    i have lost the sim card as mobile no [protected] and i have also given email to company for closing of sim
    on 26/04/2013 but company have not closed the sim card till now i am hyderabad at this time and mobille
    phone had left at home for family using i cannot purchase the duplicate sim because i am at other state
    because my signature,id proof ,photograph sim cannot be purchased so please close the sim card for
    unauthorised usage

    Reliance Mobile — Not Closing the Number

      I have been using MTNL Broadband Internet connection since past 2 years, when a Reliance sales person came to my office desperately wanting to sell its 4 Mbps plan (INR 1100/mnth). This was around 1st week of Jan’13. He kept on persuading me for 15 days till I decided to give it a try. He promised to include free installation (which he didn’t later) and took INR 600 advance cheque. I had to buy a separate modem for INR 600, which wasn’t communicated, to me before.
      After the installation, on 24th Jan’13, it worked for 3-4 hours, and I lost the connection, forever. I complained to the Reliance Customer Care. They registered my complaint but never reverted back. This happened for at least 5-6 times. The sales man who came to my office said just forget it; don’t pay any money to Reliance. I never got my INR 600 back either.
      After few months, today morning I received a call from Delhi Police saying a case has been registered in your name for not paying money to Reliance. The Police along with their Advocate threatened me to pay INR 1387, or else bear the consequences.
      I was shocked to believe that a mega brand like Reliance Communications can stoop down so low, morally and ethically. By far the worst ever experience, ashamed and disgusted.

      this is vandana n im nt able 2 access reliance broadband frm last 35days n inspite of repeated complains it was of no use.they dint bother 2 rectify the problem n more over closed the complain by saying the problem is nt frm our end.this is the service wat u get frm reliance broadband, so think b4 taking this connection
      Every Reliance Internet Consumer is having the same problem. The guyes sitting in the customer care dont have technical knowledge. And.. do you expect fresh vegetables at reliance fresh ? ..then.. how can you expect good service by reliance internet services.

      we are holding an internate service vide no 30604312 in the name of shree balaji Industries 20 m.d road, kolkata-7.

      from last 4 months, we are not receving the full time internate services.so many times 4 to 5 days the line is not working. from 31 dec, 2009 to 4 January, 2010 there is no any conectivity, in spite of repeated reminders no any action has been taken. you are requested to please issue us the credit memo for the non availbility of service during last 4 months and instruct to your kolkata office that in futher there will not this type of services provide us.

        Dear Sir,

        My SIM card no is: [protected].
        My SIM card was previously prepaid, a call was made by company to me that a plan offered to me 599 rupees for one month charges payable and enjoye the service in reliance. Hence, the request accepted me and my mobile number convert in Postpaid. I have been paid 150 rupees and also a address copy and one photo of me to reliance communication for start to service. After 2 days the service begin, i agree, but, few days my mobile number service suspended. when i call to reliance service provider than they told me a reliance communcation member went your address, where you were not found, so, your service has been suspended due to vierfication is negative, and also said me that the reverification requets also been made and after three days the service restart, i agreed.this time i say to reliance service provider that i am a govt employee, i am not present any such time, when you reach the address of me. But, few days the service resuspended due to same said in above. totally six days suspended the service and bill is 599

        is this a fare job reliance employee done ?
        if my address was wrong then how i got my bill.

        if reliance want then i can give the third party contact nos who are working on behalf of reliance and
        because of then we(customer) are facing problem.

        local customer office is also unable to help me .
        now i have just only one option to "SURRENDER" and to go "CONSUMER COURT" .
        please attend on my application due to im going under very loss .

        Reliance Mobile — suspended issue

        Dear sir,

        i have purchased Reliance postpaid plan (MySTD375D)(Mob No.-[protected]) at the time of purchasing i have submitted all the documents, they have suspended my incoming as well as outgoing calls on 15/06/09 and i asked the reason for this sudden suspension they said that your papers are not complete but at the time of purchasing they varified all the documents and activated my number and also they confirmed that my papers are complete with no objections in it.But now according to them they require more documents which is not possible to submit or make arrangements of the documents from my end, finally i asked them to disconnect my Plan but they told this is not our company policy and u have to pay for 6 Months and are not giving me any written documents or letter regarding the above and iam getting bills for making the payments continously for which i have not made the calls anywhere.

        *Requesting u to give me suggestions for this issue or u take proper steps regarding this and i have bcome fedup of this.

