My monthly plan magically changes from 1 gb to 2 gb. So basically you can embellish any data to suit yourself.

their customer care representative spends 30 minutes on phone without making sense. I request my bill plan be restored to its original with effect from this very billing cycle. (June-July 2013) THIS VERY BILLING CYCLE.

Reliance Netconnect — information

sir, i am a netconnect user in ujjain (m. p.) since two month frist i purchese that netconnect as a post paid service but now i become as a preepaid costmer from 04/12/2008. but i am very sorry to say that there is no person from reliance who give me all details about preepaid system. i dont know that how i recharge, what type of recharge is best for me, what about velidity and all that ? please help me in this metter .the dealer is doordarshan (kukki bhaiya).

Reliance Netconnect — billing

I lodged a complaint at [protected]@relianceada.com on 27/09/2008 under service request ID 76872174 for billing against the facility surrendered and not used.Though, it was informed that the matter has been referred to the management team, no final decision has been conveyed despite my repeated reminders.
Please arrange to take up with the concerned quarters for early resolution of the issue.

i m also not getting any bill since 6 months, one day they came to charge bill, with unspecified specifications and details, we told them to bring original bill records, they never came back again, dont know why, connection is closed now :)
I have taken a net connection from reliance three months back. They have sent no bills so far and suddenly they have disconnected my connection.
Even the paid bill has not been credited in my account and they still have added those previous paid bill with the new one.
Dnt know what to do?

I had bought Reliance netconnect prepaid device for Rs-3500/- and after one month o[censored]sage, on 8th of this month (8/12/2009), I recharged with 3GB usage for Rs-935/- from Reliance World, jayanagar 4th block, Bengaluru. Today (10/12/2009) when I tried to connect to net it failed & showed error. When I called up Reliance netconnect toll free number, they said that I have used entire 3GB overnight !!! though i haven't downloaded anything ! I just cannot understand as to how can one use up 3GB just by browsing for 1 day!! I am left clueless & I don't know what to do next ! Please help me out.
I have not yet received the bill, for the month of July. So I'm unable to pay the bill, hance my outgoing from my Reliance Netconnect Broadband has been disabled.

Reliance Data Card — Without information company changes the validity

I have been purchased Relaince Data Card and it stoped working afrer 3 days, When I keep chasing to customer care and shop keeper I found relaince has not updated all details in the system, so with letting customer know they stoped service. Finally after so many calls they enable.
Worst part is today again they did the same, I am not able to connet, as I am losing my business hours working, keep trying to call Relaince call center, every represenantive say diffrent story about stooped services. I am totaly frusted about this irresponsible behavour and bad service.

Reliance — Unclear information

I feel reliance is misguidng the customers. This is the only company when u do a recharge there are 2 diff types of balance called promo bal and main balance. There is no other network where you have this kind of service. I got a recharge for 599 where it said 30 mins free. WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE. On my card the earlier charge was per paise per second. So if you calculate 0.01*60seconds=0.06*30 mins=18*30 dys cost 540 and the plan says 599. when complained none of them is ready to give a solution. Never seen something with the other networks.
this in not a magic sis its business strategy to loot people .

    i am an ex- reliance customer i also had a very bad experience with reliance and i had disconnected my phone that's the only way i can suggest you .
    just disconnect the reliance and take some good landline and get a really good startup, give your customers a new number, i know its hectic, but probably less than being reliance in your life.
    dont waste your part of your life on reliance who doesnt cares 4 u

      I purchased this sim before 6-7 month.
      There is reliance network problem at my house. There is no network in my house.
      even i tried to change network to manual from automatic but still no network in my home.
      I need to go outside to use my reliance sim.
      I have another sim and there is network in that sim but no network on my reliance sim.

      Even I purchased new Reliance Data Card and there is same problem. Data card show me cross sign at network mean no network.

      Reliance — Network issue

      I am facing network issues (no network inside room) since last 10 days and also i have registered a complain against it with SR no.[protected].
      But it is still not resolved and if i contact customer care they are telling it is closed from back end team technical team will look into this. This same answer I am getting since last 4 days. Kindly help me on this.
      Trai has introduced MNP you can change it to any other service provider of your choice with same mobile number. I was also having reliance mobile same network issue i switched to airtel believe me ==very good customer care. and really nice service.

