Reliance Netconnect — Beware from the false claims of Reliance NetConnect sales men.

I purchased the Reliance Netconnect USB connection from a Reliance Web world in Rudrapur. At the time of purchase the scheme offered by the sales person said that I shall be getting Unlimited internet access free for the first 2 months, however at the end of first month I got a bill of Rs. 1,100/- though I raised my concerns with the sales person who sold me the connection but by the time he got the billed waved after my HERCULEAN efforts and constant complaints and follow-ups my connection was not working for 1 week. Further I expected that the same mistake shall not be repeated by the company but to my surprise they could commit the same blunder for the second month in a row and that too with increased bill amount of Rs. 1,400/-. This time my connection was not working for more than 1 month, but this was not all, after committing repeated blunders they send me recovery letters which said that if I don’t pay the bill they shall resort to the recovery measures. However knowing the lousy service provided by Reliance customer care I had to continuously follow-up with the Zone Executive Officer who also failed to resolve my problem on priority.

Finally they are asking me to pay Rs. 165/- and then only they shall restart my connectivity.

I cannot understand how Reliance can manage such a large business with false claims to sell their products and fool common people.

I am really frustrated with the performance of the connection due to its slower than Turtle's speed of functioning and even worst customer care support. Actually I believe it’s their strategy that if they harass the genuinely complaining customers they shall stop complaining and stop for asking the services from the company.

From my side its a complete NO to purchase the Reliance Netconnect.

May God bless Anil Ambani and hope his business survives because the chances are quite bleak with such JOKERS sitting as Sales men and Customer Care executives.