        Reliance Mobile — no signal

        My phone number is [protected] and is a Delhi number. I obtained this number through a local relience mobile authorized dealer at Mayur vihar phase 2 around 19th May 2009, i had furnished my full details along with it. My verification at the mobile company was also confirmed and i received a phone call in regard to that from the company. I had a problem with my connection about 20 days later i acquired this number, i could not get any network coverage on my phone. When i complained about this to the customer care center they gave me a waiting time of 5 days, following the 5 days waiting period i recontacted them. They said that they have not got any response from their technical team so my problem may persist indefinitely. I went to their web world center at Preet vihar, East Delhi and after several days of pleading i managed to get my SIM card changed, which the center claimed that it had an inherent fault. Now again the same problem has started with my connection since 7th August 2009 onwards. And this has started becoming more of a monthly affair of this company disconnecting my services and behaving irresponsibly with its costumers.

        My wife is having Reliance mobile [protected].
        But to our surprise it was found the service is disconnected without any intimation and she is unable to make any calls neither receive the calls. I request the concerned officer to look into the matter and do the needful.

        Dear sir,
        It is submitted that my reliance postpaid mobile no [protected] is re-suspended on 24.06.13, when i call to costumer care of reliance then they tell me that the address proof and one passport size photograph resubmit in the near reliance care. I went to Uttam Nagar reliance care for submission of these documents. Where told me that documents not received here. so my mobile no. suspended so far. please help me.

            Hi All,
            I have got my Reliance Internet connection and My Plan speed is 1 Mbps and my user id is[protected]. I got the connection on April 2013 and now it is June till now i facing the very low speed problem.After 8 PM i am getting the speed of 20 kbps . I have called the customer care several time and they are saying that there is an outage issue all over India and they are trying to get excuses for every time i called them. I have relay fed up with their bad services.I have taken the bad decision of choosing Reliance Broadband for low monthly rental when i compared to other Internet services providers. Please guy's don't go for Reliance as they are facing Outage issue all over India and don't waste your valuable Time and money .

            Dear Sir,
            With due respect I, Md. Jahangir Ansari, bearing mobile number[protected], raised a complaint that I am unable to receive incoming as well as outgoing call since activation.
            After 10 days my outgoing call started, but incoming call yet to receive. It is already 45 days over. I want to ask one question that if any problem persists in your number and you are unable to receive any call then what would happen.

            We believe that actions speak louder than words. That's why you've become one of the largest mobile service providers in the Kolkata with a reputation for helping provider get things done. But right now what happened to you company.

            So many times I have lodged a complaint but there is no response from your side.
            I believe: Success requires its price and price is hard work.
            Moreover, it is a burning question and it should be overlooked. In order to solve the matter you have to take war-footing-measures.

            So also, I need justice and compensation for not receiving incoming call for more than 45 days.
            Hope is a good thing and good thing never die. But, how long I have to keep hope.

            RCOM — very poor services

            I am Gaurav Sharma & I have been using the broadband services from reliance web world sines last 4-5 years. When I was started with R.W.W. they shown me a good attitude in actual I feel a real profanation attitude. But now I feel they showing me "I am a great fullish person in this country". In short I want to say that I am very harassed from their services.
            Many times I have find the systems was on updations, many of the times systems was hanged, electricity was not there, gen-set is all the time suffering mechanical failure & they excused me " We have mailed to the company & company will send here their executive for the repair systems or gen-set."
            I have appeal to all of you please keep out of the join Reliance Web World. otherwise only God knows what will happen with you.

            Reliance Communications — Service is Bad

            My name is Vinay Kumar,
            I taken SIM Card from the Reliance Communication -[protected].
            My Friends and Relative unable to reach me in this number. They are getting the Out-of coverage. and Switched-off. For the same I raised my Compaint at the service provider - service request no[protected].On 23th July [protected]@ 3:48 PM, and Mentioned That " Problem will be resolved within the 76 Hours"
            But I am still facing the same problem, I am not getting proper response from them.
            I am anushuti saxena, owner of Reliance landline phone no.[protected] since last 5 yearsand was depositing monthly bills in time. But since last 4 months there is lot of mistakes in the bill supplied by the co..I had complained through Deepali communications, Agra, U.P, Complaint no.[protected],[protected] &[protected] but all in vain.Deepali Communications, Agra, U.P assured me that bill will be retified in next month but in current month mistake was not rectified.Since last 5 years Reliance to Reliance free pack was charged in my landline phone but in bill charges are being levied even in Reliance to Reliance Number.At last I want to surrender the landline phone .Please reimburse the excess amount deposited by me and also accept the surrender of landline phone.If excess amount is not refunded within 15 days, I shall go to Consumer Forum against your co.