      @Amit109h, change network provider is not solution of this. at-least we should try to inform to Reliance about this problem so they can try to solve it, if problem is not solve then we can use alternate solution i.e. change provider.

      Other network provider normally solve problem in 7 days but RCOM taking to much time.
      Plz solve problem in short time, otherwise there no other solution except change network provider.

        I have requested for termination for the land-line phone before 1 month. Now each time i mail customer care they give me Service Request ID[protected] . and tell to visit the reliance outlet. And when i visit outlet they say termination will only be done by customer care. No one knows who will terminate it.
        Reliance service is the worst i have ever known. They are just waiting for this 1 month so that they can send me bills. And i keep getting calls that your number will be activated zero rental plan. So that i don't have to pay the monthly rental only the amount i use, but then reliance strategy in this is that they will recover this all money after zero rental monthly plan is over. even if you disconnect after using zero rental plan, you have to pay all the charges of this 2 months and that sum will be huge obviously,

        Other service providers are way better than this at-least they terminate on time.
        I am feeling like trapped in Reliance net now god knows how much reliance will loot me now as they are not terminating my phone.

        Reliance wireless landline — Excess Billing post request for termination of service

        I have a landline subscribtion of reliance with Phone No. 32440686 in mumbai. During Aug08 I had put a request for disconnection of this number vide req no 74694003. After the confirmation of my request I was surprised to receive a bill for Rs. 1263.13 which included Data connectivity charges of Rs.774.19 which was never subscribed by me. When I tried to speak to your customer service they tried to avoid the query saying that they were unable to check the system & try calling after some time.
        I feel this was done purposefully to earn money from the genuine subscribers who pay the bills regularly.
        SUGGEST TO RCOMcare members before posting comments here.

        Please do not post comments for sake of formality and for show off to unknown people that ""Reliance cares"".

          I have been using your reliance service from 2005. I did not have much experience with the customer service Reliance provides to its customers, however when I had an experience it really was not a pleasant one. Really had better expectations from a company like Reliance.

          I had an issue with my landline handset, for which I raised a complaint on July 12, 2013. I was told somebody would visit my place in 3 days. However I did not hear from you guys for 4 days till I called to recheck what was going on with the complaint. It was strange to hear your customer care representative telling me that the battery for my handset is not available so he did not come. I am still trying to wonder how did he know that their was an issue with the battery of the phone.

          I again requested him to send a representative to check the issue he again promised that within 2 days somebody would visit. Their was no response for 3 days. I had to again call to check with the status of the issue. Reply was parts are not available for your handset so the representative did not visit. I am really not able to understand the kind of service Reliance provides to its customers. I requested the CC representative if I could speak to his supervisor, the reply was supervisor is not free to talk to me.

          As a customer of Reliance I would have expected a proactive approach in firstly informing me the issues you have in servicing the phone, and not expect the customer to keep calling you to check on the status. If you cannot service the phone, you should have had an alternate solution in place so that the phone would get back to service.

          I also use a phone connection from competition and trust me the difference in service I see between both the service providers in beyond comparison. Any issue I have faced till date, let it be even complete wiring change for my broadband, they have been able to solve the problem within 24 hours. You guys are lazy to visit the customer for within a week. It just shows your approach towards customer service.

          Anyway being disappointed with the service and the way I was treated being a customer of Reliance I have taken a decision to discontinue all my services with Reliance. I am really not in favor of recommending your services to any of my friends, relatives and colleagues.

          Reliance Telecommunications — Non Installation Of Internet

          Dear Sir,
          I have applied for the internet connectivity through your system on 16.06.2008 nder the scheme " 500 rupees per month - unlimted download, 24 hour free". For this I have deposited Rs. 500 to Mr. SOURAV through cheque of State Bank Of Patiala, Lucknow.
          To my utter dismay, till date I have only received a telephone set and modem & it is not activated though I have reminded several times to your representive Mr. AMIT.
          It is also to be brought to your kind notice that the Behaviour of Mr. AMIT is very harsh, blunt & non-user friendly. He has never replied clearly & in a positive mode.

