My reliance phone and internet connection has stopped working since almost a month now....I have called the customer care a number of times but to no avail. Im getting tired of this. The service is just horrible. Please solve my problem asap!!!...

      Reliance Netconnect device no. [protected]
      Since the last recharge that i did on 4th March 2013, i am facing this problem o[censored]nfair balance deduction from my account.
      I have done a recharge of 1300 rs. and since then my balance is being deducted more than i consume. For example, i downloaded a file of around 25 MB and when i checked my balance, more then 150 MB was deducted.
      When i called Reliance Customer care number[protected] the executives there, instead of addressing and solving my issue said that this is not possible sir, you must have used that much data.
      I will be grateful if someone can help in this regard.

        I just want to give my feelings about the poor service provded by reliance communications regarding their broadband connections. i will list the problems that i faced below
        1. Poor service from the techinical side. I had issues with my internet connection regarding my modem not working, that also the problem was not with my modem but because of a cable breakage that had occured from their end. I had followed the required protocol and called the customer care and lodged a complaint. Customer care assured me it would take 24 hrs to get resolved. It took the reliance wireline broadband technical team a total of 5 days to fix my connection which was totally against their company policy. Again the next week the same problem had arrised and again i had called the customer care as before and lodged a complaint. This time it took them 6 days to fix my connection. I am paying 1100 rupees a month for a 4mbps connection. When the time comes to pay the bill they are always on time to ask me for my money and wont allow any delay. And also i want to know why i should be paying my bill for the month of feb when i couldnt even use the service and when it wasnt any fault from my side.

        2. As i said before i am subscribed to a 4mbps plan which i pay 1100 ruppes including tax a month. I dont even get a speed of 600 kbps from it recently. I had lodged a complaint yesterday that was march 4th 2013 and the customer care people assured me that again as usual it would take 24hrs to get the problem resolved. Still the issue hasnt been resolved and i am having internet issues.

        I would just like to address the fact that these people are taking the customers for granted and dont practice what they preach. Internet is something invaluabe to a businessman such as me and i am sure many more face this same problem but dont tend to voice out and just keep quiet. I hope you would understand what i am trying to tell you, and hope that such instances would not repeat in the future.

        broadband service from Reliance Communication — Poor customer care service

        Since 3 Months i m using reliance broadband service from , i m facing frequent problem of losing network. 7 back (20th Feb 2008), my network connection has lost, I have given compliants more than 6 still it is not rectified. I can produce compliant details.

        Reliance Communications Broadband connection — Internet not working and gets off anytime

        This is most disgusting and irritating service provided by reliance Communication under the flagship of Mr. Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG) Relaince ada. I have taken this internet connection only a month back its called reliance broadband internet wimax connection. Their inexperience and incapability to provide the consistent internet connection to me and many other similar subsribers. As it is only one month old new connection I have taken. Everyday I have to complain regarding their internet not working. I Have not less than 14 complains with its complain no. where I have complained to customer service department of internet not working, but no action or solution has been sorted out by them. The customer service gives the complain no. and then asks the customer to wait for one hour, someone from their so called Concerned department would give us a call, then thats the end. Noone bothers to call and after getting fed up We have to again call and ask the status of complain and then there is no response or solution for the internet not working and why no one from their department has called. I have received calls after 24 to 48 hours from the time of call made for complains. The most pathetic customer service and internet service is now Reliance who has tall claims only on papers but when it comes to serving the same, they are the worst or last. My internet connection works only half the day and evenings are black out. No one has reasons or explanation of the same. The list of latest complains with complain no are as follows:

        I agree.. I have also bad experience of Reliance Broadband connection.

