Reliance Communiucation — Network Problem

Dear Sir,
Maine Approx. 20 days pahale 1 complained Network Coverage ke bare mai ki thi ki baldeo mai network coverage properly work nahi kar raha hai. is sambnadh mai mere pas Mathura Se Head of Technical Department mahoday ka phone lagbhag 4 days pahale aaya aur unhaune network problem ko solve bhi kar diya lekin wo solution keval 48 hours ke lie sahi raha.
kal sham[protected] se baldeo mai network fully tarah se fail hai is sambandh maine H.O. of Mathura ji ke pas ([protected]) par phone aaj[protected] subah phone kiya to unhaune receive bhi nahi kiya usake bad sham ko phone (6:40 pm) kiya to unhaune 2 bar to receive bhi nahi kiya lekin tisari bar mai (6:43 pm) mere pas sms kiya ki "i m busy i cal u later" lekin is sms ke bad mere pas na to koi call (8:20 pm) tak aayi aur na hi network sahi hua.
yadi baldeo mai network ki ye hi problem rahi to dear sir baldeo se Reliance Connection lagbhag Disconnect ho jayenge.
plese is or dhyan diya jay aur jald se jald is samasya ka samadhan kiya jay.

Reliance Communications — SIGNAL PROBLEM

MY MOBILE PHONE IS NEVER GETTING PROPER SIGNAL.FOR CALLING THIS CREATES A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME . I MADE THE COMPLIANT THRICE TO RELIANCE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED YET. MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected]

Sir,

I have been facing this real problem of not being able to make calls or send messages while at my home. I have called the customer care regarding this 2-3 time

I 1st lodged a complaint from the middle of road and i was told that the issue would be resolved within 4 days.

I insisted that it is some thing that i cannot afford to do as being in the industry that i am in i really need to keep myself on the phone 24 by7.

To ensure that my complaint is acted upon seriously i sent across an email to the customer care department of Reliance infocom and i get a weird response saying that my problem would be resolved within 5 business working days. I replied to that email saying the same thing that I said that to the customer care rep the same morning that I cannot afford to do that but this time I get a reply to my email saying the same thing that its going to get resolved in 6 business working days.

I really didnt know what to say.

This experience has made me loose all the trust from the word Customer care services in India. I think such incidents also contribute to the economy of the country.

And if incidents like this continue then i am pretty sure, i would be forced to get the consumer court involved into this for the loss of business that i face in this process and the financial crisis that i might face.

I would solely blame it to the Reliance's negligence in this space and i would ensure that proper action is taken against the defaulters.

my self amit kumar using reliance gsm service(smart) since last 2 year. i m not finding network in my locality. i m reciding in BIT mesra ranchi (jharkhand), it is very dificult to attain any call. so pls. improve yuor network in this area. as i can find yuor network good in town but in mesra i can hardly make any call. so it is my request look after my problem

Reliance Netconnect — network and speed

very poor service. no hsd network comes in room. they cant provide even 1.5 mbps speed. in ads company claims 3.1 mbps speed. speed is very very slow. network is not stable. i m using their connection in bhamian khurd,ludhina,punjab. they always said that the network is at optimum level in my area but i cant get network and speed in my room. plzzz solve my problem. send and recieve remains 0. i m also not able to download large files because speed is very slow (5 to 6 kbps recieves).
