Reliance Power — Non refund of Application Money of Reliance Power Shares | |
I had applied for 225 shares with the application Form No. 74883736 through Ch No. 776946 Bank: HDFC Bank, Ahmedabad Dated: 16/01/2008 Amount: 25875/- from the Reliance Money office i ahd inquired about the allotment status, they told me there was 0 allotment of shares till date i have not received the application money, also i want this money with penalty of non refunding the amount in time inspite of remnding several times on the Karvy Site and from the Karvy Ahmedabad - they are thinging as if by investing we are are big fools and by asking them for our refund they think as if we are begers but mind it if investors lose the confidance on the cmpany than that company will not survive if a person takes the other persons money and has not returned it in time than in law it is called cheating so does this company does the same? and to the surprise no actions against the company is taken inspite of taking or withhealding the application money of many investors also kindly show me the way how to proceed legaly as to my knowleldge this is sheer cheating to the investors Was this information helpful? | |

Dear Sir,
This is to complain that I have applied for Reliance Power IPO by
Application No. 55555477 & 1005 No. of Shares amounting Rs.115575,
the amount was paid by DD No. 006412 dated 16-01-08 Drawn on bank Axis Bank
Ltd. But the IPO was not allotted to me. Two months have passed but I
have not received my money. Karvy's website is showing that amount has
been Directly credited to my account, but it is not credited. The account No. mentioned by Karvy is not mine its someone's else account. Even after my lots of effort no body is responding.
Pls do the needful at the earliest I m suffering too much.
