Reliance Loyalty Card — Permanent card is not delivered

Below is my temporary card number. Permanent card has not been delivered yet eventhoug I was told that it shall be delivered with in 180 days.

Dear sir,
I am very unfortunate to have opted from pre paid connection to post paid connection
Of reliance. no [protected]
I had done with purpose of economical call/sms rates and may be with facility of accessibility in
Jammu .
However I was purely duped with regard to the free talk time, sms pack, one free number and
Even utilizing my deposit money of Rs 250 against my first bill.
After using it just for 15 days, I could realize that there was none of ibid facilities available to me,
further there bing almost nil network at delhi cantt..tigris road, I had talked to customer care from
time to time and also sent various mails for converting this connection to pre paid. However without
any action. Subsequently I was forced to related bill.
While I continued with my requests of reverting back to pre paid connection and totally discontinued with its use from 15th August (as can be confirmed from my usage) still bill was sent to me around Rs 342…
Though I protested against it, even hooligans were sent to my house for collection of bill without deducting the advance amount.
Again today, a phone call from no [protected] was received, while I conveyed my grievances I still volunteered to Pay the balance amount after getting deduction of Rs 250 (my advance payment) accordingly I was
Assured the balance amount would be intimated to me.
Further phone from no [protected] at 2.41 pm was received from some lady who insisted that I should pay
All subsequent bills, with or without any usage from me. While I had repeatedly asked customer care and
Through emails of my request of converting it back to pre paid they had not obliged.
To this, the lady said that it was illogical as it cannot be done without proper applications and further
Was averse to listening to my grievances also asked me with repeated impudence to stop Bakwas…such are the professional blackmailers of Reliance industry who don’t even allow disconnecting of such forcible conversion
Of pre paid service to post paid service.
In the same regard how relevant is to ask for formal and repeated requests for disconnection (as conversion to pre paid not done) . is not it enough that I have paid exorbitant bills without sufficient usage and had also been duped about sms pack usable in post paid and so on.
I hope that on moral grounds the so called top company of RIL considers the proposal of the payment of balance amount (after deducting the amount of Rs 250) viz Rs 100 (appx)

Reliance Retail/Reliance Fresh — reliance is not sending permanent card

Hi My self Aftab,

I am a regular costumer of Reliance Fresh outlet and i have applied for a membership card almost 2 yrs before and till now no perment card is sent to me though i had called more than 10 times.

Reliance seems to be a cheat company.

Any business man should consider its costumers the best asset for it's source of growth;but it seems different.

I thought to go for a consumer court very soon as i m unable to find any way for the resolution.