            Reliance Communications — Bad service

            They stopped my internet service without intimation due to an incorrect billing cycle of their own system. They would not even take down my complaint as they refused to believe their billing system was faulty as every month I recieved inflated bills which I used to submit for rechecking and then get the correct bill.Finally I cancelled the service. Then they hounded me for a year for payments and refused to refund the 3000 bucks I spent on buying that USB drive. Its unfair trade practice. They have a rule that says once you withdraw your connection that USB drive is defunct.

            Reliance — Very bad service

            Hi,

            I bought this Reliance GSM connection to make outgoing ISD calls. Prior to buying i told the executive about my residence location, which is Kothrud behind eklavya polytechnic college, and he guranteed that network is awesome there. And i am facing huge network issues at this location. Even if the network is good the voice quality is so bad that everyone on the other side of the phone keep complaining about my voice breaking up. for the last 15 days that i have bought not even 1 call quality was good, even after complaining nothing happened from their side
            I made recharge of 79 rupees for night calling pack yesterday night...bt now a days my pack is not working...my calls being charge from my main bal. Account...my cell phn no. Is [protected]...pls clear my problem!!

              Hello...

              This is Santha, who was using the Reliance Data connect ([protected]). At the time of purchase itself, they had promised to get me Mcafee Anti virus for one year but i had not received it. I had called their customer care for the umpteen number of times, they will promise to send it but still i had not received. Well i ignored myself of having promised about this offer. It has been a total distress to me after 6 months, the data card itself was not connecting properly when I enquired few of my friends and they said that they have the similar complaints with reliance data card. Every month, I was getting calls from the reliance people to have the payment and was treating me well to get it paid on right time. I have also logged my complaints at all their calls but none guided me or responded for this alone, some promised to send a customer service person to home but never had they done so. I have been tired waiting for it and paying them of course. In months it become too horrible, the data card stopped responding itself but I keep getting the bills and calls for money. I don’t know why they are all this money minded and not caring about customer service itself. What is the use in getting paid alone from your customer when they are not happy with your service? In my case, I am not even able to utilize the need of buying this product but still your people keep forcing me to buy. At the end of my frustration, I have told them I am unhappy and don’t want to be a customer of Reliance itself and they said fine but pay the bills. Till now, I haven’t got a single person responded to my device problems.. How worst way of handling your customer is this? These days am getting calls from different unknown numbers threatening me to pay. ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) still I am trying to explain my problems but they aren’t so responsive and simply money minded. I have their calls recorded in my mobile, you can also have the samples of the way their employees service the customers in vain. Even now I am ready to pay if you have valid record of my usage and stuffs? The device itself is at non usable state and I don’t understand where these bills come from?

              Reliance Netconnect — poor services of Reliance Netconnect

              I have purchased Reliance Netconnect EC-121 (CDMA USB DATA MODEM) . I have recharged Rs-404=00. But my Outgoing calls de-activated again and again without any information or any reason .Now I am unable to connect internet.No any local service of Reliance helps. I also complaint on Reliance Customercare but I did not get proper responce.

              Reliance Money — Non responsive and inefficent handling

              i have called reliace money excutives several times and requested for change in limit card charges effective 7th july, 2009. but five working days have passed and there is no response from from their side. Also i have mailed the details to cutomer grievances department but its dead department.I have not received any mail from them regading these matter.

              Reliance Netconnect — Poor customer service

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have recently moved to Pune from Bangalore. I had availed an Reliance Netconnect wireless broadband connection in Hadapsar, Pune. I had paid 3200/-rs for the instrument on 20th November. I have been interacting with local service man who sold me the instrument to rectify the error I got while trying to access the internet. The service man neither picks my call nor respond to my query. I registered a complaint(No.[protected] with Reliance customer care on 26th Nov 17:30 hrs to resolve my problem or refund me by taking back the instrument. I was informed that my problem will be solved within 48 hours. Till now on 28th Nov 17:15 hrs I got no response. I have also written mails to their senior personnel on the same but no response.

              I depend upon the internet to pay my bills pertaining to my Bangalore property. If they atleast refund me my amount i could switch to some other operator to do my duties. I request your help on this.

              Reliance — SERVICE NOT PROPER ATALL

              RELIANCE COMMUNICATION SERVICE IS TOTALLY NOT SATIFIED DESPITE THAT THERE IS NO PROPER INFORMATION ON THER BILLS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

              CAN ANY ONE GUIDE ME.

