[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid — wrong commitment by employee and bill generate wrongly

i went to ur office before 36 days to clear my a/c of phone bill then the lady sit there said to me, only Rs.251 short and we wil aargest from ur security amount, but today one person went to my home to collection this amount at 2:10 PM(Mr. XXX [protected] ) he told me his TL Mr. Dinesh Agarwal send him . Address 27 A/2 Kanti chand road, Bani park jaipur, , , ... why, , , , ?

after this i called to Mr. vijender [protected] (seles person )but he dont talk more than 1 minute and disconnect the phon At 9:45 PM )
after i called to Mr. Babu lal (TL sales[protected] at 9:45 Pm today) he tell me this is charged of monthly rentel, but i have ragister a ragisstration to block my SIM ..
then why u charges for wholl month .
at the first bill for only 7 days u genrate a bill .and here why not consider this ..
7 days also not a month tarrif day plan .haw u can charg for wholl month ...

plz suggest ...i m very heritate with ur services ...i[censored] reqiured then i can also provide the recording of voice with them thos we have talking .

its not a matter of charge it matter o[censored]r services and commitment ..u should cut this amount to executive's salary (Mr. vijender Pal Singh )

I have taken two posatpaid connection of EXL 50, , but at the time taking new connection ur representative said me that both connection are exl 50 plan,
then i said first start my one no. on exl 50 plan after i take second connection, my first connection start in NJ199 plan, after 15 days it transfer to EXL 50 plan, after satisfied with first i said him to start my second connection in exl 50 plan but he has started in NJ199 plan, ..after i ask about then he told me after 15 days it will be converted into exl 50 plan . but till date it not converted,

next day i also call to[protected]/03/09 at 6:40 from[protected]there MR. Prasheel piked the phon and tell me call to postpaid deprtment at[protected].
i called that no ( 19/03/09 at 6:44 pm from[protected] Mr. Ashish piked the phone tell me server is down and disconnect the phon .
after i call to[protected]/03/09 at 6:49 from[protected]there MR. Prasheel told me that server is ok and gave to phon Mr.ashish but ashish dont gave me any reply and again disconnect the phon ..

so today i went to ur office for ragister a complain and makeentry in visitors ragister at 6:15 PM, but i think its not checked out by senior .
and after lady sit there to ragister my complain, they said me plz contact ur representave first then
come here, without giving solution .

kindly suggest me what can i do, and how i get information for this that is converted or not ..
even i have deposited my first plan bill before 20 days in advance ..[protected]