          Reliance wireless landline — COMPLAINT

          St Jude Gas is an H P Gas Distributer at Kollam Kerala, Costomer of Reliance Tele Communications, our Telephone no is[protected] Since St Judeu Gas Service is a Gas Agency this Telephone No is catering for more than 250 costomers per day . Telephone was reported faulty on 23/01/2009 vide complaint no:86576291 .It is a matter of a great concern that the complaint has not been rectified so far, reactoins to our complaint from your service staff is absolutely atrocious and is not expected from a reknowned company, If the complaint is not rectified with in two hours ;we will be forced to take Legal action for causing great inconvenient to general public.

          Reliance Telecommunications — Mobile number deactivated without notification

          My mobile phone([protected]) was deactivated without any prior notification. When I contacted customer care he told my documents are incomplete. I have been using this number for last 2 years and now they have come to know that documents are incomplete.
          Even if my documents are incomplete they should have intimated me to submit the documents else my phone will be deactivated but I was not intimated of the same and my phone has been deactivated and even after submitting the documents my phone has not been activated. Customer care at reliance communications,pune told that it will get activated within 1 hour but now it is more than 2 hours and still not activated.

          Even for submitting the documents I had to struggle a lot as at some of the web world counters I got the reply that the server is down come after 2 hours.

          Reliance Telecommunications — illicit calls from a reliance user with incomplete documents

          A person is making illicit calls on my mobile phone and also sending me cheap messages. The number is of Reliance Telecommunications. I inquired about the holder of the number, but the details were incomplete, all the documents have not been submitted. In this case, he should not be able to use any of the services but still his number has been started by the company without getting all the documents.

          Reliance Telecommunications — Unaccepted activations

          Hi Sir,
          I have been using Reliance GSM services since 2 years. My complaint is about garbage offers activation with out my acceptance. This service provider really cheating me and also making me mental irritation. I have complaing to Reliance customer care many times . Its rellay amazing that, customer care excutives can't understand or speak english. They can understand only in marati. They told me many times , that they are deactivating all garbage offers from my mobile. But after one month or two , its automatically get renewd.

          I really got frustration with this service, and i don't want other to suffer the same . So, please please save us from this type of providers. I lost lot of my money. I work hard for the money.These people drinking my blood. I have the right to ask. Please save me.

          Reliance Telecommunications — Recharge of 1199 not reflecting

          I am Muhammed Shakir from Mumbai. I bought a 3G Data card worth 4500 (21 MBPS) and then did a recharge of 1199. It has been 3 days since then, and Reliance system does not show that I have paid Rs 1199. The Lokhandwala Branch from where I did the recharge says that they are working with their head office to get it resolved but nothing has been done yet. Please help

          Reliance Telecommunications — Deducting my balance without informing me about the change in the scheme

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am using simcard of reliance (CDMA) . I am a regular user of Rs 599 scheme of the same network, which provides unlimited std and local calls to reliance gsm and cdma . But on 25th of December 2011 , my all balance was deducted . I contacted reliance customer care in this regard and came to know that the scheme had been changed . When i asked him for not getting informed, he replied you should ask to retailers before recharging yur number.
          Therefore i want to lodge a complaint against the Reliance CDMA mobile service provider , for not informing me about the scheme change. because of there irresponsiveness and not awaring me of such change i am unable to use the service for which i usually recharge and in addition , my whole balance was deducted. I am really disappointed on this act.
          There fore i need your help , so that i can get the justice.

          Reliance Telecommunications — Wrongful balance deduction

          Dear Sir,
          I had activated a service pack of Rs 16 on 5th november and the service was for unlimited usage of whatsapp. Since the date of activation the service provider has been charging me around Rs 2 in break up of 50 paise, 60 paise and so on. I had complained regarding it twice in a span on 3days. The complain was solved but from the very next moment the deduction of balance has again started. Please have a look into the matter.
          now you will find it more difficult to even disconnect Reliance landline wireless i bet you. because its reliance at the end
          richer getting richer and poorer getting poorer.
          after few days you will get a comment from RCOMcare saying that we noted ur complaint n customer care will resolve it directly.