        Reliance Broadband — Awful service

        i applied for a wireless phone and broadband connection from Reliance. I paid Rs 500 for security deposit and was told the installation would be done in 3 business days. After a week no one appeared. i called them and chased the agent and was given different phone numbers...frustrated i cancelled the service and asked for a refund...that was in june and i was told it will take a month...it is now end of september and i still have to see the refund. meanwhile i am getting monthly bills for a service i dont have and i get phone calls from reliance collection centre...i hae visited the agent in juhu 3 times and screamed over the phone more than 100 times...i cant believe a company this reputed would treat their customers like this. i hate everything that has name reliance on it...and they have handful of jerks working for them

        Reliance Communications — poor speed of net connection

        i am using reliance net connect from last few years several times i have made a complaint to the service provider but no action was taken to resolve the issue still i am facing the same problem the net is too slow its not even working properly .as i am only payinmg to reliance with out using the services which is not fair at all .

        Reliance Communication — regarding internet connection

        i have submited fess on date 13/07/2010 for broadband connection to reliance comunication bhopal but they did not provide me any connection or even they are not giving me proper information regarding broadband connection and also not refunding my amount which i had paid towards broadband connection.

        Reliance Communication — bad or no connectivity for broadband internet

        I had purchased a USB data modem from reliance to gain access to their internet services on the 23rd February, 2011. Since the day I got the services activated I haven't had a piece of mind, either there is no connectivity or if there is connection established it ends abruptly and I have to start over again due to which I am bearing heavy loss of income. Although people at reliance communication are not worried at all since they got their money, I have complained about this issue to customer service, spoke to end number of people there and also visited web world all in vain. Lastly I contacted the Nodal Officer named Tilak Chatterjee on 11th March,2011 who assured me that I will get my money back for the USB device and the connection to be discontinued thereafter in one day, since then I have never heard from him neither he is bothered to answer my calls. Hence I tried contacting the Appellate authority for reliance but his phone just keeps on ringing. I will never want to loose money this way where a company earns its money and does not care about the customer. I request help and would also like reliance communication to compensate for the inconsistent service and inconvenience caused.

        and the type of inconveniance i am facing is very self explanatory in my complaint above. But currecntly i am facing issues with internet speed. I am subscribed to the bolt 4096 plan but sadly i am getting only 600 kbps and lesser . Even my 3G in my phone is faster than this.


        I want to know what you are going to do about it.. Many complaints have been given to the customer care and yet they have proven to be unfruitful

          Nature: Wrong deduction of Balances.

          I have Made recharge of Rs 599 Scheme of Reliance Prepaid where the Operator gives Free 4000 reliance to reliance minutes all over India. Moreover,They provide 30 Minutes in addition to other than reliance :

          After making recharge of the same, i called reliance user Mobile no :[protected] where my amount is deducted upto Rs 75 (11.5+6.5+9+30+18) on various calls to same no.

          I have called many times to customer care but the complaint was not resolved yet. They asked me to recharge once and then check for the same. i did for Rs 120 against which the balance is still deducting.

          I have already booked so many complaint and open one of which details are as under :

          I have received a message today from Reliance, they have solved my two following complains -

          Their message is- " We had checked & found that all calls are charged correctly."
          Now what to do... ?
          I am to much frustrated from this company. Even I have not called that number yesterday, as because I knew that if I call, they will deduct my balance.

          Still my Problem is unsolved. Your company has given me refunds for wrong charges, but still my balance is deducted after calling on [protected], a reliance number.
          And the main thing Reliance appellate authority always give me assurance that now your problem is completely solved, they says that now you can call on that number and we will not deduct your balance.
          And one more Important issue, I am not able to take benefit of other 30 minutes on other number, as your company is deducting those 30 minutes from calls on this number only. From 1 st march to Today, i, e 18th march, I am in loss of 30*18= 540 minutes which equals to Rs. 270 ( as 50 paisa per minute). So I want Rs. 270 balance refund also.



          So, I want to solve all of my issues as early as possible. Already from 18 days, I am facing the problems.

