I am Kamala Kannan here from Bangalore, last year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Mathikere, Bangalore Branch, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care two month back they confirm the address etc but i had not recd the same, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

I got Relaince one card from your Relaince fresh outlet at Gurgaon Eleven month back. I already made purchase more than 25000/-. This card going to expire in some days but I have not recived permanent card till yet.
I inquired to fresh outlet those people told me it may take 6 months also.
Now I want to know, is this kind of feed back expeted from Relaince people. Even though it is clearly written on temproray card valid only for 3 months.

Shall I expect that I will grt proper reply on this.

I am purchasing stuffs from Reliance Mart and Reliance fresh from quite a long time. Initially I have never been told about this Reliance One card by the employee working thier. One of my friend told me about this and so I asked them to issue me a card.
They then gave me a temp card and told me that when u will gain 25+ points you will be given a Parmanaent card. It is more than sufficient time I have crossed that point limit however I have'nt got that parmanent RelianceOne card yet.

Please ask your people to make people aware of this card if it is really benefitial coz till yet I have not been benifited.

Last year, I two time called at reliance one call center for your parmenant Reliance one card.then they confirmed us, you will get it with in 30 days of working days.but i have not yet receive the parmenant reliance one card., My temporary card no is [protected]. My first complain no is 133232 dt.17/12/08 and second complain no is 188781 dt.19/03/09. If I did'n get your parmenant reliance one card with in 15 days from my online current complain.Then i desroyed the temporary reliance one card and I'll never go to reliance fresh centre for purches. I am waiting for your prompt action.

(i) Proceeding on transfer to Visakhapatnam by 16 Apr 09 on permanent posting out from present posting of Delhi (residence address D-I/176 Satya Marg, Chankyapuri New Delhi- 21). I have this reliance one card bearing No. [protected] valid thru 07/11. The other day I got an SMS that I should redeem my points before 20.4.09 else they will lapse. Today I visited two of your reliance fresh outlets near my house but they were not able to help as they intimated that they have not been provided with passwords etd.
In the circumstances, may I request you to kindly let me know the number of points on the card and also send me a discount coupon for the same amount enabling me to reap the benefits that were promised to me at the time of issue of the card

we have taken reliance one card before six top seven months but still we do not get any kind of original card we got only temporary card and the card no is [protected] so pls give us rep. about delay in sending card or give rep. what we have to do next.

reliance mobbiles — therer is no balance in fresh recharge card

Dear all:
I have buy a recharge card (reliance)to recharge my mobbile a/c,
when i scartched card to recharag my account I did`t get balance when i have complint about this to the shop keeper he reply it will not replace here go to the reliacne web world and tell about it.
And the reliance customer care staff say that this card is corrpted it cannot be change here ask to the shop keeper. about..it.. I am tired to complain agin & again.

Plz take some action upon it.