              I WANT JUSTICE.
              I have been using Reliance Netconnect for a few months and while I have not be getting the 3.1 Mbps promised, I had no need to complain. However all that changed a month and a half ago. Suddenly my internet access stopped. I called Reliance Netconnect customer service, went through their trouble shooting rituals ( a number of times) to no avail and was told that it was a reception problem and that someone will follow up with me to get this solved. I took the hardware device to a Reliance service point and was told that there was nothing wrong with the hardware.

              I waited and waited, I called again and again (was taken again thru the trouble shooting rituals) and was told the same thing. Off course by this time I was starting to loose it, especially when at the end of the month my credit card was promptly charged. Surprise Surprise!!!

              Today a month and a half later I am still waiting for someone from Reliance to solve my problem. I guess they lost my number. The thing that gets me is that no-one seems to care. The advisors at their contact centres just read out scripts a flurry of words that I am not sure even they know that meaning of - let's not even talk about empathy.

              I am paying for this service and I have a right to expect/demand good service. I am totally dissatisfied with the service I received and will discontinue my relationship with Reliance.
              Reliance sucks really. Believe me they have a poor software team and equally unresponsive and unconvincing telephone guys who have been told to resolve customer grievances.
              I have a 10gb day and 10gb night plan.

              They (freaking reliance) charged me Rs.1300 more because they say, that their system shows that i have downloaded 2.5 gbs more than my limit, whereas when I check it on the "my services page", the page still shows underused amount of data. When i call them and complain about the issue they say that their "myservices" page is still being worked upon and hence cannot be trusted. So they tell me that I always have to download the "my usage" from my services into excel sheet and then apply "filters" in excel and "some add functions" to accurately see the exact downloads split into day and night separately. This is the full proof way i can track and thus (personally) limit my usage.

              then they say: they cannot help me and i have to pay the full amount.

              Don't know what to do...these butt-heads are so freaking mean and they don't even listen to consumers properly, simply keep repeating that they have no powers and that i have to pay the bill. SCREW RELIANCE

              I would never recommend buying reliance to anyone. Buy Tata Photon...Ratan tata is such a noble man. Anil dirubhai is not...mean business man always ready to raid poor and helpless customers pocket.
              Once my friend had some complaint regarding billing from tata photon. They (tata customer grievance cell) did not even consider it twice before issuing him a waiver. Tata is that good.
              Buy tata. Reliance is not at all good. Tata has better speeds as well.
              Throw away that RELIACE device. Reliance is a fraud company. The whole world knows that. Only Corruption is respected here. Reliance conforms to that policy.

              Reliance is an un-reliant organisation. It is a CHOR company. You would do well and be happy to throw away the USB device in the nearest gutter, deactivate services (if you are a post-paid customer) and be happy.

              There is no other remedy in this bloody never-developing corruption-full and laziness-full incredible India. that is a fact, dear friend, which will take another 10 centuries or longer to change!! DO NOT EXPECT CHANGES TO HAPPEN IN THIS LIFETIME. It never will. That's a guarantee. Best to quit this 'land-of-saints' and 'culturally-rich' third-class State forever.
              Do not buy Tata Photon. Ever. Do not do this mistake. Ratan Tata is definitely a noble man and a good businessman. But he has wrongly opted to enter a service sector that is not his core strength. Tatas is awfully third rate in the Telecommunications Sector. The core strength of Tatas is Engineering especially in the automotive segment.

              Tata Photon is again Hopeless. Vodafone is another cheating company. Do not go to them. MTNL and BSNL will not even pick up your phone. The Government PSUs are service providers.

                  I am the user of Reliance data connect from September 2012. And the data card is now in warranty period. but i found a problem with the data card and none of the systems are able to detect the device. and when I reached out to The reliance customer care for help - assist on the same. they are asking me to visit the reliance service center which is 40 -45 KM from my place. not ready to replace. then I asked them to block the data card for time period. because I am unable to use it and there is no point in paying when you are not able to use the service. they are not even ready for it. they dnt even care to send some one to get the instrument checked by some technical person.

                  Its not fair enough to take money when the service been not in use.
                  I am very much upset with this service.

                            As per the captioned and per several ensuing complaints I wish to bring to your kind attention the appalling state of affairs with regard to the services provided by Reliance Communication.