            I subscribed to sms pack39 on reliance gsm mobile a year back. This pack gets auto renewed every month despite my several efforts to deactivate it. I have tried to contact customer care about 25 times but the call drops after waiting for customer care representative. On sending sms DACT SMSPACK to 53739, I get the message "Your request cannot be processed.Please try again.". Reliance keeps on advertising how to ACTIVATE sms packs but never tells how to DEACTIVATE them. I want to unsubscribe the pack IMMEDIATELY.
            My Mobile No. is [protected] (i had used mobile portability from bsnl to reliance).
            Please deactivate this pack soon.
            i am prepaid customer of smart gsm service from 2009. From last 5 days(14 sepetember) i complain that my old and new both SMS card has been Dactivated . they told me that for dactivat new sms card you have to write Dact sms1p and for old you have to write Dact sms19 and i worte Dact sms19 and send as soon as i send sms they Dact my both sms card new and old new sms .i complain at customer care about this problem they told me that they will resolve complain within 24 hour now till today they not resolve my complain.they are not taking my call and not responding me every time senior officer tell me we will call back but never they call back plz do something

            I also want to deactivate 19 sms pack, but I always spent 1 hr connecting customer care in Bangalore .But nobody respond my call .it's always busy.I never ever seen this type of attitude towards customers from reliance.Please do not use reliance sim .It's giving physically and mentally harassment.
            I have stopped recharging my reliance number as auto renewable sms are not stopped yet and even company not provided any information about it on its web site. here are some other factor apart from regular deduction in balance few point o get away from reliance. I hope company ll not even look into the matter as usual.
            Pathetic coverage in Pune idea is much better.
            Customer care is arrogant which is no case in other case.
            Auto renewable pack is creating havoc and money sucker pump instead offer satisfaction and compliance.

              I had my reliance number [protected] which i am being using from the time reliance started with the mobile. Suddenly, last week my number got disconnected when i call the customer care they told me to submit my documents which I did they told within 24 hours you will get the verification call and your number will start working. The number didnt get started for 3 days i Went back again to the web world which is in malad (east) and submitted the document again.But still the number is not working no one is there who gives the right path or suggestion as what to do. Since, it is my business contact number I am getting lot of loss due to it.Please help me what to do in this situation.

              Reliance Mobile — disconnection of four numbers

              This is to inform you that we have taken these reliance postpaid numbers [protected], 30, 31 [protected], and given the application for disconnection . But till date we are receiving the bills of these numbers. So, please give your kind attention for favourable act.

              Sir/Madam,
              I have been using Reliance Data card bearing no. [protected] for quite some time. Although i was not happy with the service so i applied for disconnection at lokhandwala samarth vaibhav outlet on 07/09/2009, where i was given slip for the same bearing req no.[protected]. I was told to pay the next bill which i did.

              But i still get the bill every month and tele calls from Reliance executive for the bill payment.

              Kindly look into the matter.

              I am using GSM service of Reliance Communication. I normally recharge my mobile with SMS Packs, but when I send sms from Reliance to BSNL, it is received by the receiver repeatedly within 24 hours of sending the same. I have lodged complaint for the same many times and they gave me various dates again and again. This time the date on which the service will be normal is 25th December 2009.
              Please help!!!

Even after complaining for so many times with their concern authorities they are not making it operative.There are no dues from my end. I am using this connection almost for 10 years.Sudenly they have disconnected without any reason.

                Hi

                I applied for a Reliance Broadband Connection in the month of January 2012.
                I waited the whole month but never got the instruments for teh broadband set up. I finally decided to terminate conenction and called teh customer care.
                The Service Request No[protected] was raised for the same.
                Even after this i kept receiveing the bills as the connection was not terminated , so again on 05 April 2012 i called teh customer and this time they gave me a new service request number[protected].
                After all this i now receive a LOK ADALAT notice asking me to appear before court on 08 March.
                My question is when i have not used the connection itself , why i am i supposed to pay the amouont. Infact i paid 1100/- to get this new connection.
                The contact Person , Mr Vinay is very rude while talking and when i replied to the mail received by ([protected]@gmail.com) , the guy responsing there (Mr prasad) tries to teach me the laws.

                Also i have escalated this issue to [protected]@relianceada.com
                How can one such renowned Service Provider treat their customers like this.