          Doooont feel happy by this, , its just the strategy for new commers that how much relince is taking care of customers

            Reliance — Balanced detection

            Dear sir/ Madam
            This is Mr. Ansari and i have to inform you that i m the customer of reliance prepaid no-[protected]. This is my 2nd complaint to Reliance Mobile.
            Every week my account balance cut automatically; and i ask customer care they don't give any type of answer and said to me i don't know anything.                 Hello Reliance,

                I am getting messages regarding payment due of BAN [protected] on Jul 8th and Jul 19th. I dont even know what is this complaint about? Secondly I had reliance broadband which I have disconnected long time ago and I have already told to disconnect and complained thousand times. Now its more than 3 years I am getting sms and I did not get any call still I got next message that I need to talk with advocate conv on 27 july? I dont want to be victim of this scam.

                I tried contacting nos from which I got smses but both are switched off [protected] and [protected] on my no. [protected]. I tried to contact on given no. in sms[protected] which is always wrong no. by any means.
                I am lodging complaint against this as without notification just by sms you are sending and harassing me to pay 1577/- for the service which I never used? Is this the way you cheat customers? I need proper response and why did you find it late to get revert?

                Reliance Broadband` — Repayment of Payment

                Dear Sir,

                I had paid reliance broadband bill for the month of January -2010 on 12/02/10 receipt attached . But this is not reflected in the reliace system . No. of times i had made complaints both written and orally to customer care still compaint has not been resolved.

                The customer care keeps on calling us for the current bill and have informed us if the bill is not paid the Inernet connect would be disconnected . They have not taken any action about my complaint .

                  Hi,

                  I had Reliance Wi-Max broadband connection in year 2008-09. Around the month of July-Aug'09, the same internet connection stopped working. I filed multiple customer complaints regarding the issue. Reliance customer care closed these cases saying that the problem is resolved and customer is happy about the service without even informing me. While I was working with them over the phone/emails, I received hefty bill from them. Then I decided to go away from them by closing connection and I disconnected my data cable itself so that they cannot show any receipt o[censored]pload/download of data. I had even talked to their officer Mr. Datta Dharmadhikari (datta.[protected]@relianceada.com) to prove that my connection was not even in place when they sent me the hefty bills. After long debate, he advised me to pay average bills for Aug'09 and Sept'09 which I did even though the amount they suggested was on higher side and not the average. Even after that, reliance was not ready to close my connection. So, since I had communicated my issues with them and expressed to close connection over email,I asked them to take away their internet equipment from my house or else i would file the FIR. They sent the person later in couple of days and collected the equipment but simply denied giving me any closure acknowledgement.
                  Since 2009, I did not have any communication from Reliance at all. Suddenly, they have started sending me SMSs saying that since I am not responding and paying Rs. 29922/-, they will take legal action. I have been responding to each of their SMSs and as well have sent the email clarifying that I am not at fault and will not bare any effort towards this to their official published email id along with all the evidences which, if linked together, can prove that I had closed the connection with Reliance broadband long back in 2009. If Reliance was not in agreement, they should have reverted back with their disagreement. On the contrary, they did not communicate to me any thing at all so long and now suddenly that are sending me threatening SMSs almost every alternate day saying they are taking legal action against me.

                  Please help me and your guidance is very much appreciated.

                  Reliance Wi-Max Broadband — Connection Not Provided Since Feb

                  Reliance Wi-Max connection was applied on 5th of Feb-2009. Receipt No. [protected].
                  Login ID provided by representative was[protected].

                  Amount paid was 3367/-. I had tried everything that I could possibly do. Called customer care several times on number[protected].

                  Every time I called there was a discussion with the representative for a long time period and many times its for 50 minutes. Many time I had interaction with floor supervisors. I wasted more than 5000/- in calling all possible numbers from where I was hopeful for a solution.

                  I had called local computer authorities too who are responsible for providing service.

                  I wasted many hours in calling and it gave me lots of stress too. I never got services and due to that reason I took other company services even a reliance data-card after this happened.

                  What should I do to make them aware what trouble they caused to me and how to get payback.

                  I want company to pay for what stress they had caused to me in past 6 months.

                  If there is any possible law than please let me know.

                  Reliance Broadband — Fraudulent billing

                  The Reliance broadband guys are fraudulently billing me for broadband even i gave them a termination request . they say billing is pending i told them they have charged a month extra. but the billing department keeps billing and he customer care is not taking complaints . citing it as barred.they wont allow u to terminate connection and will keep billing.

