Dear Sir Last year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Vasundhra, Ghaziabad, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care two month back they confirm the address etc but i had not recd the same, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible. As I am a customer to our Reliance retail outlets and was issued a temporary card bearing No. [protected] by Reliance Fresh Ltd., 4/2 Arundelpet, Guntur -522 002. Since then I am utilising the card on every purchase. When I observed at your retail outlet monitor that my name and other particulars were not mentioned. Then I approached the help line centre through Toll Free Number for up-date of my particulars on 20 days back. Yesterday i.e. on 09.04.2012, when I observed that they are not update my name and other particulars. On 09.04.2012, I purchased some more vegetables and cool drinks and obtained cash memos for Rs.162-95 ps and Rs.17.44ps. When I contacted the help line centre, they told me that they will update my particulars tomorrow itself.
As I am aged about 55 years and a card holder/good customer since from the shop opening at Arundelpet, Guntur. In view of the same, kindly update of my particulars immediately and also take immediate and appropriate steps for arranging Permanent Card in the place of present existing temporary old damaged card. Kindly respond accordingly and intimate the same through mail by doing the update and issue of permanent card through your Arundelpet, Guntur Retail outlet. Speed action will be highly appreciated.
