complaint or details... please advice....