                    Reliance dish tv , is continuously closing their channels from the last 4 months. today they have displayed that 4 channels are discontinued from their dish.

                    When i talked at costumer care the person said that it is companies policy, we are helpless.

                    Sir pl do some thing, the company has stopped approx. 14 or 15 channels, and i have deposited one year rent to the company.
                    Is it not moral responsibility of the company when they have charged us the money for the package and now stopping the channels.

                      Our plan is 3.1mbps as such given on the device but speed is coming so much slow that we are not able to use the net properly..Rs.1250(PLAN) we have purchased which have three months unlimited usage but the network of reliance broadband is horrible which is the biggest drawback of this plan...network problem is so much instant that it doesn't make us allow to even connect to the internet...so its my humble request to you to please look upon our problem as soon as possible and try to solve it....

                          I took this postpaid number from Aradhna who sits in reliance showroom based in supela chauhan state Bhilai..she called me many times while selling it and now when I have a complain relating to her commitment, she has stopped picking up my calls.....she told that my plan combo 249 was activated whille I took the sim from her . According to the plan I had 512mb free net data to use but I got charged even before consuming my full data..customer care agent said some default plan was activated on number and that is why I was charged....this was against the commitment from Aradhana.....I m not gonna pay anything and will discontinue using the service....please have a look on the matter.....its very serious...worth going consumer forum for....

                            I am a user of Reliance Netconnect + for a while now, number is [protected]. I found it decent so I got it recharged with a voucher which is having validity of 6 months. But after 4 days of getting it recharged it has started getting disconnected very frequently. It is so frequent that it has started disconnecting within 10-15 SECONDS of connection. If I remove the dongle and connect again it will connect but disconnect again in 10-15 sec.

                            I called up customer care and they got the information from me and logged a ticket. I got a call from techincal team that there is problem with the network in the area where you reside. So, that is why it is frequent disconnection. I asked about the SLA but he said no SLA and when network problem will be resolved then only you will be able to use your data card. I asked him that boss I have recently got the dongle recharged, if you are not giving any SLA then it means I am loosing on my validity. He told me to contact customer care guys and they can help me on this.

                            Finally I called up customer care and made him understand the issue and asked for validity increase or waiver because I am not able to use the services for which I have already paid. But he said no there is no provision like that to compensate or waiver. Then I asked him to get his senior on the line but after holding for 5 minutes he came back with a email id "netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com' and asked me to write to this email id.

                            I am not sure if it is worth to write to this email id. I need to resolution to my problem and compensated for the days I am not able to use the services. Also, would like to see SLAs defined if there is some interruption in services instead of keeping it open ended.

                            Looking forward for a postive feedback and actions.

                            Reliance Communication — Not able to use Netconnect service

                            I've taken prepaid net connect data card connection of Reliance on 16-Dec-08 from a local shop paying Rs. 3000/- and they have confirmed me for 1 month unlimited net access. It was activated on 17-Dec-08. But suddenly after 12 hrs while trying to connect my net connection it got failed. As I have confirmed from customer care they are telling somehow some pending balance has been generated for what I'm not getting the connection, how it has been generated still unknown to me even if them also!!! By the way then I've tried several times to recharge the account from retail shop and even using recharge vouchar. Every time unsuccessful attempt. Dont know why account cannot be recharged also. Every time the solution provied by the company is just useless. Dont know where to go and to whom to speak...

                              For last several years, we are using this pre-paid number [protected]. The company activated the tune and other value added services, without any request and they are deducting money without our knowledge. Today, i have seen the activation message for tune services,,even when i have stopped all value added services 2 days ago directly after talking with costumer care representative. This is going on for last several years. When i called back, they claimed that it was activated after receiving a message/SMS from me. But since morning no body has used the mobile other than me, i came to know about their lie and caught them red handed. After that they told me that 15/- will be returned to my account which was deducted for tune services.
                              But, I want back all my deducted money in last several month which was deducted fraudulantly after activating the services by the company representatives themselves.