                I was using reliance broadband for few months and due to change of residence in the same locality i asked them to shift my connection for which they were supposed to respond in 5 days, but there was no response. When i called them again, they said there is no feasibility in my new area. After that i received a call from a executive stating that he would check for it and he got back saying he can shift the connection. Again after somedays when i called them he says its not possible and they charged me even for the next month. I am ready to pay, but only for a month.

                Please check and let me know what can i do about this. Moreover i have concern that why i have received a communication from a gmail id.

Though I complained several times the problem existed even on the next bill, however I was promised every-time that my bill will be changed.
                  I have been reliance customer for more than 10 years but now my faith on Reliance has gone down.

                  Reliance GSM — Overcharging

                  I have a Reliance GSM post paid connection: [protected]. My active tariff plan is: Simply Reliance, Rs. 1/3 minutes. Of late, I have observed that the company is smartly overcharging me. E.g. I made a call to one number at 9.43 p.m. on 23.3.2011 and call time recorded was 8 minutes 47 seconds, however, I noticed that Rs. 4 were deducted in place of Rs. 3 going by the tariff plan subscribed by me. I have observed such deductions several times. This is happening randomly. This the subtle way by which the company is robbing the gullible customers and making millions out of it: imagine if they dupe every subscriber just once a day and charge one rupee more from each of their subscribers.
                  I hope the matter will be investigated thoroughly and I will be indemnified for all these losses and cheating.

                  I have subscribed to Reliance GSM and also using their Blackberry services for Rs 398 per month. I was told at the time of subscribing that service I was told that I have unlimited access to Internet. Also in the case of BB you cant use GPRS to access internet, it works only in tandem with atleast a BIS plan with the provider (ref: http://www.techenclave.com/mobile-phones/can-blackberry-be-used-with-gprs-155442...

                  Now I have been charged upwards of Rs 270 since July 1st. I called up the reliance customer service and spoke to various agents, supervisors and TLs who claim that I have used reliance Mobile web world (which I dont even know what it is) and hence been charged for that. The various people I have spoken to are:

                  Supervisors: Vijay and Dhanu
                  TLs: Rakesh and S Mhatre

                  I am not at all convinced with the answers these guys are giving me and I am really frustrated as for the past 1 week i have been calling up for a resolution and have been on calls for at least 1 1/2 hours each time. Again I see that balance has been taken off my account without my authorization for Rs 60 as of 15 July 7.30 pm.

                  I need a compensation from them for the frustration I have suffered while on calls with them and also at the inability of having sufficient balance to make any calls.

                    I have been facing this real problem of not being able to make calls or send messages while at my home. I have called the customer care regarding this 2-3 time

                    I 1st lodged a complaint from the middle of road and i was told that the issue would be resolved within 4 days.

                    I insisted that it is some thing that i cannot afford to do as being in the industry that i am in i really need to keep myself on the phone 24 by7.

                    To ensure that my complaint is acted upon seriously i sent across an email to the customer care department of Reliance infocom and i get a weird response saying that my problem would be resolved within 5 business working days. I replied to that email saying the same thing that I said that to the customer care rep the same morning that I cannot afford to do that but this time I get a reply to my email saying the same thing that its going to get resolved in 6 business working days.

                    I really didnt know what to say.

                    This experience has made me loose all the trust from the word Customer care services in India. I think such incidents also contribute to the economy of the country.

                    And if incidents like this continue then i am pretty sure, i would be forced to get the consumer court involved into this for the loss of business that i face in this process and the financial crisis that i might face.

                    I would solely blame it to the Reliance's negligence in this space and i would ensure that proper action is taken against the defaulters.

                    very poor service. no hsd network comes in room. they cant provide even 1.5 mbps speed. in ads company claims 3.1 mbps speed. speed is very very slow. network is not stable. i m using their connection in bhamian khurd,ludhina,punjab. they always said that the network is at optimum level in my area but i cant get network and speed in my room. plzzz solve my problem. send and recieve remains 0. i m also not able to download large files because speed is very slow (5 to 6 kbps recieves).

                          My mobile number is [protected]. Today morning I have Rs. 16.39 in my main Account Balance.