                            1) First my Telephone Line 0223066.... has been down since early May 2013

                            2) Despite several calls to customer care, I continue to receive several false promises from the helpless Agents who lack the empowerment to keep the consumer happy.

                            3) After the 5th call almost 1 month later, I called and discovered that there is a line fault

                            4) Few days later a lady called from a 391... Number inquiring if the line was working

                            5) All this time the agents have been promising a full waiver

                            6) In the middle of June I receive a call from an agent asking me to pay my bill. I asked "for what," and he said "pay first and then we will send an a service agent to your house". (This is the standard of service a regular paying customer receives). The only reason I did not pay is because I was told that if the line is not working you will get a waiver.

                            7) Despite having a dead line, I spoke to agent Deepak Singh who said that if I pay he will send a technician home. I paid in five minutes because the sum was a measly Rs.420

                            8) No technician or agent has called me since.



                            Moral of the Story: The best department in Reliance is the bill collection department. They are fast, efficient and even threaten loyal customers.



                            Reliance needs to get its act together and provide some world class service to loyal and honest customers.



                            Please assist in remedying this persistent problem from a corporate giant that continues to grow in leaps and bounds

                              It is a matter o[censored]tter disgrace, that reliance has caused me trouble second time in past a month.
                              This time
                              On 11th June, 2013 Rs-26 were deducted from my account for auto renewal of message pack and then refunded on the same date.
                              On 12th June, 2013 Rs-26 were again deducted from my account for auto renewal of message pack but unfortunately it was never refunded!
                              On 13th June, 2013 Rs-26 were again deducted from my account for auto renewal of message pack, which was successfully renewed.
                              Despite of logging a complain on 13th June itself my balance wasn't restored!
                              Calling your customer services has caused me nothing but disgrace as now on 15th June, 2013, your customer service executive was being impolite and improper and kept asking for my personal details on denying to which he said due to some technical mistake he can’t help me and asked me to call after some time.
                              I want my balance (Rs 26) to be restored immediately on my number [protected]
                              And kindly appoint a few decent customer care executives at work.

                              Reliance GSM — Suddenly 50 rupees deducted

                              Hi, My mobile no. [protected]. I recharged with 100 rupees on 10th of May evening. By that time 90 rupees was credited to my main balance. But 11th may morning, my balance became 40 rupees. I tried to connect to customer care, where there is no option provided to speak with customer care people.

I requested to Customer care to refund the money but they denied saying that its impossible. Anyways I disappointed and deactivated the caller tune. Recently today on 4th july 2010 when I checked my balance I shocked when again 30 rs got deducted unfairly. I called up customer care and asked they replied you have activated any movie songs service ( I donno what the hell they call that service) and the rent got deducted rs 30. I requested to refund but again the same things happen like we don’t have your details here and money cant be refunded. Dear sir I thought that I have joined a very huge company and a nice telecom service but I am very sadly saying that these people are not at all fair. Finally I request you to kindly do some needful action and refund the money otherwise I’ll stop using this unfair company’s service and I’ll have to take this matter to honorable consumer forum as this time I’m not going to leave you people. And no matter whatever time it takes..A lot many people would be there in the country who would have the same complaints like me with this company.

                                        I'm severely depressed by the stupid & worse actions of RCOM!
                                        I'm asking the RCOM Customer Care people to cancel my connection since October 2012 & it has not yet cancelled upto now.
                                        I have called them a many times about this i.e;s to cancel my broadband connection but every time the reply I get is "It is being Processed" or "You are not available when we call for the Cancellation"
                                        Upto now I have wasted a lot of my time & money calling the Reliance care & going to Reliance Outlet.
                                        I just want to ask the Reliance Executives that How many Years it would take to cancel my Reliance Broadband+ Connection.
                                        If it was a prepaid Connection better I 'd have thrown it away a few years back
                                        By my bad luck it was a postpaid connection & I've paid more than Rs2000/- without using anything
                                        I was completely vexed by their attitude
                                        I have all the bills and some complaint numbers that I got when I called the customer care executives.
                                        So here by I request you to show me a way to get free from this Service.

                                        Reliance Broadband — Cancellation Cheque

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I had applied for broadband connection with your company on October 4th 2009 i.e., (4.10.2009), and waited more than 20 days to get the connection. But i did not get the connection when i required so i canceled it on 25.10.2009. Then one of your Sales Manager ( At Mysore district - Karnataka State) told me that it will take two months and i waited for it but still its on the way and i kept myself waiting for longtime just to receive a cancellation cheque. Hence, I would like to know still how long will it take to get my money.