                              Reliance India Mobile — deduction of money without being used

                              Reliance company is deducting money from my mobile([protected]) without usage.i opted for a pack (free to free)20 [protected]@Rs.5 valid for 5 days on29-01-09.they didnt clarified that it was an auto renewal pack or else i wouldnt have opted for it .they kept on deducting money & i knew about it on 31-03-09, in the mean time i activated free sms pack of Rs.49 on 11-03-09 but i didnt got its advantage rather my sms were [protected]@Rs 1.they said nothing can be done .i asked them to stop that Rs.5 pack(complaint no.[protected].again i felt money deduction so on[protected]complaint no.[protected] i enquired they told money was deducted for that Rs.5 pack i told them about my previous complaint .they agreed but said that only Rs. 5 will be refunded i am not satisfied as they have deducted Rs.25 even after deactivation request.in all they have deducted more than 1 rupee per day since 29-01-09.i request you to do the needful so that i get my money back and they dont make a fool of their customers and make fun of the hard earned money.thanks

                              i have taken the sim of gsm([protected])...wen i took the sim..every thing is running well...but on 29sept. my balance deducted 31rs. then i called many times to customer care but due to conjection problem i couldnt chat with them..i ignored it next day on 30 sept. i rechargd on my no. of rs 30..again it deducted rs.30 ..i again recharged of rs 60 0n 3rd oct. again it deducted the whole amount....on 11 oct. wen i called c.care ..they reply me that server is down call after 1hour..i caled after 1 hour they told me that they dont have any information of deducting money from my no. n they also told me that they dont save any information after 3 days...on 20 oct again 90 rs have ben deducted from my no. please help me...i am very worried about my balance...i didnt activate any thing....

                              On diwali i sent a msg to my friend which he received more than 100 times , and same problem on others also ,on making complaint reliance customer care promised me to resolved a problem in 2 days and after that i received a call from reliance coomunication[protected] on 6/11/2010 5:53 from Mr. Hemant (fake name said to me) to send a msg again on the same no. on which i sent the message and againg the recepients received the message more than 50 time than i made a call to hemant again he said that he is checking but he never called me again.Next day i made a call on above no. than they said there is no person whose name is hemant in this department and the person name is praveen to whom i talked,and praveen was started fighting with me (said ki tum phone kaat rahe ho ya main katoo) on the phone and cudnnt tried to help me out. Than i said i will go in consumer court than Mr. Praveen said you should go there.

                              Reliance — wrong and fraud deduction of money

                              reliance has a record of deducing unwanted balance from my account.... today i.e. on 13.3.11 an amt of Rs11 had been deducted from my account. the reason was that i have activated caller tune services on my number i.e. [protected]. i have not made any calls or msgs regarding this respect. DND is also activated on my number... so there is no chances of calling from your side.
                              i have told my problem to customer care executive but he said that he cant help me in refunding my balance.............

                              a balance of Rs.11 has been deduced from my sim account balance i.e. from [protected] on 13.3.11 approximately in between 5pm to 5.30pm. the reason given to me was that callertune services has been activated on my number. but i have never made any calls or msgs in this regard. DND is also activated on my number. I am told by your customer care executive that service was service was activated and also deactivated at 5.10pm..
                              i think it is not possible for me to do. they said they cant tell me the means by which i made this service request and refund my balance. This is so shameful for this company..

                              Reliance Communication — Regarding Reliance Prepaid Mobile service amount deduction Fraud

                              Hi All,
                              I’m facing lot of problems from reliance communication prepaid service. This company has been deducted amount like Rs. 40, some time Rs. 30 and so on, so many times with respect of service pack activation while we haven’t sent any request for avail various service. After made the call to customer care and raise the complaint but customer care employees are not interested to entertain such scenario and they have not enough knowledge for refund process.

                              I’ve lost around Rs 150 on my last connection due to this reason I was discontinued previous service.
                              As of now, I’m facing same problem and Reliance Communication is not refund me illegal deducted amount.

                              TRAI Department and media, Please take concern on priority, because lot of customer facing same problem and big business person getting benefit of legacy.

                              From then on i have been calling reliance customer care but none of them are giving me the clear clarification.
                              Unnecessarily they have deducted the amount from my account.
                              Along with that every day one or the other some of 1 or 2 Rs of balance is deducting.
                              I don't understand why this Reliance company cheating the customer like this.
                              I have monthly package of free call of 299 Rs of recharge and along with 1ps for SMS.
                              So there is no question of deduction and don't understand why they do like this.
                              Last time I had put complaint here in Consumer forum and glad that the problem was solved. Thanks for that..

