I am one of the regular customer of your Brodipet, Guntur, A.P. Store for more than 5 or 6 years. After the introduction of prepaid system I am depositing Rs.1000/- or Rs.500/- in your Brodipet, Guntur, A.P. Store and making regular purchases. After completion of that amount again I am depositing Rs.1000/- or Rs.500/- and making regular purchases. On 27.07.2013 I had purchase for Rs.63.06. Un fortunately on that day I had not taken the card from your sale personnel. On 28.07.13 I had enquired your store people about the card. They told me the card is not traced. But astonshingly on 28.07.2013 some body had taken goods for Rs.255/-. So I want to know the following details of that Rs.255/- transaction:

Three months before, I tried to resume my awarded points from my card( no:[protected]).But the reliance staffs had told that card has been damaged.So they suggested to apply for a new card.We done as per suggested.(New card no:6048 6311

In my opinion Reliance One Card is a FAKE plan developed by Reliance Industries Ltd. to make the customer OWL. We customer are believing in it. Such a giant company of India has not developed a network to inform its Cardholders the position of Reward points in the card. Every time, we have been provided with a new card saying that old one is not valid now and you contact over phone to customer care and they will combine all points into one. But whenever we are calling phone numbers it is ringing and disconnecting.
