I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent multiple mails to Karvy but I haven't really heard back from them or no refund has been credited to my bank account.I would request you to help me in this regards

I have demat account with Navia Markets thru which I had applied for the IPO and my client ID is NW03.

I had applied for 225 shares thru partly bid option and deposited Rs.25875.00 for the bid. 16 shares have been alloted to me at the rate of Rs.450.00.

I have not received the refund as yet.

Harish - I hope you have got your refund now, but if you haven't check the karvy website, put in your application number and you should be able to trace when it was sent back to you. I got my refund after 15 days, thanks to the postman in the Indrapuram area. He was holding on to my refund for 12 days, not delivering it. I went to the post office and got my refund the next day. When I questioned him why he was not giving my letter, his response was "Aap hamaara khayal rakha karo" - He wanted money for delivering the letter!!! This is the kind of lifestyle that one has to live. Bribery and corruption at every possible level !

Reliance Power — IPO Refund

Dear Sir,

I have applied for 15 shares of Reliance Power in IPO in January 2008 against which allotment is NIL. While going thr the Karvy site, it shows that they have despatched refund of entir amount i.e. Rs. 6450/- on 2nd February 2008, which I have not recd till date. My application no is 24630904. I haven't recieved any credit in my bank account for said refund. While cheking at Post office they are refusing of any such post. Please help me to get back my money.

Hi,

I had applied for Relaince Power Equities via the IPO. My bid cum application form number is 88591904.

I have not been alotted any shares & i have not received any refund for the same too. I had applied for 45 units & paid Rs. 19,350 (cheque number 074805, bank ICICI). My ICICI A/C # is[protected].

I have sent an email to mailmanager @karvy.com bot have not received a reply. When i try calling any of their branches no one answers the phone.

As per the SEBI laws if the money is not refunded to the investor within 1 month of the issue close date the refund should be paid back with interest. Since the issue was closed on Jan 18th, it has been more than a month.

I have seen a lot of people have not received their refunds. Please help.