                              Reliance GSM and CDMA Value added service activation

                              Value added services in reliace phones are activated without prior permission of customer. . Upon writing to customer care, they are replying that the services have been activated through TELE mode (Telecalling).
                              Daily many phone calls come from reliance, either we cut those calls or receive once and then cut the calls. It is also possible to track the balance everytime as they never send SMS to confirm activation or renewal of some value added service.
                              In every rechage I lost some money upon call customer care there is no use.
                              I am planning to change service provider.
                              This is wasting my time everyday by talking or sending e-mails to customer care and fighting with those guys.

                              Dear Sir,

                              The Reliance has refunded the 15 Rs for the first time (I have caught them red handed). But they have done the same thing today (22 nd July, 2013) in the evening. I got a message of deduction of 5 Rs for some software application (Shemaroo) which was not possible because the sim card was in a very basic phone which didn't have that internet/any special facility. After complaining, they refunded the money.

                              But this is going on without any regret from the costumer care representative/company. They are mentally harassing us and harming us monetarily by deducting the money fraudulently. They are deducting money even when i have stopped all the value added services when i have detected their fraud.

                              This was going on for last several months. Kindly provide us relief from these fraud practices and get us our money back which was deducted because of activation of these VAS by the company staff itself. On getting caught, they make different types of excuses and put the blame on us.

                                  i purchased reliance 3g sim 4 days back and i have been using it on my modem and have been experiencing very slow speeds similar to 2 G . i am unsatisfied with it let alone the high price which they charge for the subscription . why promise high speeds when in reality it much worse than 2G speeds. once in a blue moon i receive speeds of 200Kbps, that too for a fraction of seconds

                                    I have one STD Pack STV for 36 rs per month (via which my STD call rate comes to 35 paise per minute) which is autorenewed each month if have sufficient balance in my prepaid RCOM mobile no. [protected].

                                    But this time they have not autorenewed and charged me @ 1.5 Re per minute for the calls done by me on 17th July 2013.
                                    When i call on their customer care (complaint cell) 198 no. then they said there is technical error in our system and hence your account was not autorenewed with STV Pack and there will be no reversal for the calls done even though it is due to their system failure or technical error.

                                    Request you to please take strict action against these Service Provider (RCOM) for following these malpractices and no responbility towards customer and also let us know further details required.

                                      I have purchased the relience net connect data card from the Internet , It got delivered to me and the day i have Purchased it was not working , its not receing the the Signal. So i made 10s of calls to reliance Customer carre for the support but no response actively from them, One fine day i asked customer care officer to enter in the complient saying i will not pay money (rent) till this issue is resolved and i want my money back if the the problem is not rectified. They agreed and they entered in the Complient details.

                                      Finally i went to Releience authorize service provider with lot of difficulties i returned to Fine one soulution in jaya nager. They said that it will take week time , but it went to 3 weeks still i did not get. Actual issue starts now, i am lots of call from relience department for paying my Bill , i have explained to everybody whoever calls about the issue and not call and distrub . But they are not stopping. i am really frustrated with their call and calls are coming from different number and i have attend the call.
                                      i would like to log complient againt concern department.

                                        My Form no. is [protected] , i have paid 2200 to reliance communication at prahladnagar for broadband connection of 1mbps speed for quarterly ,the verification has been done after one week the staff member replied to us that as it is far from place though it is not, my place is at 2/nirav appt. nehrunagar ahmedabad. and they said they will refund my money after 60 days.

                                        either i want my money back with interest.

                                        sir, I am not able to access my internet for last 1 week, even after repeated complaints being filed for 4 days.                                         Reliance Netconnect — new broadband connection not start yet

                                        I have purchased a broadband connection on dated 31.08.2009 from reliance webstore ltd. at south ext-II, new delhi against invoice no. [protected] mdn no. of my broadband connection i.e. [protected] but the connection not started the same day, that's why I have registered the complained on dated 31.08.2009 vide complaind no.[protected] and customer care peaple said the connection start within 24 hours, the time period of resolving the problem already finished, i have called the customer care they said you email your problem they haras me kindly listen my problem and registered the case on them.

