I have not received Reliance power refund as on date. I am trying to contact at Hydredabad office from last week on contact no[protected],816) but Number is busy. I visited personally at Ahmedabad Branch on 18.02.08.The person told me that you wll get refund in one week but i have not receive as on date. I have taken contact no of your A'bad office that day & i told him that i wll contact you if i wll not get refund. Today when i contact at your A'bad branch the persong is saying this is not Karvy office.(On Card the contact no[protected],[protected] This is the way to respond to your investors. this is my first application and its very bad exprience

My application no. is 18420485. My DP ID no. is IN303028 and client ID no. 54413983. The amount of 25,875 was debited from my accnt and I have not been alloted any shares yet or been given a refund.
It's been 45 days since they've debited the money and I have no clue as to what they are doing with it. All my attempts at reaching Reliance Power and Karvy have been futile. On the karvy website i even filled out a detailed form to which i got any automated reply saying they will revert back in 3 days. Its been 15 days since then. Kindly guide me on the same.