                          In the evening when I checked my main balance I found that my main account balance got reduced to Rs.0.01.When I tried to call the customer care complaint number 198 I found that the helpline is blocked from my mobile only. Also same happened with *333 number.

                          I called [protected] and I tried to launch my complaint. But they ignored my request and simply cut the phone.

                          I want my balance deducted Rs.16.39 to be refilled into my main account immediately.

                          Yesterday also I raised a complaint for not getting Internet Connection which is solved partially and I am getting a very feeble Internet signal.And today this incident happened.

                          It is a total harassment for the customer. If this continues I will be forced to take other legal actions as well as leave the Reliance GSM connection.

                                  i m reliance gsm consumer. i have a complian against company for deducting acount balance without making any request from my side. company activated many service on mobile and deduct balance. its happen four time in week and when i call care centre they assure me that it will not happen next time but result is same. my number is [protected].they talk me like a uncivilian it happen many time. i want a permanent solution otherwise i will have to go consumer court. its just my moral duty to inform to u that i m ur responsible custmer i dont want to go court on that node but it is enought now. please assuer me and take a apporiate action that it will not happen next time. thanks

                                  hi i am gulraiz alam and my mobile no. is [protected] my complaint is that from the last few weaks realiance componey detected money 5Rs. and more but then i am calling costomer care exacutive they do not reply sufficient they activate a service vedio voge and others but dont deactivate this service when i ask about this they never give me answer..........

                                  Reliance — always detect my money from my reliance gsm without my use

                                  IN my reliance gsm number always detect 40-50 rs in 1 0r 2 month without m use,when i call in cutmer care then 1st they mostly not pick call if they pick when i call many more time and thier always reply is ..this service is activate in your number..etc..and when thn whole day i dnt use this number..its very irritrating for me always..and i complaint to this company ..tht i[censored] cant provide better service then why you sell this your custmer.plz investigate this problem..do tension free your custmer.

                                  My phone number is [protected] this number is related to reliance gsm prepaid company .I am totally frustrated by the reliance prepaid GSM services because Every day My Balance is detected by this company cause o[censored]nknown reason.
                                  i never accepted any other services from my side by which this company could detect any charges from my balance.I try to contact my times from last two weeks approximately per-day to this company customer care service center but there is only one answer that is "technical updation" and detect my balance day by day.
                                  please solve my problem. It totally mentally Disturb me.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I am using a postpaid internet connection from reliance for the last 4 years. 3 months ago, i purchased one prepaid connection from reliance by paying rs1300/- for the device and rs400/- towards the first time recharge. I submitted the photo, id proof and residence proof and all other necessary documents at the time of purchasing the connection. They said that it will take 48 hours to active the connection, but when i checked the connection status after 48 hours, it was not activated. I contacted the agency from where i bought the connection and told them that the connection is not activated still. They suggested me to call the customer care of the prepaid department. After about 20-30 attempts to customer care, my call got connected to customer care, but the executive suggested me to visit a nearest reliance web world which i did the next day. When i visited the reliance web world, the executive from the web world (Web store) suggested me to call the customer care only as he does not have the privileges to activate my account. I continuously contacted the customer care, web world and the agency for 2 months, but still my connection was not activated. The purpose of buying a second connection is not served as the connection was not activated even 2 months after the purchase. I was disappointed and vexed with reliance poor quality service like anything.
                                    Meanwhile, bill for my postpaid connection got generated, because i was vexed like anything, i sent an email to reliance customer care mentioning that i am not ready to pay my postpaid connection bill until the prepaid connection issue is resolved. I also mentioned not to direct any collections department employees to harass me for the postpaid connection bill payment until the issue is resolved. But i got several harassments from the collections department regarding the payment even though i clearly explained them the situation. And also, the only response i received to my emails is “it will take 48 hours to activate the connection, please submit all the documents”. I clearly mentioned in all my emails that it is more than 2 months since i bought the connection and i submitted all the documents, but still the connection is not activated. I escalated the issue to the appellate authority by marking a copy of the email and demanded a compensation and speedy issue resolution, but still the only answer i received for my email is “it will take 48 hours to activate the connection, please submit all the documents”. This clearly shows how poor the quality of service from reliance is.
                                    But, yesterday (March 2, 2013) i received a call from [protected] (It was a missed call and i immediately called back). A lady answered my call, introduced herself as an advocate from delhi high court and was trying to tell me in hindi that reliance filed a case against me for the non-payment of bills. When i told her that i can’t understand hindi that clearly, she gave the phone to a male who could speak english. That male person also introduced himself as an advocate from delhi high court and questioned me how cum i do not understand hind when i am an indian. I politely told him that i am from south india and hindi is not my mother tongue and asked him to speak to me in either telugu or english. He continued to speak in english and asked me if i wanted to settle the case in a legal way or outside of the court. When i replied that i want to settle the case in a legal way for the damage caused to me by the poor quality of the service, he immediately changed his voice and started abusing me like anything. He used unparliamentary language (Shaala, mother chooth, maar daaloongaaa, etc) in hindi and english. I realized he is definitely not an advocate and must be one from reliance collections department. I felt bad and could not tolerate his speech and disconnected call the immediately. His speech tortured me mentally like anything.
                                    For such a bad and unacceptable behavior from reliance, i request the consumer forum to take necessary actions against reliance so that they will not repeat this kind of rude behavior anymore.