                                        I am a reliance customer for the last six year useing reliance mobile no([protected]).Before two month your reprasentative Santosh Kumar (Mbl no [protected], [protected]) came to my residence H.No.124 Sector 4 Urban Estate.Gurgaon for new net connection plan 499/-. I had given him a Cheque no 764949 dt 06.07.09 for Rs.500/-, which is already cleared from my a/c on dt.10.07.09. after filling a form with photo and residence proof. He ensured me that he will provide me a instrument and net connection will start within 3-4 days. But sorry to say that after regular follow-up on santosh's mobile no proper answer is given to me for net connection or refund of my cheque.Now his both mobile are not working.
                                        You are requested to please refund my money given for new net connection immideatly, and take strict action against your representative Santosh kumar who is Mis-Guiding your coustmers and cheating them and spoiling the name of RELIANCE Company.

                                        Reliance Netconnect — broadband

                                        I am tired of the bullying and harassment in the hands of reliance netconnect. I bought a broadband connect card in December last year. MDN no [protected]. It never worked. I asked for my money back but never got the refund. They said they'd repair it but never got around to doing it. I left India in the end of December after I confirmed with the local shop that they have disconnected the service. Now my parents have got a letter from the lawyer threatening them with consequences if Reliance don't receive the payment.

                                        I am all for paying the dues. I do not however, appreciate unfair practices and the attitude that they are projecting. Fair is fair. I never used the service because I could not. Now to ask me to pay for it is ridiculous. To put it nicely.

                                        Reliance Broadband Connection — Netconnection complaints

                                        Hi,

                                        I am Rakhi Khare and my userid is[protected]. I took a relience connection around 2 yr back at the cost of 500 rs. and that time it was told that there will be no charges of shifting the connction with in delhi. That time i was staying in L block, street no 7, mahipalpur ext pin:110037.

                                        Now in March 2011 we have shifted to the new location i.e. L block, street no 5 mahipalpur ext. pin 110037. We requested for shifting my connection to the new place. Firstly they were asking for shifting charges, later when I said that at the time of installation I was told that there will be no charges, they said that my connection will be shifted in two-three days. Later on I was informed that shifting is not possible even it is in just next lane, then I asked to discontinue my services. After 3-4 days I got a call from Mr. Goraksh [Ref No.[protected] ] Mumbai office that they are looking into the matter and he assured me that my connection will be transferred soon.

                                        I got calls from relience so many times some says transfer is in progress and some says it will not transferred and charges will be waived off. Finally in April end I got the mail that my services are discontinued.

                                        After one month I start getting calls that my payments are pending over there and I have to pay it. I was surprised as i was not using connection from last one and half month and suddenly there were asking for payment. i dont thing there were any pendings for this. Even in that call they used abused language and told that they will send some Gundas to collect the amount. I made the complaint regarding this to customer care and they assure me that I will not get any call. they said that it is modem charges which will be waived of one the modem will be collected from there end. I also got calls 3-4 times for the modem collection. Executive said that he will come to collect the modem and phone but no one came till now.

                                        On 23rd of July I got a call from lawyer that I have to pay around 22 hundred rupees otherwise he will file a suit against me. Just after the lawyer call I called customer care he said my account is already closed, I said I got the call for payment then he checked the status with the user id. he told me that my modem and phone are not collected that's why my charges are added. It is not my fault if no one came to collect modem etc. He took the request for the waiver off the charges and collection of modem etc. Still no one came to my home to collect the modem till now. 4-5 days back I got a call for waiver off of some amount. Still he told me that around 1000+ Rs I have to pay. I didn't understand why these amount are pending when my connection is closed in March and at that time all the charges were waived off. I had already made a complain to customer care and that executive said that all the charges are modem charges and that will be waived off once the modem is collected from your home. He said that in 3-4 days executive will come to collect the modem etc. but no body came till now. I am still getting calls that I need to pay and they are using abused language.

                                        Even I came to know that relience broadband connection can be established in our lane ie.Lane No. 5 but as this transfer of connection is not adding in anyone's account so no one tried to take headache. I have made so many complaints also i this that particular plan which i have taken was not available for now so they are avoiding to shift the connection.. few complaint id i have for now