                                    Reliance Broadband+ — Documents collected by executive but not submitted to Reliance

                                    Hi,

                                    I have taken a reliance broadband datacard through you. A representative had come can collected my documents on Thursday, 15 april 2010, and delivered the data card to me, however he hasnt yet submitted the data card to the reliance office (its already well over 72 working hours). I received a message from reliance warning to discontinue my services, if my documents are not submitted in due course. I have been trying to contact the person (Sachin, ph no: [protected]), but he is not answering my calls.
                                    I have been trying to get in touch with you as well, but no body is answering my calls.
                                    I dont have any knowldge on the whereabouts of my documents, despite my repeated attempts to have the same and this is bothering me. Therefore, if my documents are not submitted in Reliance Office by today evening (6 PM), I will filing a complaint with the police today itself, against the parties involved.

                                    Apart from being , these guys are also THIEVES.

                                    I paid my monthly bill by credit card over IVR. Apparently this was a new mode of payment they started.

                                    Although money was debited from my credit card, Reliance Claims they did not receive the money, and wanted proof.

                                    I gave them the Transaction Id, that was generated by Reliance’s own IVR system – but they refused to accept, saying they want my credit card statement sent to them. WT[censored]

                                    When i explained that credit card statements come only end of month, they said they cannot do anything.

                                    The issue is still hanging.

                                    I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY DO NOT TRUST THEIR OWN TRANSACTION ID!!!

                                    Reliance — acess bill and metally harsment and warning of court

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    i kabir singh R/o A-78 5th Floor Chander Vihar is using reliance data card 3.1 mbps card from last one year. for few month every thing is be fine running . my data card no is [protected]& monthlyplan is Rs 715 rental + taxes For 2GB uses after that 50p per 10 kab somthing in Aug10 RELIANCE send my bill 3800 for one month when i discussed this matter to their customer care extvs they said for few days reliance upgrades their systems so my service barred for that they reduce my rentall and parrely they reduce my uses without any information and sms after that they are chaging extra uses .

                                    i have no given any requested for waver . my uses is appx 2 gb they chage my plans etc without any confirmations

                                    when i submitte this case to thier custmer care depptment they said you have pay this amount this is not our falt.


                                    after few month i reveced a call from some advocated he said behafl of reliance he submitt case against me 420 or etc

                                    when i said only i pay my actuall amount of bill he warn me .

                                    i would be request to please sovle my case .

                                        i booked complain in reliance on 28th feb and they said within 3 days and they will solve problem. today they said only 160 deduct from your account and when i said where is another 60. then they said we didn't have 3days before data. and you have use gprs of 160rs. when i asking how many data i have use then they said we didn;t have any data please solve that problem asap. and today i hold more than 50min on 198 customer support. she didn't receivivng call after putting me on hold...
